Shaun ran over, scaring Imric as usual. He got shouted at for being late, but they didn't really mind. They had a few games then Imric and Jacob cornered him asking "So why were you late then, you've been dodging the question all game.

Shaun shrugged and whispered "Ok but you can't tell the girls" Shaun smiled "Gotta reputation to protect" Jacob and Imric both burst out laughing.

But they stopped after about two minutes, "Come on guys this is worse than the chocolate donut incident"

Jacob stopped laughing but still had a grin on his face "So whats happening ?" he asked

"Meh, just some big guy started a fight" Shaun laughed putting on a ned voice he continued "Oh menta, am gonna git yeh efter skool, if yer no thir then a'll git yeh the morn"

Jacob and Imric forced there laughter back and realized it was a serious thing, Imric asked "Why are they wanting" he raised an eyebrow

Shaun frowned [I]Jacob doesn't know yet[/I] he thought. He shuffled his feet and then continued "Imric, they know about......erm us"

Jacob looked confused, as usual, well more confused than before, Shaun then began "Jacob, me and Imric need to tell you something........."

TJ laughed and stole the ball from Jacob, "You shouldn't show off at your own funeral." TJ puts up a shot and drops it. "Make it take it?"

Jacob smiled, "Sure, like always man." Jacob checked the ball to TJ. Jacob stole the ball and put a lay up in. "One all..."

"Yeah I can count..." TJ mumbled. TJ walked the ball up to Jacob. "I'm gonna let you win...so you can look good in front of Alexis...but just this once..." TJ whispered.

Jacob smiled, "Thanks, Taka...I owe you one..." Jacob took the ball and started backing TJ down. He shot a fadeaway and made it.

"So first to five?" TJ asked.

"Sounds good..." Jacob answered.

TJ made one more shot and then started letting Jacob score. Jacob hit 2 more lay-ups and one three pointer to end the game. TJ faked looking tired, "Good game, Jake..." TJ shook Jacob's hand.

"Not bad yourself...Hey, why don't you show us that one move?" Jacob said and gave him the ball.

"Okay then..." TJ started dribbling the ball and ran toward the hoop. He threw the ball off the backboard and caught it in mid-air to dunk it. Everyone was stunned considering TJ's short stature.

IC: Alexis applauded, smiling. ?Nice, TJ.? She caught the ball as it bounced, and dribbled it a couple times. ?Hey, Mitch, one-on-one?? She smiled challengingly. He shrugged. ?Nah.? He grinned. ?You against Jake. Come on, I wanna see this!?

Alexis turned, and bowed mockingly. ?How bout it, bad boy?? She saw the hurried whispered conversation between Shaun, Imric, and Jacob. She came over, and listened quietly as Imric finished Shaun?s sentence. ?We?re? erm? gay.? Jacob looked slightly shocked.

Aletris just shrugged. ?He missed the moment.? She said, and they turned to look at her. So she looked back. ?What? I saw you two kiss. I don?t miss much, you know.? She turned to her fiancé, and said, ?Come on, I?ll take you on. And no holding back.?

Jacob was still standing gauping (sp??) at Shaun and Imric, when Alexis began the game with him. Shaun sat back, he isn't really interested in Basketball. Clapping at random points to make it like he was interested he got his skateboard from the hold in his bag.

"Mmmmmmmm what to do, the ground isn't good to skate though........" Shaun said, he thought for about two minutes. "Aaaahhh just practise Impossibles and Kickflips, got the SkateComp in a few days"

With that he started randomly attempting Impossibles, and Kickflips, getting to the point where he nearly got a triple Kickflip, but gave up.

The game was still going on

Jacob checked the ball into Alexis and smiled.

"You told me not to hold back, and I don't intend to. Just a fore-warning." Jacob said.

Alexis glared at him. "I won't either." She took basketball very seriously and doesn't mess around when she plays, not even against her own fiance.

Jacob saw that she wouldn't hold anything back so he was going to play his ass off. As was she. Well the game got underway and Alexis drove for the net and went for a lay up. Jacob blocked it and got the rebound. He dribbled it back to the 3-point line and took a fade-away jump shot. *Shwoosh*

"3 zip, baby. You wanna play first to 5 baskets?" Jacob smiled.

"Not for long, honey. Sure that sounds fine." Alexis snapped back.

