OOC: Just so you know, my last post was supposed to have taken place the night befor the current events.

Alex blew a stream of smoke from the cornor of his mouth. The ciggarette had burned out, so he flicked into the car-filled street. He was standing amongst a worried crowd, who were hovering over a women who had fallen, or collapsed, Alex was unsure. Whichever it was, this women was not normal.
[I]Yes, this is the one. This is the one who holds the key to the location of the succubus.[/I] Alex, wordlessly, made his way to the front of the crowd, were he glanced, uncaringly, at the girl lying on the pavment. Strange, the women looked like she was wraped in pain. Alex didn't have anything to do with her, but the Symbiote had told Alex that he had to follow her. So, when the ambulance came, he would amke sure to hitch a ride. The Succubus was supposed to die. He didn't know why, or how he would kill a Succubus on the level of the one he had seen, but he knew, or at least the Symbiote told him, that he had to. So he would.
The blaring siren of the Ambluance finally came, and a wicked smile crossed Alex's face.

[SIZE=2][FONT=Book Antiqua][COLOR=DarkSlateGray]Imogen groaned as she was hauled onto the stretcher, she could vaguely recognise shapes around her, they were saying something...but she couldn't quite catch it.
The pain in her head was immeasurable and she swore her skull was about to burst, a whimper of pain seeped from her dry lips and she curled up on the bed, only to be pulled out flat by the paramedics.

They unbuttoned her blouse and checked her heart rate, blood pressure and pulse, hooking her up to a life support machine. Imogen winced and looked back just as the doors were closing, she noticed a man. There was something about him that chilled Imogen to the core, she shivered and then balked, spraying blood and bile all over the doctor in front of her. She gasped and clawed at her throat, coughing and splattering blood across the clean, white sides of the ambulance.

The medics stared and tried to help her, shouting at the driver to put his foot down. All the world became a haze of crimson and nausea as Imogen felt her whole body quake with another wave of pain, thrashing her insides and making her lurch forwards in another spasm of torture.

Blood begun to trickle from her nose as she coughed more, her palms beginning to fill with red, sticky fluid. All the medics could do was stand back and watch, it seemed that when they tried to help, the girls body would just be overcome again with pain and she'd throw up her defences, making helping her a near impossible task.
The driver stamped on the accelerator, grinding the engine to its limits. In a few more minutes the ambulance had skidded into the hospital car park, its sirens still blaring. The doctors rushed out and helped with the stretcher.... all of it became too much for Imogen and she once again slipped into black.[/COLOR]

OOC :eek: That's the first time I've written something like that....[/FONT][/SIZE]

[I]If she dies, were screwed, right?[/I] Alex thought.
[I]Not quite, though it would make it much more difficult for us to track to Succubus without her, it is still possible.[/I]
"Then why the hell are we going after her? She seems useless in her current state anyway." Alex said. He was running down the street as fast as he could, dodging the occasional pedestrian, and working his way to the hospital.
[I]Which is ware you come in, your powers could heal her to the point that she could talk. Enough said.[/I] with that, Alex stopped dead.
"No! No way in hell. I cannot use my powers in public! Besides, they wouldn't let me into the room anyway. Not gona happen." Alex said, defiantly. His outburts brought the gaze of many onlookers, causing huge embaressment in Alex, but he ignored it.
[I]Calm down. I'm sure you can wokr somthing out.[/I]
"Of... of course... you're... right... i must..." Alex mumbled, confused.

At the hospital, a dark man entered trough the elevator. He stood in front of the door labled 18A, where this girl was supposed to be. Inside, he heard many people scurrying around, rushing, and screaming in-audible things, overshadowed by her screams.

[SIZE=2][FONT=Book Antiqua][COLOR=DarkSlateGray]Imogen prayed that the doctors would find some way to knock her out; she would rather be in a coma than experiencing the pain that was racking her exhausted body at the moment. She let out another scream; the doctors winced but continued to fuss around her, not even able to find out what was wrong with the girl.

Imogen again felt a wave of cold come over her and then it all seemed to stop suddenly. A single drop of blood dripped from her pale chin onto her crimson stained hospital gown and she sat, panting slightly from her exertions.

The doctors all stood in shock, wondering what the hell was going on with this kid when they heard an argument outside.

"I have to see that girl, she is very important! Do you know who I am?"

