If there is one thing I absolutely cannot stand, loathe to the fullest extent that one can loathe, it is ignorant moviegoers.
Hey, is it a sign of the Apocolypse if I agree with you? Or do we just have to worry about the sky falling?

I hate sitting in a movie theater and hearing people loudly critique and disect the entire movie. For the love of all things sacred, wait until you get out of the theater because nobody really cares that you know how they made the hoards of monster thingies in Lord of the Rings or your theories on Monsters INc while they're tryingto watch the thing! :flaming:

For that matter, don't talk to me while I'm watching a silent movie on TCM. It's hard enough to catch one, I don't want someone interrupting me while I'm trying to get the plot.
Oh, I just thought of one that really botherd me. Aplications, resumes, ISAT, ect. Anything you have to fill out information. They ask you your race. Why is that? I have half a mind to write in the "other" spot and put: Human. What does my skin color, or where I come from matter when I want a job? THat gets on my VERY last nerve. I have some "black" friends, although, I never look at them that way, and I know if I'm applying for something and she's applying for the same thing (let's say a job) and she has more qualifications, what am I supposed to think if I get the job, is it because of the fact that my skin is white? [B']Does this bother anyone else?!
I know exactly what you mean. This past year, I was tempted to write "Demon" on it or something, or leave some funky drawing on my answer sheet. However, there is a reason for that. The testing dudes wanna know your race to make sure that one doesn't have an advantage over others. This mainly partakes to religion, but I think there are others.
Anyways...
Hippocrites: You know, those people that tell you not to do something when they do it themselves.
Online Lingo: I'm probably one of the very few people on this earth that don't use it. Really, you can't judge by the OB - you really need to chat though an AIM session, where you usually have to type quickly to talk to the other person before they leave. In that sorta situation, I have the advantage because I can type fast, but not using online lingo. I'm a fast typer, a good writer (heck, I'm only 12 - would you have guess that by reading my post?), and have a pet peeve of online chatting! ^^; Most of the time, I have no clue what a person says to me in online lingo. I once tried to type that way and found it extremely difficult.
TEST!
any1 anyone
/TEST!
I found it much easier just to type out the full thing. And it looks neater.
Okay, going way back to the first page - To the person that said Muslims make up "6 point billion" of the population must not really know their figures. There are a little more than 6 billion people in the world. Of course, that was the last time I checked, which was about three years ago, so it's a little out of date. Which reminds me...
People Who Don't Know Their Facts: They go up there and prech to you while having no damn clue what they're talking about.

For me, people who laugh at your expense are the worst on my list. I think people who laugh at anothers pain is disgusting. I hate it when they think it's okay to laugh or make a joke at someone's fears or burdens in their life. It's just sick.

Things that put me on my last nerve?? Well, they might be somewhat dumb, but they are...

Vanity Freaks: Ok, it's ok to have a few things to make you look pretty, go to the shop and buy clothes and make up, and yes, get your hair and nails done every once in a while, but, NOT MAKE YOUR WHOLE LIFE REVOLVE AROUND HOW YOU LOOK! and, it's more important to have something called FOOD! That really makes me sick, because, they way you look isn't as important as the person you are inside...

Pre-teen movies: And, we have the best example in our theaters right now, yes, it's the one and only, Hillary Duff in "A Cinderela Story" . Saw a small part of it, but read the reviews over nd ove again, and in my opinion, the plot, ok, acting, a smewhat disaster, everythings else, not good at all; and this is just an example of the movies that are all about a girl, that wants to find her ideal guy, and so on and so forth the plots are usually a disaster, adn they're all practically the same...

Girls whos life revolves around guys: This has to be what bothers me the most; I can't stand them!! Maybe, other poeple don't know what I'm talking about, it's girls who can't stop talking, breathing or thinking about boys, their lives is based on making them notice them!! And so, they don't pay any attention to LIFE! and, they just think about guys, and they only talk about them, it's really annoying... :flaming:

Hipocrites: Can't stand them, at firrst, they're your friend, and then, they turn their back on you, because your not old enough, ar somehting like that, anyway, this more like a personal experience, nothing else, but, hipocrites really bother me in general, they're all a bunch of liars and dirty friends, can't trust them at all...

