Request Drum Ban and Avi request

[size=1]I been thinking lately, and I'v decided that I want a banner and Avatar that goes along with my SN (Quad for those silly people who don't know). Thanks to anyone in advanced who trys this, in my opinion, this looks hard to make.

That's the Picture I want to be used for the avi. ^
I want the avatar to have the "Quad Logic" sign covering the whole avatar with the drums faded in behind it. Please give it a border.

This one might be a bit more difficult. I only want the drum in the banner, but I don't want it to look really plain and dull, If you can think of anyway to spice it up with a cool back round and neat phrase that would be awesome! I'd also like my name on it and for it to have a border.
If you can find any other good images of a quad drum to put in the banner, be my guest.