Imogen didn't recognise the voice but for some reason, an image from that man appeared in her head. She gasped and clamped a sweaty palm over her mouth. The security guards argued with the man outside,
"I don't care if you?re God, mister, the doctors are busy!"

One of the doctors shook his head as he regained some sense and he walked to the door, believing the man outside to be a relative pf his patient. He pulled open the metal door and nodded to the security guard,
"She seems to be okay now, let him see her."
The guard nodded and shoved the man in the back,
"Well, go on..."[/COLOR]

Alex had been waiting for over an hour. He was sitting on a backwards chair, his arms resting on the back of the chair, and his head resting on his arm. The dam doctor had taken his ciggarette, so he was pretty nervous, having a ciggarette usually calmed him down.
"Comon, wake up already." Alex said, befor he sent another image into her brain, to try and shock her awake.
[I] Be paitent, Alex, if we rush her she may die. And then we will be in for quite a long search.[/I]
"Shutup you stupid spector. Usless." Alex said, rolling his eyes.
"Wh-Who the hell are you?" It was the girl, she was finally awake.
[I]Tell her you are a friend, Alex, it would be best not to frighten her.[/I]
"I am... Well, I am a friend. You can call me Alex, I am here to help you."
"Alright... I guess..." The girl replied. She seemed to have relaxed considerably.
[I]Now, Alex, she may not know that she knows the location of the Succubus, you may need to search her memory. I think you can handle that.[/I]
This is good, Alex thought, she is unable to sense me, I hope.
"I would like to know somthing. The location of this women." Alex handed her a picture, h had created it from memory using magic, of the Succubus.
The women had fear in her eyes. She still seemed stuned from her incedent.
"Do not worry, I merely need to know. If you tell me, then I will leave you to your rest." Alex said, making his voice sound comforting.
"H-Her? I... I do not know." The girl stammered.
"You are sure? Well, looks like im gona have to do this the hard way." Alex muttered words of magic, and a small green glow eminated from his palm.
"Wh- What are you?!" The girl tried to scream, but didn't have the strenght.
Alex forced her palm to her smooth forhead, and began searching.

For the third time since any of this had started, Connor found himself immersed in darkness. Of course, he wasn't really aware of it. Several doctors moved about him, examining and treating the wound in his chest. It wasn't incredibly deep, but still made quite an impact.

His eyes struggled to open. The monitor next to him beeped in the steady pattern of his heart beat. It all seemed very surreal to him now. The doctors hardly noticed he was waking until his hand moved shakily, clutching his chest.

There was an instant flurry of action from them, doing whatever it was doctors do. Connor didn't know or care. His mind was empty, until only one word echoed throughout it.

[i]Lyllith[/i]

The steady beeping grew faster and his eyes, previously trying to open themselves, clenched shut. Silent sobs started to burst from Connor's heart, making the heart monitor start beeping erattically and his whole body to cringe. The doctors tried to restrain him, but tears kept coming and his mouth opened, but no sound came forth.

Under the stress and the ever present knife wound, his heart faltered. It quickened, then flickered. A long, steady beep rang throughout the room. The doctors scrambled to help, but everything seemed still. Connors eyes opened at last and stared longingly at the ceiling. He didn't fight it. Didn't fight the will to die.[/FONT]

[COLOR=DarkSlateBlue][FONT=Book Antiqua][i]?Hold on, Connor, don?t die! You can?t die! Just hold on? for me?? [/i]

[I]?Connor, oh, Connor. I?m so sorry? Connor!? [/I]

[I]?Connor!? ?Oh, dear gods.? [/I]

[FONT=Palatino Linotype]His eyes closed, fists clenched. With a single tear running down his face, his heart jolted. The monitor returned to its steady beat.[/CENTER][/COLOR][/FONT][/COLOR]

[Revelation]

[size=1][color=#696969]Looking to the guy who had bumped her, Eterea ignored this and walked on. Yet, suddenly screams and shouts began to cloud her mind and give off feelings of pain and sorrow. These feelings and sounds were so immense that Eterea had trouble walking. Her vision began to blur and the images in front of her began to weave in and out. Her steps began to stray as she put 3 fingers to her temple. With a quick sigh, Eterea turned around and walked home.

Eterea walked into the building and walked to her apartment, still holding onto her temple. Lunas, Veritas, and Kaiser looked to their master, knowing that something was wrong with her. They weren't just Eterea's pets, but they were creatures blessed by the Fates and Death, given to this human with demonic powers. They could feel that a new power had risen and was taking its course into her body, yet it seemed that Eterea wasn't ready for this new power, she could feel its strength surging through her the way lightning surges through metal rods.

