1.) You might want to try and give an explanation as to why you think that,

Alright, for my contribution:

I tend not to watch alot of anime, so I cant say with certaincy about every anime, but I think only in extreme situations should they have that kind of music, be it rock, heavy metal, black metal (who knows) or the like. Generally I see most anime as a more peaceful music, but yeah, some heavy metal in the backround would make for a good fight seen, possibly even some dance/techno if it wasent too prominent compared to the rest of the fight.

What are you guys say? Your messages are incoherent and mistyped, half of your words are misspelled. Clean it up, and try to make your posts a little longer.

As to what i think, i think the music that is in anime now fits it perfectly, thats why it is in there. if you change to rock, you lose the soul of the anime, thats not what the creator wanted to be playing for the fight scenes.

The music for a fight really depends on the type of anime (or movie, or live-action tv show, or video game FMV, etc.) you're talking about. Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon would not have done well with rock music in the fights. If you're talking about mech fights where they jump all over the place and fire missiles at each other in turns, then maybe rock music might fit (as well as good techno-orchestral maybe). It really depends on the theme of the show. So you can't generalize when it comes to fitting music to the idea of "hard fight."
