I know where he is he's in a big tower I forgot the name but I'll tell you in a few make sure you have the mach bike though. It's called sky pillar. From pacifidlog town go right two sqaures then up you should be at the sky pillar entrance once you get in you'll need the mach bike to get over some holes so you'll need to master using the mach bike.Whe the third floor you'll see a door but you can't get there yet.On the fourth floor you can get to the door you couldn't get to before.Don't over do it when your riding at the top of the fourth floor or you'll have to do the fourth floor over again.Once you get to the middle door go through all the dors you find then when you find some stairs you'll find Rayquaza.
ok, i have defeated the elite four and the champ. now i want to know where rayquaza is? can anyone help?
To get rayquasa you first need the mach bike the fly or swim to the most southern island when there swim all the way up until you can't go up any more and turn right until you see like a S curve there will be and island with a huge tower go inside and use your mach bike to make it to the top where you will see him sleeping on the top. make sure you got a hell of alot of ultra balls because it took me 31 times until i caught him. :D

Ultra balls work, but It might be easier to paralyze Rayquaza and have some Timer Balls handy. A Timer ball can be as good as a Master Ball if you wait long enough. I'd just buy as many as possible, and just keep throwing them!

Yeah....one it took me FOREVER to get to the top...then of course the first time I fought Rayquaza I was going to use timer balls but after a while one of his moves (I forget) takes hp away from him so he ko'd himself well the second time at him I caught him using only 4 ultra's whew I consider myself lucky!
I saved my master ball for him
If you use your master ball on Rayquaza, you might have a hard time catching Latios/Latias. That is unless you either have a friend who'll get you another master ball, a strong wobuffet with Shadow Tag, or a strong Pokémon with Mean Look, Because Latios/Latias runs as soon as possible, not to mention they're hard to find.

I'm waiting on reyquaza even though I already caught latios (of course i wanted latias and thats why i bought ruby instead of sapphire, but no latias is caught in sapphire only :grumble: ) But I got an ecard pass or something to an island where you can catch latias if you have ruby, but you can only go there once so i'm trying to win a masterball from lilycove. I do like the new pokemon but I wish they left in more of the old pokemon, they didn't even put evee in it.

You can only go to southern island once, but whichever pokémon is there, Latios or Latias, once who start the battle, they won't run away, so It's pretty easy to catch them as long as you have timer or alot of ultraballs. You can just save it before you board the ship, so if you can't catch it you can just reset.

I think your best bet would just be to go to GameFAQs or to the official Action Replay site. I kind of doubt anyone here will have any codes that you wouldn't be able to find at those two sites.

I just contacted Code Junkies about their codes. They said:
The Pokemon codes available for automatic download on the Action Replay GBX software do not function properly and we are in the process of correcting that issue.

For the time being, you will have to enter the Pokemon codes into your Action Replay manually. All of the Pokemon codes currently posted on our website, www.codejunkies.com, are working 100%. The codes listed under "Old Pokemon" on the website will allow you to catch that Pokemon in the wild.

The codes listed under "New Pokemon" will place the Pokemon in the first slot of BOX 1 in your PC, and they will not appear in your Pokedex unless you trade them with a friend and then trade back.

When using any of these Pokemon codes from either list, make sure to turn on only ONE code at a time (other than the M code).
I realize this doesn't address your question about Pokerus; I haven't tried that code, so I don't know how to make it work (I got Pokerus the old fashioned way).

I do know that if you connect your AR to your PC, you can download updated software for it. I just bought mine Friday, and there was already a software update for it.

If you're interested in getting it by trading, click here.

PS - Mods/Administrators - It wasn't my intention to advertise by posting that link. If what I've done is against the rules, I apologize.

Don't worry about it. As long as links relate to whatever's being talked about in the thread, and aren't just posted to try and get people to go to the site, it's fine. Helpful links are good -- it's the spam links that are against the rules.

Oh, and I merged the thread with the original Ruby/Sapphire thread, in case anyone was wondering.
A Timer ball can be as good as a Master Ball if you wait long enough.
I don't mean to be rude, but that's not true. A Timer Ball increases it's catch rate every 10 turns. After 40 turns, it's as good as an Ultra Ball, but it never gets any better than that.

Everything here is true, but I would suggest that rather than saving before you board the ship, save on the Island right before battling Lati@s. Then, if you have to reset, you'll be right there rather than wasting time on the boat ride, etc.

Uh man I think this isn't the post so this thread might get moved. Don't worry your new. Oh I have a Jirachi from this video game and he can practicly do anything. Other than that I don't have a clue.