With a quick sigh, Eterea collapsed onto her bed and quickly fell asleep with throbbing pains in her mind. The three animals nodded to each other and Lunas had left the room while Veritas flew out to seek any demon, leaving Kaiser to protect their master from any pain. He rested his muzzle beside her hand, whimpering and worrying, not knowing what was going on within that pain within her mind.

[B][I][U]Meanwhile within Eterea's MIND[/B][/I][/u]

Awaking from her deep sleep, Eterea shook her head and saw only opaque darkness. She then heard the screams and shouts again. Gasping and jumping, Eterea stood and walked through the darkness, listening to the screams, letting them guide her. Stifling sobs, blood-curdling yells, sadness, pain, and anger all flowed around her. The darkness soon cleared and Eterea was pulled somewhere.

[B]"The screaming...it's gone. Where am I?"[/B]

Looking around, Eterea could see people dressed in nurse's outfits and doctors in long, white jackets. She could also see patients being pulled here, hurried there. It was all confusing, yet Eterea was walking. She didn't know where her feet were taking her, but they took her somewhere.

Stopping near two rooms, Eterea looked into the left and could see a girl with a monitor beeping beside her. She then looked into the right and could see a boy lying with wires all around him and a steady beat upon his monitor. She felt a great presence around the two, it was the same presence. It seemed that these two were touched by someone...or something.

With a strange vibe, Eterea quickly turned around only to find herself elsewhere once more. This time she was in a large palace-like dome. Silhouetted figures circled her and began to talk to each other. From the sky above came a winged creature, Eterea assumed it to be a succubus and was right. It had landed in front of 3 figures hidden from sight. Another figure was to the right of her, it was a demonic creature, female perhaps. To her left was a demonic creature of the male gender. Fear easily overtook her soul when a dark cloud appeared above and a hand reached down towards Eterea.

[B]"NO! Stay away from her, Death!"[/B]

The hand ceased and Eterea was overwhelmed with emotions again, it was not her own. Anger poured around her as well as sympathy. Rage and sorrow flowed through her as well. She began to breathe heavily, fearing for the worst. But, the winged creature stepped forward and touched her shoulder. Eterea gasped and jumped, wanting to crawl away, to get away from this nightmare, but she didn't. She looked to the creature and felt something. It was not fear.

[B]"Don't be afraid."[/B]

The creature helped her up and once Eterea stood, she was able to control her emotions. This time, her full power was restored and in this desolate palace-like dome, Eterea transformed it into her own. She filled the place with anthropian guards, dragons that were laying at the foot of a silver throne, and statues emerged from nowhere. The creature smiled and the hand above wrenched itself back into the darkness.

Looking about, light immersed all around and the female demon came forward, while the male demon walked further from Eterea. The 3 figures came forward and looked to Eterea, then two anthropians came to her. A lycanthrope warrior and a panther anthrope stood before her, bowing to her. Suddenly a hawk flew through the open space and onto the shoulder of the panther.

The pain, sorrow, and rage had all been erased from her mind and there was laughter and happiness.

[B][U][I]Back In Reality[/B][/I][/U]

Lunas had returned with Veritas and the 3 animals looked to their master. It was at this moment that she had awakened. She sat up and could see perfectly. The pain did not cloud her vision nor did it give off a throbbing pain. Everything was clear and yet, she wondered?

[B]?Was it real??[/B][/size][/color]

[center][font=veranda][size=1]OOC: Arika, that was confusing. I?m going to post anyway, but I hope I don?t screw anything up. V_V

IC: Lyllith watched as the princess? eyes glazed over. She mumbled something, and Lyllith looked over as the panther padded into the room. She bowed once to Death, then went to Lyllith.

<[I]Lady, she is starting to awaken.[/I]> The intelligent eyes of the large cat watched her. ?[b]This is interesting. Well, I will help; when I am done.[/b]? The panther nodded, and disappeared into the shadows.

Lyllith turned back. ?[b]Death, I swore I would protect Connor. Nyler violated his rights, and thus, I must do all I can. I feel more like a fallen angel than a demon.[/b]? A weak smile flooded her lips. ?[b]So richeous.[/b]? Nyler growled, ?[b]Your pathetic. Sister, stop medling with that humans dreams![/b]?

