Katana quickly gobbled down her food and immediately grabbed Yuka's sleeve as she was munching on a riceball. Katana dragged her out of the room and outside, getting questioning looks from the rest of the group when the two left.
"What the hell do you want with me?" Yuka demanded. "I'M HUNGRY, DAMMIT!"
"Yeah, I know, but the new theme here seems to be getting a job," Katana replied, cotinuously flicking the earring on her right ear.
"What are you talking about? I'm not getting a job!"
"Hey hey hey! COOL IT! I never said we had to [i]get[/i] a job. We could...[i]make[/i] a job."
"Huh?"
"Maybe we can make some cash by fortune telling or something! I mean, seriously, think of all those historical battles and crap -"
"What? I don't pay too much attention in History class, Kat."
Katana sweatdropped. "Well, maybe it doesn't [i]have[/i] to be battles or sommin'...maybe like 'the price of meat will grow ever higher' or something." She looked up at the sky. "But I don't have a tax book with figures from historical Japan..."
Yuka sighed and sweatdropped. "It's a good idea. Maybe we could...do something with our powers or...something."
"We should do something that's totally weird...but legal."
"Legal? Since when have we ever done something [i]legal[/i]?"
"...That's a good question. We never have, 'cause we always have swords with us, you know?"
"Yes, I do."
The two continued jabbering, their plans becoming more and more unrealistic, not to mention illegal.
They stopped when the Dojo's back door slid open. Nobody was there.
"Uh, hi?" Yuka asked cautiously, eyeing the door suspisciously.

"AGH! DAMMIT KAZ, GET THE HELL OFF ME!!!"
"Hehehe, Katty's angre - WAGH! *gurggle gurggle* YAHHH!!! *cough gurggle* HELLLPPP!!!"
Yuka looked on, sweatdropping. "Are you sure you have a crush on Kurumi?"

Well, the main point of posting was to tell you all that I'm leaving tomorrow morning to go to - Niaaaa-graaaa Falls! :D I'll be able to post Sunday through Wedsnesday night or so, because the hotel there has "high speed internet access in every room!". *sweatdrop*

Kaz poofed onto a couple of japanese school children. " Ahhhh!!!!!!!! Kappa!!!!!!," they yelled at him as he tipped his head and went ' Booga booga booga!!!" (OOC: I have no scence of humur , it helps being tired) Kaz poofed off again only to land on Kit.
" Get the hell off of me!!!!"
" Kaz!" Amaya yelled. Kaz laughed and jumped off of him.
" I need a GPS."
" Yeah you need more than that, you jackass." Kit replied.
" Does any one remember what that guys name was?" Kaz asked
" Which guy? We've met nearly 1/4 of the population." Amaya said.
" That one guy with the daggers, Aconite's pappy or what ever"
" Dunno, why?" Amaya said.
KAz sihed and walked off humming "If I Haad a Million Dollars"

Kurumi walked into the room that her, Yuka, and Katana shared. She walked over to the box that had her uniform in it and took it out. She looked over it and said to herself, "I'd better try this out..."
Once she had slipped it one and tied everything that needed to be done, Kurumi stepped out of her room and ran into Kaoru. "Hey, not bad!" Kaoru said cheerfully.
"The only reason you are complimenting me is because you are glad I have a job..." Kurumi muttered.
"Well... that too.... but seriously! You look great!" Kaoru smiled and walked off.
"Whatever." Kurumi grumbled once Kaoru was out of sight and she stepped back into her room and took the uniform back off. "At least it fits good." Kurumi sighed and layed down on her pile of blankets. [i]I'm so tired... I think I'll just take a nap...[/i] She thought sleepily and dozed off.

Kit smiled at his creation, it had taken him hours into the night, but He finally had it right! The stone figurine of him and his friends was perfect! Almost every detail of them could be seen, Katana's cheesy grin, Kenshin's scar, the signs of usage all over yuka's sqeaky hammer of doom. Almost picture perfect, just without the theft of one's soul. He chuckled as he thought about how Sano freaked out when they had gotten their picture taken.

[I]Okay...if Ican make this, then I'm all set to start playing 'cupid' with kaz and kurumi, I just need to get someone to go along and help me...[/I]

"hmmm...who would be best? Yuki? No, she'd puke every where then knock me out. Yuka? No she'd do what Yuki did. Amaya? could be...could be. Katana? yeah, katana would work perfectly!" Kit whistled to himself as he left the courtyard to find Katana, and Amaya, carrying the statue of him and his friends both from the past and present.

The floor boards creaked under his sandaled feet, the warmth of the dojo/house washed over him. he heard Katana [I]LONG[/I] before he found her. She was talking animatedly with yuka about crimes against the government, when suddenly Kaz 'poofed' in on top of her.

He said a few teasing words before she threw him off and drenched him with a fire hose sized blast of water. Yuka sweatdropped saying:

"Are you sure you have a crush on Kurumi?"

