Art .hack banner: rate please?

I made another banner, but before I put it in my sig, I wanna know if it's any good. I just threw a bunch of characters together (with my personal favorite in the middle!) and beveled it (made it look like a button) instead of putting a border on it.
Score 1-10, and please, [i]please[/i] explain the rating you give it!

The banner has potential, but there are many things that need to be adjusted. First off, cut back on the Gaussian Filter in the background. It clashes too much with the characters, specifically Skeith and Mia (the first of which is difficult to pick out from filter itself. Either that, or you should up the opacity on the characters, so that the background does not over-power them. The background also causes a bit of jagged-edgeness to the characters.

As for the text, I would go for a yellow, or other light color. It is hard to read as is. Red is just naturally too dark for this color mix. I would suggest avoiding blue, since only light blue will show up, and I doubt it would look very good on this banner.

the banner is okay, but u need to make the words more readable. And I don't like the color, it's too gray. But if you like it then just make the words more readable. It's a pretty good banner, just not my type, lol.

Very poor quality I can't make out the pictures or the text and the background is well.. what is it? No boarder and the heavel effect just doesnt look right. Ehh better luck next time. [B]2/10[/B]
