Well, I guess since all the positions are full, I'm going to start the RPG. Here it is. The winds of sorrow. I'm posting first so here it goes.

IC: I thought that the best thing that I could do for my sister, was at least give her a proper burial. I dug a hole and as my bare hands digged into the Earth, I knew that there was someone watching me, but from where? It took me almost half a day to finish this task, although it slowed down my progress, I had to honor my sister. Finishing, I felt the wind blow across my face. It was a most foul and strong wind, it was as if it prophesised the coming of very horrible events.
I grasped my katana and set out to kill the assassins. As I looked closely, I noticed that there some blood right on the tip of the sword. I don't know if it is Karla's or the assassin that was getting her. Since it's on sword, I could only imagine that it was a little of the assassin's blood. It didn't matter, I cleaned it off with my robes anyway. It was strange, I only started and I already have blood on my robes.
I walked in the forest, for there was a town that was just on the outskirts of the other side. Walking I just felt angry and wanted to kill something, anything that was near. Sadley, this forest didn't consist of many creatures. If you wanted one, you might have to wait an hour just to get SOMETHING in your sights. Oh no, I'm already going crazy. I'm talking to myself. He he, though there's no one else around, so I'm the only person that I can talk to. The forest is hard to navigate through, luckily it was still day. The trees aren't thick enough to hide the sun. It's about an hour from sundown though. I'll barely be half way through the forest by that time. Oh, well.
Not much had happened until nightfall. I don't know if I should go to sleep, since there is probabley one assassin following me. I'll find plenty of branches. This will not only hold me up, but conceal me as well. I found a spot like this, but it was about thrity feet to the ground. I covered the place with leaves for SOME comfort. I shall hopefully continue tomorrow.

OOC: I think that that's pretty good. It's the Sin Assassin next, which is Lord Eliwood

"Huh, this kid had obviously underestimated me, thinking that I could not see his hiding place... I crept toward his hiding place, quickly and silently, as a shadow in the night. He was resting. Perfect. I slinked up the branches to the near-top of a neighboring tree. Looking down, I was about twenty feet above his 'camp', and he didn't seem to know I was there. I decided to dissappear, and leap over to his tree. Unfortunantly, that made more noise than it should have. Still, he looked as if he didn't know I was there. Lucky, lucky me. I began to slide down the tree, readying my tanto for a quick stealkthy kill, if it were possible. I was very close now, about five feet above him, by my reckoning. I still didn't think he knew I was here, and I readied my tanto for the attack..."

OOC: Two things. One, this is the last post I can make tonight, so I'm sorry if anyone wanted this to continue more. Second, Misenke, you were a little aloof on what exactly I am supposed to do, or more namely, how far my assassin gets, so sorry if this goes too far or not far enough, but I didn't want to start god-modding and have your character do something. Again, sorry.
I still didn't think he knew I was here, and I readied my tanto for the attack...".
Huh, heard a noise. I knew that it was him, I just played to still be asleep. Right when he attacked, I moved and his Tanto went in between two branches. His arm was stuck, at least for that moment. This was my chance. I didn't draw my sword, but I did kick right at his torso. He fell off the tree. I listened but I didn't hear anything. I didn't hear a scream nor a thud. I looked and didn't see him in sight. He must have ran off. He now knew that I would always be sleeping with one eye open.
I felt rested enough for now. I continued on my path ever so alert. I made my way, hearing a lot of different things. I heard owl hoots, rustles in the trees, rustle in the bushes. It was obvious that this is when the creatures come out. I made my way through pretty good, nothing interesting happened. At the edges of the forest I remembered, that I hadn't eaten at all today. It would be best to try to get something. Though, I shouldn't waste precious time. I had no money, I was a fool to start out so hastily. Looks like I'll be stealing my food tonight. Either that or steal from the dump.
I made my way to the town. It was a fairly big town. Plenty of merchants were in the streets selling goods. Most of them were selling food. Oh, I was so hungry. I didn't see any good oportune moments to steal my food. So I went to the back of a resturaunt to get the thrown out things. I looked through and as I was, I heard footsteps. I looked to see that there were three men. Each one looked rough.

"He he, looks like we have a street rat in our turf boys. If your going to be here you are going to do one of three things. Either pay us a toll, die, or join us. Looks like your out-numbered, so I wouldn't try anything stupid."

I drew my sword, for I could not run. They were blocking the only open path. There was a wall, but I couldn't jump over it, before they could catch me.

"Oh ho ho, looks like we have a fiesty one here. Hacho, you go for him first."
"With pleasure," said a man, that was cloaked in a dark indigo cloak and his face was covered with a hat and he was blind in one for he had one closed. I looked closely and saw that his weapon was a pair of spiked gauntlets.

He came at me with a wild attack. It was pathetic though. Anyone with HALF my skill could evade easily. I dodged with ease and then sliced right through his stomach. He fell dead, soon after.

"BASTARD!" said that last man. "I'LL KILL YOU!" He came at me with a claw. I blocked it, but he had two and sliced me across the face with the other one. The pain was a horrible sting and the blood dripped down off my face. This man had harmed me and angered me even more. I got in a stance that was clearly meant for stabbing. Since the man made his anger cloud his judgement, he attacked and at the moment before he did, I launched my attack. It was a direct hit at his heart.