Kit beemed in delight, the opportunity was perfect here! He practically sprung through the doorway in his excitment! Katana and Yuka both shrieked in surprise, then sweatdropped seeing it was a wide-eyed with excitment kit.

"You guys gotta help me with something! I've gotta plan to...!" Katana stopped him mid sentence.

" Hey settle down now (Did I just say that?) If you want us to help you, you've gotta help us." Yuka looked at Katana in surprise.

"hey wait a minute!" Both K's ignored her, kaz still lay on the ground in shock from the cold water he had been sprayed with.

"what do you need help with? we aren't going to steal elephants using you your powers, then go kidnap all the fish from the markets and hold them hostage like you were talking about were you?" Kat and yuka both sweatdropped.

"No way, who came up with that stupid idea?"

"You two did." Kit was slammed in the face with one of each girls fist's. his eyes were black and blue when they pulled their fists from his tenderized face.

"Sooo...what's your plan Kit?

Kit shed a few tears and sighed
"I plan to pass out now, wake up later then tell you the rest of my plan from there..." and with that he passed out. Both girls sweatdropped as they tip-toed out of the room.

I am very, very, sorry for not being active for the past months (or 2...shit I was gone for a while >.<) Everything has been going wacko really; first, I had to go to Mississippi for a month, to my grandparents. They have a computer, but the computer always kept freezing and screwing up. Then to top it all off, they have satellite, and during a rain storm (which occured from time to time) I couldn't get connection. (Damn)

And then, plans were screwed up. Apparently my cousins (who I don't even know) won a wedding, and I arrived back here on Aug. 4th. And my mom's boyfriend was at the hospital because of a blood problem. And then guests came over, and then I'll be gone for the next weekend again...So busy lately, but I'm doing the best I can to post! So here I am!!

Plus I have to get this rotting goldfish out of my fishtank. It's getting pruny...>>

"Yeesh, he passes out before he can even say the first part of his plan..." Katana muttered. Yuka nodded, and then yawned tiredly.
"Amazing how one can get tired so easily. Now about that job..."
Katana smirked evilly. Just happening to pass by was Amaya, who looked pretty freaked out from her smirk. Yuka couldn't help but laugh. This made Amaya run.
"You should have seen Amaya..." Yuka said as she held onto her sides. Katana giggled.
"I did. Priceless."
"Like Mastercard dude. Like Mastercard."

"So, we are going to be fortune tellers, predicting the future prices of meat?" Yuka asked, sweatdropping. Katana nodded. The two were in a room in the dojo, somewhere...but it was away from any other people. No one would like to go around this place; it was empty.

"Yeah. Plus we could predict the future, but not history crap or something. Just..."
"Like Chips Ahoy!!!" Yuka yelled. "Tell them that people in the future will make Chips Ahoy!! And Oreo's!"
Katana sweatdropped. "Heh, Chips Ahoy..."
"Hey you know, I wonder..." Yuka said, as she put her thumb under her skin, and looked up at the cieling with a thoughtful look. Katana looked up at the cieling too, trying to figure out what was so interesting about it. Ah, the lines of the wood. They were swirly...let's count how many...
"I wonder if people in our time can see us...maybe we're on TV..."
Katana fell face first onto the heard wooden floor. Dammit Yuka was stupid.
"We're supposed to be thinking about our JOBS!!!" Katana yelled. Yuka remained oblivious to what Katana said, and put a scared look on her face.
"What if they're watching us right now..."
"ARGH!!!"

"Owwwww...." Yuka groaned, as she rubbed her head lovingly. What did Katana hit her with...
Looking up in wonder, Yuka found herself face to face with an angry Katana, holding her trusted mallet given to her for Christmas last year. That thing brought back memories, but it wasn't the time to think of memories, and rather think of what Katana would do to her.
"JOB. NOT. TV!!!" Katana yelled, and brought the mallet down to Yuka's face. She shrieked, and quickly, ran out of the room in what seemed a blinding speed. Katana quickly followed, never losing her.
"SHIT!! KATANA'S *pant* GONNA *pant* KILL *pant* ME!!!" Yuka screamed, as she ran throughout the whole dojo. At least half of it anyway.
"Is that you Miss Yuka?" Kenshin asked, as he looked through the doorway. As Yuka came towards Kenshin, she punched him right in the temple, sending him flying towards the ground. Katana was close behind, and didn't pay attention to the redhead, and stepped on his chest.
"DON'T CALL ME MISS!!!!"
"ARGGHHH!! YYYUUUKKKAAA!!!"

