Bravie stood behind Akai and sighed rolling her eyes.
"well what do you think? Is he trust worthy?"
"The warrior nodded curtly.
"On this particular mission yes, after this is done tend to him as you will."
Bravie saw Ryu smile slightly and shivered at it She tapped Akai on the shoulder and mothioned ofr him to follow her.
"I'll show you where you'll stay."
He nodded and followed her looking all around the building.
"If you have any questions, lemme know, I've been put as you 'advisor'."

[color=black][size=1][b]Ryu smiled a sadistic smile at Bravie and Akai[/b]. [i]He had heard all that he need to hear. He would use this demon to over take the slave mines and he would deal him a blow. He would give Akai a warrior?s death. For he lived by the same rules as Ryu, by these rules Ryu could challenge him openly, without fear of protest. All Akai need do is accept.[/i][/size][/color]

[color=black][font=Verdana]As Bravie and Akai made there way to the living quarters Ryu followed them. Akai you were allowed to live one extra day Amaru is getting soft. To think he would let a beast join us. I'm here to let you know that after this is over we will fight. I extend a challenge or an execution the choice is up to you.[/font][/color]

Jin sat back in the tree where he had sat before talking off, as he sat there a cold breeze blew passed him...colder than usual...it was like a warning sign, His body tensed as he looked up at the sky, the moon shone down casting a hauntingly pale light through the woods, Jin looked around...something was coming...something big....something sinister

'Something wrong?' a familiar voice came from the ground

Jin looked down and saw Orin standing there but he didn't reply

'If your feeling what I'm feeling...then looks as though it's going to be a long night,' spoke Orin as he scanned the darkness

'That it will be,' growled Jin as his wings twitched

Halana land down with a hard thrust slicing the demon forearm off. The demon screamed in pure agony. Halana stepped back on her right heel and divided her double edge blade into two separate weapons. The demons scream echo like sirens hurting her delicate pointy ears. ?YOU LITTLE BITCH...YOUR GOING TO PAY FOR THAT? he exclaimed at the top of his lunges. Halana Griped at the two swords tightly.

The demons demonic energy was letting off power signals. ?I shall finish you demon? muttered Halana as she got I her final attack stance. The demon glare hardened, he opened his mouth widely and shot a large energy blast at her. Halana could barely dodged it, ?Shit!? muffled Halana in distress. The demon let out a loud laugh as a new forearm shot out his wound.

Halana?s eyes widened at the sight of it ?He?s a damn regenerator?she said under her breath

Akai stared at his new...prison, to put the term lightly. It was a bare steel room, with a low bed and a complex lock on the door. Bravie leaned against the entrance, an annoyed look on her face. Akai slowly sat on the bed. A smile crossed his face.
"We have company..."
Bravie looked at him oddly. Akai had his eyes shut, and his head tilted back to the roof. He sniffed the air carefully.
"Theres someone outside. She, for it is for sure a she, is fighting. But she doesnt notice the approaching flames."
The demon opened his eyes. He looked at Bravie.
"He's leading an army. And one of your fellow soldiers has betrayed you. He knows that you hide in Deadwood. I would warn the others."
Bravie's eyes widened as she realized what he said. She took off, barreling past Ryu.
"The demons! They know where we are!"
Akai stepped out of his room, staring at Ryu.
"You can kill me when the war with Thyrale is over. I will not resist then. But if you try to kill me before then."
Akai slashed the wall, leaving a large inch deep gash in the steel. He stared at Ryu.
"You are still only a half blood."
With that Akai headed down the hall, leaving Ryu to fume.

[SIZE=1] Andrea walks up on Orin and Jin while their talking but she stays in the bushes and watches. She gets bored so she walks to a nearby stream and sits to think. *the rush of the water really helps.* she thinks as she leans back against a tree and goes to sleep.

She wakes up a little later and sees that Orin and Jin are still there. She walks to where they and sits down under the tree waiting for one of them to talk first. *If I wasn't afraid of being alone I could've stayed back by the stream. Oh well, if they care that I'm here they'll make me leave.[/SIZE]

Bravie bust into the council roomand stopped out of breathe.
"The demons know where we are."
Many stood others laughed. The head stood, a smirk on his face.
"Bravie, you are a hot headed child that seems to think that any form of danger means that the demons have found us. We are well hid and do not have to worry about anything harming us."
"You fool! You'll not trust the insticts of a Hunter or a demon!"
"No! We will not Bravie! You may leave now! We will hear no more of this!"
Bravie frowned, tears lineing her eyes, she belived Akai, she didn't know why but she did. She wouldn't let her people be killed.
"Fine have it your way...I'll find out for my-self."
"No, you won't You're being put on hold until further notice."
"WHAT? But I'm one of the best you have!"
"And foolish. You are on hold Bravie."
She ran to Akai's room and let him out.
"Take me to them."