The princess whirled as the dream ended. ?[b]Keep your mouth shut. She is of higher rank than you or I, brother, and could kill you if she tried to.[/b]? Nyler glared, and turned on his heel to stalk away. Lyllith bowed to the two royalty left , and said, ?[b]I?m checking on Connor and then I?m going to see about the girl.[/b]? They nodded, and Lyllith left.

She walked down the street as the blonde Vanessa, and got to the hospital. She walked in, and held her coat closer to her body. When she made it to Connor?s room, she talked with the guards. One was running his eyes along her, and she said, ?[b]Sir, can I see him? I?m his girlfriend.[/b]? He instantly looked into space, and said, ?[b]Hold on.[/b]? He went inside, and a couple doctors rushed out, letting her in.

Lyllith rushed over to Connor, and took his hand in hers. His eyes opened to see her. ?[b]Connor? Oh, thank the gods you?re okay![/b]? Connor recognized her. She watched him.[/center][/font][/size]

[FONT=Palatino Linotype][COLOR=DarkSlateBlue][CENTER]Connor, though hardly able to keep himself alert, smiled to Lyllith. He felt tears swell in his eyes, but none fell- he had cried too much already. He tried to talk, he wanted to tell her how glad he was she was here, that she was Ok. He wanted to tell her how much he loved her, and how he would never leave her.

Instead of this, however, he coughed at the attempt to speak and pain surged in his chest. His hands tightened on Lyllith's. She looked so worried and so heartbroken, but he pulled her closer and smiled, letting her know he was Ok.

Connor reached a hand out to touch Lyllith's face. Even disguised as a human, he could feel the beautiful, perfect face underneath. Taking a deep breath, he managed to speak, "Lyllith... don't... don't let him get to you..." he was talking about Nyler. "I... I love you..." He had to choke back more tears, "and I always will..."[/CENTER][/COLOR][/FONT]

[Skye]

[size=1][font=veranda][center]Lyllith held his palm to her lips, and whispered, ?[b]Please? don?t strain yourself. I love you, too, Connor, despite the fact that I shouldn?t. [/b]? She smiled, and let his hand rest back on the bed.

Bending down to kiss him lightly on the cheek, and murmured in his ear, ?[b]And I promise, no matter what your mom thinks, I am making it up to you once your better.[/b]? She could see his visible flush, and she stood, smiling.

Lyllith blew him a kiss as she left, ignoring the guards as she did so. Next stop: that mysterious demon-holder. Soon she arrived at the girls apartment. She knocked on the door, and a tousle haired girl opened the door. ?[b]Yes?[/b]?

Lyllith smiled. ?[b]Are you Eterea?[/b]? The girl nodded slowly. Lyllith said quietly, exerting all the force she could, using Voice (notice the capital V), ?[b]May I come in?[/b]? Eterea nodded, slightly confused. Lyllith stepped in, and the door closed. She looked to the panther and dog lying calmly on the floor. ?[b]Hello, Lunas, Kaiser.[/b]? She looked up at the hawk. ?[b]Veritas.[/b]?

Eterea whispered, ?[b]How do you [I]know?[/I][/b]?[/font][/size][/center]

[size=1][color=#696969][B]OOC:[/B] Don't worry, that's right. ^_^ And....I guess I should clarify a bit more next time. It did sound a bit vague and it sounded as if Eterea was [i]actually[/i] there. When in reality, it was all just a vision.

[B]"How do you [i]know[/i]? Uhm...please, sit down."[/B]

The girl sat and Veritas flew to her. This had surprised even Eterea for Veritas trusted no one and flew to no one other than herself, Kaiser, and Lunas. Confused and baffled, Eterea sat on the couch adjacent to the girl. Once she sat down, something strange came to her. It was as if she knew the girl, it was as if she had seen her somewhere.

With a smile, the girl looked to Veritas. He chirped joyfully as she stroked his speckled breast. Eterea looked to the girl and suddenly, that same power came to her, except at this moment, not so many emotions flew to her. This emotion was something of trust and a bit of knowing. Eterea sat there for a bit before realizing that the girl was her guest.

[B]"Oh. How rude of me. Would you care for a cup of tea or coffee?"[/B]

[B]"Hmm? Oh, that's quite alright. You asked how I knew, yes?"[/B]

Veritas cooed and flew to Lunas' head. Eterea walked back with a cup filled with strange herbs and scents unknown to the human nose, but not to the demon's. She nodded and sat down, sipping on her tea, looking into the girl's eyes. There was something familiar about the glimmer in her eyes, but Eterea couldn't place it.