"Ah! KITTY!!!!!" Kurumi screamed as she saw a cat climb up a tree. Quickly she ran over towards it, but by that time, the cat was on a branch.
"Damn cat. GET DOWN HERE!!!" Kurumi yelled. This did not make the cat come down, and only made it go further up. Kurumi groaned.
"Dammit, and I'm still in my uniform. Ah well, I'll just get it washed..." Kurumi said as she began to climb up the tree. When she was halfway up, another person pushed her off the trunk, sending her flying to the ground.
"AH! F*CK what was that??" Kurumi yelled. Leaning upwards, she saw Yuka climbing up the tree quickly, with Katana close behind, holding...her mallet?
"Leave me alone!!!" Yuka yelled as she jumped off a branch, grabbing the cat with her. The cat meowed loudly as Yuka landed on the ground on her feet, and began running away again.
"Kitty!" Kurumi squealed as she grabbed the cat away from Yuka, ignoring Katana's evil look. "You're fluffy...like when the dude at school got in trouble somehow with a hairdryer..."

To Yuka's luck, she tripped on a tiny rock (Yes, a tiny rock >>) and fell face first into the dirt. Katana laughed evilly (imagine the background; dark with lightning.)
"Don't hurt me just because I was thinking of something that might be true!" Yuka said as she hid her head with her hands.
"Rurouni Kenshin is a popular anime, and someone would have said something you baka!!" Katana said, as she gave a blow on Yuka's back. She could have sworn she heard a slight crack.
"OOOWWWW!!!"
"Don't worry, I won't BREAK IT!!!" Katana yelled murderously, and began to hit poor Yuka with the mallet. One thing was going through her mind,

'Revenge.'

5 minutes later...

Yuka lay unconcious on the ground with Katana hovering over her, mallet in hand. Katana laughed slightly, before dropping the mallet. And then she gasped.

"Aw fuck now what am I gonna do about the job?!?!"[/color][/font][/size]

"Nee... that was freaky," Amaya said to herself as she stepped inside the dojo.
"What was freaky?" asked Sano, appearing with his trademark fishbone.
"Just Katana and Yuka," she said simply. Sano nodded understandably.
"Well, I'm off to find Katsu," he said, walking to the door. "He owes me a lot of money from gambling..."
"Say hi to him for me!" said Amaya. Sano chuckled, and left.
Amaya wandered through the house and stumbled upon her pulverized-looking boyfriend.
"Kit? What happened?" she asked, bending down to look at him.
Kit gave a royal twitch and sat up, rubbing his bruised eye. "Katana and Yuka happened."
"Really? They scared me away with their evil smirks," she sighed.
Kit stood up painfully. "I was going to ask them for help with my plan for Kaz and Kurumi, but unfortunately I said the wrong thing and got whacked in the face."
"Aww, some ice will help that," said Amaya in a motherly tone. She led him to the kitchen where the icebox was.
"Thanks..."
"Hey, you know what might be fun? A trip to the hot springs!"

[size=1][color=darkblue]Kurumi looked at the cat she had nabbed from the tree and a toothy smile spread across her face. "Pet the kitty, pet the kitty, pet the kitty...." Kurumi said as she stroked the cat, whom was struggling hard to get out of her grasp. Kurumi walked back over to the dojo and slipped into her room. She finally let go of the cat and removed her uniform. "So dirty... oh well, I'll get Kenshin to wash that up later. So much for my nap too... I heard the cat from all the way across the grounds... can't resist such a fluffy thing...." After she dressed back into her normal clothes, she stepped back out of the room. As soon as she stepped back out, Amaya ran straight into Kurumi.
"Argh!" Amaya said in shock. "Oh! Kurumi, I'm sorry! I was just coming to tell you about something."
"Yeah?" Kurumi said sternly as she rubbed her head.
"Well, I was just suggesting that we go to a hot springs! You in?"
"Sure... why not."
"Great! Let's go ask everyone else." Amaya said happily as she made her way back down that hall. Kurumi followed her down the hall.
"Erm... what's Kit doing?" Kurumi asked as they entered the front room of the dojo, the front door had been left open and Kit had returned to dragging the statues around.
"Umm... I -er-don't know..." Amaya replied nerviously.
"Yeah you do." Kurumi said automatically.
"Errr..."
"Does it have to do with me and Kaz?" Kurumi asked as if reading her mind.
"Umm... yeah..." Amaya whispered. "What [i]is[/i] going on between you two anyway?"
"What? Don't you know?" Kurumi said suddenly. "Well, me and Kaz have been together since we left here last time! Didn't we tell you guys that? I swore we did...." Amaya sweatdropped and fell over.
"I hope Kit doesn't do anything to rash then...." Amaya replied.
"Let him do as he wishes... I don't care." Kurumi said and walked off.[/color][/size]

OOC: I see no end of trouble to where this story is headed. All the more reason to go for it! Kit's gonna show up to the hot springs late though...

Kit dragged the statue a little bit to the right, then the left, then right again. He hoped Kouru didn't mind the statue's being placed in the courtyard, he could always make em meld back into the earth once he was done.

