RPG Rurouni Kenshin:The Rebirth Of Juppon Gatana [M - VLS]

[SIZE=1][COLOR=Teal]Kenshin was walking home bruised and battered from a intense battle he encountered with a dangerous samurai who wanted to avenge Shishio Makato's death.Shishio was his idol,and he made a new and improved Juppon Gatana so he can be more like Shishio.Miss Kauro was standing at the end of the village waiting for kenshin to come back.She saw a red figure and saw that it was kenshin as she ran over to him to greet him.Once Miss Kauro got in front of him he collapsed into her arms dying by to much blood being lost.

"The Juppon Gatana is back *ugh* they came and jumped me.There was a guy who looked exactly like Shishio also...They reformed the Juppon Gatana and they are too strong even for me now.I hope they don't get to you....I love you.

"My love for you is forever.....I will never forget you"said Miss Kauro with tears rolling down her eyes while she noticed he died in her arms with a smile on his face.

She went back into the village with Kenshin in her arms and told Sanoske, Yahiko, Kenji,and Takani Megumi(doctor).Takani Megumi saw there was nothing she could do so she made sure that Kenshin got a proper burial.Kenji was in the middle of his intense samurai training with one of the strongest samurai's alive when he heard the news about his fathers death and broke out into tears.He said he was going to make sure he was going to avenge his death, and decided he is going to follow his fathers foot steps and be a wandering samurai just like Kenshin once was.Miss Kauro and Sanoske tried to keep Kenji from going but he snuck out the village when everyone was sleeping.They found out the next day that he snuck out the village.

"Don't worry,he is the son of kenshin he'll live"Sanoske said

The wind was blowing while Kenji was on his way to the next village to see if he can get information on Juppon Gatana or if he is lucky even see them there.Kenji started sprinting when he saw a glimpse of the town with smoke rising from it.There was a big fire in the middle of the town with some dead body's laying on the ground.He walked farther into the town to see a teenager standing infront of two dead bodies looking down at them.

"....ummm,do you know what happened here?"said Kenji curiously and with a serious face on

"I was sent to train with a special fighter for a year,and when I came back everyone in town was slaughtered.....the people who did it left a note that said "The Juppon Gatana" using my town peoples blood for their writing.If I ever see the people who did this I will murder them."said the teenager with an angry look in her eyes

"Well,my name is Kenji Himura.If you have any information on them give it to me because I am searching for them....so any information would be good."said Kenji seriously

"My name is Tsubaki Takahashi...take me with you.I wanna see the people who did this die."said Tsubaki seriously

"I can use the company and help anyway...your in."said Kenji calmly

Kenji picked up the paper that was stained with blood and said "The Juppon Gatana" and put it in his pocket.Kenji along with Tsubaki searched the town for any survivors to get information.But everyone was dead,even the kids.Kenji and Tsubaki then walked out of the village going north hoping they will run into another village but this time have information.[/COLOR]

Again Suteneko walks around confused in the village, her home town. She leans heavily on the bo and scratches Notu's head silently looking for any leads. Her eyes rest on the house of her old friend and she feels her eyes burn, "It's not fair it's not. I don't know if any one survived." She turns and walks away trying to hold the tears in. Notu whines and she looks down at him, "Find them, anyone who left this place." she says savagely. The wolf sniffs the ground a while and takes off down the raod, heading east. The darkness surrounds her as she leaves her village for the last time. Looking back once, her tears go unchecked. "May you rest peacefully in you graves." Her eyes flash and she sets her jaw, a steely expression comes across her face. [I]In pace requiescat.[/I] she thinks and follows Notu's shape slipping in and out of shadows. Tears blur her vision and shequickly wipes them away.

[Sir Gawain]

Noi Yanamori grimaced at the thought of his village. His parents and sister had gotten out alive, but his grandfather had died protecting their escape. Not one to hold a grudge, he decided to instead go by his grandfather's training. "To battle in anger is to approach death blindly." he could remember his grandfather's voice. "Only kill if that person has killed. A life for a life. Equality is the key to fighting."
Noi slowly stood up. Equality would be his reason. He brought the Sway, his grandfather's feared pole arm axe, to bear in both of his hands. "The Sway was known to meet in large battles. But now the fools who did this shall know it from their dreams." He walked quietly into the forest, wishing that his grandfather was still there to guide him.
He had once heard of a legendary samurai. Kenshin Himoura, Bitosi the Manslayer. He was seen recently and had been repenting. But perhaps he could help Noi to train for battle. "I will seek the fabled manslayer who saved my mother." Noi said. And with that, he began a mad dash through the trees, brandishing the Sway.