"Hmph, you killed Hacho and Zolan, but you'll find me much harder." He drew his katana. It was just like mine, except it wasn't stained with FRESH blood. He came at me with great skill. His skill was as good as mine. He didn't know my next attack, though. I used the environment to my advantage. When he made his last attack, I ducked and pushed myself from the wall, and made a slice that went right across the tops of both his shins. He neeled down in pain, which is when I made the final attack and sliced into his spine. When he died, he let out a loud scream of pain.
I quickley checked their dead bodies for money. They each had a wallat, I don't know how much they had, since I didn't count. I knew that the police might come after they heard that scream. I'd be seen if I went through the open corridor and accused of being a murderer. My only chance of not being as suspicious, would be to climb the wall. I did so as fast as I could. I made it just in the knick of time, for right when I landed I heard the voice of a policeman. I ran to another alley for concealment. When I was there, I counted the money and it was enough to last me for one day. For meal, inn room, and a bath. I noticed that, aside from the major wound to my face, I had also a minor injury to my right arm. I went to the nearest resturaunt and got a table. This journey hasn't been too pleasent and I just started.

OOC: There, that's my newest post. The next to post it SadAngel or The Pro. So, now you post/ introduce your character.

OOC: K, ill tkae this turn.

(Suspensful music)
Ketwa twitched his handds nervously, as he often found himself doing. He didint know why he did, but he did. It was. most likely, becouse of the image begin projected in front of him, by a group of sorcerers, of Hanzo failing, again, to finish of "His" bloodline.
"He is quite a disappointment, isint he, Ketwa" Shin said , form his chair, perched just above Ketwa's, a symbol of his supirior status.
"Sir, what else could you have expected from Hanzo, especially againts 'His' Bloodline, even if the kid has no real training, he is 'his' son after all, it is as expected." Ketwa replied, turning his head, staring at his Master.
"Come now, Ketwa, you cant think so lowly of a fellow Sin, now can you?" Shin replied, a smirk on his face, laughing to himself.
"Master, why did you not send me. I would have finished this trouble once and for all. It would have been infenantly easier." Ketwa said, returning to watch the image, just as the young man was beating up the three thugs.
"Simply amazing. We even hire three men who should have had no trouble over-whelming him, and he defeated them with no challenge. Amazing" Shin said, his smirk incresasing.
"Sir, i still belive we cannot risk this kid gaining proper training, what if-" Ketwa never finished.
"Ketwa, we do not speak of him by name, never refer to The Sixth. Only call him 'him' i will not allow you to break laws that you yourself set, wouldnt be very responsible, now would it?" Shin cut him off, his smirk disapating, his eyes firmly focusing on Ketwa. "Now, witches, begone."
The three gnarled old women left, hunched over, fealing neglected.
"Ketwa, i would like to have you leave, aswell, i have some things i must mull over befor things get out of hand." Shin sounded disappointed for some reason, his eyes downcast, his hands folded between his legs.
"Yes, sir, right away." Ketwa stood up, bowed, then left.

In his living quarters, Ketwa was lying in his bed. He was pondernig somthing. Somthing disturbing. How was it that a kid, so young, so inexperianced, had been able to detect Hanzo. Even if Ketwa considered Hanzo to be quite inferior, he didint tihnk that the assassin could have been detected, not even Ketwa could have detected him from that distance. Interesting. The blood of The Sixth must be thicker then they all thoguht. This was bad. And with that, Ketwa fell into a rude sleep, in which he tossed and turned, unable to grasp the concept.

The woods are lovely,
dark and deep.
But I have promises
to keep.

Deep in the deserted forest, a slender figure jumped from tree to tree like a monkey on vines. The smell of her sweet aroma capturing the the air that surrounded her as she landed on the branch of an oak tree. Jurai started to survey the village full of poverty and fools. She soon made her decision to scavage the area and make fools of pitiful men who desire the love of a women. Before Jurai entered the village, she took a deep breathe and brushed her semi red hair with her left hand.

"Well I sure chose a hell of a hot day to travel...hmmmmmm...Damn what a Adased place this is. Oh well steal a little here and there, make fools of men and well start some trouble with a coupled of inarticulates to take out my frustration and hey I'll be all set for the day." said Jurai as a smirk formed on her face.

Jurai walked in the village and began to observe the way the town operates. She soon came to a halt as she spotted her prey. She moved her curvacious body in a seductive way towards the youg business man. As she approached, jurai smiled at him innocently has she cought his eyes and possibly his heart.

(Thinking)

'Yes little piggy...look at me...hahaha..you little fool. Let me have your heart for me to smash with my boots. I'll rob you blind and still...you'll be crawling back to me, because you never even touched me.'

As Jurai passed by, the young man spoke in a shallow voice.

"well hello there lovely. I can tell your knew here my dear...can I help you in any way?" The young man said survaying her every curves.

Jurai looked satisfied that he fell for her. So there and now she went for the kill. Jurai couldn't help but to let out a chuckle of her accomplishment.
"why yes I would love for you to help me and show be these wonderous sites of your humble land." She said making her honey eyes seem innocent and pure.

"Why it would be a pleasure to help you. It would also be a pleasure if you would acompany me to dinner." said the young man folding his right arm as a prince wood.

"I wouldn't want to impose...but I also don't like to turn someone down like this. So of course i'll join you." Jurai said as she started walking.

He fallowed her without a word. The young man showed her to village and told her about its history. Then he brought her a lovely black dress for the engagment. They talked and laughed while they ate. Soon after he took her to his house and talked a while. The young man was actually respectful and didn't make any moves on her. He let her stay in the night to get rest. But little did he know, she had her own plans which didn't include sleep. Has the house fell silent and the air became heavier, Jurai crept through the house and stole whatever was of value. Then without the slightest sound she dissapeared with the moon and crept into the darkness.
As Jurai headed down the dirt streets, she paused and took a break from walking.

"Hump..what a pretensious fool he was. That was so easy and here I tought I would have to knock him out if he tried something with me.Hahahaha!" Jurai said almost waking up to the nearest houses. It was now daylight and she had been awake for the whole night. Jurai spotted an inn and walked towards it. Her body glimmered from the water she threw on herself to keep her cool. The sun did not gleam so much, the air felt cool and the day seemed to procrastenate.

