[Redemption]

[COLOR=RoyalBlue]" So how did you get the real power of the gem?" Yojimbo asked Sakura as they were in flight. She smiled in return.
" Next time we fight, I'll show you. It's really really hard but everyone can do it, I'm sure,"she replied myseriously. " It's hard to explain so I thought it would be better to show you than tell you about it. It's rather confusing. Now the only one who hasn't got their gem is poor Takahiro."
" What are we going to do about it? He's going to be left behind," Aida peeped up.
" There's nothing we can do. He has to do it by himself," Sakura answered, wishing there was something they could do.

Finally they reached the dark cloud to find a citadel in it. Kitty gasped.
" This must be Orion's fortress."
Sakura's expression grew dark. " How did it manage to get here?"
" I don't know, and I don't want to find out. Let's get Asaku and high-tail out of here," Yojimbo replied.
" This doesn't look good," Aida added. Hiding their white wings, the four of them crept up to the gate, their weapons concealed underneath black cloaks they managed to steal from the guard house. The gate was an immense pair of black iron doors that couldn't be moved by anything other than Orion's magic.
" Now what?" Sakura whispered, looking up at the demons that patrolled the top of the gate.
" We either manage to sneak in or we have to take out those guards at the top," Aida suggested, his voice soft. Yojimbo looked unsure about this as the four huddled to the side of the gates, out of the vision of the demons above.
" If we take the demons out, we'll just make a mess and we'll never get in there," he argued.
" But if we can't get in there, then what?" Aida replied hotly.
" Hurry up guys," Kitty said, looking at the gates, wanting them to open," I don't think Asaku has much time left. Sakura nodded and intervened in Aida and Yojimbo's arguement.
" We have to get in there. I agree with both of you. But maybe the comprimise is a distraction," she suggested.
"That's a good idea. The gates will open and we'll be able to get in there without anyone noticing," Aida said.
" But who will be it?" Yojimbo enquired.
" I will be. At the moment, unfortunately, I'm the strongest, so I'll be able to hold off any attacks at me longer than you guys can," Sakura replied seriously. Yojimbo spluttered.
" But what if something goes wrong?" he asked her, thinking of what Takahiro would say if he was in Yojimbo's position.
" Nothing will. If it gets out of hand...well...then I'll have to resort to drastic measures won't I?" Sakura said,looking him dead in the eyes.
" But Sakura..."Kitty started. She knew what Sakura meant by 'drastic measures'. All angels had the capability to sacrifice themselves and cause a large explosion, similar to that of a nuclear bomb, of good energy. It doens't cause destruction to anything but evil.
" Look, you guys get in there, get Asaku and get out! If anything goes wrong, call me and I'll fight my way in there," Sakura said, even more seriously. Yojimbo smiled in his mind. [I] Sakura, you are a true leader, whether you admit it or not.[/I]
" Now you guys go! I'm doing this now," Sakura said as she stood up.
" Good luck..." they all whispered to her. She winked from underneath the hood and made her way to the front of the gate. She looked up at the demons who looked down at her curiously.
" Who are you? State your name and purpose to be here at Orion's citadel!" one yelled from the barracks above.
" I am Sakura, a Chosen Angel and I have come here to fight!" she yelled back.
" CHOSEN ANGEL! ALERT EVERYONE!"
The gates swung open slowly as a demon army poured from within. Sakura ripped off her cloak and flew backwards as fast as she could, luring the army from the gates.
" GO NOW!" she yelled at her friends. They nodded and made their way quickly through the army and into the citadel.
" May our Queen be with you my friends," Sakura whispered as she summoned her sword, ready for one of the fights of her life.

OOC: Ok everyone. I'll tell you the real power of the gems as soon as we get Asaku back and then a plot twist. So keep writing. And you guys are on your own in the citadel. I'm allowing you to do whatever you want as long as you get Asaku back. And don't try and fight Orion. Next time, I promise. [/COLOR]

[Kitty]

[COLOR=Blue][SIZE=1]Kitty ran as fast as she could, not stopping even if she was tired. She didn't know if Yojimbo was still behind her, but Aida was running beside her. "Damn this place is big," Kitty panted, still not stopping. Aida nodded.

They ran for what seemed like forever, but was probably only half an hour, before they ran into some trouble. Two demons, patrolling the hallway, spotted them and shouted for them to halt. "You three! Come with us," one of them said, holding up what looked like very menacing hand-cuffs. "What are those for?" Aida asked, knowing the answer. "To keep you from escaping you idiot," the guard snarrled.

As one of the guards grabbed Kitty's arm to cuff her, she blew him away with her gem. "DON'T touch me," she said, in a voice that made the other demon take a step back. She turned to him with a look of pure hatred and menace and held out her gem. "W-wait! Don't hurt me!" he shrieked. "Pitiful coward! Why should I?" Kitty shouted, furious that this annoying demon was stalling her from reaching Asaku. Aida then held out his gem and aimed it at the terrified guard.

"I-I can help you! Y-You obviously don't know your way around the c-c-citidel. Just tell me where you want to g-go and I'll take you there," he stuttered, staring frightfully at Kitty's gem then at Aida's. "Yeah, like we'd fall for THAT," Kitty started, but she was interrupted by Yojimbo.

"I think he can help."
"Have you lost your MIND?! He works for Orion! We can't trust HIM!!" Kitty said loudly, her temper growing worse.
"Kitty, we should make him help us. He can take us to Asaku quicker than we can find him ourselves. And we could run into a bunch MORE trouble if we go on without him," Yojimbo explained calmly.

