The Fallen become risen.

Escape

The year now is 3000 A.D.
But this tale starts thousands of years before it. Thousands of years ago a group of men and women pledged their soul's into protecting Mother Nature.
One vowed to protect the sky, the second vowed to protect the ground, the third vowed to protect the fire, the fourth vowed to protect the water's and the last one vowed to protect the animals and creatures that lived on earth.

That time was 8000 B.C

The time is during the Eqyptian age where Ra, Seth, Anubius and all the other Egyptian gods reigned with a mighty fist. They all were real and very dangerous to come by.

During their reign the five guardians of nature were known by the people as the all-mighty protectors and worshiped in the way of Gods, Ra took this as an offense and sentenced them with horrible gifts. The one protecting the sky's grew wings, The one protecting the ground grew roots, the one protecting the fire could never look upon anything or it would burst in flames, the one protecting water could never utter a word or others could die hearing them, and the one protecting the animals grew feet of a cat's and ears of a rabbit's.

All the guardians took this as a bad omen and took off in fear of harming others. They vowed to each other that they will be each other's eyes, mouths, and feet. They became close as brother's and sister's but they still hated what happened to them. Nefertity took this in a heavy heart and gave them eternal rest.

Centuries, decades, years, months, and days flew by until the date reachs the year 3000 A.D. Scientists found these five beings. One in the moutains, the second in the earth, the third in the fierce fire's of a volcano, at the bottom of the deepest river, and the last in the bark of a tree. They spent years trying to free these beings and they were sucessful at last. After they did they all died at the Guardian's hands and escaped their *prison* and since then they are trying to find their way back to their home. But in persuing then is the man responciable of finding and paying the scientists for freeing them. We wants to use their *gifts* for world domination.

And so the quest for Escaping the lust for power began.

The fan overhead them all swayed in a rotating motion that seemed hypnotic. All were quiet so that the words from the woman?s lips could be heard. She seemed in her mid thirties but that age wouldn't fool them. She was beautiful, as she was deadly. She looked at her men who were seated around a table that she called in for this particular meeting. She was ready to get what she wanted and no one will get in her way.

"Gentlemen I can guess what you are all thinking at this moment. What am I doing here? Well the answer is quite clear. I have discovered a power beyond all human comprehension. During the Egyptian age five guardians if you will came into existence. All were assigned for a specific task. Each one was weighed with the responsibilities of guarding the five elements. Earth, Fire, wind, water, and nature. All were doing their jobs accordingly. However as time progressed they started to become worshipped. The Egyptian Gods took offense and cursed them all with *gifts* if you will. From then on they grew scared and frightened. The goddess Nefertity. Took pity on them and sealed them all into a chamber of their choosing."

"Umm Miss Alexander. I must be blunt. We all heard that fairy tale. But what is so fascinating about it?"

"I was getting to that. We found them gentlemen. After months working on their locations Archeologists found a tablet that pointed to their whereabouts. Then one after the other we created a lab where they rested and as I speak our scientists are hard at work to finding a way to free them."

"Isn't that a little dangerous Miss?"

"No...No it isn't. Now if you will excuse me my assistant is calling to me."

With that she left her place at the table and walked along side her personal bodyguard and right hand man. She smiled and laughed.

"Such impotent fools. I can't wait to harness those powers. Then I can kill them and take over this pathetic world."

"Alexander do you not think there will be difficulty to get them to help us?"

"Of course. But don't forget dear friend. I am very gifted in changing people." She then laughed again as she walked towards her office. She was excited to meet the Ancients they found earlier. She then turned back at her guard.

"Inform my private jet that we will take a visit to the Lab in the Atlantic Sea."