[COLOR=DarkRed][FONT=Century Gothic]Orin moved in a slow patrol around the campsite, weaving between the trees. He glanced towards the sky and saw a dark figure through the treetops. He grabbed at his sword and tensed himself, but relaxed when he saw that it was just Jin, making his rounds in the sky. He kept on going, habitually trying not to leave tracks. He came to the entrance of the camp, where he stepped into the open for a moment.

Suddenly, he heard pounding feet coming from the camp. He turned towards it, furrowing his brow in confusion. Akai burst from the entrance, looking around wildly. Orin leaped back, pulling out his sword. He sheathed it again as Bravie came out after him.
"Their coming!" Bravie shouted when she saw Orin
"Who?" Orin asked, glancing at the surrounding trees. All seemed quiet, so he wasn't especially worried.
"The demons. They've assembled an army and are coming for Akai." Bravie said, pulling out her javelin.
"Damn. I was worried about this. They won't simply let one of their generals go...." Orin replied angrily.
"That's not the worst of it. They know where we are. Where the rebels are."
"What? Didn't you alert the council?"
"They didn't believe me."
"Well, lets try to assemble what hunters we can." Orin said, turning away.[/FONT][/COLOR]

Jin landed again in the tree tops above Orin after hearing what Bravie had to say, he frowned

[I]'Pathetic council...blinded by stupidity in thinking that they know everything[/I],' whispered Jin

'Hey Jin!,' called Orin as he looked up, Jin looked down, 'Are you going to join us?'

Jin spreed his wings and swooped down and landed by Orin, his winds disappeared into his back as he stood up and looked at the three of them, he then gave Orin a slight nod to his question

'I'll take that as a yes,' said Orin

'What are we going to do about the council?' questioned Bravie

Jin then looked at her, 'Let them die,' he spoke hauntingly

Bravie frowned at Jin, 'We can't let them die,' she objected with anger

'Why protect them when they wont....' began Jin but was suddenly hushed by something that stirred his demonic senses, he looked at Akai who also felt the rush and was looking at him, they both then turned to look at the dark dense woods

'What is it?' questioned Bravie gripping her javelin, while Orin placed his hands over his sword and scanned the darkness

At that moment the bushes stir to the left of them, Jin straightened up and walked over to it, he pulled back the brunch to reveal Andrea who was trying to get passed

'Hi,' she said as she stepped out, 'Whats going on?'

Jin frowned at her and walked back to the others, Akai's eyes were focussed on the woods and so was everyone else

'Bravie?...whats going on?' questioned Andrea

'They're coming...the demons are coming,' she whispered

Jin then took off into the sky high above the tree tops, Akai flew right behind him, they stopped and looked around

'Oh hell,' mumbled Akai under his breath as he looked out across the valley, Jin looked to where Akai stared and saw it, a huge thick black cloud was growing in the distance, you could hear the flapping of hundreds of wings echoing

Jin then looked at Akai, 'Well they really want your head don't they...I'd say it'll take them about half an hour to get here,'

Akai looked at Jin then looked back at the horde that was flying towards them, they then both nose dived down through the trees and landed on the ground

'What did you see?' questioned Bravie looking at them

'They're coming...,' said Akai looking at Jin who looked back up at the sky

"But how did they know where we are?"
Akai glanced at Bravie.
"I already told you. One of the soldiers has betrayed you, and is probably dead or a slave now. I know far too much about Thyrale to simply be left as is. I am a great threat to them, and once you know what I know, you will also be a threat."
He shuddered as a far off roar arose. He spread his wings.
"Do what you will to assemble your hunters. As for your council...leave them to whatever fate they decide."
"But we-"
"If you try to convince them otherwise, you will run out of time and everyone will perish!"
Akai glanced at Jin, who nodded and flew off into the trees to watch the horde. Akai smiled weakly at the others.
"I am sorry. But this was inevitable. This marks the beginning of the second war between humans and demons. Rally what ever forces you have. Prepare to fight as you have fought before. We do not face just demons. We face the Dark King's elite..."
Bravie clenched her fist.
"We will be ready..."
Akai leapt onto a branch.
"No, you arent. None of us are. But I know that you will all fight for your people...perhaps that will be enough..."
He took off, landing lightly next to Jin. He sighed, staring at the burning shadow.
"I do not care what you do in the battle, but Marendithis is my opponent. Do not lay a claw on him."
Jin glanced at Akai, saw the look in his eyes, and nodded. The horde drew closer.