Kitty glared at him. She didn't want to trust anyone who would work under someone as evil as Orion. But she saw that he was right. "Fine... But if he does ANYTHING even slightly suspicious, I'll blow his stupid head off," she muttered, looking away.

Yojimbo smiled and then looked sternly at the guard. "You will lead us to Asaku, and we will let you live." The guard nodded hastily. "You will wear those.. 'cuffs' and walk in front of us until we arive at Asaku." He nodded again. Yojimbo grabbed the cuffs and placed them around the demon's wrists, then walked him in front of him, keeping a firm grip on his shoulder.

They walked a few more minutes until they reached another hallway. "Which way?" Kitty asked stiffly. The guard pointed right, so the group walked to the right. [/SIZE][/COLOR]

[Inuyasha Fandom]

Saio opens his eyes, and walks outside. The othert angels were all busy, none notice him.


A shadowy figure appears, and it is Shinoshu.

"What's the matter uncle? You can barely hold yourself together...... Die???"

Shinoshu sneers. "I'm biding my time."

"It seves you right, you know.Many begged for their lives, and yet you slaughtered them...."

Saio thinks of his mother, how she begged for Saio's life, but was brutally slaughtered like a pig. "You deserved to die...."

"I wish to help you."

Saio watches closely. "Why? Why disobey your master?"

"I followed him to my death. I want payback."

Saio understands, and nods. "What is it you want?"

"I want you to tell your pathetic freinds everything....."

Saio nods again. "I understand.... Now go, before I kill you again."

[Drizzt Do'urden]

"Mother?" Asaku asked, "what am I doing here? I remember Orion...and thats it." Lillyana smiled at Asaku. "You're home Asaku...back in 'Paradise'." Asaku rose to his feet. "I cannot be here....I need to worn everybody about Orions true power...I don't know if we can stop him!" Lillyana's smile grew larger and she chuckled a bit. "Asaku, don't be silly. You and your fellow choosen angels have always had the power to stop Orion. Its just a little hard to find, why do you think all of your weapons carry a special quality likt your sword. Power and Love...every angel has a set of emotions that can help realease the angels true power. Sakura will explain everything." Asaku embraced Lillyana. "Mother...what have I done? I have abandoned the others to Orion."

"The angels are trying to save you right now Asaku..." Lillyana said as she showed him what was going on in Orions palace. "Don't they know I'm already gone?" Asaku said, breaking down and sobbing to Lillyana. "Orion will surley find them and slaughter them." Lillyana returned the hug and began consoling Asaku. "There is a way Asaku...but if they don't get you out soon there will be no chance." Asaku rose to his feet. "I don't care mother! If anything goes wrong...I want to use my secret power." Lillyana knew of the consequences that could bring. "If you use that, you'll be gone Asaku" Asaku looked at his mother somberly. "Its worth it mother, they are trying to save me, even though what I did." Asaku brought himself into a trance as he began summoning his secret power. "If anything goes wrong mother.....signal me through a mindlink."

[Kitty]

[COLOR=Blue][SIZE=1]The four of them walked through many hallways, some empty and dark, others filled with guards and lit up by the torches on the wall. The guard had done nothing suspicious as of yet, but Kitty didn't take her eyes of him. She knew he'd try [i]something[/i] to get them caught, but he hadn't tried anything so far.

They walked for a long time, sometimes dashing to avoid being caught by guards, other times edging slowly against walls after hearing suspicious noises. But no matter what they did, Kitty's feet were killing her. At first she had wanted to stop, but she soon refused to let herself give into the pain. [i]I have to find Asaku... I don't give a damn about my feet. It's all about finding Asaku and getting him out of here,[/i] she continued telling herself.

After hours and hours of walking through hundreds of corridors and hallways, the guard finally began acting suspicious. And Kitty was the first to spot it.

They were walking down a hallway that had lots of big doors. Now, this wasn't the first one to have large doors, but the guard seemed shaky and sweaty and tried to rush everyone out of that hallway before they got a chance to examine the doors. Kitty stopped, making the others stop to find out what the hold up was. "Come on Kitty. Let's keep going," Yojimbo urged.

"Really, Kitty. We have to find Asaku ASAP," Aida reminded her, though he sounded a little "off" when he said it. Kitty walked over to a door and placed her hand on it. "What's in here...?" she asked, glaring at the guard. He looked to the others, then at the walls and everything else; constantly avoiding Kitty's eyes. ".. J-just guard equipment..." he whispered.

She laughed, then pushed open the doors to reveal a very dark and menacing room, home to only skeletons and jars. But there was a large lump in the middle of the floor that caught the attention of everyone.

"AH! We musn't be here!" the guard screamed, finally struggling out of Yojimbo's grasp and running away. "What was that about?" Kitty asked, not really caring about the answer. She returned her attention to the lump and then instantly thought, [i]It's Asaku! It has to be![/i]

When she took a step forward, Aida grabbed her hand and shook his head. "Don't go in yet. Let's find a light first," he said, looking around at the torches hung on the walls. [/SIZE] [/COLOR]

[Redemption]

[COLOR=RoyalBlue]Sakura fought furiously against the demons. Her blade was soaked in warm red blood. Her breath came in and out fast. Another wave of demons crashed before her.
" More demons..." she hissed. Her body wa aching with the effort she sustained. But all she could think about was the others in the castle, finding Asaku. Her temper started rising. She was getting sick of these never ending waves of demons.
" This is getting on my nerves..."

