Fall
Now have any of you guys heard of the release of Microsoft Encarta Encyclopedia? I know, I know, it is going to be released on Sony 1 and 2, but I thought PS 1 nad 2 were complete gaming systems..........well......not so much the PS2, but the PS 1 is..............why would they be releasing an encyclopedia on a Sony Playstation for? And they're also talking about releasing an encyclopedia called something like Britanica.............geez, once encyclopedias get releade on sonys, who knows what will be released after.............:(
Sephiroth
first I've heard about it, and it would be stupid to do so too, people buy consoles to play games on, not to study, hardly anyone will buy them when they are released....
Zidargh
Might as well just make a sequel to Bob the Builder or Teletubbies. They'll have as much luck as selling these games as the encyclopedias.

zenmonkey
wow ya know actually that's not a bad idea!!!! think how much fun that could be, an interactive encyclopedia (having a gamer slant to it would be awesome but i doubt it would) . . . but seriously though, imagine ps2's graphics and sound etc, watching a krebs cycle or the building of the roman coliseum or something . . . yeah pbs is great but when the tele-thons are on, this could do the trick! [/B][/QUOTE] You know, you've put that into fairly good words there, in a way it could be good.......... But about 90% of all people who own a playstation, they're mostly complete gamers, and would die if they got bought an encyclopedia for the favourite gaming system for their birthday.............