"Ma'am, we are now approaching the designated area, please send the signal" Came the voice of the co-pilot over the inter-com. Alexander nodded to her bodyguard, who pressed a button on his wrist-transmitter.
"Ok, it's on its way to the surface." Mr.Shindona said, in his usual blank tone.
Alexander smiled, and then looked out of the side window. The surface of the blue Atlantic was begin to break, water cascading off of the building rising from the depths. Finally, the whole structure has emerged, it was a large chrome complex, square, with one massive retracting door on the top, it was just beginning to open, grinding slowly. The jet was circling the building, waiting for clearance to land. Finally, over the two-way radio, the signal came to land. The plane's engines turned vertical, and it lowered into the hanger, like a helicopter. Upon landing, Alexander and Kiara were greeted by Dr.Marcus, the head scientist for research on the project, s well as a few more High Ranking Scientist?s, and squad of security personal armed with M-16's lined up besides the exit path, not that there was any possible danger.
"Good day, Dr.Marcus, I trust our research has come along as we planned." Alexander said to the head scientist.
"Indeed, we are ahead of schedule, in fact, and should be reaching our compleition
In a mater of days." replied the short, plump man with the graying hair. "There has been one, small, complication with one of our project, however."
"What did you screw up this time Marcus." Alexander said impatiently.
"It's not my fault. Please. follow me, i will show you our.... complication."
So the group of scientist?s and security personal lead the way down the corridor to the elevator, and down into the deepest level of the compound, deep at the bottom of the ocean. And with that, the compound sunk once again, retracting down into the sea.
"Once we reach the bottom, will you proceed to 'deal' with the security affairs, Kiara." Alexander said to her bodyguard.
"Yes ma'am." Kiara nodded. He followed the chief of security down a separate corridor to the security station.
Meanwhile, in the lab, Dr.Marcus showed Alexander the problem.
"Interesting... very interesting..." she said to herself.

(OOC: I hope i did good also i would like to ask the next person who posts nto to put some lame problem like its missing a finger or somthing, be creative!)

Deep in the Amazon Forrest lies a hidden building completely surrounded by trees except for a narrow path that a large truck can barely squeeze through. The building is three stories high and two stories under ground. A jeep drives on the narrow path leading to the buildings hidden garage. It pulls in and parks in one of the empty parking lots next to about a dozen different vehicles. A man carrying a bow and a satchel of arrows gets out of the jeep and walks to the nearest elevator. He is wearing a white lab coat, black pants and shoes, a blue shirt, and gold name tag with the name Morrick engraved on it. He has short black hair, green eyes, and his appearance is one of weariness. He pressed the button marked U2 and the elevator started to go down. Once the doors opened he walked to the end of the hall where a large metallic door stood with a number lock on it. He typed in the code and pulled open the door with some difficulty then walked into a room that was obviously a lab. On a bio table in the center of the lab was a woman with long light red hair and rabbit ears with only a white sheet to cover her. A chinese woman wearing a lab coat, black skirt and pumps, a green shirt, and a gold name tag with the name Meeshka engraved on it turned to the man.

Looking just as weary if not more she said hoarsely, "Dr. Morrick, I take it that you found something in the tree?"

?No, well not in it any way, but near it." He said then held up the bow and arrows and continued. ?These two items were under a bunch of the roots near the base of the tree. I think they belong to her." He nodded towards the woman on the bed then he put the items on a near table.

"Well, while you were out finding those she started to show signs of mental awareness." said Dr. Meeshka evenly. ?But she still hasn't woken up yet."

?Interesting, well I guess we better start running some test then." Said Morrick as he headed towards the bio bed.

While Dr. Morrick and Dr. Meeshka are talking the woman on the bed, known as Melina the guardian of nature, started to reach out to the other guardians with her mind. In her mind she is dressed in a long flowered dress that covers her abnormal feet. All around her is nothing, but a white color. She looks around sees someone in the distance. She walks towards the person until she is close enough to see the person?s details. It is a man with a bandana tied around his eyes. She immediately called out his name and ran towards him until she was a few feet away.

"TY!"

?Melina, is that you?" He said unemotionally.

?Yes,? she smiled even though she knew he couldn't see it then said, ?I don't suppose you know as to why we have been awakened do you?"

He shook his head as he replied, ?No, I was hoping you could tell me that, but since you're asking me I guess not."

There was an awkward silence between them for a long time until Melina couldn't take it any more and broke it.

?I?m sensing that the others are also awake. We should go connect with them and see if they know why we are awake." she said evenly.