He checked the ball back in to Alexis. She faked a drive and made a shot for 2. She just smiled at him. She checked the ball to Jacob and he dribbled it between her legs and did a 360 dunk.

"BAM!" Jacob yelled in victory.

"It's not over just yet, Jacob. Don't get cocky." Shaun reminded him.

Shaun picked himself up off the ground putting his skateboard back into the hold, slipping out his CD Player he put in X Factor by Iron Maiden, and put Track 2 on - Lord of the Flies.

He walked over to Imric, turning the volume down so he could hear Imric and the music they began talking. Shaun glanced over to the game a few times, Jacob was winning....barely.

Suddenly Imric grabber Shaun's shirt and pulled him towards him, Imric whispered in Shaun's ear "Meet me at the entrance to the forest tomight, 8, don't be late" Imric let go off him and acted like nothing happened.

A shout came from Jacob's mouth "I Won" Jacob ran a lap around the courts. Shaun and Imric laughed, eventually Alexis did when Jacob got the front of his shirt and put it over his head. TJ joined in aswell when Jacob ran into a wall.

"You alright over there" Shaun yelled

They seen Jacob stand up and showing a thumb up with a grin on his face, he ran back over there.

Later in the night -------

Shaun walked up to the forest to see Imric waiting there, it had just turned 8, Imric smiled and took Shaun's hand. They walked into forest, Imric shushing him everytime he tried to talk.

Imric took him into the tree;s where he grabbed Shaun's hands, Shaun broke the silence "Imric, your the first person ave ever felt this for". Imric nodded

Imric then said "I didn't think you were comfortable with this" Imric blushed

Shaun smiled "I don't care what other people think about us, aslong as i'm with you then it'll be ok". Imric blushed again replying "I don't know what to do anymore, i like you so much"

Shaun smiled again and replied "I want to.......i don't care what they say.......but we could go somewhere.......else......."

Imric looked confused, Shaun continued "Imric, your not aloud to do it here, but i don't care" Shaun got onto one knee, still holding Imric's hands. "Imric, i know we haven't been going out for that long but i've never felt like this"

Imric said "Shaun when i asked you here, i never thought anything like this would happen, i just wanted to talk to you......in private"

Shaun nodded his head and replied "Imric, i don't care about this country and there stupid laws, Imric i love you........Will You Marry Me ?"

Imric face was bright red, tears streaming down his face. He nodded. Shaun's smile was so big you wouldn't be surprised if you could fit two mars bars in there.

Shaun stood brushing the dirt of his knee's he held Imric's waist whispering into his ear "Don't ever leave". Imric smiled and moved in closer "I won't".

[spoiler]Shaun's mouth opened and tilted to the side, his and Imric's mouths connected. Shaun slid his tounge into his mouth and held onto him. Shaun moved Imric back, so he was on the back of a tree. They brke the kiss and moved closer to each other again. Imric whispered "Don't you ever leave me either". Shaun smiled and nodded, tears running from his eyes. [/spoiler]

