[size=1]As I?m sure most of you have already concluded for yourselves, this thread is dedicated towards the discussion of various aspects of the RPG [url="http://www.otakuboards.com/showthread.php?t=31722"][b]Laeth E?Thae[/b][/url] and everything that you don?t see directly in the story itself. This thread is open to both the participants in the RPG and those who?ve managed to read their way through all the posts and are still alive to talk about it. I?d like for everyone who is remotely interested in the RPG to be able to use this thread to discuss what they like about the story, what they don?t like, who their favorite characters are, what they?re favorite scenes have been so far, and so on and so forth. Feedback is an important part of the experience because it lets all of us know what works and what doesn?t. And I think that anyone who role-plays on a regular basis can tell you that it?s nice to know what those things are.

Apart from the discussion, the thread is also open to those who have thought up their own ideas about the Laeth E?Thae world and want to share a perspective that is a little different than the one the RPG presents. If you?ve conjured up random characters and creatures, written side stories, drawn pictures, or any other number of possibilities but you?ve not had the chance to share them (or include them), then this is your chance.

There?s also the chance to make your mark on the Laeth world by way of music. The great and powerful Wondershot has been working on a soundtrack for Laeth E?Thae and slowly we?ve been compiling songs that we thought would work well with the story and the characters. If you know of a song that you think fits perfectly somewhere within the RPG or would like to help create some great mood music, then by all means, let us know.

The bottom line is that this thread is entirely what you make of it. Just remember to follow the rules, use spoilers when necessary, and be nice, and everyone will live happily ever after.

*clears throat* My favorite character is Aissa Safiya'a because she's awesome and her posts are in green.

Actually, I forgot that was her last name :p. Good to know ...

But really. I'm feeling really stuck at the moment in the RPG, mostly because my character idiotically left herself, Anubis, and Leile at a cliffhanger of sorts (Aissa asked Anubis to explain his history with the university, but he hasn't responded yet). I think it'd be helpful to know more about Anubis because he's been such an enigmatic character so far, and there's so much we don't really understand about him -- the tattoos, his relationship with the cursed rooms, etc.

Since we're sort of waiting for other people to show up, I also feel like I don't know what the three of them could do until then. Any ideas?

I'll get around to that as soon as I have the chance. ^_^ As for afterwards... well, we've already gone exploring. The only other activity which immediately pops to mind is, um, sitting around the campfire and roasting marshmallows. ^_^;; So I think I had better second your call for ideas.

[size=1]Funny you should mention that. There hasn't been too much action so far and I think that after Anubis reveals a little bit about himself, that will probably change. I believe that Kaze is going crazy inside the city, and both Elda and Ensis are still back at the airship's ruins outside of the city, along with what's left of the ship's crew (read [url="http://www.otakuboards.com/showpost.php?p=569423&postcount=140"]this post[/url] if you need to).

To be honest, I think we're probably just stalling long enough for Maia and the others to gain some ground towards Ma'Uriith. That, and I'm hoping it'll give them all a chance to kind of show off their magic/fighting ability (or maybe their lack of). How you'd like to do that exactly is entirely up to you guys.

Really, though, roasting marshmellows is [i]fun.[/i][/size]
