RPG Dead Fate (M-LV)

[Makurayami]

A low, almost animal growl escaped from Omrie's throat. This angry he was feeling was nothing like anything he had felt before. It was full out rage. Omrie calmed himself and looked at Satsuki. She had been deeply hurt, he could tell, and it just made him feel even more anger at Yeua.

"We don't have to follow him," Omrie whispered, "We can go our own way, complete the mission. It's up to you Satsuki."

[Akieen Cloud]

Satsuki looked up, she wasn't about to lose another friend.
"No, we'll follow, something tells me this si magic and I'm gonna figure it out."
"You mean, another territory?"
"Yep, but I won't deny, what he said...it hurt alot. Reminded me of the acadamy...they ued to treat me that way. Jut cause I was the only one who could use the ice element. They called me frozen heart. Omrie, if he really belived that I was a traitor, he wouldn't have kissed me."
"He, kissed you? How do you know?"
"I felt it in my sleep. But it was really weird. I can't help but feel partly my fault. I do love him, just...not the way he loves me. He means alot to me Omrie...but as a brother. I don't know how I'll ever tell him without hurting him...He already thinks I've lied to him."
She stood and helped Omrie to his feet and kissed his cheek.
"Thank you. Stay by my side...I know that you and I can help him Omrie...something just isn't right with all this. He was fine yesterday."
"People change..."
"Not that fast Omrie...Not THAT fast. ever since that girl...I just know that foul play is in this somewhere. Let's go before he thinks something's up...I can't belive he would think that afer all we've been through, youm him and me...it really hirts Omrie...that he trusts a fiment of him mind over us..."
She wiped her eyes as tears stung them agian and took Omrie's hand pulling him with her gently.
"C'mon. We don't wanna be left behind."

Yeua barley noticed the figures following him or even cared really. He knew what he was doing was right. [I]No it's not.[/I] Well, it felt right to him anyways. Omrie wanted him dead, Satsuki just using him. He was once again alone. Alone. That's the way he was before he met Jericho. Before the day he met Jericho he had always felt lost. Like everyone is out to get him so he had to remail alone.

"My love are you sure you want them following us?" The girl asked with her queer smile.

"Your name is Chu'cumbera right?" Yeua asked. "As in the Kellage translation Hidden Demon?"

"It is something like that I believe."

Yeua smeared the blood from under his nose onto his sleeve. "Well demon girl, tell me of what you speak of when you asked me if I rmemebered you. Am i supposed to or is this just some sick game that you are playing with all of this lover stuff? After what Jericho told me nothing would surprise me about anyone today."

"You really want to know?"

"Yes. Perhaps I can work out some of this horrid past that I had lived and can't remember."

"Okay. Well when you and I first met you and I were much younger in human terms. In fact if you would have compaired out biological develoupment at the time you and I would have been considered the same age. You had been carried into our town by a traveling show group. You had been asking around town if anyone knew your parents. Most of my people either laughed at you with a bitter cruelty or pushed you back onto the streets. I, on the other hand, couldn't bare to watch you just lay outside in the dirt. My parents aloud me to take you in for one night. I took care of you the beat that I could and you did the best you could to be a friend to me. I guess it was that quality that drew me to you in the first place. By the time you had gone to sleep I had unrealizingly fallen in love with you. When you were going to leave the next day I had to have some way of getting you back my love. So I gave you that gem that you are so fond of. Now that I've found you again I was hoping that we could start off where we left off. And if I remember it correctly you were about to make me into a woman." She gave him a sly tug on the arm. Yeua just pulled away.

"You know I had never even considered the prospect of loving a woman that way until I had met Satsuki. And she betrayed me. Do you know how much that hurts? I could never trust a soul in my life."

"You trusted me the night that I took you in. What makes now any different?"

Yeua stopped for a moment. "Well, just don't get any of your hopes up. Nothing is predictable." He continued walking trying to ignore the girls tugs on his arms and the gaze of here eyes on him. It just kinda, felt creepy.

[Makurayami]

Omrie walked behind Yeuam holding Satsuki's hand. Maybe he was wrong about her. Maybe they could become more then friends. He didn't know what the future held and he had long since given up trying to figure it out.