OOC: ok Jamie can continue from there, or Jake or you Steff can continue onto the next day. Anyone, we got stuck there waiting for Jamie to come back, so i just finished it for her. So post away o.O Shotgun !

~~~After the 3 on 3 Game~~~

Takahiro and Jacob had both grabbed their bookbags and pulled a Gatorade out. They were about to start drinking them when they saw how tired everyone else was. They were used to long games of full court 3 on 3 so they could do without the drinks for a while. TJ pulled four more bottles out which he brought in case the others had nothing to drink and handed them out. Everyone opened their caps and started drinking as soon as they got them. "Good game, Jacob. But we cleaned your guys clocks!" Takahiro said to Jacob after he finished drinking. "I didn't know Shaun had that good a jump shot...and Mitch did pretty good too for a runner."

Jacob laughed, "So what, TJ, didn't you do anything in the game? I'm pretty sure you were the games MVP with all the points, steals, assists...."

"Okay I get it, man! I never said I didn't do anything just that I didn't know those two were that good." TJ interrupted after hearing where Jacob was going. "So do any of you guys have plans after this I was going to take you guys to dinner if you weren't busy..."

Shaun and Imric looked at each other, "No I can't make it, Takahiro. I gotta get home."

Imric added, "Me too." Shaun and Imric left heading for their homes.

"Alright then guys, see ya." TJ and the others waved as Shaun and Imric left the court "What about you three? You guys too busy for dinner on me? I just cashed a paycheck so we can eat where ever..." TJ asked the remaining three.

"I'll go but you're not paying for me. I never let anyone pay for anything for me. I'll pay for Alexis." Jacob replied.

"Jacob you're not paying for me. That's the end of it." Alexis told him.

"Yeah I am! You don't have to pay for anything." Jacob said.

"Jacob..." Alexis started.

"Nope! I'm paying for you." Jacob said before she could go on.

"Fine." Alexis sighed.

"...Jacob...I'm paying for everyone." TJ said.

Jacob looked at him and shook his head.

Shaun and Imric moved out of the woods to see if they could find Jacob and everyone else, Shaun blushed every 2 or 3 minutes. Imric broke the silcnce of them walking to say "What do you think they will say then......."

Shaun shrugged "I don't think Alexis will be that bothered, apart from the whole moving away thing, but we could just as easily come back"

Imric nodded and said "Yeh, we'll be the subject for bullies once they find out"

Shaun laughed "Bullies, ha, i don't think we'll have too much bother with them, there all stupid retards"

Imric laughed, "Yeh thats true........."

Imric was interupted by a russiling noise behind them, Shaun dropped his flick knife from its hiding position, into his hand. "Who's there" Shaun shouted, and out walked about 15 guys. Leaded by the one that started on Shaun earlier. "Oh god, what you gonna do now" Shaun laughed

The biggest walked forward "You, we're not where anyone can help you out"

Shaun shrugged, slipping his mobile into his back pocket, speed dialling Jacob at the same time.

Shaun was nearly shouting now so that Jacob could hear, "So nice of you to gang up on us, JUST INFRONT OF THE FOREST"

The biggest cracked his knuckles, laughing heartely replying "Yeh looks like your out numbered now.......7 on your boyfriendm 8 to you"

Shaun smiled and shouted again "Heh heh heh, Look Again........"

Just then Jacob, Alexis and TJ ran up to greet them, "Looks a little different now", Shauns hand slipped into his back pocket, ending the call. Now Speed Dialling his big brother.

Shaun shouted again "So, How are we then, How long is it your gonna take to ATTEMPT to beat us up, INFRONT OF THE FOREST"

Shaun then slipped his hand into his back pocket again, lifting the phone out, talking into to it now "Yo Spence, any chance you and your mates can come down to help me out"

Spence laughed "Sure Bro, who is it thats hasseling (sp??) you". Shaun asked the biggest guy his name "Eddie......." the big guy replied

Shaun told his bro the name, Spence voice croaked "Shit, what they wantin with you, did you beat his little brother up......"

Shaun thought, [I]Devin....[/I]

"Shit bro, you comin or what" Shaun asked

"Look behind you" Shau heard a shout

Alexis lunged forward, knocking Shaun to the ground. The two rolled just as Eddie fell with the force of his punch. Alexis got up, her hands up. ?What, you want to get us all killed?!?

Shaun got up, and said sheepishly, ?Thanks Alex.?

Jacob whirled a round-house kick at Eddie, and it connected with the guys chin. He fell backwards, and Imric threw one wicked evil punch at one of Eddies guys.

Alexis looked at him. ?Whoa. Imric, I didn?t know you could-? She dropped to the ground, and tripped up some guy who was throwing a punch at Jacob. ?-fight.? At that moment, Spence and a couple of his friends arrived.