Suddenly she heard a scream from inside the castle. A female scream. Sakura's head swivelled around to the source of the sound.
" Kitty..."
Her temper was at breaking point. Her blade and the gem in her hand started glowing. Her purple eyes narrowed. With a piercing glare, she stared at the demons.
" I'll show you the true power of the Chosen Angels!!!"

Sakura clutched the gem to her heart with her katana at her side.
" I am the Chosen Angel of Courage and Friendship. With this gem I chose to become what I truly am!"
Another pair of wings erupted from Sakura's back as she aged to look like she was in her mid twenties. In angel years, she matured to 1000 years old. Her face's shape changed. Sakura opened her eyes. A voice with power that rang in every syllable exited her mouth as she spoke.
" Orion, this is a warning. You dare touch my friends, I kill you without mercy." WIth one skillful sweep of her blade, the entire demon army around her disappeared in a single puff of darkness. With the demon army now disposed of, the true Sakura flew up to the castle, to the origin of the scream. She entered through a window to see Aida, Yojimbo and Kitty standing at a doorway with torches in their hands. Sakura approached them, letting them know of her existence. They turne to her, amazed at her new appearance.
" Sakura? Is that you?" Yojimbo asked in awe.
" Yes, its me."[/COLOR]

[Kayin Cloud]

Takahiro woke up from his rest in a cold sweat. He felt his stomach to see that the wound had closed. He sprang from the bed and put his shirt on and shoes. He put on his hat and sunglasses even though it was night. He grabbed and X-Calibur and left the protection of Sakura's barrier. He ran down the stairs and out the door. He shut the door and his wings quickly spread from his back. He took flight and flew toward the city where he...felt...[I]his[/I] gem. He landed with his gun concealed. He was near the city prison. [I]What the heck...It just had to be in a place like this....I really hate to use force but...[/I] Takahiro blew a 'hole' in the wall that allowed him to walk through but did not disrupt the wall structure. He walked in to see two of the inmates fighting. One of them held the gem in their heart. Takahiro cracked his knuckles and caught the attention of the two. "One of you have something I need..."

"What the heck are you talkin about?! And who the h*** are you?!" The possesor of the gem replied.

Takahiro walked toward him and drew his pistol. He aimed it straight at the one's heart. He ran to a point blank range and fired. Time froze and Takahiro grabbed the gem as it emerged from the inmate's back. "Thank you..." The inmate stood back up from falling. He looked around to see that Takahiro had vanished and the 'hole in the wall was gone. Takahiro held his gem close and flew to where his friends were fighting. He arrived to see blood of demons spread across the ground and the gates opened. He landed and ran in quickly hoping to find his friends. He slid to a halt when he saw Yojimbo, Kitty, Aida and another angel. The angel turned around and looked back at Takahiro. He studied her appearance for a second. "S...Sa..Sakura? It can't be you...what happened to you?" Takahiro asked confused.

"Takahiro what are you doing here? You should still be resting!" Sakura scolded him. "But still...I'm glad you could make it here. I found out how to unlock the powers of the gems...but we still need to find yours don't we?" She asked too preocupied to notice he'd found it.

Takahiro smiled and raised his glowing yellow gem from his pocket. "We should keep moving ahead...you can fill me in later." Takahiro pocketed the gem again and the group ventured further into Orion's srtonghold.

[Kitty]

[COLOR=Blue][SIZE=1]Kitty had almost forgotten Asaku's humped over body in the dark room after running into Takahiro and the new and improved Sakura. Sakura's transformation interested her most, though, seeing as how that was what she, herself, had been aiming to achieve. But upon realization that the group was leaving without taking Asaku, she ran back to the room to grab him.

When she entered, there was a dim glow around Asaku's unconcious (and nearly dead) body. She was taken aback, so she stood still and quiet in the doorway for a few moments, the glow getting brighter and brighter the longer she stood. "Asaku," she said suddenely, not knowing why she said it exactly.

"That glow.." she said softly, "Where have I seen it before...?" She pondered over it, looking at the floor to concentrate. But right when she thought she had the answer, Asaku rose from the floor, floating and shining brightly in front of her.

"Asaku!" she cheered, at first thinking he had come back with the strength of his gem. She had it in the palm of her hand, and as she opened her clenched hand, she revealed his gem, shining a bright green.

The light from both the gem and Asaku was almost blinding. But Kitty stood quietly, watching the light get brighter, and brighter, and brighter. Something struck her while witnessing the odd event.

"That light.. I've seen it before.. I know I have!"
"Kitty.."
"Huh? Asaku? Asaku, is that you?!"
"Yes. Orion hasn't gotten rid of me yet."

Kitty laughed happily, tears falling down her cheeks. He was back. And he was okay. And he still had his witty humor about him, too. She had her old Asaku back.

But the question about the light was eating at her. She had the answer on the tip of her tongue. She [b]knew[/b] she had seen it before. Once again, her thought was interupted.

"Kitty, you have to go. Get the others out of here, too."
"But why? You're okay! We came here to get you!"
"I won't be coming back.. Ever, I don't think."

Kitty's smile faded, her happiness going with it. Everything came back to her. The whole event. She knew where she had seen the light last. Lillyana had used it in her last attempt to spare the angels from Orion's grasp. It succeeded, but left the angels without the woman they had grown to know as their own mother.