Bravie ran to the tower ein the middle of the compound and climb up and began to ring the bell. She rang it several times when it seemed all the Hunters were assembled she raised her voice.
"The demons are attacking! Get ready to fight for your lives and win! We-"
An arrow cut her off as it landed by her hand, the head of the council growled at her.
"I told you Bravie that you are on hold."
"I do not care! These are my people and I will not let them perish!"
She swung the javalin as another arrow flew at her aimed for her heart.
"You are a fool head council!"
"You are just as much a fool Bravie! I will not let a demon coruppt my people!"
She swa it come, the demon, she never gave a warning as it swooped down and stole his life from him, she looked at the others.
"Well? Fight!"
She jumped down and swung the javalin smashing a demon in the face, releasing the whip she cut it's head off.
"This should turn to be quiet fun...if I shall live."

"So it has begun... All of you demons, take out the humens... Leave Akai to me."
[I]Marendithis Raises His Sword... [/I] "ATTACK!!!" [I]The Onslaught Moves To Battle... Marendithas Shows Himself But Only In A Distance That Akai Can Make Him Out... Fear Hits Akai[/I] [COLOR=DarkRed]"Holy shit... Marendithas has Thyrales power!"[/COLOR] [I]Bravie Looks Back At Akai And Yells[/I] [COLOR=Orange]"What does that mean!?"[/COLOR] [COLOR=DarkRed]"MARENDITHAS IS EQUAL TO THE POWER OF THE DEMON KING THYRALE! WE OUR SURVIVAL HAS JUST BEEN DECRESED DRAMATICLY!!!" [/COLOR] [I]Marendithis Sends A Pebble Sized Shadow Ball Toward The Humen Council Hideout... It Instantly Demolishes The Hideout Killing All Of The Council Members. Marendithis Yells Toward Akai[/I] "HAHAHA, HOW DO YOU EXPECT TO BEAT ME AKAI. IF I SET ONE THE SIZE OF A BOLDER.. BYE BYE WORLD!"

Flames began to rise from Akai's body. Clenching his fist, a growl ripped from his throat. He spread his wings, launching himself towards Marendithis. He stopped a few ways off, still flaming. Marendithis grinned wickedly. Akai narrowed his eyes.
"You may have taken the Shadow Lord's power, but you are still no more then a demon old friend!"
The last words were spat out. Marendithis laughed.
"And what does that mean Akai? Are you above a demon or are you merely blowing hot air?"
The flames grew black as Akai glared at him.
"Heh. I guess it means I am higher then a demon. Did you forget? I am one of the Malacha'ai. Thyrale's own brood. You may find this interesting brother!"
Akai charged towards him, slashing at his face. Marendithis easily dodged it before thrusting with his sword. A smile of satisfaction crossed his face. It was quickly replaced by shock when he realized that he had merely impaled Akai's shoulder.
"Why...why cant I take your soul!"
Akai laughed.
"For you to do that...I would need one, wouldnt I? I am Malacha'ai, I am one of the sons of Thyrale."
He smashed into the demon, locking with him.
"And I am devoid of a soul! We should both be very happy with the results of this battle old friend. This will be a glorious fight!"
Marendithis smiled.
"Yes it will brother. I expect no less from you."
The battle began in full, the hunters clashing with the army while Akai and Marendithis fought in the air.

Jin took to the air and engaged combat with one who was flying at him, the demons long claws slashed at him but Jin dodged it and smashed the demon clean in the face, he felt the crunching of bones against his knackles as blood splattered over his arm, with his free hand he drew his sword while holding the demon and cut of its head, the twitching body landed on the ground as Jin still held the demons head. Landing on the ground to join the humans he saw one running towards him, cocking back his arm he threw the head which was now engulfed in lightning, the head hit the demon in the head sending a massive lightning bolt through the demons body and causing it to explode...Jin grinned menacingly in satisfaction as it's body parts and guts splattered everywhere.

