Guest lavalamp
I had a dream a few weeks ago that I haven't been able to forget. I was out in my garage having "class" with my 7th grade history teacher. The other kids and I were all shocked and amazed by this crab when we found out it was time for class to be dismissed. It was beginning to storm and the garage was shaking. I went to go look for my bus, but failed to catch it and started to panic. Luckily, I found out my teacher was also a bus driver, and she decided she'd give me a ride home. When I got on the bus, I was sitting near the front and was talking to her. She told me I'd be the last to get off. When she was driving I became very worried because she was going around turns on a cliff with water below very quickly. I told her how dangerous it was and she told me that many soldiers had died there before. The road was really bizarre and we'd jump every so often over lakes in a Sonic the Hedgehog sort of way. We began to drop people off one by one and it started getting late. I asked her where we were and she told me we were in Nicaragua. I remember one house we stopped at had a ton of chickens running around the front yard. At the last house we stopped at, this little girl had some sort of trouble with her front door and so we waited for a bit. She finally got it open and I asked my teacher where I was supposed to go to get to my house. I remember looking up into the sky and seeing these large spinning eyeballs and she pointed to the woods. Then I woke up. Odd dream but I'm sure I left out a few details.
Dan L
My most memorable dream is from when I was 7 or some age when I was still relatively gullible in more ways than now. I dreamt that it was Christmas day, sometime in the middle of June.. it's not so much the dream itlself that's memorable, but rather the fact that I woke up, ran down the stairs, saw no Christmassy stuff, ran back up, and asked my Dad if it was really Christmas. Unfortunately it turned out that it wasn't.
Fall
Walking down a real ling driveway, with a tall hedge along the right-hand side of it when facing the house. I never actually walked in a straight line along the driveway. I was with a few people I know, one being my cousin who is just about the same age as me. There were these huge dogs, I can't remember their breed now... German Sheperds I think they were. They were huge. ...and that's it. I'm pretty sure I left out details, but anyway. I know I've had other dreams that I will never forget, but I'd prefer not to mention them here.

Cysword6
One time I had a dream where I was sephiroth and I was running through a maze (I don't know why I'm not that much of a fan of Sephiroth). There were many boss battles and every one I would get megaman cannon things at the end of my arms and I would kick their ***. Each time I won I would get a letter saying that two of my friends got married. It was extremely weird. I found something out about my dreams, if I know I'm about to wake up a save menu opens up and I save it and when I go back to sleep I continue off that point. It's really great. Hevn
Walking down Wizard of Oz's yellow brick road with Disney characters greeting me along the way. I saw Mickey Mouse, Donald and the others painting their houses. They were cartoon but I am not. And sadly I didn't get to have the ruby slippers. It is memorable because I was about 6 or 7 and Disney drove me nuts and high that time. ^_^x
James
My most memorable dream in recent times involves Keanu Reeves. But I won't fill you in on the details... Other than that, I used to have a recurring dream when I was little. It involved a witch chasing me toward the edge of a cliff...where I would always jump. And I'd wake up as I was falling. It always happened the same way and I had it many, many times. Also, have you ever had that common dream where your teeth are falling out? Apparently a lot of people have that one. I hate that dream. There were just blood everywhere and my teeth just keep on falling of for no reason. Recurring dream of falling is very common to me too. I see myself looking over the stairs and suddenly falls down in what seem like an endless darkness. Weird dreams made me buy a dream dictionary so I could interpret it... that book is almost always right though ^_^x
ChibiHorsewoman
Any dream that makes me yell obscenities while I'm in that strange state of being half awake is memorable. I had one of those this morning. It involved this girl me and this daucshunde my parents owned when I was a baby. The girl was going to drown my dog I was really mad, and about to beat her up and I yelled "You B****!" I think it was illegible because my mom thought I had yelled you fish when she came into my room to find out what I was yelling about. I had this really weird dream a few months ago. I was in the hospital in the delivery room presumably after I had given birth. But I didn't remember having the baby. Then the nurse brought my baby in, but it was a boy and I knew I was having a girl. (I have ultra sound pictures to prove that) Not only that, but the baby looked about three months old. I said, that's not my baby, I had a girl. And my husband was asking me if I was sure. And I said, well, I don't know. Then I started crying. It was just really weird. Oddly enough that's my only pregnancy dream. I think I'm due for another one soon.