"Okay, just right! Looks just like Kurumi!" Amaya and kurumi had left a few minutes ago, he heard them talking about what he was doing, what they said exactly, he wasn't sure about. Ahh, didn't matter, as long as his surprise wasn't spoiled.

[I]and I was gonna ask Katana to cook for a surprise dinner type thingy...after I made a few bucks to pay foor the food. I wonder if she can make pie?[/I]
Kit suddenly remembered that there weren't any plates to make pies with, he hadn't seen any when kurumi had bought new plates. Maybe he could buy one, if there where any to be found around here. He sighed, if he couldn't find one to buy, he could try and make one, with katana's help anyway. first things first though...

"I need to make some money. But how?" kit sighed again, scratching his head it hit him like yuka's sqeaky hammer of doom! "I know! I can make little figureine statues, and sell them at reasonably extortionate prices!"

Kit walked of whistleing happily, snagging a few sheets, long with the clothes line while Kouru wasn't looking, never noticeing the shadow that waited and watched, nor did he see kaz 'poofing' along ever so silently behind him.

Kit looked at the makeshift tent he set up with the different colored sheets, and kouru's clothesline. It looked a little shody, but he didn't care as long as people saw and bought the little statue's.
"I hope there wasn't a law requiring a permit to set up shop in this era..." he sighed, it didn't matter he picked this spot for three reasons:

1. well used road into town, that and he was close to town.
2. wasn't sure but he thought he saw a mine nearby, maybe he could add a few things to his statue's
3. it was close to the hotsprings, so once he finished he could catch up with the girls.

His grin widened, he already had a few figurine's made, and set up a small display. if he ever ran out he could always make more...

"What are you doing with kouru's sheets?" kit jumped it was sano. "And her clothesline?" Sano sweatdropped, he wasn't going to have many clean, [I]dry[/I] clothes soon.

"Well...I'm going to sell these little statue's I've made." sano looked over at the statue's. kit's face lit up when he heard sano mumble 'not bad...' sano glanced down the road.
"You sure that you should be out here by yourself? with aconite's master around?"
Kit fought off the sudden rush of memories and feelings: The fear, the terror, his vision of his first real friends dying, amaya dying. He breathed deeply.
"Yeah no problem, amaya and kurumi are nearby." Sano nodded, looking over as a few people stopped to look at Kit's statues.
"Looks like you might have your first customer's. Good luck!" Kit beemed with pride as sano walked back into town. Today was going to be good, he could feel it!

[Katana]

"Hot springs?" Katana asked suddenly, looking at the unconscious Yuka on the ground. "Yuka? Hey, Yuka?" She began poking her body. "YUKA? HEY, YUKA! Oh man, this could be bad..."
There was only one thing to do...
"OH MY GOD! JOHNNY DEPP!!!" she screeched, pointing at a tree.
Yuka bolted upright. "WHERE'S MY DEPPY? [B]JOHNNY![/B]"
"He's not here, dofus," Katana said, sweatdropping as Yuka franticlly began scanning the area.
"He's...not?"
"Nope."
Yuka burst into tears. "I WANNA SEE JOHNNY! OH DEPPY, WHERE ARE YOU?!?!?!"
Multiple sweatdrops appeared on Katana's head as Yuka began crying very hard, water gushing into buckets that had come from nowhere.
"I heard Amaya telling Kurumi that she was going to a hotsprings. I thought we should go too."
"But we have no idea where there are now, huh?" Yuka replied in a matter-of-fact tone, putting a stop to her crying. "I mean...they took off a while ago, right?"
"You were out for about an hour or so."
"What - you mean you left me here?"
"Well, yeah. I went inside, ate some ricecakes, and had some tea. I also cleaned my swords. Kit left about half an hour ago, taking some sheets and Kaoru's clothesline with him, and was talking about statues and pies."
"Mmm. Sounds good."
"Yeah, but it's not that great of a combination. The statues would break, your teeth, you know."
Yuka sweatdropped. "You don't have to be so literal, you know."
Sanouske pushed open the front gate, sucking on a fishbone. He caught site of Katana and Yuka, and attempted to carefully slide away, but he tripped on an eggshell (>.>) and crashed into a tree.
"Sano!" Katana cried happily, rushing up to him. "Do you know where Kurumi and Amaya are? Wait - how about Kitty-chan?"
"Kitty-chan...? Well, uh...go ask Kit. He said something about catching up to Kurumi and Amaya after he closed shop."
"Closed shop?" Yuka repeated, who suddenly appeared beside her compatriat.
"GAH! Freaky kid! ...Well, he's down the road. You can't miss him - seriously, his 'shop' is a bunch of sheets and stuff...Hey, where'd you two go?" Sanouske looked down to see empty ground. A breeze flowed through the barren courtyard (go crappy drama! -.-; ).