Once Eterea sat down, Kaiser and Lunas stood. Kaiser walked to Eterea, but Lunas walked to the girl. Raising an eyebrow in confusion, Eterea held her tea. It was strange that her animals would go to a person they had just met and it was even stranger that Lunas would be comfortable around this girl, this girl who all of a sudden appeared at her front door, asking if she was Eterea and calling out her animals' names. The girl scratched Lunas' ears and looked to Eterea, who's face was filled with questions.

[size=1][font=veranda][center]Lyllith smiled, and kept scratching Lunas? head. ?[b]Where do I start?

My name is Lyllith. You, Eterea, are one of the few humans chosen to hold a dormant demon.[/b]? She watched the girls reaction, and let her disguise drop. ?[b]And rarer still, we had [I]three[/I] volunteers to come help you should you need it, and rarest of all, the demon inside seems to have melded into your real self.[/b]?

The girl across from started shaking. She leaned back, pressing one palm to her temple. ?[b]This is?[/b]? Lyllith cocked her head. ?[b]Confusing, eh? I understand. I, myself, am a succubus. Lunas here has been helping me keep track of your demon for a long time. Kaiser has kept you safe from your own emotions, powers, and those of others, while Veritas has kept those of [I]my[/I] world at bay.[/b]?

Lyllith paused, sipping her tea. She raised an eyebrow. ?[b]Interesting mix, I must say. I can smell the mint, and? yes, there is blackberry. Hmm? lythorn, and conabead. A lovely taste, and a calming effect.[/b]? She smiled, and set her cup down.

OOC: >_< No, lythorn and conabead were made right off the top of my head, sorry.[/size][/font][/center]

[FONT=Palatino Linotype][CENTER][COLOR=DarkSlateBlue]Connor sighed after Lyllith left. He just wished he could be with her all the time. He had plenty of time to think about it here in a hospital. But as this thought passed, several doctors came in to inform him he was going to be fine and they were moving him to another room for him to stay in for a while. At least it would be more comfortable.

When he questioned them on the whereabouts of his shirt, they told him they had made sure his mother had it and that htey would provide clothes until he left. Speaking of his mother, they also asked if he wanted to see her.

Connor imagined his mother was in tears and deeply confused as to why this had happened, or what had happened in the first place. He shook his head and they helped him stand up.[/COLOR][/CENTER][/FONT]

[Revelation]

[size=1][color=#696969]Still in disbelief, Eterea sipped her tea. She had always been interested in the supernatural, but always thought of them as stories and fiction. She had never thought of it to be true or otherwise. Chills ran down her spine as she thought of the dorman demon within, yet that brought up questions.

Eterea put her cup on the glass coffee table and looked to Lyllith who sipped her tea as well. Veritas cooed while Eterea fumbled around with a piece of string that was unravelling at the bottom of her shirt. She looked up once more and Lyllith had put her cup down onto the table as well.

[B]"I...have a question for you..."[/B] It seemed that Lyllith had already known that questions would soon enough fill her head. [B]"My powers...would it mean that...that...I'm becoming...a demon?"[/B]

Sighing, Lyllith began to answer this question. It was hard to explain, but Lyllith tried as she could to help Eterea understand the situation at hand. Not many are chosen to hold a dormant demon, but Eterea was a different case. She held a dormant demon even at the beginning of her years. It had never shown itself until a year ago.

[B]"Well, from what I know, I can only assume that the demon within is not awakening but its powers are growing, emerging out into the surface."[/B] A confused face looked to Lyllith. [B]"Uhm...Eterea. There are those who are born with the power or ability of a demon, while others are given to. Then there are the rare few that are chosen to have a dormant demon within, such as yourself. It could also be a possible fact that you are one of the rarest to have a demonic and human genetic code that intertwined with each other. Confusing, eh? It seems that I am not one to answer your question. We must go to a higher."[/B][/size][/color]

[size=1][font=veranda][center]With those words, Lyllith stood. She beckoned to Eterea, and said, ?[b]Hold tightly to me.[/b]? Eterea slowly came around the coffee table, and tentatively put an arm around Lyllith?s waist. Lyllith wrapped one arm around the girls shoulders, and sighed. ?[b]Hold tight.[/b]?