?Alright then lets go." he bowed and said jokingly," Ladies first."

She rolled her eyes, grabbed his hand, and started to walk towards what looked like nothingness.

On an island far from her garden, a young girl wearing a jade and white dress, holding what seemed to be a jade orb resembling a small ball, was found within a stone casket underneath the volcano of Hawaii. The natives there had found medical help for her and oddly enough, they found a pulse upon her. She was taken to a hospital right away.

Meanwhile, deep within the darkness of her mind, Terra awoke and was beginning to feel the others. The Guardian of Fire and Nature were reaching out to her and she could feel it. She walked a bit and once she was seen, she was no longer the little girl, but a woman wearing nothing but an odd body armor. She stood, looking to the two.

"Terra!" A joyous cry erupted from Melina, the Guardian of Nature.

"Good to see you alive."

Melina glared at Ty, but looked back to Terra once again.

"Now that I am awakened and my body out of its imprisonment, I will begin my curse. The Goddess of Fertility has no control over me now. I will get my revenge."

"Calm down. We need to find the others."

Melina, Terra, and Ty were still walking in what appeared to be nothing, when they saw another figure in the distance. Even from there they could see the wings of their fellow Guardian Kakaulani. When they were close enough for her to hear them Melina called out to her like she did the others.

"Kakaulani!" she said with a small smile.

Kakaulani turned and looked her for second before walking towards her and the others. They all stopped a few feet from each other.

"Melina, Ty, Terra." She nodded her head at each of them as she said their names. "It's been a while since we last seen each other."

"Or heard." Ty added ruefully.

Melina glanced at him with a sad smile and replied, "Yes, it has been a while, but why have we been brought out of our sleep?"

"I'm sorry Melina, but I have no idea." Kakaulani said evenly.

"Something tells me that we're not going to find out why until we regain consciousness." Melina said with a heavy sigh. "Lets connect with Hudrenda, then we'll decide what to do from there."

"Sounds like a plan to me, lets get going." Kakaulani said as she and Terra started to walk off.

Right as Melina started to follow them when she heard Ty give a soft noise that sounded suspiciously like a growl.

*Ty,* She mentally said to him calmly. * will you please do me a favor and not fight with Hudrenda this time? It's been a long time since we've last seen each other and I don't want it to be you two having a mental fight with each other alright?*

He gave a mental sigh and replied, *I'm not going to promise you anything Melina, but I will 'try' not to fight with him. It's partially your fault that we don't get along quite as well as we use too.*

*I know it is.* Melina thought gravely.

"Hey!, come on you two. We don't have all day." Kakaulani yelled at them from up ahead.

"Actually we kind of do have all day." Melina heard Terra tell Kakaulani as they continued to walk up ahead.

She smiled and turned to Ty.

"Come on, lets get going."

Ty nodded his head before Melina grabbed his hand and followed the others that were already ahead of them.

Memories flashed around. Deep within my mind like a storm. All lashing at me making me see things I once forgotten. I felt trapped. My arms, legs, and neck were unable to move. I was paralized. I felt angered. Only one way I would escape this prison. I would make my mind wonder. I would connect myself to the realm where all life began. I would see my friends.

The world that I knew fell beneath my feet. I was standing on nothing surrounded by nothing. I was not afraid or scared. I walked forward the darkened void. I saw a forest ahead. The garden was as beautful as it always have been. Many in history would call it Eden. I called it nothing more than home. I heard voices in this holy place. I knew right here and now my companions were here waiting for the reasons why they are here. I knew the answer and as leader it was my job to inform them.

I stood near the eldest tree and sent out my thoughts.

"Friends and companions. Please meet me at where I stand. Your thoughts and curiousity at which why you are here will be answered."

I then severed the connection for some peace and quiet as I thought. I knew why we are awakened but I also knew a power was growing that was not mine or my kins. It was a power that I never felt before. I became a little worried.

Everyone had stopped when they heard Hudrenda's words. Terra and Kakaulani turned towards Ty and Melina after Hudrenda stopped talking, or for better words thinking, to them.