"Hey! He's right here!"
"Oh crap!" Kit began making a hole in the ground to jump into, but he couldn't make it fast enough. Yuka and Katana came barrelling down the road and nearly colided into Kit's tent.
"Hey Kitty-chan!" Katana cried cheerfully. "What's up?"
Kit sweatdropped. "What?" [/color][/size]

[Sicarius]

[COLOR=DarkGreen]ooc: Ummm Kaz now has a girl friend???....Gah you people and your crazy ass romances..... I'm gonna do somethiin' EVIL!!!!


Kaz poofed from trre to tree watching kit sell the figureines (sp?). He heard a noise coming from behind him, a quick whistling sound came from around him with a poof he appeared behind Aconite's master and hatchet kicked him in the side of the head, his body falling to the ground ontop of Kit's tent, the figures shattering.
" NOOOOOOOO!!!!!! ALL MY HARD WORK! DAMN YOU!!!!!" Kit screamed. his powers swelling, forming an enclosement around the man.
" You will not have the best of I, Sicarius!!!!" he yelled as he moved away fromt he enclosement before Kit saw him, only to have him throw a dagger at Kit's knee.
Kaz threw one of his katars at Sicarius, missing greatly due to his speed, one of Sics daggers found it's target in Kaz's sternum. The others hearing the comotion came to help but Sicarius had already fled. Kaz pulling the dagger from his sternum collapsed in utter pain, the bllod flowing freely from the wound.


OOC: Your right kit, fighting doesn't solve much but it is fun hope you like a dagger in the knee.....hehehe told ye evil...[/COLOR]

*sees Kit runnning around franticlly with the dagger lodged into his knee* *sweatdrop*
Interesting sig, Kaz. *grins*

Yuka ran up to Kit and, in a not-so-gentle motion, ripped the dagger from his knee. He howled in pain and began hitting Yuka.
"Now now children..." Katana said as she sweatdropped. She turned around and began to poke Kaz. "Oh boy..." She ripped a piece of cloth from Kit's former shop and pressed it against his chest. "You're an idiot, ya know that?" she hollered into his ear. [i]Yeah, as if he can hear me...[/i]
Yuka came over and looked up and down Kaz's body. "I'll go get Megumi..." She tore up the road and returned two minutes later, dragging the female doctor with her.
"What? What is it? Oh my God! Kit...KAZ!" Megumi nearly ripped off Yuka's arm and shoved Katana out of the way to investigate the bandaged-boy. "He's passed out...not good...I'm going to take him to my clinic." She looked around and spotted a rather healthy, strong-looking man. "You, sir! Would you help me with these two?"
The man, confused, looked around before realizing that, yes, Megumi had called on him. He rushed up to Kaz. "Yes ma'am..." He picked up Kaz's limp body and hurried off with Megumi, who was supporting Kit.
"Well then..." Yuka said as the four vanished from sight. She clapped her hands. "I wonder where those hot springs are..."
"Hot springs?" a woman asked. The two turned to her.
"You know?"
"Well, acutally, it's quite interesting...these two girls were going to this one pond I know of...it's by my house, you see...One was talking about heating up the water, and the two giggled..."
"Yeah? What?" Katana asked eagerly.
"Yeah, spill it out old lady!"
The woman sweatdropped and ignored Yuka's comment. "I was going shopping. When I came back, I could see steam...from the same pond! I heard the girls' voices...they were laughing, and talking about...'telly-viishen..."
"Television," Yuka corrected quickly. "Well, where is it?"
"Over there, across the bridge...and then you turn left..."
The two girls vanished, tearing across the bridge and ripping through bushes and underbrush.
"KURUMI! AMAYA?"
"NUTTERS! WEIRDO?"
Katana sweatdropped. "I see why Kit's so happy to get rid of you..."

[size=1][color=darkblue]Kurumi sunk deeper into the hot water as Yuka and Katana joined Amaya and herself. Kurumi suddenly laughed for no apparent reason. "What?" Yuka asked, "Yeah, I know, it's fat, but come on! It's just Katana!" After Yuka said that, Katana smacked her in the side of the head.
"No, it's just..... I feel so hhhiiiiggghhhh...." Kurumi replied in a dreamy voice, her eyes looked slightly glazed over.
"I thought you were always high." Yuka commented. Katana snorted.
"Naw, the fumes are just getting to her." Amaya said looking at Kurumi, whom had sunk further into the water, her mouth just barely over the surface.
"What fumes?" Katana ask. "This is just a friggin pond that has been heated up... or whatever..." she said in a mater-of-factly tone.
"I remember seeing her act like this in school too... after she gets tired out she acts all funny like this and ends up falling asleep." Yuka said poking the inside of Kurumi's ear with a stick.
"WhoOoOoOooo...." Kurumi said in a daze, grabbing hold of Yuka and splating something on her face. "Haha... sticky note!" Kurumi laughed as she let go of the squirming Yuka.
"What the hell--- THIS IS FUCKING MUD YOU MORON!" Yuka screamed at Kurumi and dunked her head under the water.
"Hey, hey! Cut it out you guys!" Amaya said nerviously while Katana laughed freely in the background.
Once Amaya pushed Yuka away from Kurumi, Kurumi popped her head back up out of the water as if nothing had happened. "What happened to the boys?" She asked normally, the dreamy tone no longer hanging onto her voice and the glazed look gone from her eyes. All the other girls sweatdropped while Kurumi looked around confused.