The tears of joy that once filled Kitty's eyes now turned into streams of horror. She had found Asaku only to lose him again. He had disappeared once before, and he was going to do it again. Except permantently this time. Kitty was struck with a feeling that no words could describe. The feeling of utter loss would be an understatement.

She couldn't say anything; her throat was too choked up by her relentless tears. She fell to her knees, sobbing, but not removing her eyes from the shining angel. After minutes of the sound of Kitty's sobbing and the light still shining brighter, even though it was slowing a bit, she finally spoke up.

"... Why?"
"I have to help you get rid of Orion! Even if it means--"
"Means what?! Getting rid of you, too!? I don't want you gone!"
"I-I.."

Asaku had a hard time responding. Kitty kept muttering "I don't want you gone" over and over again, her face buried in her hands.

"Kitty, I have to do this!" he said sternly.

Kitty stood up slowly, the sound of her sobbing disappearing. She dropped her hands to her sides, but her face remained hidden.

"Well... If you have to, take these." She threw to him his shining green gem and her gem that was beginning to shine as well. She then lifted her head so that her tear stained face lit up from the light of the gems and Asaku. "I hope they help," she said, smiling gently. At that moment, the only thought in her head was that of seeing Asaku after the whole Orion mess was done.

The only thought she could hold in her head right then was that of the two of them happy again. The thought of him alive. Kitty then fell to the floor, fainting at the stress of the whole ordeal.

Meanwhile...

Aida looked behind the him, seeing an empty hallway. He then looked about the four of them, not seeing the fifth. "Where's Kitty?" he asked, stopping. The others turned and noticed she had disappeared. "Maybe she fell behind to tie her shoes?" Yojimbo asked, trying to lighten up the very dim mood. He recieved no laughter, not even a scolding. They were all too worried that a demon had taken her or something.

"Let's back track where we came from. Maybe she turned away for a second and is still waiting for us to notice her missing," Sakura suggested. The three nodded, and ran back the way they had came.

While running, Yojimbo was worried that Kitty might blame him for leaving her behind. "I hope she's not in a bad mood.." he said, imagining her biting his head off. "Ow.." he muttered.[/SIZE][/COLOR]

[Drizzt Do'urden]

IC: "[I]It is time for you to go now Asaku...you cannot stay here any longer"[/I] Lillyana's voice. There is no need for you to complete what you have started. You have unlocked the power within you Asaku...now go to her.

Asaku awoke to Kitty's voice....the one thing he had wanted to do for as long as he could remember. As he floated there....he realized what had brought him back, the thing Lillyana had mentioned. His true power, his love for Kitty....his love for Kitty, and her love for him, no matter what form it took friendship...or possibly a little bit more. "I don't want you gone." She repeated over and over. "Kitty I must, to make sure Orion never bothers you...or any of the other Angels again." She handed him something...her gem...her power..."[I]She's sacrificing her power....for me....to make sure I succeed and my death won't be in vane[/I] " Asaku thought to himself...tears swelling in his eyes. He began the last bit of his sacrifice...drawing his power. When he began thinking of the good times they had when they were back at the sanctuary...

Asaku looked down into Kitty's eyes...and what he saw sent him from rage at Orion, and completly broke him down into sobs...he saw the old Kitty, not the one who he had fought against just a short time ago...not the battle enraged Kitty...but the Kitty beating Aida in Videogames....and then she fainted...

"Kitty!" Asaku cried breaking his trance. He caught her just before she hit the ground. "Kitty...Kitty" Asaku beckoned her to wake up. "Kitty...Kitty" Sakura's voice..distant but very distinct. Asaku rose with Kitty in his arms and flew towards Sakura's voice.

Weaving through the maze like palace, Kitty finally started to wake up, as he noticed her eyes fixed on him he looked down to her. "You know you still owe me some oreos" He said grinning. She smiled back. "And you know you're not gonna get them anytime soon" "Hey!" Asaku pleaded as they rounded the final corner and literally ran into Sakura and the others. "Hey!" Sakura said rubbing her head and sitting up. "Asaku!" Everybody cried happily..."I'm sorry for the way I went all crazy on ya...but I'm back" Asaku smiled...but his smile was short lived as he finally let Kitty out of his arms..."Now all of you go now!" He yelled at them, as he began his transformation. "Everybody out now!" he cried now...seeing the seriousness in his eyes and realizing he wouldn't be detered Aida, Yojimbo, Takahiro, and Sakura began leaving. Kitty ran to Asaku and embraced him. As he embraced her, he again began thinking about everything that had happened between them...The way she smiled at him, when she yelled at him...He pulled her away a little and looked into her eyes. "Kitty....I love you" He said softly. He brought her in close and softly kissed her lips...After a second he pulled away and whispered in her ear "Don't worry, I'll never leave you again" He began to fly away, he looked over he shoulder one last time and yelled at her, "Don't worry, I'm just going to hit Orion where it hurts the most...his pride....and then I'll meet you back at the Sanctuary" And with that he flew into the darkness of the castle....towards the gate where Orion's minions come in and out of.

Back at the Sanctuary.

