System of a Down

For those of you that don't know who they are, they are a rock band whose leader singer is called,"Serj". I like this group. They're pretty good. Anyone else think so?

OK i have a liking for SOAD, but you can't let people who don't like not post, you need to get everyones opinion.

But onto the main subject, my favourite album is ofcourse conveniently named "Steal This Album" and my favourite song from this album has to be "Mr Jack". It talks about this guy who is underconver and his codename is Mr. Jack. (Well i think so, lol)

I do dislike SOAD aswell though for some of there music the talk a load of dogs crap which means bugger all. But as i said before, Mr. Jack has a meaning to it, and thats my main reason why i like that song.

My Second favourite song is called Aerials, which is in the Toxicity album, which has to be my second favourite out of the 3. But i still like the 1st album, so barely any dislikes for SOAD, only there songs without meaning.

Thats my opinion about System of a Down, and i would be glad to listen to people opinions if they like, or dislike them.

Not really. In fact most of their songs have meaning. What songs don't have meaning?

Anyways, SOAD is my all-time favourite band. I have all 3 of their cd's and am patiently waiting for the 4th. I like how they blend a sort of hardcore sound with a nice mellow sound. If that makes any sence.

Ok if your gonna go say you like/dislike a band then can you please give a good reason which we posters want to read on. Sayin that "they rock" ain't a very detailed description of your liking for them. Looking back at my earlier post, my post has got 189 words here and around.

Hawke3000 has around 60
HybridRainbow has around 16
And Shibatku has around 45

Ok Shibatku started the thread with an alright description, but if you were gonna talk about the band then talk more about the other people in it not just Serj.

Hawke3000 gave a good attempt showing why he liked them and how he is saying how he has got all 3 cd's (can't wait for the 4th myself actually, lol)

But HybridRainbow.........."They rock!"......you don't say how they rock and thats what the commen bases of people in Otaluboards want to here, your opinions, that was an opinion without reason, and i'm not sure, but i think that can be declared as spam, being one sentece, 14 words ?

I can't do anything seeing as i'm not a moderator, but i just thought i'd like to point this out to you, and i hope you take my words seriously.

Ok well, i was eagerly awaiting there tour aswell, does anyone know if there coming to the UK. I checked the site but it never said anything, so they mught keep the UK till a later date. Hopefully, the 4th album comes out at Christmas over here in the UK, along with a DVD. So i can't wait for them being released, New Music to listen to.
Ok well am done here, hopefully i can reply later if i get some dislikes, i like debates, help solve things ! (lol)

Sean all of SOADs songs have a meaning, you although sound are a little too unpolitically minded to understand the meanings of the songs and the punches they are throwing at the american government. Make sure you're claims have legi meanings sean or u know me i'll tear youropinions out of the sky!!!