Kurumi, Amaya, Yuka, and Katana were currently running through the rain, their clothes soken wet from the rain, and running along a path they had no clue of. It was then they reached an end of the road, with two paths to go to. One path led to a bunch of Sakura trees, while the other led into a dead forest.

"This is no hard choice..." Amaya muttered. Yuka nodded in agreement, shivering while doing so.

"Yeah, the dead forest."

"No you dumbnut, the Sakura trees! People would probably live in an area with Sakura trees," Katana said. Yuka groaned.

"But then in the dead forest there will probably be a cave, and we were looking for a cave, so-"

"Yuka, shut up. We're going on the path with the Sakura trees," Amaya whispered. Yuka let out a sigh of disappointment, before going on the run again with her buddies closeby.

It had been five minutes, and a house had no come by yet. Instead, there were random rice fields, with some crops.

"Poor crops, getting drenched..." Amaya muttered.

"We're wet too, forget the stinking crops!!" Kurumi yelled. Amaya moved slightly away from Kurumi, a small look of fear on her face.

"Hey, is that a hut up there?!" Katana asked, pointing towards a small brown square up ahead. Yuka tilted her head slightly.

"Looks more like a cardboard box..."

"Yeah, that's a hut up there," Kurumi said, ignoring Yuka's comment. It ended up being a hut, but an abandoned hut that behind it was a well, an old looking well. They all entered the hut, surprisingly, there was a dusty table in the corner, a firepit that looked like it was used a long time ago in the center, and lastly of course a bunch of cobwebs in the nearest corner.

"This will have to do..." Katana muttered. Yuka shivered noticeably as she took a glance around the hut.

"And with a well in the backyard, I'm afraid a TV is suddenly gonna appear and Samara will come through it, trying to kill us. There's a freaking well in the backyard!!!" Yuka exclaimed. She stepped onto a board, and it creaked loudly. She screamed out of instinct, and landed on her butt.

"Doubt that will happen," Kurumi informed. "At least it has a firepit."

"And a well in the backyard..." Katana muttered. Kurumi sent her a glare, and then turned to Amaya.

"Go with Yuka and try to find some wood, while Katana and I will get this place kind of cleaned up. With all the dust around I doubt we can get through this without sneezing every five seconds."

All of them nodded, and then Amaya and Yuka were out in the backyard, leaving Katana and Kurumi inside, sweeping up dust bunnies.

"Hey, don't be callin me the freak! I ain't the one who got high in our so called hot spring." Katana replied, making a face.

"Nevermind...." Katana murmered as she pushed some more dust out of the door to the hut.

"Phew! We are finally done!" Kurumi said as she threw the old broom out of the door.
"Let's burn the brooms!" Katana yelled, as she to sighed of releif and threw her broom down.

Kurumi sighed and leaned against the old, run-down table that was in the hut while she watched Katana bound out of the hut and bounce around the front yard. *[i]CRRRRAAAAAAAACCCKKK!!!![/i]* "YYYYAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!" Kurumi cried out as the table cracked in half and she fell to the floor, hitting her bottom hard on the table peices. Kurumi blinked in suprise as she looked around, trying to gather what had happened.
"What happened?!" Yuka burst through the door, Amaya and Katana in close persue. Once Yuka saw the sene though, she imediatly burst out laughing. "AND I THOUGHT [i]KATANA[/i] WAS FAT!" Yuka screeched in laughter, pointing at Kurumi. "Fatty fatty, fa-aty! Fatty fatty, fa-ty!" She soon started to chant. Kurumi grew hot with humiliation and anger, she grabbed one of the table legs without thinking and struck Yuka across the head with it. A large bump formed on Yuka's head as she fell forward, unconcious.
"Well.... I guess it will be quiet around here for a little bit..." Amaya said, sweatdropping.[/color][/size]

Amaya sighed. "Don't mind her. She's still a child, after all." She almost flinched out of instinct, as if Yuka had hit her for that comment.

"I wonder where the others are," said Kurumi.
"No idea," said Amaya. "Hopefully Kit, Kaz and Yuki will find us..."