"You actually let him go!?" Sakura scolded "you could've persuaded him to stay, he would have listened to you Kitty" Kitty looked to Sakura "No he wouldn't have, he has a vendeta against Orion...don't worry he's not going to get caught by him, he just had something to take care of and he'll be right back" "Thats still no reason....." Sakura was cut of short as a green light appeard and Asaku in all his glory feel on top of the television. "ouchies" he said as he rubbed his ankle. "Asaku!" Kitty cried as she ran to him, "was my gem of any help?" "What??? Ohhh well I wasn't sure I was coming back so I..." He trailed off as he pointed at her breast pocket. "Huh!?" she murmmerd as she opened her pocket and pulled her gem. "How...Asaku now you're deffinateally not getting any oreos!" She scolded him and slapped him playfully. "Ahhh I'm sorry just please don't take away my oreos!" He feel to the ground as though he had lost his best friend. He gave her a hug and turned to Sakura, "Well don't worry about any new minions anytime soon, Orion's going to have a lot of work to do before we see him again I think, I shattered his portal to the netherworld into about 500million pieces." "[I]I'm finally home....finally home[/I] " Was all he could think as he still embraced Kitty.

[Kitty]

[COLOR=Blue][SIZE=1]Kitty held onto Asaku tightly. She wasn't letting him go this time. [i]I'll give him all the stupid oreos he wants.. This time, he isn't going anywhere,[/i] she thought happily to herself.

That night, all of them did the "basic thing". Sakura scolded Takahiro for staying up when he really ought to be in bed, Yojimbo played his gameboy while bumping into things, and Aida lost to Saio while playing video games. Meanwhile, Kitty was being chased by Asaku for stealing his Oreos again.

"Give 'em back!"
"Nuh-uh!"
"Come on! I'm hungry!"
"Eat something else for once!"

Asaku grunted as he dodged Sakura, Kitty getting ahead of him up the stairs. As she got to her door, she almost shut it when Asaku grabbed it and swung it open. "Gotcha! Hand over the cookies, and nobody gets hurt," he joked. "Nev-ah!" she laughed, faking left. She almost got past him but he grabbed her and pulled her back, ending up in a hug.

Kitty hugged him back, just to realize that he had taken the Oreos from her hands. "Hey! I was gonna eat those!" she shouted, him walking out stuffing three or four into his mouth. "Foo baf," he said with his mouth full. If he hadn't already stuck those Oreos into his mouth, he probably would have stuck his tongue out at her before running off.

"I'll get you for that!" she shouted after him, closing the door behind her. She sighed, just happy that everything was back to normal. She fell onto her bed, Kouken jumping on soon after. She lay there stroking the white cat until she remembered the picture in her drawer. She pulled it open and took out the pieces.

"I shouldn't have ripped it up.." she said, noticing that she had lost several small pieces and that only the heads of all the angels and some feet and hands remained on the large torn pieces. "I wonder if I can get another copy..." she thought aloud, looking over the pieces.[/SIZE][/COLOR]

[Inuyasha Fandom]

Saio Enters the living room, and has everyone sit around him, after he calls them all to the room.

"Everyone..... I have things i want to say."

Takahiro watches his brother with interest, and Saio blushes. "Everyone, I am a half demon, as you all know. But, I am also half angel..... I am different...... And......powerful."

Saio sighs. "I know where my gem is, but i dare not get it. I have no powers to freeze time, nor to pause life. I would kill if i got my gem, and i will harm no innocent."

Takahiro sighs. "But.... We all need our gems."

"Not if it requires killing." Saio smiles saddly. "I will kill no more humans."

"You feel regret?" Asks Kitty, leaning forward. Aida smirks.

"Yes, i have taken lives before, but because i have to. I don't like killing."

Saioi turns on his heel, to Sakura. "I know it was you who helped me, and i wish to thank you."

Sakura nods. "you're......... you're...." she blushes. "You're Takahiro's brother, it was no big deal."

Saio smiles once again. "No need to be embarassed. I know you love him. And I do as well, he is family."

Sakura takes a deep breath. " I heard something awhile back..... That only the highest caliber Demons can use that weapon... that scythe."

[COLOR=Orange][SIZE=1]Aida looked at Saio in confusion,"Get it for you?" Saio nodded on agreement. Aida shook his head,"I don't think it's possible to get another's gem for them.....but..maybe...." Aida trailed off. Everyone turned to face Aida, curious to what he would say. Kitty spoke up,"What is it Aida? Don't leave us in the dark." Aida grinned and looked up,"It's nothing. Just a crazy idea". Asaku spoke up as well,"Come on man, tell us!" Saio and the angels nod in agreement,"We would very much like to know."

Aida shrugged,"Fine." He took a deep breath then continued,"We need to have a deep bond with our gems and the person who they reside in before we remove them, right?" The others nod,"Well than maybe all we have to do is have an angel with a deep bond with Saio [B]assist[/B] him in removing his gem". Saio raised an eyebrow,"Explain". Aida sighed,"Like, someone could place their hand into the person in unison with you, then their powers would halt time or revive the person. No death needed." Saio smiled at the prospect. But then he shook his head,"Who has such a bond with me?" Aida chuckled,"Who else? Your brother." He looked over at Takahiro. Takahiro grinned,"Of course. It's no problem." He turned to Saio,"So where's your gem?"[/SIZE][/COLOR]

Saio nodded. "In the husband of the one Kitty took hers from....... or should i say, his son. The gem itself was passed on when the Father died....... I'm glad the baddies didn't know."

Saio laughs, happy. The others stare at him; they'd never seen him laugh before.

"Come on, brother!!! Let's go!!!!!" Saio practacly drags Takahiro to the door, and he spreads his huge black wings. "Come on!!!!! I Want to get my gem!!!!"

