Charles

Big Papa Hump creates mass hysteria in under twenty posts.
Laughing Stock's Bar (which I never actually participated in)
A tangible OtakuBoards staff begins to take shape through Safer Sephiroth, Transtic Nerve, and James.
The age of clubs begins, including my own: The MASTERdeBATORS.
Fight Club
Shinji and Gendo sabotage OtakuBoards v2, bringing about the advent of OtakuBoards v3. Which, in turn, furthered the solidificationn of a unified staff.
Transtic Nerve "comes out" thus opening the door for other members to enjoy an environment of tolerance.
Rico Tranzrig continues to find success with his Meteo City RPGs (again, events I regretfully didn't participate in).
Crazy White Boy meets Gr3ymalkin in lively video game debate.
I accept a position as the Sony moderator as v4 debuts.
The kuja incident occurs, thus becoming a legendary running joke amongst members of the community. Obviously, it remains popular to this very day.
I meet Rick Hunter and attempt to collaborate with him in shaping the struggling AE Boards. It starts to do pretty well but is hindered by numerous version changes.
After a lengthy down period, OtakuBoards returns as v5.
With the help of Vampire Ed, I invest unheard of effort into an RPG: Project Gamer is born.
The first OtakuBoards official event, Big Brother II, is held.
The marriage trend is probably at its height during this period through v6, largely thanks to QA and Piromunkie. Thanks.
I begin a movement to eliminate Newbie Lounge and succeed with the support of other long-time members.
Due to creative differences, I part with AE Boards.
I accept the OtakuBoards Administrator position and willingly say goodbye to my former username.
NeoCactuar takes over my position in the Sony forum. As you can see, it no longer exists now.
cAttitude is born.
Mnemolth gets upset and semi-leaves.
The situation with Kevin worsens prompting me to create the most controversial avatar in OtakuBoards history. This proves funny, but unwise as he doesn't see the humor in it. He gets banned. Subsequently, the AE Boards situation is closed.
Body Language
I begin doing name changes for members.
The RPG forum really begins to take off. The increased interest in the area, once thought doomed, results in many of today's most popular RPGs.
Tasis gets banned.
Heaven's Cloud and I create the first rap battle.
I ban Matt and Altron Gundam--numerous times.
The Japan86 marriage
I create one of my favorite banners in response to those who complain about my images. It depicts a representation of Milliefan being destroyed at the receiving end of a shotgun blast.
OtakuBoards version 7 launches; the gaming forums are combined.
Annie!
I get in trouble for telling rpcrazy to shut up.
Fun posts with aleia on Group Sounds.
More rap battles, this time with Reflux
I finally post pictures up.
Everyone hates wrist cutter and lava lamp because sarcasm is unheard of.
I get quoted in Baron's signature.
Zen
A few more: - Falls into Beastie Boy Mania followed by current Yeti phase. - Laughing well at Charles thread ban's. - James' myOtaku. - The Armageddon Gang Tournaments. - The Impending Re-encarnation of the AG under a new and more cool persona. - Waiting for someone to challenge me for a new Rap Battle..... still waiting...*sigh*. - Becoming a complete idiot driven by outdated honor while argueing with Drix D'zanth, then a moderator, at one of those Martial Arts Threads. - Checking out Group Sounds and liking it. - Beating multiple opponents in a single post at the Rap Battle thread (before it was locked because of unintelligent and amazingly short Multiple posts... dang.) Baron Samedi
I've enjoyed a lot of my time here. Speaking of gory images...I remember yisan [who I kinda pissed off >_>] who posted uum... Lewd images in the Lounge. What a moron. And then I remember Phoenixflames too... which was enjoyable, I must admit. It is kinda had to believe how much...memorable stuff has happened here, since OB began. It is amazing, actually. Some parts of this community are really close knit, you can tell. I just wish I was more involved here. And I want something interesting to happen...memories to tell my grandchildren :p
Dragon Warrior
The 300 Foot Potato, legacy of the chats I used to get into with Dan L (formerly Deus Ex Machina) and Red (formerly Elite). Those were fantastic...
And how lovely was it when that crazy idea became one of the original OtakuCards XD Yes, the 300 Foot Potato OtakuCard. I still have it :) As for JuliasPeach's question, my former username is and always has been Dragon Warrior. Since version 1, it hasn't changed. I'm so special XD