Panda
James, I really hate that teeth falling out dream! I use to have that dream when I was younger. I figured out what was triggering it for me. It would be the night after getting my braces tightened. I attribute it to having a sore mouth from the dental work. After I got my braces off that particular dream stopped. Lucky me! Now on to my most memorable dream! One of my most memorable dreams has a guy in a panda suit. In this dream I was working at the vet clinic and I was writing up some charts when this person in a panda suit walked in. I just chuckled and thought that one of my friends or my hubby had sent me a singing telegram or something. I said to the panda.."How can I help you?". The panda pulls a gun out at me. Tells me to get out of the building and get into the car. So I get into the panda's car. It is this rusted out old 1970's model Toyota Celica. It had one of those tree air fresheners hanging from the rear view mirror....Vanillaroma to be exact. The panda gets in and starts to drive through the center of my hometown. Playing on the car stereo was all 80's hair band songs. Stuff like Poison, Warrant, Winger....you know, hair bands. I was just thinking to myself that the people in my town are frickin' idiots since not one person seems to have noticed a guy in a panda suit driving a Celica playing cheesy rock songs really loud??!! I woke up after that. I am not sure if dreams are trying to tell us things or if it is just our brains sorting odd and ends in our heads. In a dream dictionary it says that dreaming of pandas means good luck. I wonder if it really was? Maybe my dream was trying to tell me that I wanted to escape from work? Who knows. V_V
There's a dream I get all the time, where I'm falling through the air at about 9 o'clock at night, down to the streets below me, and all I can see is the tall buildings around me sliding up real fast, all streaks of light and all lit up from the lights on inside the small little rooms inside them. In a huge city... I've always thought it was Sydney or NY.Before I hit the ground, I wake up, every, single time with a shock, jolting up to sit upright in my bed with my nerves racing like nothing else. A few of my friends have this dream too, apparently. I remember hearing somewhere, saying that re-occuring dreams that have something to do with falling, pain, sadness is because you feel like there's something wrong in your life, but you don't know what it is and don't know what to do about it. ...now that I think about it... I'd have to say this dream is my most memorable dream. I haven't had it for a while now... but for some reason I've got a damn good feeling that it's not far away from hitting me again. Guest Vash331
My most memorable dreams are the ones where I realize that i'm dreaming, and then i go off to do whatever i want, it's quite fun. I actaully now a guy who trained himself so he can do it everytime he dreams, and it can be done, believe me. Oh and this guy isn't some freak he's actually literally the smartest kid in the entire school, he wins math contests and stuff, so he's not crazy. Anyways in my dream I pretty much just killed everybody with my Uzi, I guess I should take the video games a little easy... Oh I remember this one time I was in a gun fight and I was getting shot, and i remember it hurting...has anybody else ever felt pain in a dream before? Imp
...I think I accidentally put a spell on myself so that all my dreams would seem like reality... Virtually every time I dream, I wake up and wonder, "Whoa, did that just happen? I feel like that actually happened..." Some of the most memorable ones are the ones I wish were real... For example, twice, I had a dream about walking outside and looking up at the sky. There was a lunar eclipse, and I began to wish on it, because that's what I do when something like that happens... And I felt it slowly coming true when I woke up... But the thing is, I really wish those dreams were real, so that I actually made a wish... I don't know... does having a dream about making a wish count as a wish? I wish it did--there, I just made a wish... I mean... *groans* I'm confusing myself... :( Then there's one that really felt real--I was sitting in what I think was a log cabin, and I was standing on a loft, and I seemed to dive into the floor, but I bent back and actually flew... and I actually felt my heart leap... Then I flew out of the cabin and out across a lake... All the time, I actually felt an uplifting sense in my stomach that actually made me feel like I was actually flying... I also felt this force in my head... maybe I was using telekinesis or something to fly? And I even felt the air blowing, the water when I touched the lake... I REALLY wish that dream was real... It's also my happiest dream.
Secily
I had a dream like that once...The previous day, I had spent 20$ at Six Flags, and in my dream, I had gotten back and I still had the 20$...It felt so real, and the next day I was looking for the money, because it wasn't in my purse, and I got so mad that I lost 20$! But two days later, I realized that it was a dream... My reoccuring dream is kinda strange... My dad is having a cook out in what looked like hell...and he's grilling my brother and me. And my mom is shouting and telling him it's not safe, then he keeps telling her that we'll be fine. The strange thing is that as we're cooking, we're turning into clowns...the kind that when you punch them they bob back up...then he threw us on a huge pile of clowns in a corner...I couldn't move, even in real life...it was scary... oshi
I lose my teeth all the time in dreams. It's incredibly unpleasant. Losing your teeth is interpreted as your subconscious acting out to express your feelings of losing control over something. (Long sentence <<") I think it's fairly common, mostly because the feeling of being out of control over some aspect of your life is universal. I just had a dream last night where my elbow hurt. It hurt so, so much, and then this guy turned my arm over and lifted the layer of skin off of the joint a bit--and it wasn't connected at all. And it was getting all bloody, like he had just lifted off a patch that was being soaked through. Ugh. Then, for the rest of the dream, I was all worried about my elbow and all the surgery it would take to fix that. Then I had another one the night before about a guy shoving a nail head-first into the tip of another guy's penis. That was pretty terrible, too. I woke myself up from that one before he turned on me . . . .