[Persona]

[COLOR=Magenta] A beuatiful steaming day, in the forest walked a beautiful woman who looked tired and thirsty. She stopped and leaned on the maple tree and picked up her blue shimmering hair to tie it up in a bun.

"Man its so hot today, at least there's trees to cover. But the heat still gets to me." said Rubi slowly moving her body down to the ground.

Rubi rested there for awhile until she spotted a town. Her face appeared to make a movement. A smile had appeared on her delicate face. She stood up and made sure her weapons were secure. Rubi took her wooden stick and used it as an extra leg to give her strentgh.[/COLOR]

In the middle of the forest Suteneko stops by a lone house and sits on an abandomed wood pile, long black hair tied up behind her in a pony tail. Notu doubls baack and sits infront of her, looking expectantly. "We have a long walk to the next town and your nose is good enough to follow it tommorow." Her usually smiling eye dull with anger and sorrow. "Notu," she looks at him and waves her hand at the countryside, "Have fun." she say as she watches him lope off. Gathering her bo she checks the end of it, another bo is straped to her back at an angle, and a katana hangs at her waist. Sighing she walks around the house and finds a small pond around wich watercress grows, and rice in small patches. "A feast!" she says brighting, looking in the house she finds several small pans. "They must have left in a hurry." Filling the pans with water she starts a fire outside and boils the rice and watercress. Notu comes back with a rabbit, after skinning it she keeps little of it for the pot and throws the rest to Notu. Serching the pond's bottom she comes up with a few small crawdads. The smell wafers to the road as she digs in. "Notu, sometimes road food is better then home food."

Noi swung hard and missed the man. The policeman jumped back at the force behing the swing. They had both begun to learn not to try to fight him. Noi smiled. This was what he knew how to do, defend himself. As the second policeman tried once again to run behind him, Noi turned the Sway's blade and twirled around in a motion that caught it in the trunk of a nearby tree.
He gasped and let go of his weapon to avoid his enemie's sword. He hadn't realized that he had gotten so close to the forest. "Got you now kid!" one of them yelled as he pulled out a gun. Noi didn't have time to run as the bullet penetrated his left shoulder. He fell to the ground cringing in pain. The policeman started speaking to each other, he couldn't hear what, but when they finished they threw the Sway on top of him.
He tried to roll over, but the strain was too much. "Here I come Grandpa. I'm sorry that your training didn't save me." As he lost his last shard of conciousnis, he thought he saw three figures running toward him. One of them looked amazingly like what his mother had told him was Kenshin Himoura. What luck was this? He fell asleep as the fgures of Kenji and the gang reached him. They hurridly picked him up and treated his wound, waiting for him to wake.

Tsubaki growled. [I]Shooting... Pffft. That's a true art. Pressing a trigger.[/I] She tied the bandage around Noi's bloodied shoulder. She stood up and looked at Kenji and nodded. "Real skill to shoot a child. Immature...." Tsubaki's voice trailed off before a figure caught her eye.[I]No way. It can't be her....[/I] . Kenji looked at Tsubaki. " What's wrong?" Tsubaki shook her head and smirked. " Nothing. Just thought I saw something." Noi groaned from unconciousness to being concious. His eyes were strained as he looked up at Kenji and the group.

Ic: Suteneko hears a comotion ahead but ignors it, it was probly some anmial, she didn't much care about thoes fights. Instead she helps herself to another bowl of her hoshposh of soup type stuff. Despite the fires she feels cold and drawns the hood of her cloke up over her head. "MAn I'll be glade to get to the next town, we need some stuff. Notu." She watches several birds flit through the trees and smiles at the thought of other people. "Notu, will you keep watch? I'm going to streach out in the shade." She sets her empty bowl down and curls up underneithe a tree, after leaning her bos on the small house.

[Sir Gawain]

There they were. A boy and girl. Why wasn't he dead? His instinct was to ask them questions, but instead he took a look around the room. His shoulder was bandaged, and tightly applied so that it was numb. Then he understood.
Noi turned to look at them, who were watching him. "Thank you. You've helped me a great deal."
The girl smiled. "Well of course, not everyone's as cruel as whoever did this to you. I'm Tsubaki, who're you?" she said offering a hand to help him up.
"Noi." he replied solemnly, accepting her help. After seeing the boy, he knew it had to be Tsubaki who had bandaged him.
"May I ask your name?"
He also smiled, showing that he had a warm heart. "Kenji Himorua. You're lucky that we found you."
Noi startled. "Himorua! As in Kenshin Himorua? Are you his son?" he blurted.
Kenji turned slightly away. Tsubaki didn't say anything. And that's when he knew. Kenshin was either not on speaking terms with his own son, not likely, or he was dead.
"I see. Well, it seems that you've also suffered a great loss."
"What do you mean?" Tsubaki asked suspiciously.
"Somebody killed my grandparents."
And with that, there was a silent agreement that Noi would come with them the Juppon Gatana. However, Kenji was a little alarmed at Noi's level of loyalty. Not surprising, seeing as how it had only been matched to Yahiko's loyalty to Kenshin . . .