Just finishing my buissiness with those thugs, I wnadered the streets looking for some food. Everything looked so delicious, I couldn't decide what to have. I finally just figured, to save on the little money that I had, I would just have noodles. As I walked through the streets, I saw a woman. She was so beautiful, it was like she was an angel. I was dazled by her great looks, as she walked off into an alley, she was followed by a group of rather rough looking men. There were five of them, I don't know if I could take all of them. Though, out of my honor, I followed to make sure that she was not in trouble. As I went, I stood near the wall, so that they could not see me. As I stood there, I heard their conversation.

"He he he, looks like we have a real beauty here boys. What should we do with her?" Said a low voiced man.
"He he he, why not sell to the slave market?" said a higher pitched voice.
"No, that'd be a waste of her beauty" said another man,"He he he, why don't we just see what she's like" said one of the last of them. I heard enough of this nonsense.

"HEY!" I shouted," That's not very much like a gentleman, now is it."
"Who the hell are you?" Said the leader
"I don't think that my name is any of your buissiness, nor why I'm here. I just ask that you leave this young woman alone"
"Hmph, who's going to stop us, you? HA, don't make me laugh. We out-number you five to one."
These were indeed garden variety fools, much like the others that I just barely slaughtered. I had a box that had one of my feet in them, just to be careful.
"I don't intend to hurt you, but I have to, then I will. Please, don't let shed more blood on my blade."
"You must be pretty confident, get em boys!"
As he finished that sentance, I launched the box right at one of the men in the middle which hit directly. The others were in shock that something like that happened, I took this oportunity to get another. I punched one of the men in the face and followed it up by shoving my knee into his gut. I was done with this man, so I threw him into one of the walls for now. The other three that were up, all came at me. This was too easy, the one that was out the furthest, was hit right in his nose with the hilt of my sword, this would put him out of the fight for a while. The other two I had put down with a nearby stick. When I grabbed the rod, I jammed it into one of their faces which put him down as well. Then, I shoved the other end into the last mans gut, this knocked the wind out of him and he was left to his knees.
"Now that you've been defeated, LEAVE. That is unless, you and all your men would like to be slaughtered.
"Uh, run away men!" said the leader. All the men that were consious took the chance and ran.
"Like little mice," I said," Are you alright?" I asked the woman.
"Yeah, I'm fine."
"Well, that's good"
"Look, don't think that I owe you anything just because you defeated those men!" With that she walked away.
"Well, that's a fine was to say thank you" But it didn't matter, I just wanted to eat. I went to the nearest inn and ate my noodles, along with getting a room. I did get a bath and it felt good on my scatches. As I was in the warm water, I tried to figure out what I should do next, but all I could think of, was that woman. Why couldn't I get her out of my mind? Could it be that I was in love with her? I didn't know for sure. When I was out, I just went to sleep.

Toorima watched and listened to the guards who were outside the Sin village. He had heard them speaking of a boy that Taozao had not killed. His name was Kaitsen Karel. He knew a family that Taozao had killed off by the name of Kaitsen.

["Could it be that Karel is the boy who Taozao never found? If he truly is the remaining Kaitsen, then it is my duty to protect him for Taozao will take no expense upon killing him."]

Flying off through the trees, Toorima landed in the forest that lead to a small village. He knew of this village and the people there. He had helped them once in his life from Taozao. They were in debt to him, but he never came around to recieve it nor did he come around to ask for that debt. He walked into the village with eyes following him.

["A town filled with bandits and thieves, no doubt. But mostly good people. Yet, these men know nothing and it seems they have nothing to gain either. Pity, I was looking forward to helping them."]

He came to an inn that he knew so well. With a smirk upon his face, Toorima walked in. A very clear "Irasshaimase" rang into his ears, knowing that this was the place that he had saved many times before from various hitokiris. He walked to the front desk.

"Konnichiwa! Would you like a room?" The lady seemed very perky and happy to see a customer. Yet, she couldn't see underneath Toorima's cloak and he kept it that way. He even disguised his voice, which was a skill he used quite well.

His voice was deep and gruff, not like his regular voice which seemed mysterious and dangerous. "Hai. I would like to know if a Karel Kaitsen was here or is here."

The lady looked through her book to see whether or not the boy was here. "Iie. Gomen nasai. He is not here. And your room is up the stairs, down the hall. It will be the last one to the right."

With a nod, he walked up the stairs, down the hall, and to his right was his room. He entered and remembered the smell so clearly. Fresh jasmine and lavender filled the room and wafted against the walls and into the air. He enjoyed the scent very much, but another scent was applied as well. Its scent was more discrete and stronger. Thinking it was another fragrance that the owner put out, Toorima closed his door and walked in. He looked down the window and the was perfect. He could see anyone entering the inn, as well as the village.

It was clear to him that the boy was not around here. He needed to find him before the Sins or Taozao did.

I ran, as fast as I can for as long as I could, through the brush and the leaves. The only sound I heard was the whistling of wind through the monstrous trees and the occasional snapping of a twig underfoot. I began to slow the second I saw a small, tranquil village, sleeping in the safety of the forest. I was angry, and fed up with the audatious bastard-child called Kaitsen Karel. A tired-looking guard walked up to me as I reached the outskirts of the villiage.

"Who goes there? What business have you in Takane?" Carefully rehearsed, he didn't miss a beat when he spoke, yet I think it still sounded strange to even him.