With that, she launched into the air, and with a crack, the two were gone. Lunas padded into the shadows to disappear, and Veritas followed Lyllith?s motions. Kaiser followed Lunas.

When Eterea opened her eyes, she and Lyllith were standing in the bleak hall of Death. Eterea?s eyes were open wide. She whispered, ?[b]Who are they?[/b]? She looked at all the figures along the walls. ?[b]So you can see them.[/b]?

Lyllith slowly let go of Eterea, and smiled. ?[b]Hallo, Lunas.[/b]? Walking over to them was a tall, lithe looking boy ? his features were definatley cat-like. A black tail swished back and forth behind him. His dark green eyes were smiling.

?[b]So good to see you, Milady Eterea.[/b]?[/size][/font][/center]

[size=1][color=#696969]With eyes wide open, Eterea could not believe what she was seeing. Shadows lurking in the darkness, always changing positions and shapes, and the tall, cat-like human before her. It was all strange to her, yet all so familiar. It was as if she had been here before, somehow it seemed as if she knew exactly where she was, yet at the same time...she didn't know. She wanted to question Lyllith, yet dared not to ask.

[B]"Lady Eterea, Lady Lyllith, follow me please."[/B]

Eterea looked to Lyllith who followed the human-feline. Without a question, Eterea followed as well. She felt uneasy as she walked, she felt eyes glancing towards her, staring straight into the very depth of her soul, searching for something. She couldn't help but know and feel everything around her. It was as if she belonged, yet, she knew nothing of.

Shadows began to gather along the walls, figures appeared above, whispers began to louden, and her heart began to beat at a fast pace, her breathing became faster, and her fear began to rise. She couldn't hold it in any longer. It was too much. She had to get out of there, she knew they wanted something from her, but they couldn't take it. She ran foward and bumped into Lyllith, who looked back at the wide-eyed, hyperventilating, fearing Eterea. Lunas had stopped as well.

[B]"Eterea? Is something the matter?"[/B]

Not able to speak, Eterea stood and shook her head. She then took a deep breath in and nodded. Lyllith stood in front of her and held out a hand, a helping hand. Once the hand was in hers, Eterea felt as if a barrier was created around Lunas, herself, and Lyllith. It was as if nothing could destroy them. The shadows began to disperse from their places, they began to feel the strength that Eterea was regaining. The demon within began to rise and nothing could stop it from its reign.[/size][/color]

[size=1][font=veranda][center]Lyllith looked to Lunas. Lunas nodded, and started off at a brisk pace. People glanced out of doorways in the murky hall, watching them. At the end of the corridor was a pair of large double doors, which Lunas opened.

Lyllith, still holding Eterea?s hand, entered, the girl in tow. All the noises, the strange magic, suddenly disappeared. This made Eterea jump. Lyllith smiled. ?[b]I know, the sudden silence is startling.[/b]?

A figure unfolded from the corner, and a dog-like human came forth. From the tall, vaulted ceiling a figure dropped. A female, whose arms were covered in feathers, and had talons, and hard lips. And her eyes..

?[b]Eterea, Kaiser and Veritas.[/b]? The two bowed. Lyllith turned to the girl and placed a hand on her forehead. The three guardians formed a circle around them, and Lyllith chanted something. Tuneless, and the words made themselves forgotten as soon as they were spoken.

Eterea cried out, and dropped to her knees. Large wings protruded from her back, making a cracking sound as they unfolded, and spread her bones to let them pass. Blood spurted from the flesh wounds, and Lyllith knelt next to her. So did the guardians, still in the rings.

A shiver ran down Connor's spine. He was lying in a hospital bed now, several bandages wrapped around his chest. There was something ethereal in the air, like when something malevolent is hiding in the shadows. He swallowed and hugged himself, tryign to thwart imaginary cold.

He could swear he saw a light flicker briefly, but convinced himself he was imagining things. A flicker of blackness. Connor froze. He didn't feel like a nightmare was coming on... but something had deffinately forced its way into his mind. It flickered again, this time slightly longer.

Connor got the smallest glimpse of what looked like... a girl? No, a demon. It must have been. He wasn't phased by the thought of demons anymore though, at least, not since Lyllith had shown what demons were capable of. Did that even count? After all, she was under a curse...