Brasil
I'm just going to copy and paste an IM I had with James the day after I had this dream, as re-telling the nightmare would be too involved, even with just editing the IM, heh. It was an utterly bizarre one, to say the least... madsatirist (12:55:55 PM): I just had the weirdest nightmare ever. JamesOtaku01 (12:57:26 PM): Oh? madsatirist (12:57:31 PM): Yeah... madsatirist (12:57:59 PM): There's this house...it's kind of like a split one...one house on the left, conjoined with a second house on the right. madsatirist (12:58:24 PM): The part on the right looks like a large cage-type structure, with columns. madsatirist (12:58:52 PM): The left section is a human house. madsatirist (12:59:01 PM): This middle-aged man lives there. madsatirist (12:59:13 PM): The right section--the cage, houses some feral beast. madsatirist (12:59:45 PM): Throughout the dream, the man was forced to either lure people to the house so the wolf-thing could kill them, JamesOtaku01 (12:59:53 PM): Alex, can you do me a favor and copy & paste this when I come back? I have to reconnect -- sorry :-( madsatirist (12:59:57 PM): or just someone knocking on his front door--sure. madsatirist (12:59:58 PM): No worries. madsatirist (1:00:00 PM): ^_^ JamesOtaku01 (1:00:00 PM): I'm having issues here. Be back in one sec :-) JamesOtaku01 signed off at 1:00:04 PM. JamesOtaku01 signed on at 1:00:30 PM. JamesOtaku01 (1:00:47 PM): ok JamesOtaku01 (1:00:53 PM): better :-) madsatirist (1:01:38 PM): :-) madsatirist (1:01:43 PM): ::goes to copy and paste:: madsatirist (1:01:53 PM): madsatirist (12:57:59 PM): There's this house...it's kind of like a split one...one house on the left, conjoined with a second house on the right. madsatirist (12:58:24 PM): The part on the right looks like a large cage-type structure, with columns. madsatirist (12:58:52 PM): The left section is a human house. madsatirist (12:59:01 PM): This middle-aged man lives there. madsatirist (12:59:13 PM): The right section--the cage, houses some feral beast. madsatirist (12:59:45 PM): Throughout the dream, the man was forced to either lure people to the house so the wolf-thing could kill them, madsatirist (1:03:11 PM): Sometimes, though, passersby would just knock on his door. madsatirist (1:04:09 PM): He walks to the door, about 5 or 6 feet away from it, presses a button on this handheld device, there's a creaking noise by the cage, and the wolf starts prowling out, towards the passersby. madsatirist (1:05:47 PM): This goes on for a bit... madsatirist (1:05:54 PM): then the next part is kindof hazy. madsatirist (1:06:05 PM): Something explodes in the town, madsatirist (1:06:18 PM): or there's a minor explosion in this house, madsatirist (1:06:52 PM): and a portion of the human's house is destroyed, leaving him very little protection should the wolf start hunting him. madsatirist (1:07:28 PM): At this point, the wolf has leverage, and makes it known...actually speaking. madsatirist (1:07:39 PM): I have some bizarre dreams...lol. JamesOtaku01 (1:07:47 PM): Wow JamesOtaku01 (1:07:51 PM): That's a very awesome dream. lol madsatirist (1:07:57 PM): Not over yet, lol. JamesOtaku01 (1:08:00 PM): Oh :-P madsatirist (1:08:37 PM): Now, because this guy's house is pretty much destroyed, nobody--no victims are approaching it anymore, and the wolf is becoming increasingly annoyed. madsatirist (1:09:11 PM): The human is trying everything he can think of, even sabotaging the road that runs in front of his house so that cars get wrecked. madsatirist (1:09:37 PM): One car belongs to this fairly beautiful woman...a metal spike rips apart her front axel. madsatirist (1:09:45 PM): I'm amazed my dream has that level of detail. madsatirist (1:10:01 PM): brb Faja needs grocery help JamesOtaku01 (1:10:55 PM): lol JamesOtaku01 (1:10:58 PM): Again, funky dream. :-P madsatirist (1:21:05 PM): back madsatirist (1:21:13 PM): Now, at this point, madsatirist (1:21:21 PM): the guy is getting increasingly...disturbed. madsatirist (1:21:36 PM): His appearance and demeanor are becoming that of a wild animal. madsatirist (1:21:58 PM): And we go into his POV when he runs up to the young woman. madsatirist (1:22:25 PM): The camera is shaky, jittery, in keeping with the guy's current mental and emotional state, I guess. madsatirist (1:22:53 PM): He screams a bunch of jibberish at the woman, what sounds like, "Oh, lady, you need help? Come to my house! I give you help!" madsatirist (1:23:13 PM): She, of course, is freaking out. madsatirist (1:23:38 PM): She gets out of her car on the driver's side, just as another car approaches on the road. madsatirist (1:24:03 PM): This other car pulls-up, the driver asking if the woman needs help. She hurredly gets in and gets away. madsatirist (1:24:14 PM): Needless to say, the wolf is none too pleased with this, madsatirist (1:24:34 PM): and begins chasing the guy. madsatirist (1:24:53 PM): They get to his partially destroyed front porch and confront each