Omrie's attention turned to the ghost girl. She did seem to be odd. And Satsuki was right - ever since she showed up Yeua had been acting wierd. This ghost girl gave him a wierd feeling. He didn't like it, and he wanted to find out why it was.

Omrie decided to try to talk to lighten the mood. "So, he said something about the guardians. According to mythe, the guardians are suppose to be armour animals that only respond to certain people's presence."

"Armour animals?"

"Yeah, like you get in and you are the animal. There bigger then normal animals, or course, but still it's kinda weird, really. But the animals were also to have the elemental powers. I think there were four. Fire Lion, Ice Wolf, Wind Falcon and...ugh, what was the other? Oh yeah, Lightning Tiger."

Satsuki just looked at him as if he was crazy. "Really, I'm not kidding. I used to be into mythes and stuff back at the acedemy. I didn't have any friends..."

[Akieen Cloud]

Satsuki squeezed his hand lightly.
"I know the feeling...trust me."
She looked back at Yuea.
"I think I remember reading something about that as well Omrie...But didn't the controlers become coruppted and destroyed?"
Omrie nodded and looked at Yuea as well.
"Yeah, your right..."
"You don't think...that Yuea?"
"I'm not sure."
She squeezed his hand tighter.
"What if we can't save him Omrie?"
"Than we have to save the mission."
"You don't mean...kill him?"
"Complete the mission at all costs."
"Even if that cost is one of your best friends?"
Omrie went silent.
"Sorry...I shouldn't have said that."
"But your right...I wonder if we really could kill him."
Satsuki leaned in on his shoulder putting her head there for reasureance.
"I wasn't able to kill you..."
She hugged his arm lightly and looked away as her cheeks flamed.
"No, you almost died because of me."
"Wasn't your fault...I thought I told you that...It was my choice..."
"Why?"
She looked at him.
"What do you mean?"
"Why did you almost give your life for mine?"
"...I-I um...I felt like it..."
She looked at the ground and moved away alittle but did not religuish his hand. Her face was crimson.

Another night of camping had drawn on and after the ghost girl had assured Yeua that he would be safe during the night a million times he finally went out, but the girl was not done for the night she still had something to do.

The girl strolled herself over to the other man and woman that was accompanying Yeua. She just stood behind them until they noticed her.

"What do you want?" The man asked.

"Have you figured it out yet?" The ghost girl asked the two of them. She was not expecting them to understand yet, but if they did they would have to dissapear completely.

"What are you talking about?" Asked the woman obviously acting as if there was no idea in her mind of what Chu'cumbera may be doing.

"Perhaps it should wait for another day then." The ghost girl turned away from them to go back to her love when the woman shouted from behind her, "What have you done to Yeua?"

The ghost girl was not about to ignore this, she had something to confess of her own and she wanted to tell it to Yeua badly, but there would be no chance of them being if she did. Telling these two and then killing them would have to do. "Well I told Yeua the story about me, one that he couldn't remember, but not the entire story." She told the bit she told to Yeua and then continued from then, "The gem was just the means of finding him again, but I did not have the powers to do that. I was horrified one day to realize that I may never see my love again. I was frantic and when my home came under attack by the Nine army I was the only Kellage to survive it. For some reason the commander of this group took a special interst in me. He saw my need to see Yeua again. After the told me his title was J. Walls of the Nine army special forces he used some sort of magic that gave me more powers then I asked for. He told me I would need them because he had found new friends and a new love. I was so angry so I used an astril form to communicate with him. That was until I managed to find him with you two. I knew that he had to be turned against you."

"So this sudden change in mood was because of you all this time." The woman said to her in an aggressive tone.

"Not just me but Commander Walls urged me to as well. I did as he asked as part of a promise that Yeua and I will be alloud to live together in happiness for all eternity. Now if you don't mind I'm going to spend some time with my love before I eliminate the traitors."