Well, thse are just a few, if I continue, I can go on forever, and get a headache that'll last a lifetime :wigout:
Peace to all, and have a goo day!!!
The one who returned,
HetepKa

Overbearingly Angsty People I'll readily give you that every person has their right to ***** and moan about the littlest of things now and again, but there are people who do it constantly. And not in a world-weary, intelligent, sarcastic manner, either. They do so in a whiney, self-victimizing, grotesquely annoying manner, that leaves even the most tolerant of souls readying their metal, bent-in-the-middle, baseball bats, preparing to strike the hopefully final, hopefully fatal, blow.

Intense and Constant Seriousness It's not attractive, it's not "deep", and it's not practical. Psh. If you can't take things for what they are, silly, then when are you going to find time to have fun? I mean, there are a few things in life that require a partial, or even complete, lack of humour, but they should be few and far between, neh?

Deeper Meanings in Everything "This bunny with a pancake on his head is like the world." Need I say more? O_o o_O""

Menonites Don't even get me started on this one. How stupid can you get? Sheesh.

*coughs*

Ahem, there are somethings called mistakes... I'll have you know that I actually bothered to research that number... *looks at it.* I still got it wrong though, lol. The number I was trying to convey is around 2 billion. (http://www.islamicweb.com/begin/results.htm) I don't know where the 6 came from, to be honest. Sorry if I caused any confusion.

More loopholes:
Suing mcdonalds for making you fat
Suing mcdonalds for not warning you enough about the coffee being hot(and winning)

Political camPAINs: spending hundreds of millions of dollars just to sway the 5 people that don't know who to vote for but still care what idiot runs the country

What about people who walk in the middle of the parking lot? You know, right in the middle of the aisle, and you can't drive around them with out playing 'Bowling for Pedestrians', so you honk your horn, and all you get is a dirty look from the people. So you wish you could play 'Bowling for pedestrians' with out getting your liscence revoked. I really hate those people.

The drivers who get in your lane during a left hand turn and you really have no where to go so you honk your horn and the person gives you the finger like it's your fault that when they turn they can't stay in their lane.

People who tell you how to raise your kids-This is even better when the person doesn't have kids. Or is an even worse parent than you seem to be. For the love of all things sacred, my child rearing skills aren't killing you-even if I wish they were-so shut up. Besides, if you don't even have kids, you don't know what the **** you're talking about in the first place!

People who think that same sex marriage is going to somehow hurt 'traditional' marriage- Get a grip okay? Yesturday in my local newspaper it was announced that two men had made their marriage vows (NYS law defines marriage as a union between two people in love, so even though my state hasn't gone one way or the other with gay marriage what they did isn't illegal) and so far nobody's man and woman marriage has suffered directly from it. And they aren't even being held responsible for the state legislation having a late budget for the 20th year in a row. So stick that up your nose!

People who make lawsuits against fast food chains because they're over weight-Just because your butt was too lazy to cook a real dinner or walk a block a day doesn't mean that suddenly it's someone else's fault that your rear is the size of cleveland. I think the govenor of Illinois had the right idea when he banned all lawsuits against fast food chains. Why don't you think upo a real law suit? Or climb on a treadmill. Or do what we used to do and blame your mother for your weight problems.

People who throw words around like: sold out, poser and wannabe No real reason, it just annoys me after a while.

People who make stupid, uninteresting, shallow and otherwise lame threads.

I can't stand threads that aren't interesting, that don't go against the norm, that aren't eccentric and different, that aren't full of something more.

Really, since my time modding this forum, it's been downhill, and fast, as if gravity is putting more pressure per second on us all and making us go down this hill and lower and lower.

I think we're pretty close to hell by now.

online lingo
as previously mentioned by katana,
i cant stand it worthe anything, and i really hate when people all type like "lyke ur dun here?" it just pushes a little button in me that makes me want to snap at them and yell "use atleast some decent proper english!"
I also am so horrible at understanding some of the new age lingo online, i even had to ask one of my friends what something met the other day that some person said to me.
I mean it would probably be better if you learned to type things out, because if you need to type something for school or work or anything, it'd probably look more professional, and i am sure you'd look more smarter too. I mean would you type a paper for school like "den the guy wun duh game when any1 pushed him"
You probably would get a F on that paper, so if you dont do it for school? why do it online? you'll still seem stupid.

beyond that i dont really have anything else that bugs me in general, that or i just cant think of anything right now.