[Trigun 11]

[COLOR=DarkRed]Tsubaki shuddered. [I]How does he know?[/I] She thought. She then thought of her grandfather.(everybody'll find out soon enough who he is) . She had a look of fear yet only Kenji could tell. She shook her head as she helped Noi up. " You can pick up things very easily Noi.How could you tell?" Tsubaki popped her neck as she adjusted her sheath to her katana. The group began to walk. It became late in the day. Kenji and Noi's stomachs rumbled. " I see someone is hungry." The males nodded. They went into a resturant which was a bit down the way." My treat!" Tsubaki hid her emotions from Noi. She thought that Kenji knew how she was feeling but She shrugged it off. [I]Nah. I doubt it[/I] She thought as they sat down[/COLOR]

[Persona]

[COLOR=RoyalBlue] Rubi reached the village and began to look for an inn. HSe was so exuasted that she could barely walk any more. She noticed a group of people laughing and joking. Then she gasped as she so Kenji, the son of kenshin. Just as she was about to approach the group she collapse on the ground. Rubi had no water for three days and was dying of thirst. The group saw her and went to her and stared at her body as she lay. They were figuring out how they were going to lift her up, without any fight.[/COLOR]

Suteneko wakes up near sunset, Notu is nowhere in sight so she gathers her weapons, and prepares to leave. After scrubing the pot and burring the remains of her meal she sets off down the road, self consious at the lack of Notu. THe village looms up infront of her suddenly and she walks silently on barefeet, the streets are almost deserted, she spots Kenji and Noi, stoping her gaze follows them. Kenji senses her gaze and looks at her, she quickly moves on. Head down she bumps into someone near the outskirts of town. "HEY, watch it!" the voice comes from a burly man wearing blue. Suteneko looks up at him, "S..s..sorry" she stampers. "Sorry? I'll make you sorry." he makes a grab for her and she knocks his hand away with the bo. Drawing his sword he attacks her, she trips him and jumps back, "Stand and fight." she says quietly, planting the false end of the bo between her feet she twists it until she hears a soft click, she smiles swwetly, "stand and FIGHT!" she yells the last word and it echos through the darkening streets. THe man turns in an ofensive stance, "No one insultsUraby Koumri, espically not a girl." He charges her and she brings the bladed end of her bo up and over in a slanted arch cutting from the man's hip to shoulder, the strudy blade digging in deep and sending a shower of blood across the street.
Kenji and Noi drawn by the shout witness the fatle blow, they stand in shadows, the blood spray ends near their feet. Notu bounds out of the shrub to sniff at the carcus her growls at her in annoyment and walks over to her. Kenji bounds at him sword drawn, his sword sinks into Suteneko's bo and she looks at him with a eire look in her eyes. "Don't." she says coldly, "Not on your life." Notu growls at Kenji menicingly. Kenji holds Suteneko's gaze for a few minutes then straightens. Suteneko looks backat Notu, she walks to where the false tip laies and picks it up, twisting it back onto the bo.
Looking back at the two she smiles warmly, "Hi, I'm Suteneko, and you?" all traces of hostility weare gone and she atcted l;ike she hadn't done anything.

Sutenko was the kind of person that Noi had been taught to take orders from. She was very harsh and bossy, exactly the girl that his grandfather wouldn't have questioned. But he knew that the girl they had found earlier needed more attention.
She was still unconcious, although she had been given water and food. This was terrible. She could die from this. Tsubaki tended to her while Noi kept a silent eye on Sutenko. He wasn't going to disobey an order, but he wasn't just going to give the girl no attention.
She reminded him of how Kenji and Tsubaki had found him, shot in the shoulder with the Sway laying across him.
"Well, you don't seem too happy," Sutenko startled him.
"Happiness isn't something you can see. But right now I'm more concerned with other things." he replied solemnly. She frowned. No one usually talked back to her, and she wasn't going to take it.
About an hour later, she decided to test what that cumbersome weapon of Noi's could really do. As she readied her bos, the girl woke up and caused everyone to turn, unfortunately making her target move away.
She sighed and walked over to the girl's side.