Kaz awoke to find himself bandaged up in a clinic like room, Kit sleeping just off ina corner wiht megumi nearby.
" Kit, wake up!" kaz said throwing his pillow at him. " Where are the girls?"
" Huh? Oh i don't know, I think they're at the dohjo." he said groggily hugging the pillow.
" Well wake up, we need to go find them. I don't liek being in here wiht thta loony be out there." kaz said.
" Loony? Oh you mean Yuka, i'm sure they have her tied to a tree somewhere." Kit replied.
" Not her, i mean Sicarius."
" Oh yeah... I really miss amaya." Kit said.
" Yeah I know. COme on let's go to the dojo, and grab megumi." Kaz told kit as they grabed ahold of each other's wrists, and KAz teleported them to the dojo.
" You tak Megumi to her room to sleep. I'll scan for the girls." Kaz told kit.

The next thing Kouru and Kenshin knew, there was at least one broken thing in each room until Kaz finally tackled Yuki in the courtyard, and accidently knocking her out by hitting her head on a tree. "Oops..." He said before poofing out of the area.[/color][/size]

"Sure, why not." Katana replied, poking the still unconcious Yuka with a stick. "It's funny to watch her sleep... Especially when you poke her right there... look what she does... look look!" Kurumi looked back at Katana whom was leaning over Yuka. Katana poked Yuka in the throat and a hand went up and tried to hit what was poking it.
"I think she is just sleeping now. Lazy-ass. She should be concious now." Kurumi commented and got up to stretch. "I'm gonna go dance in the rain." Katana raised an eyebrow.
"[I]Dance in the rain[/I]?" She asked.
"Yup."
"Cool."
"Sure."
"Go away, jesus christ Kurumi, if you're gonna do it, GO DO IT!"
"Jeez. Calm down." Kurumi said and then stepped back outside into the rain. It felt nice against her warm face. Now that she thought about it, Kurumi didn't feel like dancing, so she just stood there and closed her eyes. Just as she was getting relaxed, she felt something thrash across her forehead, next thing she knew, soemthing was running down her face in a thin stream. She opened her eyes and felt what it was and looked at it in her hand. Blood. There was a fresh cut on her forehead, very clean cut. She looked around, nothing else seemed to be different, no one was there. Then she heard a faint whistle through the air and something pierced the back of her shoulder.
"What the hell?" She said to herself as she felt the pain surge through her shoulder. Another dagger.
"That was not but a mere warning child, I will be back for you... later." Came the voice. Kurumi reconized it... Sicarious.
"Sicarious, show youself. Quit being such a wimp!" Kurumi yelled. A strong wind blew against her, there was no answer. "Goddammit, why do all villans have to be such dumbasses?"[/color][/size]

He [i]cannot [/i]knock me out with a cheap shot and get away with it!" She yelled, starting to run through out the dojo, asking everyone if they've seen Kaz. When she was done, nobody had seen him since she had been knocked out, and so she became desperate enough to mind-scan everyone.[/color][/size][/font]

"I don't think she's waking up," Amaya responded dully, her eyes focusing on the odl wood that made the walls. She shrieked as termits began to emerge.
"AIEEE!!!" she scrreched, backing up and thumping down onto the ground in horror.
"What is it?" Katana asked, giving up on Yuka and instead staring at Amaya.
"Ter...ter...ter..."
"Terd? What?"
"TERMITS!"
Katana sweatdropped and looked over at the wall. "Yeah? So? We're just gonna be here a little longer. Hopefully Yuki and co. will come looking for us soon. And hey, if the house does collapse, we can be numbnuts and go into the dead forest." She said the last bit a little too happily.
Amaya groaned and collapsed onto the floor. "Kat, has anyone ever told you-"
"I'm smart? Beautiful? Talented? Yes."
"No. Has anyone ever told you how [i]retarted[/i] you are?"
Katana didn't seem to take the comment as a downfall. "Nope!"
At that moment, Kurumi caming bashing into the hut.
"Woah, Kurumi! Nice mask!"
"It's that Sicarius guy, you dumbnut! He slashed my forehead open!"

Kurumi pressed her sleeve to her forehead. "Damn, can't find a suitable bandaid..."
"Let's just use kimono girl's sleeve."
"Good idea! See Kat, you should take lessons from Amaya."
"Shut it," Katana muttered, ripping off a long part from Yuka's sleeve. She handed it to Amaya, who wrapped it around Kurumi's forehead.
"That should work...for a little while."
Yuka shivered suddenly. "Dammit, I'm cold!" She lifted up her arm. "No wonder! Somebody took part of my sleeve! ...HEY! I want my sleeve back!"

"You know, that is [i]technically[/i] what you would call stripping me," Yuka commented, sitting up and rubbing her hands along her arms to gain warmth. All of them looked digusted. Katana began to argue with Kurumi, how she should use her saliva to heal the wound but Kurumi insisted she shouldn't because her breath smelled horrible and she didn't want her forehead to smell like that too. (whew) Amaya was sitting against the wall, trying to ignore their arguing, but the tension and disgusted look on her face proved otherwise.

