Hey I just need to know if there are people out there who are as crazy as me. I mean the things that I have done...the thins I know I will do. LOL I mean I know we all do stupid stuff but My main qeustion is has anyone ever....done something stupid with the weather? and by that I mean like run around your back yard holding up a radio antena during a lightning storm (I have done this and I am HAPPY to still be alive) Or say I dunno gone to the mountains and seen if you could start an avalcnche. (Did this as well on my dads yard. it worked and I got a broked arm....)
You know stuff like that? I just wanna know because I feel lonely in the world. No-one I know except my older brother does stuff like this. I'll tell you the worst one me and Sol(My brother) did...

It was like I dunno maybe 6 in the evening and we lived not to far from our uncle donad and he own pigs, Now it was puring the rain down and we thought it wuld be cool to go and see if the rain effect the hotwire...so we grabed a coulpe of samll poles, I mean small enough to hold to, and marched on out there. We were covered in mud and soaked to the bone.(We later found out we were in a Hurricane at the time) Well he goes first and he has a HIGH tolerance for pain and he siad it didn't hurt, well me being gullible place my stick on the wire and get shocked bad. My knees gve out and everything. I passed out. Well when I woke up He was looking at me laughing really hard so i figered I was only out for a few seconds, I asked what was so funny and he points to the fuse box. I blew it up. I've had bad static elec. ever scince then. FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE THRILL SEEKERS I ADVISE YOU NOT TO DO THIS...IT HURTS!

You guys are great adventure/thrill-seekers. That was fun and dangerous. We could all try a little insanity sometimes but I advice you though to go get another hobby as death is not a nice person or something to play with. You could save yourself from all the harm but ever thought if you guys caught fire or something? Or the avalanche causing something more devastating? That would probably piss the neighborhood.

As electrifying myself could be exciting, basketball is not bad too. ^_^x

I've never done anything too crazy involving weather. Well, unles syou could all the times I stood outside my apartment in Texas and just looked up at the thunderstorms we were having.

Then there's the whole fun time with the Full Moon ritual. I swear I am NEVER calling west/water again! Some guy ended up going to Darnell for hypothermia. We actually tried to finish the actual ceremony. It was really funny in a way because one of the songs we sang was 'We all come from the Goddess and part of the song goes: 'Like a drop of rain...flowing to the ocean.'

I've driven through the remanents of a hurricane when I was moving to Texas from New York. And of course I've driven in White out conditions, I am from New York.

Of course, the most fun driving conditions were when Killeen Texas had this 'ice storm' and everyone was driving like their steering wheels were chew toys. They closed Ft.Hood for three days, which made my husband happy and Wal*mart was open, so we did our grocery shopping. We also had to rent out our ice scraper since nobody owned one in our apartment complex.

I sang a rain song because a friend wanted to hear it.
Guess what?
It rained.
On a particularly hot day.

Ah well...

And the aforementioned friend climbed a mountain during a thunderstorm...
and lightning struck some 10 metres from him.

I've never ever done stuff like that, but I've skated in the rain, which is pretty hectic. Rails, and roads are more slippery, and I remember almost breaking my neck so I just decided to stop.

Thunderstorms don't bother me. I dunno, being struck by lightening doesn't seem like it would ever happen, even though it's hit many people before.

I don't HE does. You try fight agianst your older brother when he's 3 feet taller than you about 40 lbs heavier and has been in basic training for the army for about 2 years...you learn to deal wiht it. LOL but heay I just love adreiniline. I don't do stuff like that anymore, I just jump off random roofs and try to fly or accidently set my-self on fire...long story...

Which is so much less dangerous than playing around in the middle of a thunderstorm with a lightning rod.

My brother and my husband do risky stuff like that. My brother jumps off bridges El knows how many feet above the Erie canal with his friends. Or they jump off the levees on the Bardge canal neither of which is very safe.

My husband joined the Army and plays around in a giant sandbox known as Iraq.

So while I can't identify with you I do know people just like you.

Scenario: Your brother tells you to jump off a cliff with sharp, craggy rocks at the bottom, and a water current carrying 10 tonnes of water a second, do you jump?

That's probably the stupidest excuse I've heard for risking your life, regardless of his size. You should probably keep away from him if he's trying to kill you. Only probably. -_-

Well, I can say a couple of instances I have had in the rain.

Once, it was raining, but it wasn't thundering and lightning, and me and my friends were having a watergun fight outside. >> Don't ask, I was young then.

Another time, and the only other time, involves riding a bike, and I was outside, it was thundering and lightning. I remember that day because I came across a sewer with a porn magazine in it.

But that's it. Even though I've never been struck, I know what can happen, and now I don't do that stuff anymore. Mine's were really not that drastic anyway...