"Sounds like the big man's awake." Ty said gravely. "Did he just stop thinking or did he cut the connection?"

"He cut it." said Melina as she let go of Ty's hand and crossed her arms. "Apparently he wants to be left alone for a while, but before he cut it I did catch a small glimps of his feelings." She frowned slightly after saying this and seemed to be staring into space.

"What were they." said Terra after watching her expression for a bit.

Melina jerked out of her spaciness and looked up at Terra. "Sorry?"

"His feelings, what were they?" Terra said a little bit annoyed.

Melina looked at the white nothingness before replying, "He was worried about something."

Ty frowned then asked, "What was he worried about?"

"I don't know," she said has she turned to look at him. "but I think we better go meet with him if we want any answers. Which shouldn't take us that long since he's in the garden."

"Well then lets think of the garden and get there already." Kakaulani said evenly.

The others nodded their heads in agreement before they all ,except Ty, closed their eyes and imagined the garden that felt like home to them. When they opened there eyes again instead of seeing the white nothingness they saw all types of trees and vegetation surrounding them.

Ty took a deep breath and said somewhat lightly, "Smells like we're already there."

Melina smiled and said, "You're right, we're here. Now we just have to find him."

"Then lets get going." Terra said as she turned and started to walk away.

Melina took Ty's hand again and followed Kakaulani who had already started following Terra.

O.C.C. Sorry that this one is shorter than my last post. It would be alot easier to write if some of the other guardians would write more often. Any way, promise to make my next post longer than this one. ;)

((OOC: Sorry for the late response, but school just started. *kicks it*))

Kakaulani turned back to the others, arms folded in impatience. "You would think that after centuries of sleep, they would move a little bit faster," she muttered, tapping one foot against the damp ground. As pleased as she was to see her fellow guardians- which wasn't that pleased at all, to be honest- it struck her every time how slow they could be. One of them had once told her that her haste was a sign of foolishness, and that the reason the rest moved with caution was that they thought about what was to come. Though to Lani, that was merely a sign that they were afraid to move forward. At least she would never have that fear.

"Could you possibly move any slower Melina, Ty?" Just because she had promised herself not to get angry didn't mean she couldn't heckle them a little. "After all, it's not best to keep Hudrenda waiting. Especially if he's worried about something."

The fact that he worried made her a bit nervous as well. Not even to mention the fact that they were all awake again. Well, the term awake might be wrong to describe her condition, as only her mind had come out of her supposedly eternal slumber, but she could assume the rest would follow in due course. Especially if they had all regained consciousness within. She wasn't sure which she would prefer though- the chance that she was the only one awake, with no one to share it with, or having to put up with the rest of them.

Her mental image of herself stretched its wings and flew to an ancient looking tree, the tallest in the whole garden. Once, when she was still human, she had climbed to the top and spent the whole day feeling as if she was right underneath the ceiling of the sky. The memory was both a sweet and a sour one, but it flew from her mind as she approached the being who stood underneath it.

"Hello, Hudrenda. Have you had a nice nap?" She smiled wryly, but her eyes were excited. Now that they had reunited, perhaps things would change. Hopefully for the better.

His mind wondered constantly like the beating of the waves upon the shorelines of his mental impulses. Each worry crashed harder and harder upon his thoughts. Each emotion weaves in a perfected pattern that no creature living or dead could see or read what it was. Corrosion was all about him. Ripping inches of nerves off his form eating away at his consciousness. He was more or less worried, worried of who brought them to where they were and why. But more importantly he was worried on the one thing he kept from everyone else. He was worried of what lied within Melina?s heart. Who lied in Melina?s heart. He knew what was happening, his brother was the fork. She had to choose one. He knew her decision, even before they slept. He had a unique ability to know things before they happened. He only prayed that what he knew was not true.

He sensed life beginning to stir within the Garden. Such radiant life that was only worthy to grow upon the sacred realm. Its true inhabitants once again inhabited the great lord?s Garden. Life of the garden seemed to grow. The rivers began to move with happiness. The trees grew taller and stronger with anticipation. The rocks and Mountains began to strengthen their very core. The animals grew with energy and began to prance about showing their greetings to the new arrivals. They came as shadow at first then formed into what they were. Four were easy to see. All were curious of what He knew. All were ready though of what he had to say.