AEB vs. OB: YOu know, I wasn't going to mention that, but hey, what the heck. It was very insane and crazy, to say the least. I think it was very confusing, too. Besides that, wasn't I entertaining during it all? *chortles* Haha. (P.S.: Charles, you r0x0r - I will never stop thanking you.) Cloud - he ish cool, just lacked a little judgement in his actions. Love the guy. ShyMod... yeah! I remember when you were supervisor. Those were the good days. ^^ YYH: haha. *laughs* keke.. Cookies: You will ALWAYS be the cookie man. *steals cookie* Kujalyn... never heard of that one. Must have been pretty scary. *_*;
I remembered the Digimon forum as it used to be- for ages after I joined it remained a really prosperous forum, but over time (and probably thanks to Fox Kids/ABC mucking schedules about and not broadcasting Season 4 to the UK), the whole thing fell apart a bit. It was a great shame, because that's where I've replied to some of my favourite topics. I go back and read them again from time to time, heh.
oh my gosh!!! Someone remembers the Digimon forum! I LOVED that place. ^_____^ Oh, do you remember Devidramon's rants? What about the one long sticky thread for any digiart/FMD? Oh, members like Sara, and Nerdsey, and Shy, and Baron Samedi, and clowmet, and Nu'dao, and Kittylyn ("Calumon_luver" anyone?)! I loved the Digimon forum so much. It was great. Absolutely great. Just fantastic. Yeah. Definately. Also wanted to mention: -Mnemolth. To me, I can't say he was bad, wasn't a saint, either. But he was cool. I felt special when I was the only legitimate vote he gave during the OtakuAwards before last. -The Charles Vs. Heavens Cloud rap battles. Heh. -Charles and his colorful usernames. ultra uber cool. -The Vampire: Ed and THE CRACKER CLUB. BUWAHAHAHAHA!!!!! Some things that happened to me: -Well, I met a lot of people and had a lot of fun, but specifically, Kevin (Rick Hunter), and JCBaggee (Chris: *plugs shamelessly* Oooh! LOOK AT MY SIGGY AND CLICK!). Why? Because those lead to otherboard times, for me. I guess, in a sense, that OB is like a train or subway station. It is a crossroads of sorts. You meet new people which starts new friendships. You get to other boards you enjoy. So even if you don't like it, you can't deny that it hasn't lead to new opportunities. *sighs*
ChibiHorsewoman
More memorable moments for me: *My first lovely controversial thread about same sex marriage. *The first time I agreed with Death Bug then was convinced that the sky was about to fall. He answered back that the sky wasn't falling, but the cess pool in the middle east may have frozen over. *Agreeing with Harry (this just happened so prepare for the end) *Being proposed to-however indirectly-by ULX *Being quoted by ULX in his signature *Finding people who are not only as strange as me, but possibly stranger. Warlock
And hey, how awesome is it that PiroMunkie and I have been married for two and a half years? ^_^[/color']
Ah, and I still remember that so well, too. Good times. ^_^ Let's see, moments for me... So many, but I'm sure I can think of some.