[Akieen Cloud]

"WHAT! I won't let you do this!"
Satsuki ran and stood infront of Yuea before the girl could reach him.
"I won't let you stand here and corrupt him any longer."
"You won't stand in my way."
"I will for as long as I can."
Satsuki suddenly felt as though her head was about to explode. She fell to her knees where the girl came over and brushed her hair away, the pain stoped as quickly as it had begun.
"Do not interfere. You will die."
"I won't let you have him!"
The girl grabed a fistfull of Satsuki's hair and yanked.
"He is my love, nothing will keep me from him. Not you or the man that your with."
She pointed at Omrie and Satsuki found her-self flung into his arms.
"Saty away from my love. He hates you remember?"
Satsuki gasped as she heard the statement.
"He does not!...He can't...we've been through so much, does he remember none of it?"
Satsuki buried her face in Omrie's chest and wept as she watched the girl lay down next to Yuea and begin to sleep.

Yeua could feel the pressure of the girl laying into him. He ignored it hoping that she would just go away, but she was sleeping. Yeua had to admit that story that she told him was a very sad and romantic one, but it also had an empty feeling to it, like she hadn't releavled everything to him. He wouldn't be suprised if she did. Satsuki was a traitor, Omrie wished him dead. How did he know the story wasn't made up? He had no memorys of those years anyways. Inside of his head two voices had a conversation.

[I]You are scaring them.[/I]

[B]What is there to be scared of? I'm the only one who has the whole picture around here. Neither of them understand what is going on.[/B]

[I]Ever think that it is you who doesn't understand everything going on around you. Perhaps you are the confused one.[/I]

[B]Impossible. Jericho told me everything. I know it is the truth, Jericho wouldn't lie to me.[/B]

[I]That wasn't Jericho.[/I]

[B]I saw him, it was Jericho.[/B]

[I]Have you forgotten already? Jericho is dead. He couldn't be communicating with you because he is gone and his soul didn't have any method of gaining peace. It is free roaming, but caged as well. He is gone now, so why do you believe this imposter?[/I]

[B]I'm beginning not to know what to believe anymore.[/B]

[I]You would believe yourself woudn't you?[/I]

[B]Well I suppose that depends. What state of mind that I am in?[/B]

[I]You are really messed up, let me tell you that. Besides I am you, you can trust me.[/I]

[B]No I can't. You are going against the only person I trust anymore.[/B]

[I]Perhaps an enemy trick? Did you ever think of that?[/I]

[B]No.[/B]

[I]Well perhaps that is it, or maybe that this ghost girl has something to do with it. I would think that Jericho's visit and her sudden appearance at nearly the same time was some sort of odd coincidence.[/I]

[B]Perhaps it was, perhaps it wasn't[/B]

[I]Well what are you feeling right now.[/I]

[B]Well...I don't know...like I've been split into three different people I suppose...wait are you telling me that I'm confusing myself.[/B]

[I]Well partly.[/I]

[B]You know thinking about it I'm beginning to remember something, yeah, I'm remembering that girl a little bit. Now I know, I know what I must do.[/B]

[I]Wait you can't go yet.[/I]

[B]See ya.[/B]

Yeua woke up and looked at Omrie and Satsuki, he sneered a little at the traitors. He then looked down at the sleeping form of the girl and smiled for once in this past day. He kissed her on the forehead and brought her into him more with his arms wrapped around her body, and went back to sleep ignoring the plees of that other voice.

[Akieen Cloud]

