It's about these three guys, Julian, Ricky and Bubbles who all live in a trailer park and try to hit it big (usually by growing dope). They always get arested at the end of each season. Anyways, the show is hilarious. It's Canadian and originated on the channel Show Case. I heard It's now on BBC US, in the US, and that it's censored (I don't know how that is possible, they curse in every sentence). You should watch it sometime if you get a chance.