other, madsatirist (1:25:00 PM): the wolf now going bipedal. madsatirist (1:25:29 PM): They have a few swings at each other, the man grabbing a scythe-looking object. madsatirist (1:25:40 PM): He swings the scythe, slicing the wolf in half. madsatirist (1:26:00 PM): He's frantic at this point, madsatirist (1:26:22 PM): begins pouring gasoline and other flammable liquids around his house. madsatirist (1:26:34 PM): He's running into the woods as his house burns. madsatirist (1:26:37 PM): Explodes, etc. madsatirist (1:26:54 PM): He finds this town after a few miles, and goes up to knock on the front door. madsatirist (1:27:10 PM): A woman approaches, standing a few feet back from the screen door, madsatirist (1:27:20 PM): makes a pressing motion with her hand, and walks away. madsatirist (1:27:37 PM): A creaking noise is heard, and a feral creature begins approaching from the right side of this house. madsatirist (1:27:44 PM): The man runs to the next house and rings the doorbell. madsatirist (1:28:25 PM): Again, a figure approaches, this time an old man, presses a button and walks away. A creaking noise is heard, and again, another wolf approaches from the right side of that house. madsatirist (1:28:37 PM): The third house is no different, the fourth house is no different. madsatirist (1:29:05 PM): We pan up to get a full view of the community, madsatirist (1:29:11 PM): every house has the double section. madsatirist (1:29:14 PM): And then the dream ends. JamesOtaku01 (1:29:17 PM): Wow. madsatirist (1:29:29 PM): Yeah.

Gavin
I've had a load of really realistic dreams but I can often only remember small snippets of them unless it was a nightmare, in which case I can recall every detail flawlessly. Off the top of my head the most recent realistic dream I can remember is one that made very little sense all together. I remember I was walking down the road towards my house, it was dark, probably about 2 o'clock or so in the morning, there’s a full moon and I'm just coming upon the bridge that leads up to the mountain. Suddenly and I'm mean within the blink of an eye, I'm confronted by two of the guys I went to school with, now I never particularly liked (friendship-wise) either of these guys, but for some reason they attacked me. Now come the weird part, suddenly I find I've got a long (about 12 feet) stick of bamboo in my hands and start using it like a bo-stick, I'm hitting both of them with the ends and doing all these Martix-esque flips and jumps. In the end I knock out both guys and continue to walk down the road towards home, which is when I wake up. Yeah see what I mean by weird, the dream itself made no sense whatsoever and I'm still trying to figure out what it meant. Sure I can put it down to my subconscious telling me that I don't like either of those two characters but I'm not really inclined to believe that it's that simple.
Tonomi
All the dreams[at least the ones that freaked me out] are what I remeber. I remember that my friend and I were getting "adopted" by this creepy looking couple. And so we were. But we decided to run away from them. And we did. We ran all over the place. Anyway you can think of. But we came across this museum. So we went in it and hid. But the couple found us and so we kept running. We stopped running when we came to a big fountain, that could be a pool. We both jumped into the "fountain" and swam to the otherside. While we were swimming, there were statues in the "fountain" and their eyes just creeped my out. They kept following us until we got out. When my friend and I got out, we jumped down. But we didn't reach the bottom because I woke up..^^ There was also this one time, when I was about 10 or 11. I had a dream that I was at the mall. You know, the regular stuff..buying cds and clothes. But when I got out, there was this man that was looking for me. He was dressed in a long black coat, had a matcing hat, and held an umbrella. Somehow, he knew my name and it scared the heck out of me. I didn't know what he was talking aout because he was mumbling, but during that he took out my scrunchie in my hair. The I saw my uncle. I was so relieved. So I ran over to him and ignored the other person. But the other person just smiled as I went away. But anyway, I told my uncle about the person and he just told me to get into the car. So I did. But the car started to move forward. I didn't know which pedal was the brake back then, so I just yelled for help because I was heading towards a really big wall. But before the car hit the wall, I felt someone was pushing the car backwards, and someone was. It was my aunt. I know she's really tall and stiff, but she was moing the car like it an empty box! Aheh, then I woke up..^^;; but in those dreams, it felt so real. Like I could actually smell the water and I could feel my hair being let down...it was scary... I tell that to my friends and they call me weird...and my dreams weird...heh...my mind goes insane