Satsuki felt the pain replaced with anger and looked up Omrie.
"I've had enough of this..."
She grabbed her weapon and walked over to Yuea, picking him up she flung him across the camp.
"BASTARD!"
She strode forward and pinned him to the ground, the pole across his chest.
"Open your eyes! Who am I?"
"A traitor."
Satsuki growled low in her throat and frowned.
"No, I'm your friend. So is Omrie, you've forgotten that Yuea."
Satsuki was about to say more when an arrow punctured her left shoulder.
"Damnit!"
She rolled to the side as more fell taking Yuea with her and pulling him out of range.
"Omrie! Nine Army!"
Satsuki jumped up and felt the bite of an arrow in her side, she snapped it and cursed as the blood began to flow.
"Yuea, go and get the girl and bring her here out of range, don't forget your sword, hurryit up, Omrie and I will cover you.GO!"
she ran forward, men droping infront of her as Omrie shot them but she knew hw would soon run out of arrows.
"Yuea come on!"
She took down a man that found his way to her and winced as her side burned with pain. Yuea ran past her towards the girl, Satsuki saw the man run from the bushes sword drawn and raised over his head.
"YUEA! Look out!"
she shoved him outta the way as the sword came down and missed them by an inch. She stood and swung the pole breaking him.
"Move, they're coming quickly now. MOVE!"
She pushed him and the girl back towards the trees and over to Omrie. She felt another arrow land in her leg but just barred her teeth and kept running. Once behind the bushes Omrie began to check her wounds.
"Wait till this is over, there are still alot of them out there...Omrie your out of arrows, I know. You are gonna have to stay back and watch over the girl while Yuea and I handle the rest."
"Your losing to much blood."
"I'll be fine."
She looked up at Yuea and nodded.
"Let's go to it than."
She squeezed Omrie's hand and leapt over the bushes taking down a group of 5 with her. Hs efought back to back with Yuea, he was diffrent this time while he was fighting, he wasn't nervous.
"Yuea if this is the last time I fight with you I want you to know one thing. Your my best friend, and I think of you as a brother and I love you like one as well...If this is the last time I fight with you...make it worth it..."
Blood began to splatter the ground where Satsuki moved as the wounds worked open more and flowed more openly.
"If this is our last fight together. Let it end for me as your friend...not a traitor."
She caught an arrow aimed for Yuea and smiled sadly, her eyes full of pain from her wounds but she turned and continued fighting as more eneimies flowed form the woods.

"No, this is not going to be our last fight." Yeua spoke softly to her. "I promises that I wouldn't let anything happen to you. Even if you are a traitor or if you are not I'm not going to let you die. Not here, not ever." Yeua rushed the enemy and cut a notch into the side of a soldier and brought it arund in a circle to slice the feet out from under another. From the tp of hissword flung embers of fire that lit the enemy's around him. Satsuki was pummeling the opponents with her poll. Yeua just realized how injured she was. Her wounds were open and wer getting worse. She could die of blood loss if they didn't get out of this fast.

Yeua batted away an arrow from hitting him and moved closer to Satsuki. He hit between the shoulders of an enemy coming at Satsuki from the side and then grabbed her arm. "We are running. We can't win this fight and I'm not losing you." He placed his sword on his back and scooped up Satsuki. He began to run with her, but feel when a sharp pain caught him in the back of the neck. Satsuki rolled on the ground and Yeua fell motionless to the ground, an arrow clean through his neck.

[Akieen Cloud]

Satsuki screamed and looked at the girl.
"He's your lover right? Save him! I know you can!"
The girl moved forward and smiled as Yuea's breath became shorter and shorter.
"Only if you leave and never com back."
"W-What?"
"If you promise that when I awaken him, you and the man will be gone."
"No."
"Than I can do nothing."
"Wait...If I, if I never touch him, if I give you something of mine for his life, would you..would you save him?"
"What would you give?"
"My strength, if I gave you my strength and...and my voice, never to fight or talk again...would you save him."
"That would make you miserable."
Omrie ran forward.
"Satsuki, no. We need your strength."
"If it saves him, Omrie, he has to avange Jericho...we don't have the right to do that...we didn't know him like Yuea did..."
Omrie shook his head."
Satsuki blinked.
"I'll give you my power of ice."
"I don't want anything but for you to leave."
Satsuki looked at Yuea and took his hand.
"What if I give you the key to the gaurdieans..."
"What?"
Omrie looked at her blinking.
"You can't have the key, I've never seen it before."
"Of corse not."
Satsuki took the wire from her mouth and squeezed it tightly, it began to move and shape into a key.
"This is the key to the gaurdieans."
"I want your voice as well."
"Deal."
A bright glow surrounded Satsuki and she began to scream but it faded as her voice dissappered. The girl snatched the key from her hand and turned to Yuea as his eyes began to dull. She took the arrow from his neck and placed a hand over bot h the front and back of the wound and healed it. He sat up slowly and looked around, Satsuki winced as she stood, the arrow in her side working loose to let blood flow. She looked back at Yuea sadly and stumbled laning on a tree she put her face in her knees and sobbed silently with no voice now he really couln't hear her pleas. She took bandages from her pack and began to bind her wounds hissing from the pain, she wiped her eyes and stood. She began to walk down the path away from the enimies and away from Yuea.
[I]Why, why did I do that? Because I know we need him. We need him to get to the gaurdieans.[/I]
[I]But you would've done that anyway. Wether you needed him or not...[/I]
[I]Do I really love him? But Omrie...I can't love both of them...It' not right, not fair.[/I]
[I]But you do. You DO love both of them, don't you?[/I]
Satsuki stopped and looked back as they began to follow slowly. She turned her head.
[I]Yes, I love them both...[/I]