The image flickered again, this time long enough to see movement. She was deffinately a demon, but in pain. Four figures surrounded her, one of them familiar. But yet it was still too fast to recognize. After a minute, it seemed to stop and Connor was left wondering what he had just seen and why.[/COLOR][/FONT]

[Revelation]

[size=1][color=#696969]With blood-stained wings, torn flesh, and her back burning with pain, Eterea was no more. She was becoming Morganna, the darker half, dormant from centuries before. Lyllith looked into Morganna's eyes. A beautiful gray appeared with amber cat-like slits, it then changed to a cool, icy blue color with black pupils, which then changed back to the normal gray. It seemed that Morganna's eyes changed according to what true emotion she had felt.

As Morganna stood, the flowing, chocolate brown hair had changed to a color of raven black with silver streaks, though her hair changes according to the seasons and weather. The three guardians and Lyllith stood with Morganna, knowing that the demon had been awakened. Her raven hair flowed from left to right as a slight breeze passed through.

[B]"Lady Morganna, what an honor it is to see you once again."[/B]

With a smirking smile, Morganna replied. [B]"Hundreds of years have passed, yet I remember all. I have been resurrected into this body and yet, she is the only one who has been able to surpass all this pain, endure it all. I am not only honored to serve this body, but am blessed. I thank the Fates for this. And speaking of the Fates, since I have returned, what rank do I hold at this moment?"[/B]

At that moment, a figure appeared from the darkness of the doors. The demon princess had shown her face at last and Morganna took a nodded to her in greeting. Her flowing burgundy robe touched the ground and slithered behind, almost as if snakes were trailing with her. A great aura surrounded this demon and a great respect appeared before her.

[B]"Perhaps I can be of help."[/B][/size][/color]

[size=1][font=veranda][center]Lyllith nodded. ?[b]Morganna, this is our Lady Naomi, the true daughter of Death.[/b]? Naomi smiled, brown eyes flickering gold for a brief moment, then sobering.

?[b]Morganna, you may not remember me, but I was born just before you were overpowered. That was when Death was weakest, and minions of He who Rules sent you away.[/b]? Her eyes clouded, changing to a silver colored.

?[b]My eyes do as yours do, Morganna. At the moment, since you have been gone for so long, though it feels to only be a day or two to we demons?[/b]? The thought for a moment, and then continued, ?[b]You would be, as the humans would say, revered. No one expected you to come back. Feared, maybe, and maybe even thought to be a lie.[/b]?

Lyllith turned, and spoke with Veritas. The winged female nodded, and disappeared.

Then Lyllith said, quietly, ?[b] Naomi? I am sure you can fill her in better than I can. I have some unfinished business to attend to.[/b]? The princess nodded, and Lyllith spread her large, crimson wings before launching gracefully into the air, and disappearing.

Naomi watched her go with a thoughtful expression. ?[b]I feel so sorry for her, Morganna. My brother has cursed her with human feelings and needs ? she has fallen in love.[/b]? She sighed. ?[b]Unfortunately for her, when the curse is gone, the bond with that human will still be there.[/b]?

OOC: Jacob, I am going to have Connor have gotten out of the hospital already, kk? ^_^

IC: Lyllith knew Jacob was back home, and so she walked quietly down the street in human guise. She wore tight black jeans, boots, a black tank top, and a black trench coat. Her hair was braided.

She walked up to his door, and sighed. [I]Here goes nothing?[/I] The girl knocked, and looked at her feet, green eyes hazy.[/size][/font][/center]

Connor's haf conscious mind ripped into reality. He sat up in his bed, still tired from drugs they gave him at the hospital. Instantly, the familiar ethereal feeling of Lyllith's presence washed over him, and his heart beat a little faster. He stood up and checked the small hallway. His mother was still asleep thankfully. She had been stressed out, especialy after giving him a good, sorrowful lecture on what he had done.

Connor opened the door, smiling warmly when he saw Lyllith, even when she was in human disguise. He wanted to cry out, but hugged her instead. She returned the embrace, a similar expression on her own face. "My mom's sleeping..." he said in just over a whisper, "You wanna go somewhere?"

A few minutes later, Connor had grabbed a jacket, written a note to tell his mom he was out, and walked out the door with Lyllith. Once out of the apartment, they simply walked down the sidewalk for a while, holding each other's hands. Neither was sure where they were going.[/COLOR][/FONT][/CENTER]

Confusion ran through Morganna's mind. It felt like centuries have passed while she was dormant in the body of Eterea's. She did not understand the demon prince's curse. A demon with human feelings and needs? She shook her head and wanted to know more about before we awakening.