Sutnenko watches Noi annoyed, she pretended not to notice. Standing by the bed she looks at the girl, "Oh, you don't look so good. What happeden? Hi, I'm suteneko." she points at the wolf near the door and smiles, "He's Notu, hes friendly" she laughes, "Most of the time." Tsubaki walks in the room unnoticed and stares at Suteneko confused. Suteneko feels her gaze and looks back, her eyes brighten and she rushes over to where Tsubaki stands, poking her she leans close to examin her face, "You can't be real." Tsubaki standing with the anime teardrop behind her head punchs her and Suteneko hugs her excitedly. "I thought no one survived, you..you.." she lets go of her friend and slaps her, "You left me in that village." Tsubaki punches her again, "You diserved it. Do you know how much trouble you got me into?" Suntenko frowns, drown trodden she looks at the floor, then looks up and smiles mischioufsly, "Yeah, but it was fun." she walks around her friend and sits in a corner watcheing every one.

[Sir Gawain]

Noi was confused. Apparently Tsubaki and Suteneko knew each other. But that wasn't too important now. The girl who had identified herself as Rubi, had told them about her long and difficult adventure. How she had gone without water.
Kenji smiled. "Well you're alright now. So, you were searching for the Juppon Gatana too."
Rubi nodded. Noi stepped outside. He wasn't very good at comforting people about difficult situations. As he sat down on the building's steps, he pulled a small puzzle box out of his pocket. He had been working at it for about two years.
He steadily moved the pieces into different orders, each of them with a different picture of a weapon. That was the hard part of the puzzle. Figuring out what order the pieces went in. He heard Suteneko laugh inside and smiled.
It was good to be around people again. No one else had been able to comfort them. But these other kids, all of them older than him, made him feel more comfortable. The wolf Notu lay down silently beside him, watching curiously as Noi handled the puzzle.
That night, Noi had nightmares about his grandparents' mysterious killer. He awoke sweating and was only lulled slowly back to sleep at the thought of Sani, the girl from his village, so long ago . . .

Suteneko looks up quickly when Noi wakes up, she glares at him. When he quiets she goes back to her drawings in the dust, she was used to the nocturnal thing and tried to help Tsubaki but always got in the way so she stayed in the corner. She was happy to know that someone had made it out of the village alive but something kept bugging her. She stared at Tsubaki 's back curiously, How had she made it out? Did she know about the attack? Was she one of the ones that had attacked? Suteneko's stomach tightens at the last thought, doubt fills her mind and she looks down. Kenji had said they didn't know anything about the Juppon Gatana, he said that many people had died at their will. He watches over Noi and Rubi with Tsubaki Notu had found a comfortable place on the steps and she feell silenty into slumber wondering if she could trust her old friend.

[Persona]

[COLOR=RoyalBlue] Rubi was still weak from her long walk and all she could do was lie there and stare at the odd crew. She was just confused at what was going on, she new that they all were kinda close and it made her feel like an outsider.

"Ummmm.....hey can you guys tell me why your here...I mean the reason why you guys want to fight." Rubi said in a low voice.

The group stood quiet and stared at her. They didn't want to talk about their misery and past.[/COLOR]

[Sir Gawain]

She had asked the one question that none of them could answer. Fighting was the only way. They were outcasts, seemingly normal kids with extreme abilities with weapons. Fighting was what they were born for, and yet . . .
No one could ever answer that. After the Juppon Gatana were defeated, what then? Noi asked himself this silently. Kenji was very kind, but Noi was going to stick to what he had vowed. He would only kill two of the Juppon Gatana to get even with his grandparents' death. But he would kill their murderer, the Sway would guarantee that much.
He smiled. Rubi had done the one thing that Noi had been taught to avoid, question himself. He looked at Tsubaki, the girl who had saved his life, Suteneko, the girl who would have easily been able to beat him down, and Kenji, his friend and for now leader. Rubi now, who was innocence that none of them could equal. Yes, they might have been just kids, but this little group was as close to a family as Noi had right now.
And he was happy.

Suteneko watches Rubi confused, [I]She doesn't have any blood on h er and yet she carries weapons. She's like a mule, carring all those weapons around with out useing them, it's useless. [/I] Suteneko thinks, [I]Maby she's just tring to be a fighter, though her soul's not into it. [/I] Suteneko shakes her head and leaves the room, she colud hear the other's awnsers later, she need to get out of that room quickly. Notu follows her onto the street filled with people dressed in many colors, tailing behind her for a while then slipping thorugh ahead. Suteneko looks at the shops silently waiting for time to pass, Rubi unnervered her, it was like she couldn't keep her guard up around her innoceent soul. A pitty.