Yeua felt a sudden weight lifted from him and he could breath again. He pushed himslef up and looked about. Yeua threw a short coughing fit sending bits of blood to the ground. "How..." He gasped. "How am I still alive?"

"I saved you my love." The girl said to him with a devilish look. "I saved you why your [I]friends[/I] stood by and did nothing."

"Why does she look so sad?" Was all that Yeua could ask looking painfully at Satsuki as she wept. "Why is she so sad?"

"Why do you care?" The girl asked. "They were about to let you die and they didn't even try. They were just going to let your life fade."

"That's not true." Omrie shouted at the girl and grabbed her by the arm.

Yeua threw up his own arm and tore Omrie away from her. "Leave her alone." He said shoving him away. "It wouldn't suprise me anyways. You were always watching me and just kept thinking of reasons why you could kill me. Weren't you?"

"What!?"

"Admit it you want me dead. And Satsuki over there doesn't even have the guts anymore to say anything to me." At that moment he could see Satsuki look away again and saddened even more in her quiet crying. "I'm sorry, that was a little harsh. Believe me Satsuki I don't want to believe that you are a traitor, I just don't have the proof to say that you aren't. I'm just going to be safe for now and assume that you are." He waited for a reply that couldn't come. "Don't you wish to comment on this?" Another few moments. "Satsuki? FINE, you be quiet. I never want to hear another word come from between those lips if you feel so strongly about this!" Such beautiful lips she had, but the last thing he remembers coming from them was that she didn't love him the way that he loved her. Jericho so far was right. "Now lets hurry out of here before the dammed red army soldiers capture all of us."

The girl helped him to his feet and let him lean on her as he regained his balance planting several kisses on his cheek as she did this and muttering some words of incuragement with a subliminal message hidden in them that only two ears could make out and tell that they were there. The ears of a mute. "Thankyou." Yeua said giving her a small kiss back before they began to move as fast as the battered group could.

[Akieen Cloud]

Satsuki frowned and took off her boot throwing it, it hit Yuea in the back of the head, but not enought to hurt him. He spun around. Satsuki pointed to her throat than to the girl and than to Yuea.
"What are you doing?"
Omrie strode forward and frowned.
"Simple, she CAN'T talk Yuea. She gave the girl there her voice and the key to the gaurdieans so that she would save you."
Satsuki's frown dissappered and she looked away as silent tears formed in her eyes.
"Is that true Satsuki?"
She turned and nodded.
Yuea seemed to think on this a while, his face in a frown.
"Why?"
Satsuki's eyes bugged, she couldn't tell him. She wanted to , but she wasn't able to.
[I]Becasue I love you damnit! I love you and Omrie so much! How could you be so blind as to ask me that? I love you, I would give my very life for yours. I gave my voice and my mission to her for you...do you not understand? I finally realize, I love you...[/I]
She looked away again and walked back to the camp and gathered her things. She walked back and shook her head walking by them and forward down the path.

[Makurayami]

Omrie decided to say it for her. "Because she loves you, damn-it. You're a brother to her. And if you can't figure that out I say the hell with you." Omrie bent down and picked up the arrow that had been lodged into Yeua's throat. He checked it once and slipped it into his quiver.

"What do you know? You just want to kill me," Yeua sneered.

