Ive been thinking about this lately

lately, ive benn wanting to die. just kill myself. ive had trouble eating lately and everyday ive had a busy schudle. and im pressuring myself. and i dont know what to do. ive just wanted to end my pain, but the closer i get to do something to myslef. i get scared. and i just dont know what to do anymore

Let me tell you what[i][b]not[/b][/i] to do: kill yourself. The fear you feel is your better judgement trying to prevent you from doing something incredibly stupid and selfish.

Now, after you've completely eliminated harming yourself in any way as anything cose to a viable option, take a step back. If you've got such a busy, stressful schedule, then clear it. You've obviously got way too much on your plate if you're thinking in these terms. Eliminate some of the excess until you feel better.

Also, while you're thinking clearly, tell a friend or family member that you feel is level headed and that you trust what you've been thinking. It's important that someone knows what you're feeling, and what's going on.

At least five of my friends have tried to kill themselves, or entertained the thought at one time. I'll tell you what I told them: don't you ever ytry stupid crap likde that. You've got your entire life ahjead of you, and you have far too much potential to waste.

One thing to do, in my opinion, is going to a [b]therapist. [/b]I've seen people over the internet try to get advice online; that's not going to help you, or it wouldn't help me. But I'm not you, am I?

Why kill yourself? To end [b]your[/b] pain? That's quite selfish. In ending your life, you cause many more to feel grief - is that what you want? Do you want your parents, friends, and relatives to be in your situation -- do you want them to maybe even commit suicide themselves?

Ask yourself these questions. If you're some stuck up, snobby person -- you might do it. But if you love someone, even just one person, you shouldn't. For their sake.

As everyone else has said, [b]DON'T[/b] do it. I as well can say that I used to struggle with this. Funny thing is I was roughly your age, maybe a year older when it hit me hard. Just know that it [b]does[/b] get better, but one thing I think everyone has failed to mention is:

[i]Its your choice[/i]

You are the one who can make the situation better, take your life in your hands, and decide what you want and don't want to do. Very many people struggle through life trying to achieve a "complete" life and trying to feel like they've accomplished something at the end of the day, and many of these people go home each night feeling empty because they didn't accomplish anything.

Well they may have accomplished many things, but each and everyone of these things was hallow. Each being done on the belief that it has to be done.

Granted everyone must do things for some reason, even if they don't want to do them, but the important thing is. Do something for you. Do something that makes you happy! Don't worry if you're bad at it, don't worry what others think, just worry about how it makes you feel. The key here is doing something happy!

You HAVE to let it get better. If you refuse to open your doors to new things, then only the old will be there, and with that old will be the same ugly pain.

So in the end although having someone there for you will help, the final decision is yours. You must take it into your own hands and accept the fact that you want a change, and you want to be happy. Don't feel sorry for yourself, you'll only consume yourself in grief.

No matter what you can always find something wrong with yourself, stop looking at that. Look at the great things, look at the bright sides of your day. The nice cool wind hitting your face, the cute anime guy, the pretty sunset, whatever makes you happy.

To speak truthfully...I've thought about it myself. NAd rethought it and rethought it again. Though ever time I always remember that suicide is a permanent solutiont to a temorary problem. Evertime I pulled myself out of it. And like others said...just clear your schedule...if the person DEMANDS an explaination...tell them. They'll back off plenty fast. All you need to do is relax for a while...see the sights of your area, and think about what it would be like to NEVER see it again.

I've had 4 friends kill themselves...and I knew at least 4 more who I was a mere aquaintance. YOu'll be killing the spirits of EVERYONE who loves you. My frinds bother hung himslef...to this day he NEVER talks about him. Hell Im nervous when I tell him my probs with my younger sister, he gets an empty look in his eyes...its scary.

I think its great that you are afraid...it basically means that some part of you just will not give up living. I know when I felt like you do, I seeked out a friend...and it helps it really does, I love her for it...and whenver I get so depressed and stressed out and feel like Im a totaly ******* up...I think about her crying and I stop and calm myself down.

Find some one to lean on...it has done me wonders. Life is just too beautiful to skip...

It's just a phase. I bet my membership at OB that it's going to turn out okay in the end. If you think you've hit rock bottom, then there's nowhere to go but UP! Yeah! *peace sign*

Don't let the stress of the world get to you. Make time to do something fun. Take the day off every once and a while. Go to a moive, go shoping, do something with your friends, and have fun!

You might try medatating or yoga.

I now this may soud crude but hey it worked for my brother.

If you think for just one moment that your life means nothing then you DON'T have the right to live! If you think that taking your own life will fix everything, make everyone happier or take the pain away. think again! You have no right to say that yor worthless! every person has a pupose and every person can make a diffrence. Suicide is just a quick fix for those who cna't deal with it. You think that you cant handle it DO IT! If your so freakin ballsie...DO IT! but you can't because your to freakin scared. you now why? Because you KNOW tha tif you do, you'll cause more harm than good. Before you think on something like thsi again think on this first. How well do people know you? How MANY people know you? I bet you that you have changed someone's life with out ever noticing it. If you go through life thinking that your nothing, you'l be nothing.

Don't do anything to yourself. Just think of what you might do to yourself, think of what your family and friends might say. You might wake up and things could be beter. Just live for that day. Stay alive and away from anything dangerous.

I've seen countless topics like this on OtakuBoards and I've come to the conclusion that your best option is seeking a more intimate form of help. Although it's possible to derive some comfort from Internet advice, situations as serious as this one demand attention from family and professional counsel. From here, the basic message found in many of these responses can only be echoed repeatedly. You've made a basic first step by reaching out in some form, now take the next step and get qualified help so you may together really examine your depression. That's the only way you'll find a lasting solution here.

I'm sure not trying to be heartless in closing this, but the comfort you find here will not be the true crutch you need. Then again, you could be sharing the very same feelings many teens must endure as part of the growing process. It's something that should not go un-examined in your personal life.
