[B][COLOR=Sienna]"Joey!!" shouted Brandon. "Hurry up in the bathroom, I'm gonna be late for work!" Brandon hurried as fast as he could to get ready for work, but now he was going to be late, because his roommate was hogging the bathroom.
Brandon had no time to waste, he would just have to skip brushing his teeth and washing his face. He ran outside and jumped into his brand new silver Teranno GX, the nicest car on his block. He revved the engine, then he shot off like a bullet flying down Main Street.
He arrived at the Bookstore at 1:30 p.m., meaning he was 30 minutes late. All that ran through his mind now was, "Man, my boss is gonna kill me!!!!!!!!!" When he went around to the front door he noticed that not one light was on in the shop. "What the ****?" he thought to himself. "What's going on?"
Brandon entered through the door and glanced around the room. What had happened? Shelves of books had been knocked down, and books scattered the floor like leaves on a mid-Autumn day. He noticed also that there was a trail of blood leading from the front counter to the back of the store. He cautiously followed the trail, while sweat dripped rapidly down his face. The hair on the back of his neck was standing up now, and he was extremely nervous. "Mr. Harlin?" he whipered. No answer.
Then he saw a crumpled figure lying near the back exit. He ran over to see that it was indeed his boss Mr. Harlin. He was severely beaten and bruised, and cuts covered his lifeless body. Who could have done such a thing? Brandon kneeled down beside his boss and took his wrist; his pulse was slowing down dramatically, and his breaths were limited. He looked up at Brandon with squinted eyes and uttered, "Brandon...listen to me. Ten men were here earlier searching for the one thing I have guarded my entire life, but I would not...give it to them. *COUGH COUGH* I...know they will find it eventually, so I need you to take it. Take it...and use it wisely. Do you understand me? It is in the...rrrr...the wall behind the Greek oil painting. The combination to the lock is 7-3-24-12; now go get it and put it on. When you wear it...you...yo......"
He was now dead, and Brandon got up with a now heavy heart. He walked curiously over to the familiar Greek painting which he had walked by every day, never suspecting that it hid a great treasure. He moved the painting aside and punched a hole in the wall. The wall was not like the others though; it gave way very easily and quickly fell apart revealing a small silver door to the safe. Brandon hurriedly entered the combination and pulled open the door, revealing a small cubby with a brown box in it.
Brandon snatched the box and cut it open with his butterfly knife. He was shocked at what he found; it was a small green gem with a silver border around it. How was he supposed to "wear" a gem such as this? "I felt its energy in my hand, but at that time was not aware exactly what it was. I then felt a need to put the gem to my chest, and so I did. The result was this: A bright light filled the room and blinded my eyes. The gem fused to my chest and gave me a feel of great power. Then the light and energy died down, and things went back to normal."
Brandon ran out of the store and hopped into his car. He had no idea where to go now, but he felt a great desire to drive North. And so he started up the car and drove off.........[/COLOR][/B]

Alright, this rpg has a great background story. Brandon, who works at a bookstore, has now gotten a gem which gives him unheard of power, but he has yet to discover that power. His boss just died, and his roommate thinks he's at work. The Guo Gem which he is wearing, is one of the three legendary Raven Jewels. Now the bad guy that was looking for the gem needs it to complete his collection, for he has one, so he needs to get two more. The third one is held by a mysterious dude that we'll meet later on. He will also be a good guy, by the way. Brandon Milz needs to find that big bad villain and get the gem from him, but he also needs to keep his out of the villain's hands. That big nasty villain has many assassins out looking for Brandon as soon as he finds out that Brandon has it. There are also independent baddies that want it for themselves. So it's a war between good and evil for the elemental powers of the earth, for the Force of Guo. [pronounced "go"][/COLOR]

Name: Brandon Milz

Appearance: Brandon Milz is a cool dude. He stands 6'2" and weighs in at roughly 182 pounds. He has long wavy black hair that reaches down to his shoulders, and his skin is of a very pale complexion. He has green eyes which seem to glow in his face. His lips are soft, and his jaw is well defined. He has a slender yet strong body, and his fingers are quite "bone thin." He wears a silver crucifix on his choker, and his left arm bears a black armband, while his right arm bears a spiked bracelet.
He wears a black shirt with a red symbol on it, and his pants are also black. His boots are actually red, which is very uncommon where he lives.