"I don't want to fight you," Omrie said, his voice more quiet and serious now. "But I will if I must." His voice had a deadly tone to it.

BUT? Yeua didn't want fight either. He was prepared only to defend himself if he had to. He didn't want to hurt the people that he cared about. And what about the girl? What was she doing here then and did he have feelings for her or not? This is all so confusing.

"Are you alright my love?" The girl asked.

"Tell me is it true? Did you take Satsuki's voice to save me?" Yeua looked at her with desperate eyes.

'Yes."

"Why did you have to do that? Why didn't you just save me? If you loved me then you would have done it without taking her voice. Why did you do it?"

"Because I knew she would. I knew that she had some sort of a connection to you and she couldn't bare to see you die, at least not yet. I do love you and I would have done it without it, but I figured to take what I could get. Now you will never have to hear those words [I]I hate you[/I] come from her mouth ever. Yeua you don't need them, you need me."

"Satsuki needs me."

[I]That's what I've been telling you. Fight the poison that she has implanted in you.[/I]

"Satsuki needs me to show her that I still care doesn't she? Yes she does. Give it back."

"WHat?"

"Give her back her voice. I want you to give it back to her. Keep the goddam key, but give it back to her. Do it now."

"No. I can't do that. After everything I went through to find you I can't lose you to her. I can't let something or someone take you away from me again." The girl began to break down and cry.

"I pitty you." Yeua said before he began to go after Satsuki.

"I'm sorry, but I was told if something like this happened then I had to take all of you to him." She lifted her hands and in a flash it was all darkness for them. Everything was cold. And in the darkness you could hear a voice, another voice say, "Well isn't this the lovely bunch?" It was the voice of J. Walls.

[Makurayami]

Omrie had a arrow knocked on his bow before anyone had time to think, including Omrie. It was more of a reflex then an act. He pointed it in the direction of the voice. "Now now, we don't want to do anything we may regret." Suddenly a giant figure lunged out of the darkness. He grabbed Omrie's arrow and bow. Omrie tried to resist but...SNAP! His bow was now nothing but some peices of wood and a string.

Omrie looked up. A torch suddenly roared to life. Standing in front of him was a man, if he was really a man. He stood about seven feet tall and three feet wide. He was clad in black armour with silver trim. He had a helmet over his face but two eyes peered out from it. The eyes were yellow, like a cat's, and gave Omrie the shivers.

"Pity, really, quite a pity. That was a decent bow, though worn from age and use," J.Walls said. Then he laughed, a cold horrible laugh.

[Akieen Cloud]

Satsuki barred her teeth and surged forward and brought the pole across J. Walls torso, he laughed and grabbed the ple flinging her across the area to roll. She gritted her teeth as her wounds reopened. She surged forward again as he moved torwards Yuea. She jumped and kicked his helmet land9ng cat like on the other side. An iron hand wrapped around her neck followed by a malisious laugh.
"You fool, you can not defeat me, die now."
satsuki looked over at Yuea and closed her eyes, if this was the end she didn't want to see him looking at her as she was defeated. She concentrated hard and smiled satisfied as J.Walls hand froze over and her pulled back, she grinnded as ice cicles flew around her and frosted her hair and clotheing.
[I]You can't beat me that easily. I will not give up. I will never give up. I would sooner die that give up to you![/I]
She ran forward snatching her pole and froze it over shoving it towards him, she blinked as he dissappered. She turned and was knocked towards Yuea, her lip busted from J.Walls iron glove.
"BASTARD!"
Satsuki grabbed her throat.
"My voice...how...?"
"You have a heavenly voice child."
"I do not want it back if it was from you!"
"So be it."
Satsuki went to speak and found her voice gone again.
[I]Damn my big mouth![/I]
She looked up at Yuea and looked away. She was begining to get scared.

[Makurayami]

Omrie stood where he was. "What do you want with us?" he asked.

"Easy. I want you to die. But not before I have my fun," J. Walls replied. But instead of in the common tongue, he had spoken in the Nine Army language. Which, Omrie found out, he understood perfectly.