?Yo! You guys have a fight with us!? Spence looked seriously ticked. Alexis threw a grateful smile at him.

"A little bit more equal now" Shaun raised an eyebrow helpin Alexis up. Spence and his mates ran over "So you start on my Bro, you start on me" Spence said

Eddie's crew back off a bit, Eddie walked forward barely an inch from Spence "Well guess what, i bet you didn't know your brothers gay"

Spence spat to the side replying smoothly "Does it look like i care"

Shaun beemed, at that moment all of Eddie's crew barged forward yelling. Spence shouted to his mates "Go get em' "

Spence then clenched his fists and launched an assault into Eddie's gut. Eddie collapsed.
The fighting around them went on, Shaun told Alexis to go into the tree's so they didn't go after her.

Shaun ran forward spearing two guys into the ground, he then did an uppercut into another guy's stomach. This continued for more than half-an-hour, Spence was still laying into Eddie by the end of it.

Shaun, TJ, Jacob, Alexis and Imric all seen a guy about there age running off into the distance. Spence left Eddie and got onto his Honda Shadow yelling to Shaun "Come on, thats Devin, we're gonna finish this........."

[Bullet Theory]

Alexis and Jacob decided to chase him thru the forest. As they raced off, TJ, Mitch, and Shaun and Imric got in with Spence and drove off. Jacob was a little nervous.

"Alexis, I want you to run if things get too heated, ok?" Jacob asked.

"I'm gonna stick with you, Jacob. I'm not leaving you." Alexis replied.

Jacob skid to a stop and so did Alexis.

"Alexis, please. I can't let you get hurt...I wouldn't be able to live with myself. Please, get out of there if things get too rough." Jacob begged.

"Okay, fine." Alexis nodded.

The two raced off and found themselves in a clearing. 4 Thugs came out from different areas.

"Well this is it, baby. Let's kick their asses." Jacob said. He went into a fighting stance and motioned for the thugs to bring it. Three of them jumped at Jacob. He ducked one of them but the other two hit him hard from behind. The fourth went for Alexis but she kicked him in the chest, knocking him to the ground. She ran to Jacob to help him but two of the thugs held her back. They weren't after her, it was Jacob they wanted.

"Let me go!" Alexis screamed but they held on.

Meanwhile, Jacob was trying to fight off the other two thugs. He would kick one, then punch the other and just go back and forth. It ended up taking more out of Jacob than the thugs. He became too tired and the thugs saw this and quadrouple-teamed him. Alexis tried to help but one of the thugs threw her back. Jacob managed to look to her to mouth "Run..."

Alexis didn't want to but she knew she had no choice. With tears in her eyes, she turned and ran. Before she did, she whispered...

[I]"I'm so sorry."[/I]

[Skye]

Alexis turned and ran. Her long legs carried her fast through the forest, and she stumbled. Tears blurred her vision as she ran, branches whipping at her face. Again she stumbled, and hit the ground, her arms slamming into the ground. She lay, sobbing, on the ground.

What Alex didn?t realize was that she was at the edge, and Shaun and Imric had come back. They saw her fall, and stay down, and ran over. ?Alexis! Alex!? She looked up, her face dirty and tear streaked.

Shaun knelt, and lifted her gently. ?Alex! What is it?? She sobbed out, ?Eddie ? and ? and three others ? they ? oh, gods, they?re going to kill him!?

She didn?t doubt her words, and she clung to Shaun weakly. Imric sent him a look over Alexis? shoulder, and Shaun said, ?Alex, we?ll save him. Don?t worry.? Alexis shuddered with sobs.

Mitch weaved and ducked amidst the hail of fists. [I]Fuck this shit![/I] he thought to himself as he avoided an unusually meaty fist that was hurling straight at his head. there were so many people here that he could barely tell who was trying to hit who. he danced back a few paces to survey the battlefield and saw Jacob and Alexis rush off into the woods.

[I]theyre going after that devin kid. o well, not my fight.[/I] an enormous arm swung like a branch in the wind and knocked mitch onto his back. his faceless attacker leered above him, only to be tackled down by one of spence's boys. [I]on second thought, ill take that fight. [/I] mitch picked himself up and ran in the general direction he had seen Jacob and Alexis enter the woods.

Mitch ran until he reached a clearing. he stopped dead in his tracks. jacob was on the ground, bleeding profusely all over his body. four men, including the one called Eddie, stood over him laughing. in their fun, the thugs hadnt noticed Mitch run into the clearing.

eddie brought up his foot and laid it down on jake's chest, then began to push down hard. Jacob sputtered and coughed, spraying blood and spit on Eddie's shoe.