[B]"Come with me."[/B]

The demonic princess lead the demoness down a large corridor filled with images and statues of events and creatures that Morganna began to remember. Lady Naomi stopped in front of large, golden double doors with brass trimming. This room was a room hidden from sight and mind, it was a room locked away and kept a secret. Naomi spoke a chant, for only she and Lyllith knew the chant to open the doors, the doors that lead within. It had opened and Naomi lead Morganna in.

[B]"Welcome home, Morganna."[/B]

A feeling of awe washed over Morganna. Crimson red curtains of silk with gold trims glided against the two large windows in the room as the winds passed within. Morganna looked around and felt the gray marble underneath her feet. Her raven hair brushed against her dull azure blue with pale gray skin as she walked into the lighted room, scented with lavender and jasmine incent. The familiar smells had returned to her and the smell of jasmine, condabead, lavender, and morning cherry blossoms came to mind.

[B]"This room...it has been closed since my overpowerment, no?"[/B]

Naomi nodded and continued her story. [B]"All who served under you or knew you, feared for the worst when He who Rules sent you away. It was a devastating time for us and all demons ceased their peace and hatred came into place. I was taken under your wing before you were sent away. Devastating and a tragic moment it was. But, prophecy held it that, you would return and hold your power once more, bringing peace and quiet to the demon world. You would bring order and no one would dare to overrule or speak out against you once more."[/B]

Questions still ran through her mind. Morganna knew there were other rooms where she had spent her days as a demon. Yet, she still wondered what Naomi was talking about. She thought it would come in due time as they traced back the memories, allowing every detail to emerge from their hidden areas. Everything would come in due time.[/size][/color]

IC: Lyllith felt secure, and let her fingers lace in with Connor?s. They made for the park, where Lyllith had run to, and the two walked along the large field. They walked together along the forest, when finally, Lyllith stopped. They were out of sight of anyone who might know them.

Lyllith turned, dropped her disguise, and flung her arms around his neck. He wrapped his arms around her waist, and she kissed him lovingly. When their lips parted, Lyllith just stared into his eyes, her own gold ones relaxed. ?[b]Oh, gods, Connor, I thought you were dead![/b]?

The two watched, and then Lyllith kissed him again. ?[b] Don?t ever do that again![/b]? Now her eyes were furious and wet, and she said, ?[b]Or I?ll, or-[/b]? Connor laughed at her frustrated expression, and silenced with another kiss.[/size][/font][/center]

The world seemed to fade out and then blink away around them. Perhaps it was because both Connor and Lyllith had their eyes closed, but it was more likely a much deeper feeling. With every kiss, their lips seperated more relunctantly. Connor found he was breathing a little faster, the taste of Lyllith's lips lingering in his mouth.

The hurt in Lyllith's eyes faded away slowly, the relaxed look returning. They both seemed like they were ready to try again, but Connor was struck with a thought. "Lyllith..."

She came to attention, her eyes attentive. "I had a vision earlier... in the hospittal." The demon's eyes widened a moment, worried at what might have happened. "It wasn't another nightmare," Connor assured her, "But... I saw, a girl, or a demon... she was in soem kind of pain, and there were four others around her..." He gazed questioningly into her eyes.[/COLOR][/CENTER][/FONT]

[size=1][font=veranda][center]Lyllith looked at him in wide-eyed shock. ?[b]You saw that? Oh, wow?[/b]? Her fingers curled through his gently. ?[b]You saw me, three guardians, and the demon in pain is Morganna.[/b]? She saw him shiver; her Lady?s name always did that.

?[b]But? can we forget that right now?[/b]? Connor nodded.

Lyllith relaxed, a smile on her face. Instead of another kiss, she just wrapped her arms around him, and let her head rest on his shoulder. Connor kissed her head, and Lylliht lifted her head to look at him. She smiled, and finally kissed him again.

The demonesses hands detangled from Connor?s hands, and buried themselves in his hair as his hands rested on her hips. The kiss was long, and Lyllith reluctantly broke it when they needed to breath. ?[b]Oh, gods, Connor, I have missed you so much![/b]?

Naomi watched with a smile as Morganna went around, touching familiar things. A tray appeared on the soft, lush magenta bed covers, meat patties steaming. The tray also held slices of different cheeses, fruits never heard of by humans ? and the wine next to it was the first of its kind to be opened in years.