Jin looked around and saw more land on the ground, he smiled again, 'So more have come to play...'

Jins eyes turned red as a blue aura surrounded his body, blue lightning began to flow up and down his arms, then he changed into his demon for, with a deep loud growl he flew towards the horde that ran towards them, evey demon he touched was electricuted from the inside out which ripped them apart..but more still came making him grow even wilder, the sky began to cloud over

Orin who was fightning not far from him looked at jin and then looked at the sky and noticed that everytime Jins eyes grew wilder so did the sky, 'what the hell...' whispered Orin as he drove his sword deep into the heart of a demon who ran towards him, but watched Jin out the corner of his eye

Jin began to get over powered by more demons who dropped down from the sky, suddenly forked lightning struck down upon Jin as he stood surrounded with blood dripping from his claws, he had a deep gash across his chest and down his arms, the demons smiled demonically as the surrounding group grew bigger, Jins eyes raged

'Your ours now halfling...' growled one od the demons

'I'm noones,' smiled Jin as a huge blast of lightning struck out from him and lightning struck down from the clouds that thundered above them, it engulfed the ones who surrounded them and they screamed in pain as one by one their bodies exploded, Jin looked around his breathing heavy and fast, Demons bodies were twitching violenlty on the ground in their own rotting blood, He looked up only to see more Demons swooping down to the ground and engaging in battle with him as he fought violently with the hordes one slipped behind him, the demon seized him by the shoulders and dug it's claws in, Jin tried to turn around and kill it but it the demon then ran it's razor like claws down Jins back who let out a deep roar, thunder rolled across the sky angrily as Jin dropped to his knees as blood fell from his body like water falls, the demons once again surrounded him and they began attacking him.

At that moment the aura around his body began glowing red as he clenched his teeth and stood up and fought back as the red aura turned to a dark red as more hordes flew in from all sides

Jin suddenly clenched his head as he stumbled backwards from a demon who slashed him across the mid section, clutching his head which began to throb he let out a deep growl, the sky turned dark red as he looked down at his arms...he had never seen this before

'Whats happening to me!!!,' roared Jin as the blue lightning suddenly turned red, the demons looked at him in confusion...his hands began to shake wildly as raw power serged through his body, Orin looked over and saw Jin hunched over clutching his head

At that moment something appeared across Jins forehead as he looked that the Demons who keep landing and attacking the people, The Demons that stood facing him suddenly sprang back as they saw a red burning pattern engraving itself on Jins forehead, his tattoo was burning aswell, Jins eyes burned a deep dark orange/red like fire with a black circle in the middle like an eclips, as the pattern across his fore head completed itself, pain shot through his body as he clutched his head in anguish, his wings then turned dark red with lightning serging through them, his claws and fangs became longer and horns stuck out from his head, he suddenly stood up right with a smile on his face and his eyes thirsting for blood, that pattern on his forehead glowing a hell red and it looked to be a third eye

'BURN IN HELL!!!,' roared Jin as a long stream of red lightning serged out of the third eye on his forehead ripping through most of the horde that stood before him, Jin then clenched his fists as the red lightning serged up and down his body and he roared at the top of his lungs, suddenly the lightning from his body serged up towards the clouds, the sky rumbled madly as flaming red lightning struck down from the sky, hitting Demons as he looked upon them wildly, suddenly he raged out of control attacking them, and tearing them apart as flaming red lightning struck down everywhere, after ripping through most of the horde on the ground he took to the skys to engage in the next horde that flew towards them...with a psychotic laugh...he ripped threw them

"You really are predictable Akai..."
[I]Akai Slahes Towards Him With Both Claws.. Marendithis Quickly Teleports Behind Him And Slashes A Portion Of Akais Wing Off.. Akai Begins To Fall.. Before He Falls He Twists Around Punching Marendithis His Hardest They Both Fall.. Marendithas Hits A Tree.. Akai Hits The Solid Earth .. They Both Get Up And Continue There Battle On The Ground[/I]
"Just think Akai, you could have had all of this world bowing down to you, but you chose to run from your destiny.. You Are Weak And You Always Will Be!!"
[I]Marendithis Activates His Gauntlets Makind More Powerfull Than Thyrale... He Punches Akai In The Gut... Akai Coughs Some Blood Out...[/I]