[I]This is incredible.[/I] Mitch thought to himself in disbelief. [I]Not one of these tough guys is packin. man this is a weird country.[/I] he reached into his pants and pulled out the small 22 pistol he had carried with him ever since he was 15. growing up in the slums of steel city had taught him something.

just then Imric and Shaun crashed through the other side of the clearing.

"Jacob!" shaun yelled as he rushed to the aid of his friend. Mitch decided to take matters into his own hands. he stepped out from behind the branch that had been hiding him from view and shot a round into the air. it rang like a bolt of lighting and then the forest fell silent.

"NEXT MOTHER FUCKER TO MOVE IS GETTING FUCKING DEALT WITH!" Mitch yelled at the top of his voice. [I]i love america.[/I]

The bullet collided with Shaun as he jamp to the help of his friend, Shaun was lying on the grass a few metres from where Jacob was. Mitch never noticed it hit Shaun and was looking at Eddie confused. "What the hell are you still doing up"

Eddie motioned to the ground, Mitch's eyes flew along the graze of grass, and seen Shaun, the back of his shirt damp with blood

Jacob's fists clenched, "Why God Damnit ??"

Eddies foot was now on the ground, all eyes were on Shaun, Imric rushed out from the woods. His eyes wide with fear, and tears. He ran up to Shaun and turned him over, Shaun winced.

Shaun spoke "Imric.....go and get Devin.....i'll be ok". Imric stayed where he was, shouting now "Who's got a damn mobile"

Mitch's hand dug deep into his pocket and he took out his phone, he threw it over to Imric, he dialled the emrgency services.

Eddie's gang ran, they weren't getting involved with the Police. Spence ran out of the woods with Alexis now, Spence smiling "Wheres my little bro". His smile faded when he saw him lying on the ground, Imric shouting at the phone.

Jacob crawled over to Shaun, he checked his heartbeat......fading, he checked his breathing......faint.

Jaboc roared "Get that damn ambulance here now"

[Bullet Theory]

Jacob had almost no strength left in his body. He sacrificed his body for Alexis. Now he will sacrifice his energy for Shaun.

"We need to get him some help right away..." Jacob whispered. Alexis ran to his side.

"You need as much as he does!" She said.

"Alexis, are you ok?" Jacob asked. That's all he wanted to know.

"Yes, I'm fine but you need to get to the emergency room!" Alexis sobbed. Tears were flowing down her cheeks.

Jacob placed his hand on her face.

"Alexis, I'll be...fine..." Jacob then fainted.

"Jacob!" Alexis cried. "Please wake up! We need you...I need you!" She shook his shoulders trying to wake him up, but to no avail. She began to cry out and dropped her head onto Jacob's chest, her hair grazing his left hand.

Just then the medics came and put Jacob and Shaun on stretchers. There were two different ambulances, one for Jacob, one for Shaun. Imric and Alexis went to the respecive ones. Alexis held Jacob's hand and cried.

okay. listen. if you go to [I][B]RECRUITMENT[/B][/I], then you will see that the signing up for Destined Love has been closed. Since you are new, I'll tell you this...CHECK THE RECRUITMENT THREAD FIRST! As you hae probably noticed, we were RIGHT in the middle of a serious scene in the story and you my friend have completly messed this up. I thank you for screwing up the entire mood of the scene with your insolence, now Members of DL, if you will please continue with the story. Thanks again, happyjoyjoy0011, for ruining the mood. TJ had caught all of the people who were in with the people who attacked Shaun and Imric. He had them all taken to prison. He was still pissed that two of his friends were badly hurt. "I should call Alexis. Jacob's phone should be on him." TJ dials the number for Jacob's cell phone.

Alexis pulls the phone from his pocket, still crying, "Hello?"

"Alexis, I had the guys who attacked us arrested. But that's not important. Is Jake at a hospital yet?" TJ answered.

"We're just stopping here now. I'll tell him you called when he wakes up." Alexis said still crying.

"No need. I'm on my way to the hospital now...Just tell him to hold on. Tell him he owes me a rematch in one on one..." TJ said starting to tear up while trying to laugh. "I'll see you in one minute...keep him alive, Alexis." TJ hung up and he and Mitch jumped in a police car and caught up to the Ambulance with Jacob in it. He followed it the rest of the way and helped run Jacob into the emergency room. Alexis was on the other side of the stretcher. Mitch was by Alexis. "To the E.R. right?" TJ asked the team pushing the bed.

"Yes immediately!" one replied. In a matter of seconds, they reached the E.R. "None of you can come in here...please wait in the other room."

"Why not?!" Alexis cried.

"C'mon Alexis...Jacob will be fine. Let's just go wait until we see him come out of there. I'll be sure to find out the room they put him in after surgery." TJ said holding Alexis back until she calmed down. TJ walked her to the waiting room with Mitch beside them. They all sat down and waited for several hours.