Saio makes a pair of earrings with red gems appear on his ears. He smiles, taking off.

Takahiro pulls him back down, "We'll get it okay?...but we should all get some rest first...It's been a long day for everyone." Takahiro smiled.

Saio gave in to Takahiro's smile as his older brother. "Aw man...fine..." he said. Everyone resumed what they were doing. Saio was beating on Aida in video games again, Yojimbo found a spot on the couch and played his Game Boy Advance SP while watching them, Kitty and Asaku were fighting over the Oreo's, and Sakura went back to scolding Takahiro.

"I told you to get some rest Takahiro! Why did you come out of bed like that?! You're still hurt!" Sakura scolded.

"I know Sakura but...my gem was calling me from my sleep. Please don't be upset with me..." Takahiro said sadly for going against her wishes.

Sakura smiled at him, "It's okay Taka...I'm not mad...just concerned is all..."

Takahiro blushed slightly, "You shouldn't have to worry about me though. I don't want you to have to be concerned for my safety."

"I know but..." Sakura started.

Takahiro kissed her lightly on the lips, both of them blushed, "Just don't worry about me so much..." Takahiro walked up to his room and sat on the ledge of his bed polishing his pistol. "I'll have to be rested up to help Saio get his gem..." He laid down and tried to fall asleep...but couldn't. "Crap I can't sleep..." He woke up and went down to the first floor. "Saio let's go...we'll get your gem tonight."

Saio smirks. "Alright."



Saio and Takahiro fly to the gem holder, he's a drug addict. He's in an ally, and stoned off his ass.

Saio can feel the boy's pain. Saio kneels in front of the boy, looking into the oblivious eyes.


"He's like me......"

Takahiro shrugs. "I don't understand why"


Saio makes his black scythe appear, and he begins to cut into the boy.




Takahiro and Saio manage to get the gem, and they take off. The boy was no longer stoned, before Saio and Takahiro left, they had put on an act, pretending to fight for the boy's soul. Saio was pleased, he felt the boy would never do drugs again.

Saio looks deep into the black gem, while it emits a dark but exiteing aura. It's energy makes Saio feel energized, better. "I'm glad you're my brother."

Saio and Takahiro land, and Saio becomes embarrased.


"what is it??"

Saio hugs him suddenly, out of the blue. Sasio whispers in Takahiros ear.

"I'll always be there for you.....Like you're there for me."

Asaku was deap in thought when Saio and Takahiro flew back into the dorm. "Asaku they're back.....ASAKU!" Kitty snapped, which snapped Asaku straight out of his trance. "I'm sorry, I'm just sort've....not feeling well" Asaku quickly finished and flew to his room, as he heard Saio and Takahiro begin their story about the young boy, his drug addiction, and their shock therapy for him. "[I]hehe those guys[/I] " Asaku thought to himself. *Knock Knock* "Asaku may I come in?" Sakuras voice sounded from outside. "Yeah come in" Asaku replied somberly, face buried into a book, one of Kittys she had been reading he swiped from her room when he got his oreo's back a few hours before. "Asaku whats bothering you?" Sakura asked, the concern sincerly showing in her voice. "What do you mean? I told you guys I just don't feel well" He sort of snapped back to her.

Sakura giggled and pointed to his book, "So since you're not feeling well, you read upside down?" "Oops" Asaku closed his book up and laid it down. "Well...frankly Sakura I'm worried...I don't know if I can face Orion again" Asaku stood up and walked to his window. "After you guys left I unleashed my gem, everything that had happened with Kitty gave me the strength I needed, the Power and Love that Lillyana had told me about. I thought I could easily destroy him...but once I got to the portal and destoryed it, I felt his power grow." Asaku cracked a half smile, "I guess he didn't take kindly to his source of cheap labor being destroyed." His smile left as quickly as he began. "I don't know if I can face it, and see anybody get hurt...especially" Sakura stood "Asaku...we're all here for you...and you know she is too...you just need to talk to her" Asaku opened the window up, spread his wings and looked to the moon. "Thanks Sakura, but I'm going to work this out my own way" With that Asaku took off into the night.

After a few hours of flying Asaku landed on top of a building, starring at the streets below...noticing the people. Some happy, some sad. But all of them doing their own thing...being able to live, and have the chance to be happy... Asaku looked to the cloud that housed Orions Castle...his one time home. "Okay guys" Asaku really smiled for the first time since he stole his oreo's back from Kitty. "I'm ready to fight when you are" With that Asaku took off for the Sanctuary.

Landing back in his room he hid the book of Kitty's under his pillow and went downstairs with the others...."Hey guys...I'm back" He said happily

[Kitty]

[COLOR=Blue][SIZE=1]"You seem happy," Kitty said, smiling happily. "Huh? Me?" Asaku asked, pointing to himself. "No.. The wild duck flying behind your head," she said sarcastically, turning back to Saio who was just finishing his story.

"I'm hungry.." Kitty thought aloud. She walked into the kitchen, wondering if anyone would follow her. Sure enough, someone did. But it was Saio that happened to enter the kitchen after her. She let out a disappointed sigh, then went over to the fridge.

"Anything in there?" Saio asked her, taking a seat at the table. Kitty stood up, a soda in one hand and an apple in the other. "Only fruit. Want this apple?" she offered, holding up her left hand. "Okay," he said in a excited tone. He was obviously happy that he had gotten his gem. She tossed him the apple then grabbed a bag of chips from the pantry.