"Well, we might aswell should get to sleep. I mean, we can't run out there in the rain," Kurumi said, finally giving in and having the bandage wrapped around her head. Yuka sighed.

"Yeah we could, unless we wanna get soaked and run into the crowded parts of the area with our...coconuts showing through," she commented. Amaya snorted, Katana coughed, and Kurumi bursted out laughing.

"That's sick, but disturbingly funny," Kurumi said, laughing inbetween. Yuka shrugged, and then lay back on the hard, cold wooden floor once more. In attempt to do something, she started moving her arms and legs as if making a snow angel.

"That reminds me of that show, The Big Comfy Couch. When she would get on the floor and start acting like a clock's hands," Katana said, laughing. Everyone rolled their eyes.

"So for the time being, what should we do? I'm not tired," Amaya said. Kurumi pulled away from Katana, and shrugged.

"I dunno, maybe we could tell some creepy stories, and other crap. I mean, it's something to do."

"Or we could tell sick jokes," Yuka added. "Or play rock, paper, scissors again."

"We're screwed," Amaya said, rolling her eyes. "Maybe we should try to get some sleep, and wait for morning to arrive."

"Well I can't go to sleep because of this damn floor, and the fact that someone stripped me of my clothing!" Yuka yelled. Katana winced.

"It was not stripping you dumbcrap. Just forget about it, and think it was used to help another in...eh...um..er..."

Well Katana kept stuttering, so in the meantime Yuka curled up into a ball and attemped to go to sleep, while Kurumi and Amaya shared their own discussion. Katana stayed muttering to herself, until she grew too tired, and fell on the floor with a thump. Kurumi and Amaya were the only people awake by then, and so, they played rock, paper, scissors, Amaya winning most, and then they both went to sleep.

They just happened to ignore someone's eyes peering through the window as they fell to sleep.

"Miss Yuki, we've been searching for over an hour, that we have. Maybe we should go back and rest, or ask for some help, that we should." Kenshin suggested, putting his umbrella over the soaked to the marrow Yuki. Yuki, though, pushed Kenshin and his umbrella away. "They may be idiots, but they're still our friends. They're lost and probably freezing right now, we can't stop now!" She shouted before commencing to run down the path.

"Katana said they took the sakura path when there was a fork in the road. All we have to do is find the fork. After that there's this hut they should be in." Yuki explained under her breath as Kenshin caught up with her. After another hour of walking, getting lost, more walking, and even [i]more[/i] getting lost, Kenshin and Yuki finally found the fork in the road.[/color]

[color=navy]Yuki thought, now expecting some sort of wild and unorthodox response, but instead heard silence. "Silence is, more often than not, offending." She muttered angrilly, running faster. "But here, it mostly means trouble..." Yuki had to grasp Kenshin's wrist and practically drag him to have him keep up with her. "I have some sort of bad feeling about this, Kenshin, so hurry up!" "Chocolate chip cookies...are awesome too," Yuka continued.
Kurumi looked around and discovered, to her surprise, that the other three were fast asleep. She decided to join in on the conversation.
"Muffin," she said in the best dream voice.
They seemed to ignore her.
"Nut cookies...are good too," Katana said, lagging her head to her side.
"Yeah..." Amaya replied.

"Ken-shin!" Yuki whined as she trekked further and further ahead of the rurouni. He looked tired, cold, and ready to bite the head off the next creature that came into his sight.

"Cheeseburger..." Kurumi attepted again in a dreamy voice. Yet again, they ignored her, mumbling dreamily on about pies. Then she had an idea, "CAKE" She said a little louder. The dream conversation quickly changed.
"Chocolate cake..." Yuka mumbled.
"Double fudge cake with cookies and cream frosting...." Katana said, with a large smile on her face. Drool dripped down all of their faces.
"Double chocolate swirl cake with vanilla filling strips in the middle and homemade cookies and cream frosting...." Kurumi said... her own saliva building up. That's when she looked up to the window, and jumped up with suprise. She had spotted the wandering eye. As it focused on her, she became limp, and closed her eyes to slits, trying to acting as if sleeping. She slowly raised her arm and jabbed Katana hard in the side.
"Ouch! Bitch, don't poke me!" Katana said angrily, waving her arm at Kurumi.
"Wake up!!" Kurumi hissed.
"Why....?" Katana asked lazily.
"We arm being watched!!" Kurumi hissed again, looking at the window catiously again. "Look at the window."
"HOLLY SHIT!" Katana yelled, shooting up. "....... WHERE IS THAT CAKE???" She yelled, looking around frantically. Kurumi sweatdropped.
"Don't be concerned about that! LOOK AT THE WINDOW!" Kurumi whispered. Katanan looked up.
"Wha-?? Dude... who is that??" Katana asked. Kurumi shook her head.
"Honestly, it's like trying to talk to a blonde...." She muttered.