Akai glared at his former friend. Both were sporting wounds, but Akai's were much worse. He stumbled as he rose from his knees. Marendithis moved quickly, elbowing towards Akai's face. He was shocked when he didnt connect. He passed straight through Akai. Stumbling behind him, he glared at the shadowy form of the demon. Akai turned, taking physical shape.
"Missed..."
Everytime the two clashed, Akai would take the shape of a shadow. He couldnt hit Marendithis, but it was a useful defense tactic, and bought him time to think up a way to defeat him. Marendithis himself was getting angry with the trick.
"Fight me damn you!"
Akai glanced at the humans. They were faring considerably well. Many corpses lay on the ground, mostly demons. He was a little impressed at the way the humans handled themselves. They werent at all like the weak slaves the demons kept. He focused his thoughts on Marendithis.

[Akieen Cloud]

Bravie used the WHip over and over sliceing the demons and the javilin to hold them/
"This is to easy! This isn't the main fleet."
SHe saw Jin as he came to power and smiled.
"Glad he's on our side...now where's Akai..."
She saw him go over the side and gasped. SHe ran forward and watched as Akai fought his former friend.
"He'll kill Akia, all he can do is defense...unless..."
Bravie looked at the whip in her hands and smiled wickely. She snapped the whip twice getting Marendithis's attention. SHe snapped it agian and wrapped it around his wrists binding him tightly giving Akai the opening her needed.
"NOW AKAI!"
She saw him make his move as Marendithis made his. She felt the whip wrnech from her grasp and growled as she slipped but held tight.
"I'm not letting go you sick son of a..."
SHe screamed as she fell, and landing on her back on a rock made her choke.
"Agh! DAMNIT!"
She rolled off as Akai moved in, Bravie grabbed the whip agian and pulled tight.
"DO IT AKAI!"
Marendithis was getting tired of this and growled furiously.
"I'll kill you human!"
"Not if he kills you first."
Akai's claw showed through Marendithis's stomach.

[I]A Burst Of Energy Sends Akai Into A Jagged Rock Impaling His Right Shoulder... Marendithis Pulls His Hands Free As He Breaks Bravies Whip Off... The Hole In Marendithis's Stomach Quickly Regenerates...[/I]
"Have You Forgotten Akai, I Have Thyrales Powers And Not Just His Strength... I HAVE EVERYTHING HE HAS BUT BETTER!!! SURE IT WILL ONLY LAST THIS BATTLE BUT ITS WORTH IT!!!
[I]Marendithis Flashes Right Infront Of Akai And Shoves His Shoulder Deeper Into The Jagged Rock... Bravie Runs Up To Try And Help Akai... Marendithis Quickly Turns And Impales Her With His Horn In Her Stomach[/I]
"HOW DOES IT FEEL BITCH!!!"
[I]Bravie Slides Of His Horn To The Ground... Akai's Muscles Begin To Bulge Bigger And Bigger...[/I]
"WHAT!!! IMPOSSIBLE!!!"

[I]Akai Burst Out Into A Rage Making Him Equal To Marendithis's Power... He Punches Marendithis Sending Him 200 Feet In The Air... Akai Picks Bravie Off The Ground And Runs Her Somewhere Away From The Battle... Merendithis Crashes To The Ground Making A 60 Feet Wide Crater... He Stands Up Hurt Badly...[/I]
"This Is The Final Battle Akai! Just You And Me! No More Prissy Little Bitches Helping You, You Got That!!!"

Akai slammed his elbow into Marendithis's back. He grinned wickedly, flexing his claws. His eyes were nothing more then black pits. Marendithis smiled as he rose. They were both at their peak, and mad as hell. Akai glanced at where he had hid Bravie.
[I]I'll have to finish this quick...or else she wont make it...[/I]
He turned his attention back to Marendithis. Crouching down, he entered a battle stance, his sharp wings pushed forward.
"Cmon. Im tired of running."
A second's pause, then both ripped towards each other, leaving burning trenches behind them. Smashing together, they rose into the air, flames dancing off of them. The humans and demons continued their battle, but the demons were beginning to falter. The Hunters pushed harder, forcing the creatures out of Deadwood. Several stared at the bursts of energy from above where Akai and Marendithis were dueling. Jin managed to catch sight of Bravie, leaned inside a hollow tree. He glanced back at the pair in the sky. Akai was tearing through Marendithis with his wings. Likewise, the other's horns were doing serious damage. Akai knew that if this continued, it was only a matter of time before they began to kill humans with their fighting. He struggled to force Marendithis farther up into the sky.

