A long silence. They sit at a grungy table in a small restaurant. The rain pitters and bleeds down the fogging glass. The littered streets buzz of angery pedestrians and careless vehicles.

She looks at the priest, a cigarette in one hand. Her wrists wrapped tightly with gauze bandages and muslim cloth, patches of red stain the white fabric.

The priest lifts the bandages and gasps at the torn flesh. She flips her hands palms down on the table, the same wounds were on the opposite side. He stares back in disbelief. His hands rub together vigorously, his nerves fraying in several directions.

[b]"The wounds are identical."

"No s.hit, Sherlock. What I want to know is why this is happening to me, and what in the hell is going on?"

"You are experiencing [i]Stigmata[/i]."

"What is that, Father?"[/b]

Beads of sweat roll down his neck.

[b]"[i]Stigmata[/i] are the wounds of Christ. They are brought about by spiritual stress."

"What? I don't understand any of this spiritual mumbo jumbo. Nor do I care, all I want is an answer as to why it's happening to me."

"That, I cannot answer right now. Please allow me to help you. There are five wounds, one of which you have already come to be victim of. If you do not allow me to help you, no one will."

[size=1]Basically, this Godless woman is struck with a terrible "curse" and is trying to figure out why. She goes through alot of pain from unseen sources and sees frightening visions of being crucified. She also goes through phases where she has no control of her body or soul, in other words, she is being possessed by an unknown source.

The priest (my character) is a scientist and investigates miracles for his Vatican. He is assigned to this woman and defies his church to help her. However, it is not an easy task. The woman randomly attacks him or is incoherent.

It's hard for me to explain, I suggest renting the movie.

[color=darkslategray]If any of you have seen the movie [i]Stigmata[/i], you will have a better jist of what is going to partake in the story. For those of you who have not seen it, I recommend you renting it and watching. It is an awesome movie.
It will help you to understand the story.

As I said before, I plan on trying a different style of writing. I want to try writing in chapters. The section above will be part of a chapter later on in the story. I will be arranging the chapters and who writes in them. I will be playing the part of the priest.

Occupation: A student in University studying Criminal Law and Psychology, she hopes to be a Criminal Psychologist when she is older.

Bio: Zeta was raised by two Catholic parents so people always expected that she would be as dedicated to the religion as they were. Something seemed to go wrong though, when she was little she went to Church every Sunday and also went to Sunday school. She had many friends in the Church and enjoyed reading her Bible every night.
But on the eve of her 13th birthday her father was murdered as he travelled to pick her and her mother up from home.
Since this day her mother prayed but Zeta became an angry child and refused to believe in God any more. Her father was a good man and known in the Church, why would God let him be murdered for being such a good follower?
The young girl turned to science and researched all the other theories that went against the Catholic religion. She found her solace in books and the library and her grades began to climb until she was one of the smartest in her school.
Now that Zeta is studying Law she knows how much murder and horror goes on everyday, she refuses to believe that a creator could let his people do this kind of thing to each other.[/COLOR]

His eyes are a strange, piercing blue, the kind of blue that can capture a person and not allow them to escape. He is of average height, standing at about six feet. He is mostly seen wearing the normal priests garb, black clothing with the collar. He will, however, change clothing as he sees fit.

[B]Bio- [/B]Marshall's childhood is not important. What is important is his adulthood, and his ascention into priesthood.

Marshall never imagined he would become a priest. He started out as a body builder, and model. One day, he just stopped. He traveled from his home, to the Vatican. There he swore his love to God, and explained how he wished to become a priest.

The Catholics saw the promise in him, and allowed him to study at the Vatican, and later enter into the priesthood. What he would become in the priesthood remains a secret to all, except for a few Cardinals; even the Pope was out of the loop.

Marshall's job was a enforcer of the Catholic Laws. If ever there was a priest that disobeyed the orders of the Church, or a supposed demon possession, Marshall was sent to rectify the problem.[/SIZE][/COLOR]

Bio- The actual date that this man was born has been stricken from all records in history. He remained a shadow for countless years waiting to do nothing but the lord?s will. Upon hearing the news of a woman in danger he has given up his place in the temple of God to search for this woman and stop the man whom was once a brethren of the church but has gone against its rules to help her. At this point Priest is determined to stop him before anything bad will happen to the world.

