King Penn
the last episode also has content not suitable for younger viewers, they're probably just editing it out or something, or maybe its cuz of the terrorist attacks, I dunno

Zero-Sama
It was mostly about the September 11th things....
Guest Hikaru Ichijyo
The original Mobile Suit Gundam show was cancelled mainly for two reasons. The first reason being the incidents that happened in September. The second reason was the ratings for Cartoon Network were very very low. Its hard to get a show of the 70's to appeal to the Younger Generations. As for the issues dealt with in the last episode they are not really as bad as some people in this thread have made it. Yes there is a quite a bit of violence however it was extremely editied out of the English version. By the way on the Cartoon Networks New Year's Eve-il, the last episode of Mobile Suit Gundam was aired at 3:30am in the morning and from comparing it to the ***. version I own it was heavily censored out. For more info about this topic I suggest going to theotaku.com's anime movie section!
gouf
i know what you mean i like saw char and amoroa sword fighting in like the last epioside but their was a lot of blood shed in the fight
Emma
Spoiler . . . . . . . . . The fight between Char and Amuro is not too bloody. It ends when Sayla shows up. But Char still get a scare on his face. Kishiria's death is much much more graphic. It is just stunning. . . . . . . . . With the low rating of MSG, Zeta may not get a TV release. That is very sad....

Guest Hikaru Ichijyo
Sorry but he did not mean the Zeta project as you were thinking, in fact he was referring to Gundam Zeta. Originally it was schedule to air in the spring or Summer on Cartoon Network but without showing the Mobile Suit Gundam in its complete run will mean that Zeta will probably not get run on the Cartoon Network however it will in fact be released on DVD!