Hudrenda felt that they were a little far away. They were taking their time walking to him. He knew Lani who was a free spirit in her own right was quite annoyed by the pace they were displaying. She wanted to soar towards them but decided to act responsible and follow the others. Hudrenda was unsure if a reunion was highly needed. Most among them he was a bit unhappy being with. The most was his brother, Ty. He did care for him but that time was long ago. Now he feels that he was never in his face again but Melina asked him to see all of them. He was very patient though. The only question remained was how much patience could he contain.

They were very close to him so he decided to reconnect to them. The reason why he would not speak through his mouth was because his curse was to never speak within or out of his unconscious mind. He was fine with the telepathic speaking anyway since it felt like speaking from his lips as well. Maybe some of the many things weighing on his mind would be lifted and many of the obstacles before him and the others will be recognized. He was not worried for the path that awaited him for he has been on that road many times. Now it was nothing more than a walk in the park. He saw them as he sent the message. He felt the strong connection between Melina and Ty. This began to make his watery form boil. He hated this, they were showing their feelings even though Melina and himself were the weds. But if this was the choice of his bride than being her groom he will be no more.

?Welcome my Kin. You are wondering why we are all here. The answer is I truthfully do not know why we are awakened in this era. I will tell you however what I do know. I do know a great power is beginning to form. A power that is seeking ours. I sense judgment upon the Humans will be the factor for our Resurrections from the dying planet. I know this may come to a shock to all of you but I am afraid the world is no longer what we all once remembered and dreamed.?

The others were silent as He spoke. He looked at Melina who was also showing a grave concern towards those who she was sworn to uphold and protect, life itself on the planet. He walked over to a small pond and closed his eyes. He sensed Melina approaching and he knew what was on her mind.

? How are you fairing my love?.?

?I need to know something?Do you value Ty more than you value your own husband??

? You know the answer to that.?

?Of course?.? Hudrenda then grew angry and let out a piercing sound upon the pond. The ripples grew violent as the sound struck the water. He was letting out his anger, a way that made Melina unsettled.

? You want to know the reason why I chose Ty? It is because of that?you terrify me with your anger and temper. I don?t even know who you are anymore.? Melina commented then sensing Ty walk their way. ?We?ll talk more about this later.?

Hudrenda sat there looking at the pond. The waves on the surface acted as his own actions. First they were small then they grew?. Was that his future?

Before anyone could act they all fell through space and time. Each returning to their rightful bodies awaiting a great test that lay before them. Hudrenda was unsure wither this awakening was a good or bad sign.

Meanwhile, in the lab, Dr.Marcus showed Alexander the problem.
"Interesting... very interesting..." she said to herself.

Alexander stood with a group of scientists. All were looking frantic and surprised as the leader of the scientists of this division spoke to Alexander in a calm tone.

?It has been brought to my attention that my experiment is starting to show brain waves. The waves are violently jolting off the scales. I believe he is trying to communicate with the others."

?How is that possible?? Alexander asked with curiosity.

?I haven?t the foggiest.? ?I think their experiment is trying to wake the rest. That's what my hunch is. Also, the waves are of their subconscious. They are communicating through their dreams, no living mortal has ever done that!"

?How innovating. Doctor keep me posted on the patterns and notify me when they show a sign of awakening.?

?Yes Madame.?

Back at Lore Tech HQ

Alexander sat alone in top level of Lore Tech HQ, the whole back wall was glass, on this clear day you could see for miles, the building was set on a cliff over looking the sea, the waves crashed against to rocks.

" Its almost time, there finally awake and the subjects are almost here, soon i shall rule this world for ever, and its power will be mine!" Alexander looked about and grew impatient. ?Shindona. Send 5 squads to all the Labs and post them in hiding until I give the order to attack. Make sure they all know to kill all who move within the Laboratories.?

?No survivors?? Shindona asked with a face of uncertainty.

?No survivors.?