The last thing I wanted to deal with was a weakling militiaman, so I fell into the shadows. After all these years it still felt strange every time I dissapeared. I felt a small grin on my lips as the guard turned about and walked back to his post, muttering about how tired he must have been. I landed on the dark city streets, looking for someone who may know if Karel was in this villiage. Light poured out of a nearby tavern, and voices drifted onto the otherwise quiet streets. I walked in, I was trained to go days without eating or sleeping, but I was still thirsty. I crept in, to the last few standing tables and a few groups of less than savory people. I walked past, keeping my ears open for any idle chatter about Karel Kaitsen. Reaching the bar, I sat straight on the cleanest-looking stool and tried to ignore the barkeep.

"What'll it be, sir?" He said in a low, tired drawl.
"Nothing." I sat there, listening in on the idle, boorish chatter of everyone in the dusty room. Suddenly, I heard something very interesting.

"...and we would have, too, if it hadn't been for that damnable kid, what was his name?"
"Something Karel." I sat up, and looked around for who was saying this. It was a group of men, all rather cut up and covered in bandages. Huh, obviously Karel hadn't lost his edge.
"I should go kill that kid right (hic) now."
"No way, you saw what he did to the rest of us, how could we possibly handle that kinda swordsmanship?" I began to walk over to them, confidently, smirking. The most wounded one looked at me, and his eyes quickly narrowed.
"What're you doin', (hic) here?" He said.
"Konichiwa, fellows. I believe I have a solution to your problem." The men looked at each other.
"You've got my (hic) attention."
"All you have to tell me is where Kaitsen Karel is, and I'll take care of him." I smiled, this drunken morons would tell me anything.
"What makes you think you can handle (hic) him?" One of them piped up. My grin widened.
"Because I am an assassin. Killing people is my profession." They all stiffened at the word assasssin. Smiling, I picked up one of the glasses and poured the rice wine into my mouth. I looked down at the petty theives, who were obviously terrified.

"Cheers, boys, cheers." I walked out of the building, and toward the inn.

Ketwa had watched the cloaked man enter the inn, and had recognized him instantly. Toorim... what was he doing here. Toorim had been quite respected as a shinobi Assassin, but eventually he had givin up on the morals of the Sin. No one really knew what caused him to leave, and few really cared. Though he was extremly skilled as Assassins go, he was no match for men like Ketwa and Shin. So, why was he here. What buisness did he have with the Sin. Eventually Ketwa had grown tired of watching, and he entered the inn.
"Oh, hello sir, may i help yo-" She stammered half way through, as Ketwa brushed past without a word. "S-Sir? Sir?" She called after, but Ketwa paied no attention.
Reaching Toorim's room, Ketwa raised his booted foot and kicked in the door effortlessly. Empty. Kusso... He had let his guard down. A kunai hurled at his head, but was dodged without much trouble.
"Well, that wasn't very nice Toorim. I thought we used to be friends." Ketwa said with a wicked smile on his face.
"You basterd, die!" Toorim hurled a few more Kunai at him, but realised that Ketwa would effortlessly dodge them, one after another, so he calmed down, lowered his hand, and prepared for Ketwa to attack.
"Ketwa. What do you want." Toorim said, a command more then a question.
"Heh, me? You are the one to be questioned. How many years, Toorim, How many? 5? 6? regardless, what have you come for. If i remeber correctly you are a traitor, and your lucky i didn't kill you on sight. But, regardless, i would havbe you leave, it would be quite inconvienant for me to have to kill you." Ketwa said smuggly.
With that, Ketwa dissapeared.

Taozao turned his blade, weaving it back and forth through the light. The place wasn't lit well, not even decently for that matter. The only light came from over head, that danced in and out of the dark hole of the spider's pit. Swiftly he slanted it upwards, causing a signal strand of green grass to fall. He then began to prick his gloved hand. Drawing blood from each fingers Taozao waited. There was a group of pesky little mercenaries fallowing him.

A slight wind below over head, he could hear leaves flowing around. Dancing. Shifting his cloak he bend forwards. Kneeling he knocked his kanata against the bandages on his lower leg scratching it almost. To see if the group were vary alert. There was no sound from them, Taosao smirked. Hearing one of them men draw over the Spider's Pit Taozao struck upwards. Cutting the man in his leg then pulling him underneath. The grass and string flung, striking the first mercenary in his head with his kanata he dragged the blade down. Pushing his weight upon the blade, he jabbed it into the flesh causing a reflex bounce of one of the main veins. Using this he supported him self n the handle as he came flying out of the Spider's Pit. Looking around he say one of them yelling after the other, the third mercenary was fleeing. Taozao laughed to him self. Running towards the second mercenary, he drew his kanata to the side. As if to do a back hand hammer fist, it turned it on it's blunt edge as he struck the second mercenary in his stomach. Drawing back a few steps Taozao reached into his cloak's header neck pulling the string from around his neck. It gleamed red. A drop of blood staining the a blade of grass. He waited for the man to stand however, Taozao still kept the running man in sight.

"You *******." he swore, slightly coughing.
"...Then why did you fallow me, surely it has nothing to do with you. Money if I'm not mistaken."

Clutching his side, the man drew a short edge. Turning it upwards to the side of his face. He had it exactly 5 inches away from his face. Both in volume and distance, his stance wavered back and forth. His style, was both offense and defensive. "Shut up!"

Putting back his kanata, Taozao wrapping the string around his fingers. Creating cat's cradle, step 27; Faith's Broken Wall. Stretching his arms out wide, he stared at the mercenary. Remembering his movements, he charged. The man slashed and pushed Taozao back slightly. Dipping his heel into the ground Taozao was able to regain his stance much quicker then the mercenary and charged again. This time the man was unable to draw back, Taozao Gripped the Cat's Cradle around the man's head. Bringing it back he twisted and brung it back forwards suffocating the man to death. Still though the man was dead, Taozao held the weavings further out. More strongly them was needed. Taozao stopped as he noticed there was a slight crackling. Withdrawing the body began to drop. before it could he caught it and brought it over to the Spider's Pit. Dropping the body in, he barred the two. Sitting he listened for the other mercenary. Suddenly catching his shadow he ran after the man.

