Request 2D Sprite/PixelArtists for MMORPG needed.

Hello,

We at [url]http://www.digital-eden.net[/url] are looking for talented sprite artists for our 2D MMORPG.
We have a hired professional programmer working on the project, so you can rest assured this will not be one of those projects that never get finished.

It should be completed sometime as soon as January, but what we lack are sprite artists for this game, this is a last recall for any talented artists who are interested in joining the project and joining the Digital Eden team.

Eventually, after months of testing and promoting the game it may go pay to play for a small monthly charge, if so any spriters who have contributed to the project will be paid commission for their work.

We are looking for:

Character sprite artists to draw the main class characters of the game, NPC sprites, and monster sprites.
Talented chipset/tileset artists.
Miscellaneous sprites such as weaponry sprites, spell graphics and item graphics.

And remember, don't apply if you don't have the time for this, we don't have time to be dealing with people who have too many other things to do that they will never get round to spriting for us, it just wastes our time and expectations.

When you apply please include which areas of spriting you wish to do and include a few of your best works in a portfolio.

I think it needs to be made clear that there are NO payment benefits unless the game goes Pay-2-Play.

I have wanted to do something like this. Unfortunately, my professional experience just about only extends to the fine arts. Secondly, I don't have a lot of time to work on anything past classes.

i do this kind of thing alot i make rpg maker 2k3 games and use my own custom sprites