Jin looked around, his demonic side still raging furiously, he ran over to the tree where Bravie sat in pain, looking up at the pair he could feel their power getting stronger and soon it was going to explode. Letting out a loud roar as thunder rolled across the sky he flew as fast as he could, he picked up Bravie who's blood spilled everywhere

'MOVE NOW!!!!!,' he roared looking down at the humans who looked up at him, 'IF YOU DON"T THEN YOU"LL ALL DIE!! RAN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!,'

With those words said the humans made a dash for it scattering as fast and far as they could, Jin held on to Bravie and flew for all he was worth suddenly a loud explosion echoed arcoss the Valley and a shock wave of tremendous power tore up the ground as if some one had set off a nuclear bomb, Jin turned, he knew he wouldn't make it, he quickly set Bravie down and using what power he had left he made a huge wall of red lightning which flowed from the clouds down to the ground, every human quickly ran behind it for cover, Jin's eyes grew wilder as the shock waves pounded against wall, suddenly Jin let out a roar of pain, the lightning wall exploded towards the shock waves counter acting the explosion, and sending it back the other way...it wiped out alot leaving nothing unturned.

Smoke filled the air as Jin dropped to his knees, it had left him weak and tired, he had turned back to his human form

Everyone looked around, and saw Akai laying on the ground in the center the mess, everything was destroyed they looked around but there was no sign of Marendithis

"HAHAHAHA! I GUESS AKAI IS DEAD SINCE IM THE ONLY ONESTANDING!!!"
[I]Marendithis Looks Around To See What The Explosion Did[/I]
"Well well well, Thyrale, the demons, and his castle have been destroyed by that power explosion.. Bow down before the new Demon King you stupid humans."
[I]As Marendithis Says That Akai Stands Up And Prepares For Another Round[/I]
[COLOR=DarkRed]"Did you actually think you could kill me that fast, Ha now whos the weak one... NOW WHOS THE WEAK ONE!!![/COLOR]
[I]Marendithis Is Enraged By This.... He Charges Down And Throws A Punch At Akai's Face... Akai Quickly Responds By Grabbing Marendithis By The Wrist[/I]

Bravie sttod, blood pouring from her stomach, she coughed and spit blood.
"D-Damnit..."
She fell to one knee and looked at the two fighters.
"This has to stop soon or we'll all be killed."
She looks around for a weapon, something anything a finds a disguarded bow and arrow. SHe pulls the arrow back spilling blood all around her and lets it go into Marendith's back.
"Dirty sonofa-"
She falls passed out, her face contorted in pain.

Akai threw Marendithis over his shoulder. As the demon rose, an arrow buried itself into his back. Akai took the chance and elbowed him in the mouth. Both were moving quickly now, and many of the blows couldnt be seen. Akai was gaining the upper hand now that Marendithis had lost his temper. They clashed, sending out ripples of dark energy. Both were snarling, their voices ragged and hellish. Neither was giving or gaining ground. Suddenly, a rumble shook the ground. The combatants separated, Akai landing near the humans, Marendithis by himself. Black clouds gathered overhead. Lightning shot down, black and purple, into Marendithis. He screamed in pain as a voice was heard.
"MARENDITHIS! YOU DARE TO TRY TO BETRAY ME!?"
Thyrale landed from the storm, obviously enraged. He rammed a claw through the demon's back.
"YOU BELIEVE THAT YOU CAN KILL ME!? I AM THE ONE AND ONLY SHADOW KING! YOU ARE NO MORE THEN DUST COMPARED TO MY POWER!"
He tossed Marendithis into the storm, then glared at the humans. Akai stepped forward, raising his wings aggresively. Thyrale grinned.
"NO NEED TO WORRY AKAI THE BETRAYER! I AM ONLY HERE TO COLLECT MY BURDEN! I WILL DEAL WITH YOU AND YOUR PETS LATER!"
With that, another bolt came down, taking Thyrale into the storm. It dissipated, leaving a scorched wasteland. Akai growled, slamming his fist into the ground. He remembered Bravie and turned. He ran over, kneeling by her body. He realized that he couldnt rise from the position. Turning weakly, he glanced at the others.
"Jin! Help her! I...am too weak..."
He collapsed backwards, his wings fluttering weakly. The Hunters began to argue over where to go next, since Deadwood was destroyed. Some wanted to leave for the mountains, while others wanted to take shelter at an abandoned desert lair nearby. They still argued and scuffled as Akai blacked out.