Priest sometimes gets flashbacks of his past, which have been blocked from him for as long as he remembers. He is very calm and patient. If anything gets in his way you can be sure it won?t be there for long.

Christina began to con people and scam them for their money. Taking whatever she could to live. Nearly 5 years later, she achieved the amount of nearly 976,000 dollars. She needed 20,000 dollars to achieve her goal of 1 million. It was also at that age that she had entered a japanese mafia. It was in that mafia that she learned her skills as a thief and her skills of stealth to being an assassin.

For 2 years, Christina followed this mafia and had became the leader's most trusted female. She was praised for many things she had done and in all the jobs that took place, not once has she, and those around her, been caught. It was up until she had tried to kill the priest who had caused pain to her leader, that every one of the mafia was caught. The priest was Father Sammuel Jacobi. He had found Christina and took her in, began to raise her to become a better person, yet all failed.

In her life, Christina had had gone through many pained memories. She thought there was a God, yet everything that had happened to her was because of the emotional pain that God caused and the physical pain that Satan caused. To her, there was no God and no heaven. There was nothing but herself and the world, the world she would try to defeat.

At the age of 21, Christina began to experience strange things about herself. She had no idea what they were, no idea what they were doing to her, and no idea at all. It was back to Father Jacobi for help. It was back to him.[/size][/color]

He is a fervent supporter of [The Priest], and follows him 'whe'er he may wander', through the dark streets of an English town, to the rocky crags of the Urals. He is essentially the management of the pairing, organising trips, equipment and providing the muscle to get them through it all.

[b]Biography[/b]: His life up to meeting The Priest is unimportant, though he was at various times a body-builder, personal trainer and forest guide. He was taken in during the night at a remote convent. In fact, it was the Plausible Mark of Faith, located in the dense Canadian forests. What was Jules doing there? Nobody knows. They took him in, and prepared him for his future life... erasing everything about his history from his mind, leaving him only his knowledge and capabilities. He was assigned to The Priest, to protect and aid him.

He usually wears a t-shirt with some rock group or another on it, and one of three pairs of bluejeans. He weighs in at about 250, being a little overweight but pretty muscular from biking.

[b]Bio-[/b] Corey met Father when he was about twenty at a very turbulent time in his life. His parents had just died in a brutal car accident and he had lost his faith. Though dead set against the adoption of any organized religion ever again, Father helped him through the difficult months.

Father had been the priest that had done the funeral. Corey may have lost his faith, but his parents were still devout Catholics and they certainly would have wanted a Catholic burial. He had bonded with the man immediately and started purposely taking deliveries in his area just to drop by in the middle of the day to visit.

Eventually, Corey began to see Father as a father figure, unknowingly adopting this man as a substitute for his own deceased father. He would come over to his place and talk of how his day went while maybe making dinner or playing cards (always for fun). Somethings are better kept beneath the rug, they'd only provoke arguments with his friend, but other than that he's as open as a book.[/size]

[b]Bio[/b]- Sammuel Jacobi was born into a normal, mid-class family. Being a well taken care of child, his parents decided it best for Sammuel to attend a private, Catholic school. Here the lessons were advanced, the teachers and rules were much more strict than public schools, great expectations were all his parents expected of him. He, naturally, studied every night, completed every sentence of homework, aced his tests and quizzes. Never once did he skip school, nor a class. He was always on time, if not minutes early. What America would consider a [i]perfect[/i] student, and child.

Sammuel's main interests in school were science and all related topics. Every science fair, Sammuel was there, and won first prize. His parents expected no less.

His journey into the devoted and silent world of priests began at a young age, 14. It was at that year's Christmas mass, one of the most important masses of the year. Sammuel lost his youngest sister, Emily, to leukemia just weeks before. She was only four years young. He nearly lost his faith, his will to live. Emily was more like a daughter to him. He took care of her since the day of her birth. That Christmas liked to had killed Sammuel, but rather, his church's priest, and a family friend, inspired him to continue to live. The priest asked Sammuel to consider becoming a priest. Curious, as he always was, Sammuel took up on his priest's offer and began his studies.

Years later, now Father Jacobi, Sammuel lives in a grand city in Rome, Vatican City. He has been all around the world, investigating and prooving "miracles". He has seen many strange and disturbing things, but he would soon find out that everything that he's come to investigate will [i]never[/i] come close to what he was to find in a city of the United States.