History: Brandon Milz was born in a small village in Armania, but at the age of two his parents moved over to America to raise him well. He went to school at home, and had no friends at all. He was basically a loner, and his parents started to worry about him when he started staying in his room all day at the age of only eight.
He then went to college in Boston, and he then went on to work at a bookshop, living in an old apartment with his only friend he made in college, Aaron Wrighte.

Powers: Brandon doesn't start off knowing all his powers. He will learn of new ones over time, and he will get more experienced with each one. Here is a list of the powers that he will use in the story:

History: Raised as the youngest of the powerful Galukavitch family, Asamov became egotistical because of his privilaged life. During this time he also became forshadowed by his older brothers, Vlaad and Razuhmihin. Both were accomplished businessmen by the time they reached 25, Asamov was not. He sat at home and learned of his brother's many accoplishments from his father. He too wanted to become great, but without his fathers encouragement he fialed evertime. His endless battle to gain his fathers approval drove him off the deep edge. He left his university, and his fathers house, falling into the wrong crowd he spent his fortune foolishly.

He became even more deached from reality whne his father died. All his life Asamov had strained to get that man's attention, with him gone he fell into a deep depression. While wondering down a crowded market place, an aristocrat rushed past him, dropping several items upon colliding with Asamov's arm. One was a sparkling blue jewel. It called to Asamov, hastily his snatched it up unnoticed by the rich man, still struggling to fetch his belongings. Rushing off to one of his fathers 'connections' he got the itme appraised, finding out the background of the jewel he researched for months until he discovered the true worth of the jewel of Gou.

With this magnificent item under his ownership, it revitalised him, he started a business selling caviar. He boomed into riches again and using his finacial power began to locate the rest of the priceless set of Gou.

Weapons: Bradly has a pistol he calls 'Strife'. It is a heavily modified 9mm Desert Eagle, its long narrow body has been loaded down with tonnes of equipment. Laser sight, powered hammer, and leargly extended clip to name a few.

Appearance: Stealing Jewel from Brandon.

History: Bradly didn't live his life on the streets. But he also didn't live in a comfertable mansion. He lived in an average middleclass house, with average middleclass parents. His parents never really gave him any mind, however, becouse they were always out o 'Buisness'. Bradly accepted that as he grew up, figuring it was for the best of the family. Untill, one day, when his parents came home. Instead of the nice, neat suits they had been waring when they left, they had torn and bloodied bue Japenese style Martial Art suits. His father stumbled through the doorway as best he could. In his hand was Bradly's mother, unable to tell if she was still alive. Bradly was stunned, completly taken back, unable to respond. His father uttered somthing inaudiable. His tounge was gone. Bradly screamed. His father dropped his mother to the floor, leened over the counter, and pulled somthing from his blood-stained belt. It was a book. He handed it to Bradly, who took it in shaking arms. His father smiled, and was still. Never to move again, he slid to the floor. Looking over at his parents lifeless corpses, Bradly knelt down and cried. He cried for hours. Finally, he looked at the thing in his hand. It was a hard-covered book, stained with his fathers blood. The cover was blank, simply a brown leather. Shakingly Bradly opened it. A small blood-stained note fell from withing the cover. It said 'To Bradly, My beloved Son'. The note was unsealed, so Bradly removed the contents. It was a latter that read 'Goodbye, Bradly, I am sorry that it had to end this way. Your mother and I, we were thiefs. We had been hired for this mission by a rich man. If we completed it, we would have become rich ourselves. We didn't. The object we were looking for was a Gem. It was a Saphire Gem, laced with silver. We do not know what power it possessed, but when this man, this young man, took up the gem, he swated us aside using powers unheared of by man. We do not know what this is, but Bradly, we have stolen this book. This book contains the knowladge required to defeat this gem. We need you to do this for us. Avenge us, my Son, Avenge us.' That was it. Bradly stood up, determination in his eyes, pain in his heart. He loved his parents, and he WOULD get revenge on tihs basterd. With that, Bradly started his life on the streets. He quickly becam a feared thug becouse of his uncanny ability with a pistol.