Nervously, the third mercenary clutched to his sides. Shivering, knowing that he should've been killed with his friends. Thinking to him self, how could he have been such a coward. Why? Because he knew he was no match. Because he was afraid to die. Leaves fell from over head and from behind he felt a breath on the back of his neck. Leaping forwards he was brought back.

"What is your name?"

He knew the voice, Taozao. Too afraid to answer he jumped forwards again. Taozao let him go and jumped down from the tree branch. The man ran but in his confusion tripped. Walking over, Taozao helped him up.

"What is your name?"
"Ma-Mercenary Lee."
"Nice to meet you, I have a job for you. Think you can handle it?"
"Pa-Please, don't kill me."
"No worries. Just do what I say, and you'll go scott free. Understood?"
"Y-Yes, Sir."
"If you ever happen to meet a boy by the name of "Karel Kaitsen," tell him Taozao is looking for him."

The man nodded. Letting his grip around the man's neck loosen he jumped forwards running. Taozao watched as the man disappeared, he began to laugh.

Jurai had sat by the fountain waiting for someone she knew. The day seem to stretch a few more hours and Jurai couldn?t take it anymore. She wanted the old hag to come with her weapons, Jurai wanted to fight and get all her anger out. She sat there helplessly while men stared her down and made passes at her.

?Damn these men just don?t give up?..urrhhh! The damn boy?he took my fight!? Jurai said angrily.

Suddenly a old wrinkled woman appeared to shadow her fragile figure.

?Hello there Jurai?how are you today? I?m sorry I took so long to repair your weapons, plus it was a pretty long distance to ride in my old beat down wagon,? The old hag said hinting toward her crusty wagon.

?Well there old hag?I?m glad you made it alive! So lets give you a hand here and walk you towards your wagon shall we?? Jurai said happily.

The two walked towards to beaten down wagon and Jurai took her weapons with such excitement. She bid the old hag farewell and walked down to dirt road. As she walked down the dirt road towards the inn, Jurai noticed a shadow creep by the creep alleyway. Then she soon saw the shadows target.

?Huh?that boy! He?s the one who saved me??Well it looks like I should return the favor.? said Jurai with a slight croked smile.

She was filled with joy to actually get to fight. She walked normally as if nothing was happening and the shadowed figure soon found its target and attacked.

?You lillte bastard I finally found you! Your gonna die!? Said the assassin has he flung towards his victim.

But his attack was evaded by a female figure. It was indeed Jurai, she had drawn her duo sword and blocked the assassins weapon.

?Who the hell are you?get out of my way you bitch or I?ll kill you to!? the assassin said forcing his sword against hers.

?Oh please you dimwit?.you can?t defeat me?you make me laugh?now shut up and fight!? said jurai as she pushed aside his sword and made a dash for his body.

The assassin evaded Jurai?s attack, but she got him good on his face as she punched him. He seriously was pissed off at her efforts to kill him. The sound of swords clashing into one another was all what was heard in the alley. The boy just stood there in amazement. He couldn?t believe the damsel in ditress before could fight like this. Soon the two fighters halted and the assassin backed away.

?I?ll get you Karel?wait and see and I?ll get you to gorgeous..hahaha you just got yourself a death wish my dear.? said the assassin as he disappeared in the shadows.

Jurai walked towards the boy and put her right hand on his left shoulder.

?well we?re even now?..Say not that its any of my business, but why was he after you?? said Jurai looking deep into his eyes.

There was no response and she still wanted an answer. But she was patient and waited for his truthful words.

I had been careless, almost outright foolish, but I would not let it happen again. I had lost my head against that prissy, high talking, pretentious bitch. I was an assassin, not a fighter, but I was outshown by some urchin girl, and I was not going to let it happen again. I looked over to the inn, and leapt towards it. I landed on the awning, and I surveyed the streets, empty spare a few town guards. Then I leapt down, and slinked into the dark of the top floor.

Karel had to be somewhere in here. I slinked downstairs, and looked into the empty, but disturbingly well-lit room. I pulled my tanto out, and surveyed the room. A woman sat, half asleep, at the main desk, and there was no one else in the room. I dissapeared, and snuck behind the woman. Swiftly, I grabbed her by the neck and placed my tanto to her neck, using my other hand to cover her mouth. Fortunantly the scream, which could have woken the entire town, was rather well muffled by my gloves. When she stopped screaming, I slowly let my hand off of her mouth.

"Who-what...?" She was scared, and it was obvious.
"If you call for the guards, you will be dead and I will be gone before you're done screaming." I was not trying to make her tense and scared, then she would be completely unpredictable, and wouldn't talk.
"What do you want?"
"There was a young boy who checked in here earlier, bv the name of Karel Kaitsen. What room is he in?"
"Second...floor, last room on the left..."
"Thank you." I batted her on the head with the blunt end of my Tanto, she fell unconcious. Careful not to alert anyone, I locked the front door and put out all the lights in the lobby. Surprisingly, I hadn't wasted much time. I walked up to the room, and opened the door, greeted by dim firelight and the sound of complete silence...

OOC: Alright, someone else's turn to post, I guess.