"You bastard," he said in the Nine Army language. 'Must be a side effect from the controller,' he thought silently. 'Wait, if I have his language ability, maybe I have his other abilities!' Omrie looked at J. Walls. His face, which was now visible because of the absent helmet, was horribly scared. It looked like it might have once been handsome. Omrie looked at the man. He looked back at Omrie and let a evil smile curl his lips.

Omrie suddenly shot his hand forward. A yellow bubble encased J. Walls. "What!," he shouted. "What is this!"

"NOW," Omrie shouted. "RUN!!"

That voice. It sounded so familiar. J Walls? Wasn't Walls Jericho's last name?

Before Yeua had time to react he could hear that Omrie was yelling for them to run after encasing the man in a large bubble. Yeua did as he was told, but grabbed hold of the girl as he did too. For some reason he felt like she was in some sort of danger as well.

Was Satsuki running? he stopped and looked back at her, still close to J Walls. "Stay here." He said to the girl and set her down and drew his sword from his back and rushed towards the emense form of J Walls.

In a giant leap he brought his sword down on J Walls' head, but a fist caught the blade and threw him down onto the floor. Yeua then felt a mighty heavy boot on his back beginning to crush him. He looked up and saw Satsuki. "Run." He spoke what he could. "For the sake of my love run."

Satsuki felt the tears sting her eyes and she shook her head violently. She stood on shaky legs and ran for J.Walls tackleing him from the side, pushing him from the form of Yuea.
"Let me hear what you have to say child, let me hear your beautiful voice again."
Satsuki jumped back and growled.
"I won't let you kill those that I hold dear to my heart!"
She picked up Yuea's sword and took a stance.
"Even if they don't love me, that doesn't change how I feel about them!"
She ran forward and shoved the sword where J.Walls was just standing, he now stood behind her holding Yuea by the neck.
"No! Let him go!"
"What will you give me child? Your beauty is unpresidented."
"My-...I'l give you me. You have me if you release them, all of them. The girl as well."
He threw Yuea at her feet.
"Agreed. You have 30 minutes to say your farewells befroe we leave for my castle in the lands of the Nine Army."
He was gone as quickly as he had come. Satsuki rushed to Yuea's side.
"Yuea! You okay?"
"Your voice...you have it back..."
"I don't have alot of time as you heard...Yuea, I could never hate you...I gave my voice and the key to her becasue...Yuea, I love you...but you see my problem is...I care for Omrie as well, and I can't do that to either one of you...I had to choose and you had her. So I thought...when you were shot...Yuea I was so afriad I was gonna lose you!"
She fell into his arms hugging him tightly sobbing into his chest.
"I'm so sorry I made you feel that way!"
She couldn't look him in the eye, she felt so ashamed and she didn't know why.

"It doesn't matter anymore does it." Yeua said. "If you have to go I want you to do one thing and that is never forget me or Omrie. We will never forget you and I promise that we will get you back no matter what. Both of us together working together as a team, just like you always wanted."

"Yeua I." He hushed her.

"Goodbyes are hard enough, but I am happy to hear your beautiful voice again. Thank you for everything that you have done for me. I know that I would have done the same for you if I had the chance. Just remember us and you will be able to get through this, I promise."

"Touching." J Walls said. "You were always to sentimental Yeua. I've always pitied the feelings that you had. Even when I had to act like you were my brother I pitied you. Just imagine if I could have just struck you down when I really wanted to. It would have been so easy, but I was held back by orders."

"What do you know?" Yeua asked still holding onto Satsuki not realizing that only he and J Walls coud hear each other speak. The others seemed frozen. "You are Jericho aren't you?"

"Yes I am. It's so sad to see the true colors of who you thought to be the closest to you isn't it. You must feel so betrayed right now."

"But I saw you die?"

"You saw my shell die. This is the real me. This is the me that wiped out the school that you grew up at just a day ago."

"You what!?"

"I killed each and every one of those idiotic people that think they can destroy the Nine Army. Of coarse I was hoping to save you for old times sake. That's why I took advantage of that girl that loves you so much."

"You are a real bastard you know."

"Yeah I do know that. And now I am taking your girlfriend away from you and your hope and happiness. Of coarse you could always just come with me and join me. That way you can be together and you won't have to die."