[Bullet Theory]

Jacob woke up for a few seconds while he was being wheeled into the ER. He saw Alexis and looked into her eyes. He held out his hand for her as the door closed. As the doctors took him to the emergency room, he let out a single tear. He thought that he had let Alexis down by not being able to fight off Eddie and his gang. He wasn't strong enough to protect her...

[I]Why couldn't I fight them? Am I not able to protect her? I don't deserve Alexis...[/I]

After this thought he slipped back out of conscienceness. In the room, the doctors places an IV in Jacob's arm. His pulse began to decrease...as did his breathing...Jacob was fading fast. His pulse flatlined.

"Oh no! Get the refibulator! CLEAR!" The doctor sent a shock through Jacob's chest...nothing. "CLEAR!" Still nothing. "CLEAR! C'MON COME BACK TO US!!"

Beep.....beep......beep...beep...beep

Jacob's heart started back up. He was still alive.

mitch stared at the cold white floor of the hospital, head between his knees. everything was tuned out, he couldnt hear alexis's sobs, nor could he hear TJ's words of consolation. Mitch only heard one thing, one voice running through his mind as he sat on the bench in the waiting room.

[I]I shot him...[/I]

mitch rose from his seat and straightened his back. he knew what he had to do. "hey," he said quietly and calmly to alexis and TJ. "im going to check on shaun. ill be right back." TJ looked as if he'd like to come along, but Mitch shot him a "you stay here with her" look and went on his way. he left the waiting room and started down a hall to another ER. of course he couldnt have let TJ come with him. if he had, TJ would have found out that Mitch was the one who shot Shaun.

[I]TJ seems like a genuinely good guy, but hes still a cop. and me, right now im lower than scum. i shot a man trying to save his friend. i am scum.[/I]

Mitch continued walking untill he reached the double doors to shaun's room. he stared through the glass window and saw that shaun was resting; Mitch was ok to go in.

Mitch pushed open both doors and began to slowly aproach Shaun's bed. with every step closer, Mitch could see more clearly the bloodstained bandage covering half of shaun's bare torso, could see the look of pained sleep etched on shaun's face.

the doors behind mitch bursted violently open, and there was a cry of fury from whoever had just entered the room. mitch turned to see who had entered, but just as his turn was half complete the attacker's airborn body collided with him. both men tumbled to the ground.


OOC: Imric is attacking me. btw, shooting shaun was an accident.

[B]OOC Dude! I come back and I'm beating someone up! Thanks for keeping me in this guys.[/B]

[COLOR=SlateGray]Imric roared as he hurled himself at Mitch knocking them both to the floor. Shaun groaned as he could barely figure out what was going on around him.

Imric was mad and Mitch could feel it, he could see the rage in Imric's eyes and he had to admit that he felt scared.
Imric couldn't focus on anything, he had his prey and he knew what he had to do. His fist jabbed forward and connected with a crack as Mitch?s nose broke and the back of his skull smacked against the cold, hard floor.

He moaned in pain and tried to roll over but Imric hit him again, and again and he didn?t know when he stopped but when his vision had cleared he was being held into a chair by three doctors.

The boy's muscles tensed and then he relaxed, collapsing from the chair into tears. The Doctors looked at each other nervously and pulled the weeping boy up from the floor, dragging him over to Shaun's bed and propping him up at the end.

As Imric looked to the window into the next room he saw the boy, Mitch, being stitched up.
His nose was bleeding and his lip was busted open, not to mention his face was covered in bruises from Imric's fast punches.

Imric took a deep breath and looked at Shaun, he smiled sadly before his eyes closed slowly as he drifted off into a peaceful sleep.[/COLOR]

Alexis sat, fidgeting. TJ hugged her, but she said nothing. Her mind was racing. A doctor came out, and coughed. Alexis jumped, and looked up.

?Miss? Could you come in here?? He motioned, and Alexis followed. They sat down, and the doctor looked nervous. ?Your friend, Jacob, he is alive-? Alexis heart soared. ?But just barely.? Alexis slumped back down in the chair, and tears flowed fresh down her cheeks.

?I?m sorry, we?re doing all that we can. He?s lost a lot of blood, so many bones are broken.? Alexis slammed her fist into the arm of her chair, and it was the doctors turn to jump.

?Its my fault. I ran.? She looked up, furious with herself. The doctor looked shocked. ?I was there. We fought with them, all of them, just the two of us. Two grabbed me, and when they let go, I ran.? She let her head fall forward, and put her face in her hands. ?I let them hurt him.?