As the girl and I walked the streets of the town, I started to trust her more and more. Before I told her about myself, I told her to tell me about herself. Although she didn't want to, I said that after she told me about herself, only then I would tell my story. She told me what her story was. I thought that it was sad, what had happened to her.
I finally felt like I could trust her enough to tell her my story. We sat on at the fountain as I told her every bit of it that I knew. All the sorrow, the pain, and the anger that I've just been through, in such a short time. As she listened, she seemed interested in this story. "That's why that assassin is after me," I said in the conclusion of my story.
"Hmmm, I have to admit, that is a pretty sad story" she said.
"Yes, it's very painful to think about. It's also hard, that I don't even know who I can trust. I won't know if they are one of the assassins"
"Well, just to let you know, you can trust me." She said with a smile and I smiled back.
"Well, I should probabley get going back to the inn. Got to wake up early ya know"
"I guess that I'll see you later then. What inn you staying at again?"
"The one that's just down the street"
"Well, I'll take you there"
As we walked along down the street , I looked at the inn and noticed that the lights were out.
"That's strange. I never seen this inn have its lights put out." said Jurai
I went to see if the door was open, but when I tried, it was locked.
"He's in there!" I said.

I think I'm going to end it there, kind of make it suspensful.

Knowing that he would have to find Karel before the others did. With a sigh, he walked out and smelled the fresh morning air mixed with the contained smoke that came from various houses. He turned his way and walked on to another path that lead to, yet, another village.

Walking on his way, Toorima encountered several friendly riders who offered him a ride, yet he refused for trust was earned and not given. He made his way, finally, to the next village. It took quite a while, but running through the pine forest had made it swifter and easier. He looked around at the village's edge before entering. He knew this place quite well and the people knew him, not as Niwasaki Kohichi, but as Toorima Battousai.

Without hesitation, he walked in and walked along the dirt path. Hearing someone, Toorima looked for the source of noise. He had seen two figures in the dark, trying to get into an inn. He looked at the inn and knew it belonged to a well known accomplice. He walked to the two and heard one of them say something.

"He's in there!"

"Konbanwa. Is there a problem?" His voice was deep, yet not as gruff as the last. It was clean and well-groomed. His voice startled the two.

"Who are you?"

Beginning to introduce himself, he stepped forward but as soon stopped when a loud crash and thud was heard. The three looked to the inn and then around, looking into the darkness.

OOC: Well, since no one has posted in a while, I guess either the RPG died or you are all waiting on me. I guess I'll post.

IC: Being both startled by the new person they met and the crash that came from the inn, Jurai and Karel didn't know what to do. They looked up at the inn and saw the assassin that has been after Karel. "We'll have to discuss this later!" said Karel, running off into the distance, with the assassin following. He led him into an alleyway, for a plan he had. It involved the ladder that was in that alley.
"Now, where will you go?" said the assassin with an evil grin on his face. With that Karel climbed up the ladder as fast as he could. He made it to the top before the assassin could go after him. The assassin followed him up the ladder, which is what Karel wanted to happen. When the assassin was half way up, Karel pushed the ladder away from its place. Though Karel didn't expect what happened after. The assassin leaped off the ladder and pushed against the other side of the wall with his foot, so that he could get on the rooftop with Karel.
Now Karel and the assassin were both running from rooftop to rooftop. As Karel ran, he knew that it would be pointless to run from the assassin. Even though he was trying to break shingles, so that the assassin would slip off the rooftop. This didn't work, so Karel thought that he should just fight with the assassin. He stopped running and faced the assassin. The assassin was still running, and came at Karel with a slice from his katana. Karel barely blocked it, but was hit with the follow up attack that Hanzo used with his tanto. Karel knew this would be hard. The battle like this contined on for about two minutes. It seemed like Hanzo would win, even though Hanzo did have some major cuts, Karel had more. So Karel had to make this fight end with a ring out. Karel had noticed that Hanzo was standing directly on a shingle. Karel took the opportunity and removed the shingle from its place with his sword. This had caused Hanzo to slip and fall on his back. Then Karel, removed the shingles that Hanzo was laying on, so that he would fall of the building. This happened, then, to make sure that he would be away from him, Karle split two shingles and rode them down the other side of the rooftop. He barely landed on his feet and met up with the new man and Jurai.

OOC: I'd have to say, that was one of the coolest moves ever done. Maybe now people will post more. I've finally posted. So go other peoples.

Hanzo's pitch black figure landed gracefully on the ground, despite how surprised he was at Karel's cowardice. He gazed at the roof, dull in the predawn light. Then he looed at his blade, clicking his tongue in complete disgust.

[Damnable coward. He escaped! He...escaped? Hmph. I'll get him. Not Taozao, but ME. I guess I'll have to keep looking for him, and hope that our next encouter fares better.]

Hanzo sheathed his blades, still red with drying blood. Then he turned about, ran up the wall, and catapaulted himself on the roof, where their battle had been. A few more shingles had been broken, and there were small bloodstains and scraps of cloth laying strewn about the rooftop. He looked out at the city, as light began to flood the streets. People were emerging from their houses, the militia was no longer patroling the streets, and the villiage was coming to life. Still, there was no more sign of Karel, Junai, or Toorima. He cracked his neck, and jumped onto the streets. He walked over to one of the watchmen, a tired-looking man with greying hair and some shoddy armor on. As he approached, the man's posture straightened out.

[Maybe this peasant will know where Karel has gone. He could not have stayed in town, and even if he had, t'would be foolish of him.]

"Greetings." Hanzo said in his normally menacing voice.
"Ah-hello?" The guard said, leaning on his staff again.
"I was wondering if you had seen three people exiting town. A young boy, who would have had a few cuts on him, a girl, not much younger than the boy, and an older man, closer to my age."
"Uh, well, what business would you have with them?"
"I am the boy's...guardian, you might say." He lied "You see, I have to find him and...return him to where he belongs."
"Ah, well...There were a few people who passed by here not too long ago. There were three of them, and they were moving rather quickly."

Hanzo grinned. "Thank you, sirrah." He walked smugly out of the villiage. There would be nothing to stop him this time...

Jurai was pretty exhuasted from the quarrel, so she stopped and grabbed Karel, motioning him to sit down with her. He smiled at her and then blushed.

