An Ancient Book...

Long before Noah built his ark, the tales tell of an ancient land called Kiltia... a world where swords and sorcery reigned.

Its learning and power were swept away in the great flood, but one clue to its secrets remained: an ancient book known as the Gran Grimoire, hidden in darkness by the powers that once were.

It is not certain how many copies of the book still exist, but it is said that whoever should hold one holds the power to change the world.

Many lived out their days searching the world for surviving copies, but none were ever found.

It was an illusion, they said. A myth - but one worth dying for.

"I want this world to change for good. I want to see Final Fantasy, the world of swords and magic"

Once crowded with merchants, the small country town of Ivalice has since become rustic. Amongst a row of dilapidated buildings is a second hand bookseller. Within it, lost in time, a book rests. Untouched by hands for many years, in the book firmly shut are strange unreadable characters which record some unknown history.

One day, accidentally, a lonely boy found that book. And with his thoughts turned the normal countryside town of St. Ivalice into the world of "Ivalice", a world of law and chaos....[/i]

Though vigilance and perserverance, Marche sucessfully broke the Five World Crystals, and defeated the Li-Grim, turning the world back to its original self. The Gran Grimoire lays ladden in dust on Mewt's shelf as Marche, Ritz, Donald, and Mewt played Final Fantasy on the Playstation.

[b]"Hey, Mewt, your turn!"[/b] Ritz handed Mewt the controller, and turned to where teh Gran Grimoire lay. She sighed. She no longer dyed her hair, but she didn't need to. It had stayed red. She was joyous. But she so wanted the magical world to come back.

When everyone was going down for lunch, she swiped the Gran Grimoire off the shelf, and stuffed it into her bag.

Ritz lay on her bed, leafing thought the pages quietly. She transfixed her mind on wanting to make the world go back to Ivalice the country, not the town. Ritz's head slowly drooped, and she fell asleep...

The world changed in the blanket of night, and once again was the world of Swords and Sorcery.

Alright, the task is to find the World Threads and destroy them once again...only there's something different. They are hidden in five young children, the Li-Grim in a sixth. The question is, can you kill six innocent children in order to go home?

Explanation of Abilites:

A-Abilites: Each class specializes in something different. Paladins learn holy techniques, while Black Mages learn Fire, Thunder, Ice, etc. These are attack or support.

S-Abilites: Stuff like Weapon Def/Atk+ and Learning. Its basically just a support ability which helps in combat.

Reaction Ability: Things like Reflex, which lets you dodge common attacks like a sword slash or Return Fire, which lets you catch arrows and toss them back.

Bio:March is the new kid because his parents got divorced, but more importantly, his crippled brother needed the fresh air. He was transported to Ivilace and joined a clan, or a unit of different fighters, and took on missions. A few missions after, he found out about the crystals after deafeating one called Famfrit.Marche learned that there was a crystal for each race, and to go home you needed to destroy them all.
After the third crystal was destroyed, Marche was cought by the Judges and thrown in jail after saving a moogle. He talked with Judgmaster Cid and Babus, but a seam opened up to the fourth crystal. Marche destroyed it, and saw Cid apologizing to Mewt back in the real world. He realizes that Marche is right and lets him out of prison. A few missions after that, Marche finds the last seam, but is stopped by a man dressed in red named Llendar. Marche can't harm him, but Cid shows up and puts him in jail.
When Marche reaches the final crystal and destroy it, the world stays the same. He finds out that Mewt won't let it go back. MUCH LATER, he forges a friendship with Cid and Babus, and they develop an Antilaw that will break the Fourtune cast on Llendar. Marche defeats him, but must kill Mewt's mother, Queen Remedi. Once he defeat her, she becomes the Li-Grim, and you kill that. Mewt lets the fantasy go, and the world goes back to normal

[B]Bio:[/B] Ever since she was young, Frida had always dreamed of joining the ranks of the Summoners, Viera who call forth mystical creatures from beyond the abyss. She began her training as a White Mage at age 7, and thanks to sheer determination, learned the most powerful healing spell she could handle, Cura, in less than a month.
However, she quickly grew bored with the white mage academy because of the moralistic code that prevented her from harming others. She left the academy and returned home, only to find that her family had been killed by (according to a shocked neighbor) a monster known as an Inverlilith, or a Lilith that can take on human shape and attitude. (Inverlilith is the boss of the Cursed Bride mission)
So, Frida found her way across Ivalice with her hatred fresh in her heart, and eventually reached Cadoan, completely by luck, and enrolled among the most venerable mages of all time. She learned quickly, and after six months of hard mental preparation and lectures on spirituality, called forth a summoned creature known as Kirin.
Still not satisfied, she set her goals higher: to learn to summon the dragon-god Madeen. She never was able to call Madeen forth, however. Some of the elderly mages at the academy theorized that ?her soul simply wasn?t pure enough for so holy a creature?. Infuriated, Frida immediately stormed out of the academy, and lived out the better part of six years in utter, complete despair, living off the charity of others, for she would never avenge her family with naught but a regenerating summon-spell.
It was at about that time that she met Rayne, the most feared and wanted assassin in all the land. Touched by Frida?s story, Rayne agreed to train her in the art of stealth and assassination. After the most productive and hard-worked six months of her life, Frida mastered the Last Breath technique, a fearsome skill that would kill with a mere touch. Rayne, seeing Frida?s determination, also gave her one of her prized Katanas, the Charfire, a weapon Rayne told Frida ?that she had found under a magical tree?.
With many thanks, Frida left Rayne?s care to set out once again for the Inverlilith that had slain her family. She found a perfect place to call home; a place no-one ever disturbed her, save for the foolish. She proudly called the jagd known as Helje, the town destroyed by its own magic, her home. She operated from there, with the skills and mercilessness Rayne had taught her, and soon found the Inverlilith, though she failed to slay it. She now continues to reside in the Jagd, and has also become one of the most irritating, irksome, and otherwise downright annoying person the palace has ever had to deal with, on account of the fact that she frequently raids the royal chocobo pen and kills the Judges? steeds.

Sesshoumaufan: Your weapons are WAY TO POWERFUL. Nagarok is the strongest single sword in the game. Excalibur2 is the same, and ampifies holy power. TRADE THEM IN. Also, only two A-abilites, not two A-Ability classes. Take out the Paladin, or lower them. Holy Blade and Holy Cross are too powerful.[/color][/size]

Adding on to what Yunsung just said, Sora, I already PMed you about this (I think), but since your character is a Viera, that automatically makes her a female.

On a lesser note, Lrb, 'dual samurai longswords' is not a valid weapon in the Final Fantasy Tactic Advanced world, and your S-Ability slot will have to be 'double sword' now because you are using two swords. As for the actual weapons, might I suggest the 'Blood Sword', 'Victors Sword', or 'onion sword'? Those are pretty strong weapons (for soldiers, that is), but I'm pretty sure they'd be acceptable. Ask Yunsung.