"I thought you said there was only fruit..." Saio started. Kitty smirked. "You asked if there was anything in the [i]fridge[/i]. You didn't ask about any of those pantries," she told him, strolling out happily.

She walked up and into her room, shutting the door behind her and jumping on her bed. She opened the bag and stuffed a few chips into her mouth, then used her right hand to roam under her bed for anything interesting. All she found was an old stuffed animal, a few old socks, and a lost CD she had been given by some girl at school that wanted to befriend her.

"Poor girl," she muttered, remembering what happened to her. She shook her head, wanting to get the thought from her head. She didn't have many "good" memories from the school. Most students ignored her, made fun of her, or threw things at her. Even the teachers showed their dislike for her. Again she tried to remove her thought from school, this time by looking around her room. She continued to eat her chips as she observed the noticable things. In one corner, the broken lamp still lay on the floor in pieces.

The other corner was lit up by her computer screen. Her drawers were quite empty; she hated shopping. Kouken lay in the middle of the floor, purring softly. Everything in her room she had looked over hundreds of times before. She looked out the window, seeing the moon shining over the grass and trees. The way it reflected off the grass always amused Kitty. She enjoyed thinking of it, it calmed her nerves when she was panicking.

Then she remembered Asaku's shining. That put a damper on her already dim mood. She layed her head on the ledge, looking out at the moon still. [i]What if I could fly to the moon..?[/i] she thought, finding herself getting more and more depressed. "Gah.." she sighed, wondering why she was getting so sad. She grabbed the stuffed animal (that happened to be a penguin) and hugged it tightly.

"I wonder what he's doing right now.." she said aloud. She hadn't meant to say it at all. It just.. came out. She stared dully at the wall, still thinking. Then she heard a knock on the door, stirring her from her odd concentration.

"It's open.." she sighed, not bothering to ask who was at her door. [/color][/size]

Saio was beating Aida to a pulp in the video games, but he swore it was the first time he had played any of them.


"I'mposible!!! You're wipeing the floor with me!!!" He protests, and Saio only becomes confused.

"Wipeing the floor???? I haven't touched you...."

"It's just a saying."

"Ah...." Saio puts down his controller. "I...... will return."

Saio leaves the room, and heads to kitty's room. He knocks, and some one other thanb kitty answers. "Come in....."

Saio enters, looking around like he's lost. "Kitty.... I...... wanted to speak to you."

Saio blushes, and kitty becomes perplexed."What about??"

"I... apologize for my behavior........when i snapped at you. I was......how you say..... A jackass...."

[Kitty]

[COLOR=Blue][SIZE=1]Kitty was surprised when Saio came in. Not that she wasn't pleased when he admitted what an ass he had been to her before. "Thanks.." she said, looking back out the window. "Well.... Should I... go now?" he asked, not sure what to do now that he had apologized. "I'll go too. This room is so bland," she stated.

They walked out and down the stairs. Saio walked back to the couch and resumed the game with Aida. Kitty, on the other hand, began walking towards the front door. She was bored and wanted to see what was outside.

But, after walking outside, she realized that there was nothing important or noticable outside. It was just cold. She walked back inside and sat next to Saio on the couch. "You wanna play?" Aida asked, seeing that she seemed bored. "Okay," she said, not really interested.

Aida handed Saio a controller who handed it to Kitty. She didn't do very well, though. Even Aida beat her. "Wow.. You aren't very good at this game, are you?" Saio said. She shook her head. "Come on.. I know you aren't that bad," Aida insisted. "Let's play another round. You'll do better," he said, not wanting to win now.

She did a little better in her second round, not wanting to be bothered for doing badly. Saio still whooped the both of them, but they didn't bother Kitty now. "I'm hungry... When is dinner?" Saio asked. "I dunno." Saio looked disappointed, then excused himself and walked to the kitchen, leaving them alone on the couch. "Aida?" "Huh?" "This may sound odd, but..." "But what?" he asked.

"Can we go for a walk?" "Sure, sure," he said kindly. "Thanks.." she whispered, walking out the door after him.[/SIZE][/COLOR]

[COLOR=Orange][SIZE=1]Aida grabbed his sweater and cap and walked out behind Kitty, closing the door behind them. He ran up besides her and shoved his hands into his pockets. They walked silently for a while, then Aida decided to break the silence," I love the night sky....you could stare at it deep in thought for hours, until the sun rises. You could think about anything and it wouldn't matter. Out there there's no one hurting, no one in pain. Just an endless realm of thought".

He laughed and turned to Kitty,"Am I making any sense?" She smiled,"Perfect". He looked back up to the sky and sighed,"Night skies are usually filled with brightly lit stars", he turned to Kitty,"but your radiance makes them all seem dim". He realized what he said and turned a deep shade of red. Kitty hugged his arm and they started walking again.

Kitty put her head against his shoulder and closed her eyes. They walked along, just enjoying each others presence, untill Aida felt a drop of water land on his nose. [I]It's raining....[/I] Soon the rain began pouring harder, so took his cap off and put it on Kitty's head so her hair wouldn't get that wet. He tossed his hood over his head and laughed,"Guess we should head back, huh? Don't want you to get soaked". Kitty nodded,"Guess so." She spun around and started walking back when Aida grabbed her hand gently. She stopped and looked at him,"Yes?" He brought her close and kissed her on the lips. "Thanks for asking me to go with you. I always feel....sorta....complete when you're around. It's like nothing could ever go wrong when we're together". He leaned towards her and they kissed again. He put his arm around her happily,"Let's head home".[/SIZE][/COLOR]

IC: Asaku drew a fast breath when he heard Kitty ask Aida to go for "a walk" with him. "[I]How does Aida do it? No matter how close I seem to be getting with her, he interferes.[/I] " Asaku flew to a great height, watching the two in their walk...their embrace...and their kiss. He flew back ahead of them and took back his spot on the couch when they entered....