"Why are you blushing....Hummmmm don't tell me your shy around girls.hahaha" Jurai said laughing.

He turned his gaze away and started to scan the town. He wanted to make sure the assassin wasn't around. Jurai then stood up and took off her coat and began to stretch.

"Well it looks like I have to steal some food for us to eat well tonight...plus some other things. You know your not a bad guy after all and here I was going to rob you the first time I saw you.....pretty funny isn't it." Jurai said looking innocently.

Looking at the woman and then to Karel. The two seemed to have a bond of some sort. He dared not interrupt, for Karel needed all the help he could get, for Taozao was a ruthless and cold man who stopped at nothing to get what he wanted.

The woman stretched a bit before going on her way to get some food. This was when Toorima had stopped her. She turned to see what he would say.

"Wait! I know of a place where food is plentiful and shelter is given. Come with me."

Karel looked to Toorima, then to the woman. The woman merely looked at Toorima as if he had ulterior motive, yet Toorima had none, other than the one to protect Karel from Taozao and his army of Sin assassins.

"Alright. Let's go."

Standing up, Karel and the woman followed Toorima down the dark path and he had led them to a small house. This house had belonged to an old friend and he knew the owner quite well. He knocked on the wooden post and a face popped out of the door. This face belonged to a small, old man who had an elder's beard.

"Who goes there? What you want?"

Toorima stepped forward into the light that brightened the darkness at the front porch. In his disguised voice, he spoke to the old man. The old man nodded and beckoned him forward. In whispers, Toorima's disguised voice dropped and the old man's face lightened up with happiness, yet it did not show. He merely nodded and opened the door. He greeted the three and called for his grandniece, a young girl at the age of 10 or so, who worked for her granduncle.

"Sakura, make available three rooms, tell Auntie Kikona that we have guests. Go on."

"Hai, uncle."

The little girl left her granduncle with the three guests and she went to help her grandaunt with errands around the house, making the rooms most comfortable for the guests. She was an energetic girl who loved to help. She had a kind heart, but a dark side that only appeared when danger came to her family. Toorima knew this for he had spent many a year at the house. The old man looked to Toorima and then to the other two, nodding to himself.

 • 3 weeks later...
OOC: Since no one else will post, I guess that I will have to. I don't want this RPG to die. I actually want to finish this RPG. It was on the last page, so it was struggling to stay here. I revived it for now.

Karel was surprised that Toorima had such great connections with such good people. He finally felt that he would be safe, that he could actually get a good nights sleep. There was not much he could do, until the guest rooms were prepared by the little girl. He couldn't go out for fresh air, since he didn't know where the Sin's would be, to strike him. "Is there anything that I can do to help?" he asked.
"No, not really. There is not much to be done around here. Plus, you look like you're in no condition to be doing work." said the old man, looking at Karel's cuts and bruses. "In fact, you like you've been to hell and back!"
"That is pretty much one way to describe it." replied Karel, looking at his own wounds. They were deep and severe.
"Why don't we get those treated." said Kikona, motioning Karel to follow him. As he followed the old lady, he saw that Toorima was talking to the old man, about something. It seemed to startle the old man a little bit. Karel's wounds were more severe then he thought, because he was starting to feel weak. His arms and legs were going numb. He took one last step and finally collapsed on the wooden floor.

Dream

Everything was dark. Karel couldn't see. Suddenly, a fire had spread up and around all of him. He saw the assassin that has been chasing him. His family's dead bodies were lying in front of him. This angered Karel, but he couldn't get to the assassin, since the wall of fire was blocking his path. When he looked, he saw that Toorima was fighting the assassin. The assassin was winning. He then finished off Toorima. Now Toorima was amongst the dead bodies. After this, he saw Jurai trying to fight the assassin as well. "Don't you DARE hurt here!" said Karel, who finally had enough courage to leap through the flames, with a quick leap. He then went at the assassin with a fury of slices from his sword. The assassin dodged each blow and then sent his sword in the middle of Karel's forehead. Everything went black. He heard a scream of pain from Jurai and all fell silent after.

End Dream

"AHHH!" Karel screamed.
"Whoa!" said Jurai as she dropped a bowl of water that she was holding.
"What the?"
"So, you're finally awake, are we?" said Jurai. Karel looked around, he was in one of the guest rooms, in the bed. He looked and saw that he wasn't wearing his original robes. They were replaced a dark green robe. He looked under the robe and saw that he was completely covered in bandages.
"Thought that we lost you" said Jurai, comfortabley.
"What happened?" groaned Karel.
"You fell unconsious on the floor. It is already noon. That's how long you were unconsious. I've been caring for you this whole time. Well, the Kikoni helped too, but I did most of it."
"You were taking care of me?" said Karel.
"Yeah, why?"
"Why did you care for me?"
"Wha? Well, uh, you see, uh, I decided that you were worth saving, since you know, you've been through a pretty rough time." said Jurai, with a slight blush. "Well, get back to sleep, you need more rest."
Karel laid down, going back to sleep. It was obvious that Jurai didn't take care of him, for that reason. Oh well, he doesn't need to worry about it.

Jurai had noticed that she was blushing and immediatly turned her face away from his gaze. Karel saw her turn away and stratched his hand to cuff her chin. She turned to meet his gaze once again and blushed even more.

"What are you looking at?" Jurai said in anger.

"Huh oh nothing really...its just I wonder why you turned away?" Karel said trying to search her eyes for the answer.

"None of your business...you need sleep..now rest." Jurai said as she moved away from the bed.

She was confused and delighted to feel such feelings for a male. But at the same time Jurai did not want her pride to wash away in tears. She watched him so effortlessly has he tried to sleep.

'Why do I feel so emotional all of the sudden......am I takind a liking to this boy........damn it!'