Jin was getting confused by the comotion as he looked around, being surrounded by this many humans was beginning to get to him

'SHUT UP!!,' he roared at the top of his lungs as blue lightning struck down from the sky and serged through him, all humans jumped back in fright, he quickly took off his shirt, tore it in half and wrapped one piece around the wound that Bravie had endured during the fight,

'Where are we going to go?' questioned one of the humans

Jin didn't answer as he then flew high into the sky and there he saw it, Sire Valley, it hadn't been destroyed by the massive fight and explosions, he then flew back down to the ground

'Sire Valley,' he spoke

'But Sire Valley is about a days walk...we're all tired and hungry,' complained another human

'It's like this stay here and rot or come,' spoke Jin beginning to get annoyed, everyone looked at each other then agreed

Jin then picked up Bravie and handed her to Orin, 'take her and becareful of the cloth, she's stopped bleeding back anything could make it bleed again,' he said with a deep tone, he turned around to see three humans trying to pick up Akai, he walked over and lifted Akai up and onto his back with ease, the three humans looked at him

'I've got him,' spoke Jin as he looked up, 'LETS GO!,' he bellowed out across the black ashed land where the humans stood tired and weak, he flapped his huge black wings and took off into the sky making sure that the pack was following, he flew ahead and then pulled back to the end and did this many times making sure that noone was left behind

It took them all day and most of the night but finally they made it to Sire Valley, a valley filled with fresh streams, berry trees...it was one magnificent sight to behold in a world with so much chaos and death...it gave everyone a sense of peace and relaxed them as they set up camp next to a fresh water stream

Jin placed Akai down next to one of the fires that were lit, he walked away and came back with some strange leaves, he grabbed a thick bark and then laid them on it and poured some water over it, he mashed it a little and handed one piece of bark to one of the humans

'Spreed this out over his wounds,' he spoke sternly, the human took the bark and did as told, Jin then walked over to Orin who lay Bravie down next to another fire

'Put this on her wound,' he said

'What will this do?' questioned Orin as he took the bark

'It's a healing leaf, it doesn't make the wounds disappear but it gives it relief and heals the inside first, she'll proberly have a nasty scar,' explained Jin

'How'd you know?' questioned Orin as he put the green mashed leaf over Bravies wound then covered it again

'I just do,' spoke Jin as he walked away

'Where are you going?' asked a few of the humans

'Hunting,' said Jin as he flew up into the sky

'We're coming!,' called the small group.

Jin landed in a tree as the humans prowled around below him with spares, he was tired from the fight and especially after his demon form explode from him..he was weak...but he knew he couldn't rest...his mind was restless, suddenly in the bushes not far from them something moved, the humans froze as Jin swooped down from the tree and disappeared into the srubs, seconds later he emerged with a wild boar, the humans cheered and Jin growled

'Shut up!..you'll scare the rest!,' he snapped as more srubs moved, the humans lined themselves up and then charged at the srubs and seconds later emerging with more boars, they ended out catching ten, the humans carried one each while Jin flew above them with the rest

They arrived back at the camp site where the others stood waiting and cheered when they saw them appear with the wild boars, Jin shook his head as he land and threw what he had on the ground. Jin, Orin and a few of the humans gutted the boars placed thick brunches throught them and placed them over the fires, the smell lingered across the valley and stomaches rumbled, Jin then walked down to the stream and cleaned himself up he then turned and flew up into a tree which stood strong beside the stream and landed on the brunch and there he sat when the boars were cooked he flew down grabbed one of the beasts and flew back up into the tree. The humans watched him rip off a leg and begin eating it slowly, they shrugged at each other and began eating.

Jin looked down on them and then looked out over at the distant smouldering land which was once Deadwood

'Such beauty destroyed by power and greed...how many more lands will look like you...how many more will suffer...how many will die...,' Jin smiled, 'such a sorrow filled notion...but it bears no lies,'

Jin then lent against the tree and again looked down on the humans who ate as much as they could
They had lost everything..their home...their families...everything, Jin frowned and then looked away, 'Those beasts will pay...pay dearly,' he whispered as a warm breeze brushed against his face and he smiled out at the night