"Why are you all wet Asaku?" Kitty asked. "I thought I had heard something outside, and I went to check it out. But it was nothing more than that annoying cat again. Asaku watched the two sit down, Kitty beside him and Aida on the otherside. "Hey Asaku, wanna try and play me. I beat Kitty earlier, so I know I can beat you now" Aida boasted. Asaku picked up a controller, well he couldn't beat Aida to a pulp in real life, so what better than to knock the snot out of him in some video games. "wow you have gotten better Aida" Asaku sarcastically said as he beat Aida quickly in 5 straight games. "I'm getting tired of this, Hey Kitty, I stole one of your books earlier, but I'm gonna go put it back on your bed, you guys have a nice night" He said as he went upstairs....

After placing Kitty's book back on her bed, he sat in his chair by the window and staired outside. "Rains finally stopped" Kitty's voice came from behind. Looking towards her he was at a loss for words, probably for the first time in his life. "Ummm...come in?" Asaku asked more than said.

Yojimbo had a snide grin on his face all evening, watching the mini-drama unfold before him. He loved every second of it. [I]I remember when I once felt about a girl like that. It was both the most wonderful and most painful thing ever. It's much better watching it than living it though hahahahaha.[/I] His laughed continued ouside his head as well causing Aida and Siao to look up at him.

"HAHAHA-.......What? Haven't you ever seen me laugh before? Jeesh.....Well let me show you how REAL gamers play." Getting up from his comfy chair he took a seat in between the two. First off Siao crushed them both, but it only took Yojimbo a few more tries before he adapted to the game. Conquering both he jumped up with arms above his head.

"HA! You have been served!"

"Not a very gracious winner are you Yojimbo?" Saio asked happily.

"NOPE!" Yojimbo smiled widely and then headed to the kitchen for more food. There was nothing there. As usual. He firgured he'd have to go shopping tomorrow.

[Kitty]

[COLOR=Blue][SIZE=1]"Asaku?" Kitty asked, sitting on his bed. "Huh?" he muttered, not really wanting to talk. "I'm sorry." "For what?" he asked, still looking out the window. "Getting you mad at me." He finally turned to face her. She looked sad and worried. "I'm not mad at you.." he said, getting up and sitting next to her.

"Yes you are.. I know you are. Don't deny it," she said firmly. "I-... I'm not mad at you. I'm just... frustrated." "Because I walked with Aida?" He nodded quietly. "I just needed someone to walk with. I wasn't feeling well.." "Why not?" he asked suddenly. "I don't know.. I just felt like something bad was going to happen. But the feeling went away."

The two sat quietly together for some time before Kitty got sleepy and told Asaku that she was going to bed. "Good night," she said happily but in a tired voice. "See you in the morning?" She nodded smiling, then walked to her room.

She fell asleep quickly, but woke up a few hours later after mostly everyone else had gone to bed. She wondered what had waken her when she noticed her window was wide open. "I don't remember opening that.." she said quietly, getting up to close it.

But as she reached the window, she was thrown out the window by a violent wind. "What the hell?!" she shouted, spreading her wings just before hitting the ground. As she hovered above the ground, she heard a high-pitched laughter before once again being thrown through the air by a gust of wind.

She was thrown into the hand of a large female demon. The demon laughed again, blowing a strong gust of wind at Kitty. "Let go!" she yelled, struggling to escape the grasp of the white demon. "Oh, I don't think so. Orion said you'd be quite useful.." she said in a soft voice. "Who are you!? And.. You work for Orion?! How'd you get here!? Asaku smashed his portal!"

"Be quiet you annoying little pest! I've been here since Shinoshu, you idiot. I was Orion's back up plan, if you MUST know. And know that I've got you, I'm going to tear the angel's union apart.." the female demon explained, beginning to laugh again. She squeezed Kitty tight, making her faint from lack of oxygen, then flew her away.

Saio looked up at the cloudy sky from the window. He had not noticed it had become so dismal outside. SDakura walks into the room.


"I'm going for a walk. I like cold weather."

"I thought demons liked it hot....."

"I'm not completely demon." Saio replies, cold and annoyed. "Don't be so steriotypical."


Saio goes outside, and catches scent of Kitty....... And another Demon.....


"Shit... She's been caught."

Stirring from his sleep Asaku felt the urge to rush to the window...."[I]Somethings not right[/I] " He thought to himself. As he glanced towards The clouds that housed Orions Palace he confirmed his suspicions. "Oh hell no" Asaku cried as he realized what the figure was, some female demon held Kitty in her claws and was racing for Orion's palace. Quickly transforming, drawing his blade which glew a brilliant Red color, and leaping from the window simultaneously Asaku raced to beat the demon to the castle. "[I]Everybody, wake up, Kitty's being taken to the castle by some unknown demon[/I] " He could only hope they heard his mindlink cry as the demon released a gust of wind at Asaku throwing him 200ft to the ground....he landed with a sickening thud as he looked up at the sky at Kitty and the demon....then nothing but blackness.