Powers:
Snipa Shot!: Bradly has become famous for his uncanny aim, therefore he has practiced his special one timer shot called Snipa Shot! and he swares he can hit a glass bottle from 350 meters.
Rage: When Bradly becomes angery, his eyes seem to glaze over, somone else takes over his movments, he becomes quick and uncontrolable, screaming in rage as he smashes you in with his fists.
Ki Shield: Bradly, though inexperianced, is fermilliar with the basic arts of Ki manipulation. He learned how to manipulate his Ki into a semi-solid shield tht surrounds his body, protecting him from harm. Takes alot of Ki, However.

Ninja Daggers|Birusu has two long ninja daggers that he carries in his small carrying pouch at his waste area.These daggers are the size from his hand to his elbow and these are also dangerously sharp and made from a hard material called Harudo.

X|He has a sharp x on his arms that can make itself larger in battle.This weapon is attached to his wrist and spins also when in battle.These are also made from the same hard material called Harudo.

Ninja Stars|He carries multiple sharp ninja stars that are all black and are made from the same hard material called Harudo.

Appearance:Birusu has short spikey blood red hair that cover parts of his left and right eye.He has blood red eye brows and blood red eyes with navy blue pupils that are the shape of a diamond.Under his right eye is a tattoo written in an ancient language that says "Virus" but he doesn't know that.He wears a long button up black trench coat that covers his whole body except his head and up.The buttons are navy blue and are the shape of diamonds,and under the trench coat he has navy blue taping on his chest and stomach that are partially ripped up.His body is slightly muscular and he wears a slanted black belt that he carries his daggers and ninja stars in and a pouch is attached to it.He also wears two long gloves that goes to his elbows and ripped up black shorts with deep pockets also and then he wears black martial arts shoes.

History:Birusu was born apart of the dangerous assassin clan called the shadows. Each member of the clan were very deadly and had a different way of controlling darkness.They were all trained to be an assassin as soon as they were born just like Birusu was.At the age of four he was sent to his clans academy where they train young members of the academy like Birusu.This is when he discovered he used the shadow virus techniques which was one of the best techniques know in many of the clans.

Birusu found this very intresting and was training everyday all day and was one of the best students in his academy of assassins.But the ruler of the academy said that there would be a deadly event coming up some year and that if your not ready for it then you should quit.

But Birusu stayed knowing that he was one of the best students in his academy and used one of the best techniques.From then on when Birusu heard about this his training schedual was eat,drink,train,and sleep.Birusu had very few friends and in his spare time all he would do was train.Not many people liked him because of that and because he was like a dork.At the age of six they introduced to the academy the samurai robots that students would train with and each student was assigned a weapon.Birusu was made special weapons that he loved very much and trained alot with.

He broke alot of robots when he got his giant ninja star and daggers and this kept going on untill he turned nineteen.Thats when they finally introduced the dangerous event came that ruined Birusu's life.The event was that each student were to report to a huge collosium with only the instructors and ruler of the academy watching and each student would fight to the death and the last one standing would win.It wasn't only the students who had to fight eachother but they also had to fight the samurai robots.After using many of his techniques Birusu was the last one standing and thats when the ruler of the academy said that this was a set up to kill most of the shadow virus clan but he was tracked down and killed.

This is when there was much sorrow in the clan but Birusu was now considered a true assassin and thats when he turned into a drifter.But before he left they told him about the stories of Guo and how everytime someone leaves the clan they have to search for it.He was told this when he was littler but he didn't search for it yet and he didn't have as much knowlege.This is when he found out about the guo and luckily found one of them using it for his personal use.

Powers: Birusu gets better each time he uses his powers also but he does know how to use them at the beginning his element his shadow virus

History: Rast's father was an assassin, and his father befor him, Rast has been an assassin since he was 15. He is strong willed, quick witted and very good. His first few jobs were for governments, which is his family...specialty. He got into other jobs when his was 18, after his mother's death. "In the shadows be deadly, in the light be honorable." these were the last words his mother said to him befor she died.
For years Rast felt no remorse for his killings, but when he turned 30 his life caught up with him and he begain to struggle with killing from the shadows. It was around this time that he sold off his guns, keeping only his Desert Eagle that his father had given to him.
At 35 Rast was slowly moving away from contracts that didn't involve governments, untill he signed on with Galukavitch the day befor his 43rd birthday...His last contract.