"I would rather die then join you. And I'm not going to let you take her if I can stop you."

"You can't just face it. You have no chance."

"I'll find a way." [I]The gaurdians are the only way aren't they? Yes they are.[/I]

Satsuki stood.
"Leave him be. You have me, you get to see him squirm. Just ake me and leave them alone."
"Fine say your farewells and let us be on our way."
Satsuki nodded tears streaming down her cheeks. She walked up to Omrie and kissed him lightly, she hugged him whispering in his ear.
"Hold him so he won't follow us, find me, no matter what. Please..."
She let go and walked over to Yuea and hugged him fircely.
"I'm sorry for all the pain that I've given you, forgive me, find the gaurdieans and find me. Don't give up."
She kissed him also, lingering alittle slipping something in his mouth, she hugged him agian.
"That is the TRUE key to the gaurdieans, give it to no one to hold, keep it with you always, good-bye Yuea, take care of one another. I love you..."
J. Walls grabbed her arm and yanked her from Yuea's grasp and chuckled as Omrie grabbed Yuea to keep him form going after them.
"Say farewell, you'll never see each other again."
With that they dissappered and nothing was left of them, save for Satsuki's weapon and pack that she always carried, side by side on the ground as the two boys and the girl found them-selves in a clearing out side.

"Well Omrie it looks like it is just you and I." Yeua said to him. "Look Omrie before you say anything I have to tell you something first."

"Go right ahead." Omrie said. "I'm interseted to hear what you have to say."

"Alright then. First of all I need to appologize for everything that I said before about you and Satsuki. I don't know how to explain it. I meant to say what I said because that's what I believed at the time, but I know that she isn't a traitor and you don't want to kill me. You are my friend and so is she. I've felt betrayed so often now that I think that I felt like I couldn't trust anyone. I'm very sorry for all of that. I know that I can trust you. Of coarse I also appologize for that little push back there and I'm sorry your bow was destroyed. Everything that just happened, that was all my fault. Satsuki wouldn't have been taken, your bow would still be intact, and I would still feel like I was in touch with my sanity. I have to take full responsibility for what happened and I'm going to have to get those gaurdians one way or another. I ask you to please come with me to help save Satsuki?"

"Yeua." The girl said standing half hidden behind a tree.

"What is it that you want?" Yeua asked her in a threatening tone. She fringed when he said it too. She looked very scared and ashamed.

"Well, I am the one that did this to you Yeua. I don't want you to hate me, but I was sort of blind I suppose. I really do love you Yeua and I thought that I would stop at nothing to get you back, but I just ended up causing you pain. I'm really sorry for all of this."

Yeua sat for a moment and just stared at her with his convicting eyes before they lightened up again and a smile spread onto his face. "Apology accepted. Just don't so anything so evil like that again. Also if you could show me an Omrie the way to the gaurdians then that would be very kind of you."

"Alright." She lightened up as well and seemed a lot more joyful. She rushed over to him and grabbed him around the waist and gripped as tightly as she could. "I'll show you right away."

satsuki sat in the high backed chair looking across the long table at the man that had taken her.
"What do you want with Yuea?"
She frowned at her-self, she was blurting agian.
"His head."
"What? Why?"
A knife landed next to her hand freezing her movements.
"Do not ask questions you are not allowed the answer to."
Satsuki nodded numbly, she was scared of him suddenly.
"Why do you shiver little girl?"
She shrank back into the chair, she saw Yuea and Omrie flashed through her mind and ahe shook her head.
"No reason."
He chuckled making the hair on her neck and arms stand. She wiped the lipstick from her mouth and looked at the elegant dress her hand made her dress in, she felt like a fool. She looked out the window.

Omrie let out a sigh of frustration. If only they had run when he had cast the spell. This would have been solved...or kind of. He had ran, not looking back. If only he ahd looked back, saw Satsuki, saved her. Omrie threw his fist into the nearest thing he could find, which was a tree. For some reason they were in the woods again. The tree made a luod spliting sound and a crater appeared in its bark. A few seconds later it fell over.