All the RPGs Final Flash and myself collaborated. Shame I rarely, if ever, see him these days.
Padded Room Party - ...Insanity.
The whole 'hacking' incident. Shame I was only there for the final stages, but it's great to see how such an event actually affected OB for the better.
And of course, all the fun I had back when I was the Games and RPGs/Adventure Arena Moderator.
Really just a taste from all the years I've been here... Ah, the memories. Dragon Warrior
Ah, I forgot all about Padded Party Room. That was one of the best things in the world! Though this was back in the age of OB where spam ruled high because you don't get much more spammier than that. So many memories. Is that thread still around? It was huge. The Harlequin
Hmmm. I remember that damn AL incident mentioned, simply because I was the one that had to deal with it...I find it amazing that people think the threat to spar somebody over the internet would actually intimidate someone, too. MaxSonic. Now how many times did end up having to be metaphorically shot in the kneecaps? Another thing Warlock's post made me remember were the Reploid rpgs he Flash started. I jumped on the bandwagon a little late in that regard, but still had a lot of fun. Another great spam fest was the My Picture forum...that gave rise to quite a few problems I believe. Though, reading ReFlux's posts, I remember the one great negative about moderating the Battle Area. Reading through rap battles is very, very tedious.
Annie
Oh man, so many things have happened in the past year that I cannot think of much. Ironic, eh? I've been a proud memeber of the OB since August 29th, 2003, and plan to stay one for the years to come. Let me see if I can recall as much precious moments, whether they'll be in order, I will strongly say "no". 1) Enter the Net-by SoloTremaine 2) Black Horizon-by KnightoftheRose, the OB's best RPG since I've been writing here. That is my opinion because I wrote with some of the OB's greatest writers, and was a major turning point in my writing development. 3) The horrible attack of n00bs. GIving birth to a ungodly phenomina of the "n00bish" language. Horrid and terrifying times... 4) Kill Adam-by James. OB's most anticipated RPG. 5) The AL invasion. That was quite the heated disput. Poor Harlequin. 6) Teh Silly Circus!-created by Japan(Was proud to support that chat for everyday it was up.) 7) Being placed with Arcadia and Raiha for OB's best female Role-player of the year. 8) *eats sammich* [copyright Syk3] 9) *shakes fist* [copyright Shinmaru] 10) APB (hehe) 11) *steals pants* [copyright Mimmi] 12) "In a very innocent way..>_>" 13) Marriage to Metatron. 14) A farewell thread for my departure made by Drix D'Zanth. 15) ^_% <-This is very precious to me, thanks to Charles. We had a little wrestling match and fell down a hill. It resulted in me lossing an eye, so Charles reached in his handy-dandy napsack of randomness thingamajigs and created a replacement for ^. Thus, giving light to a new and outrageous face of mine. 16) Getting quoted in Charles's signature. (I believe it was Charles..him or Drix. It was so long ago. The quote was from an AIM convo. It went something like: goddessunluck: *takes lollipop and sucks happily* goddessunluck: O.o That didn't sound right.) 17) "w00t"-quote of Shippo. 18) Being in BaronSamedi's list of "OB's Extremely Cool People"...er, something like that. (Neither one of us remember ^_^;; ) 19) Being one of the OB's Elite. Group created by Outcast/Lynx. 20) Fooling Baron Samedi that Charles and I are actually brother and sister. (That was much fun ^_^, he got so mad at me.) 21) Defeating former husband, SilpheedPilot, 3 times in a row (in the BA). 22) Telling off Kyo no Ryu in the Battle Arena. Damn, I know there is much more! Everthing on the OB has been precious to me. If I think of anything more, I'll post.
Dan L
My favourite times have to be: -My debut as "Dan Lucking" on OB version 2, where I insulted everyone, thimoc said I was cool, thus I took it all back and hung around for a while. I always kind of had a soft spot for thimoc after that, despite his status as a notorious spammer.. (Unfortunately that "while" was only really 2 weeks or so, until I eventually came back later in the year, when OB was well into version 3.) -Coming back as "Deus_Ex_Machina", and the various spelling mistakes that came when others tried to write my name (my favourite is "Deuche"). Also Heaven's Cloud thinking that it said "Deu Sex Machine" :p -Radically changing my character completely in August 2002, when I returned to OB from the university holidays, having become a Christian. I remember James saying I seemed kind of holy and I thought "what.. how on Earth has that happened?" -The aforementioned 300ft potato incident, followed by screen names, otakucard, and various other merchandising -Random Crazy chats with Solo, Duo Maxwell, Rain, and Red -Being the first otakuite to actually put a comment feature in my blog :p (blog, as in those things we all used before the days of myotaku) . Though I don't think many people know that. -Completely missing the kuja banning scandal despite it going on beneath my very nose; eventually figuring out what went on by peicing bits together. -(Not technically an OB memory) Back on Nerdsy's boards, back in the day, telling people that I'd just become a Christian and two people called "Cera" and "Ginnylyn" praising God for that. Various encounters with those two people in many different forms since that point. -Various deep and not-so-deep conversations with the one and only Solo Tremaine There's probably a load more, but they don't really seem all that "precious"

Burori
I have got more: 1) Creating the undead army ^_^ 2) Having my relationship help thread closed due to the reason that Sara\Lore was afraid of the Mongoose I mentioned lol 3) (My favorite) Before the voting of the best DBZ Guru I spoke with Piro and the convo went something like this: Me: So. looks like you are being voted for the spot. Piro: I don't want it. I'll hurt whomever votes for me. Sure enough he was in second place so many people got sore the next day. 4) I was right just now and proved it to James about AL's innvasion of long posts. =P 5) The Random comics. (forgot the name) They were awsome. Expecially the one with Mario. It makes perfect sense. There are more to come.

Ninjaman
Hmm, well I've been here since May 2002 so I missed some stuff like kuja's banning. I don't post a lot, but I do come here daily, so I see a lot. Off the top of my head... 1. Cloud's banning 2. How about that Many Faces of the Otakuboards(or something like that) thread in our current non-existant Your Picture forum. 3. Let's not forget the quizzes like the Zelda and Final Fantasy Quiz threads 4. I remember a while back someone made a thread that was spammy I believe and a mod (I forget who) closed it, leaving a pic in it that had a guy pointing at a sign that said "Worst Topic Ever." I laughed really hard that day. Funny thing is that I was just thinking about that pic a few days ago and what do you know? This past week, Charles closed that "Create a controversial statement" thread with that same pic, lol. 5. Otakucards Returns (I must've missed the first one) 6. Dragon Warrior's "How the James Stole Christmas" movie 7. Taylor Hewitt getting banned and MaxSonic with three usernames 8. The old, but cool members, Ginny, Hyper, Juuthena, Devidramon, and so on 9. Soooo many people married 10. Sooooooooo many newbies that didn't read the rules intially 11. From the version of the Otakuboards in which I entered (I forget which one) to the current one. So many forums have come and go. From the start I knew I was going to be forgetting something and right now I don't feel any different. There's so much that happened here that I know I forgot about. If I remember some, I shall return. But, good times here at the OB. Good times indeedy.