Jurai was startled as she heard something move on the window.

"Oh its just a little blue bird! How adoable you are...come here." Jurai said as she cuffed the bird in her hands.

She looked at the bird with such fascination and jealously, for the bird was free to fly and she was not.

Hanzo ran through the woods at a blinding speed, bounding across the darkness. Where was that kid? He stopped, skidding across the muddy dirt road. Leaning against a tree, he surveyed the area around him, barely illuminated by the moon above. There was a small plume of smoke rising in a steady stream nearby. That had to be the Kaitsen child and his woman. If he could draw the bonnie lass and Toorima away from Karel, he wouldn't be able to win in his current state. A grin crossed his scarred face, and he leapt, ricocheting from tree to tree, to the house where the smoke was coming from.

[Master, this time I will not fail you.]

He arrived, landing silently on the dark outskirts of the glade. The house was small, and it's light was dim. Hanzo leapt onto the awning, looking into the room where the boy was. The lass was bowing her head, slowly nodding off into slumber. Hanzo gently descended onto the windowsill, opening the glass slowly and discreetly. The girl slowly began to raise her head, but by that time, Hanzo had landed on the floor and had his tanto to Kaitsen's neck.

"Karel! Toorima, Help!" Karel shook his head, Jurai noticed that he was drawing his blade out. She nodded and turned toward the door. A throwing knife landed right in front of her face. She looked at the assassin, his hand out, ready to draw out another knife. Karel knocked the blade away from his throat with his sheath, then knocked Hanzo in the stomach with the blunt side of his Katana. Hanzo slid across the floor to the windowsill. He drew out his blade, smiling.

"Jurai, get out of here!" Karel turned to his adversary, a look of hatred brimming in his eyes. "He's mine." Jurai only nodded and left the room. Hanzo smiled, everything was going exactly as he had forseen it...

OOC: Alright, I'll leave it there, to add to the suspense. Hope that works!

Hearing the shouts and screams of Jurai and Karel, Toorima and Midoku, the owner of the home, ran to where they had heard the screams. They looked to see Hanzo and Karel in the room, preparing themselves to fight.

Anger raged within Karel as he gripped his sword. Toorima stepped forward, but was soon stopped by Midoku-san. Toorima nodded and stepped back. This was a fight that Karel had to fight himself, for if he did not, then who would know how strong he is against Hanzo, one of Taozao's greatest assassins.

"It seems we have an audience. It doesn't matter, they can all see you fall onto your knees...at my FEET!"

Hanzo jumped towards Karel, who dodged his blade with swift ease. Toorima. Hanzo, and Midoku could see that his balance was uneven, his moves were edgy, and his speed was not up to par, but nonetheless, he was a formidable fighter. Toorima watched in anticipation as the two fought, dodging and swinging.

"Why are you rebelling against me? Don't you know it's an honor to work with Taozao?"

"Taozao's a cold-hearted killer. I'd rather die a thousand deaths before joining him!"

With a smirk, Hanzo landed onto the small rectangular table away from Karel. "So be it."

Karel stood his ground as Hanzo lifted himself into the air and threw down several shuriken of different shapes and sizes.

As the shurikans came at Karel, he did his best to dodge them. Hanzo had good precision, but not as good of accuracy as he should have. Still, some of the shurikans had hit Karel. There was one that hit his thigh and only one that knicked his left arm. Karel snickered, "This just proves that you have no honor. Despite the fact that you are also wounded, you are attacking an opponent who is gravly wounded. You deserve to die. Not only for your dishonor, but for the murder of my sister. With this sword, I will cut you down into pieces."
"Hmph! I'd like to see you try kid. I'm more experienced and have more energy."
"Well, I'm not sure about those factors. You see, you're about to die, from a technique that my father taught me." as he said this, Karel relaxed everything in his entire body. "INOBUO TAKATA!" said Karel, as he unleashe slice after slice upon Hanzo. Each one was swift and powerful, making it very hard for Hanzo to dodge even one slice from the fury. Karel was just dishing out all that he had. All the energy that he had left was put into his fury of slices. Each slice, soon followed by another, to not leave an opeining. Hanzo was now being hit by every single sword stroke. For the final move, Karel thrusted his sword into Hanzo's right shoulder, with a great force. This had made Hanzo stumble back, to the window, where he lost his balance and fell out. Karel looked out the window, to see what had become of him. When he got close to the window, the boots of Hanzo had came through, kicking Karel back to other side of the room. Both fighters were exausted. Which one would come out victourious?

OOC: I can't post anymore, I don't have time.

Hanzo took in a deep breath, staring down into the eyes of his opponent. They had a burden and an anger that they lacked in past confrontations with him. He percieved, the Kaitsen child was ready to strike him down. Karel brandished his katana, still as exhaused as Hanzo was. Hanzo looked at his arm, a trickle of blood was running down the black cloth. This boy had some skill in him. Karel smiled as he looked at Hanzo. Hanzo sneered at him, holding his blade up.
"Alright, you have some skill to you. It matters not, there is no roof to kick me off of now, boy." Hanzo looked at the contempt in Karel's face as he enunciated the last word. He popped his neck calmly, awaiting Kaitsen's next move. Kaitsen charged at him, and he readied for a parrying attack. Karel broke through the block and shoved Hanzo out of the window onto the cool, dewy grass. Hanzo planted his hand on the ground, backflipped, and landed smoothly in the glade. Karel leapt through the window and landed outside the house, a couple of yards away from Hanzo.
"Leave now, don't make me destroy you." He said, a fury brimming under his voice.
"You can try, you'd fail, but you can try." Hanzo whipped out a flurry of shirukens, and the clanging of Kaitsen's sword deflecting each one echoed off of the trees...

OOC: Sorry this is a bit short, I don't have a lot of time.
