[color=crimson][i]A bizarre incident occurred in a mansion on the outskirts of an American suburb called "Raccoon City". It was later revealed that the terrible disaster was caused by the T-virus; a mutagenic-toxin created by the international enterprise "Umbrella, Inc." for use in bio-weapon experiments.

The Raccoon City police department's special S.T.A.R.S. Unit immediately began investigation in the affair. The case was apparently closed thanks to the efforts of the S.T.A.R.S. members Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine.

But the Umbrella corporation's experiments were far from finished.

Barely two years after Claire Redfield's attack on an Umbrella facility in Europe while searching for her brother, the infamous corporation set its sights higher. Hiring one Dr. Frank Golian, the experiments to improve upon the creatures termed "Hunters" began in the American suburb Redwood Valley. The already reptilian creatures gained an extra layer of organic armor, increased regenerative capabilities, and a harsher disposition. Congratulations seemed in order, until Golian was struck by one of his own creations.

For safety reasons, the doctor was sealed in a containment unit designed specifically for the newly named "G-Hunters". However, Umbrella's triumph would once again be short-lived. The doctor, due to time constraints, had never tested the GH Strain on a human being. The result was less than pleasant. Maintaining his memories, yet harboring an intense hatred for the corporation responsible for the death of his formerly human self, the doctor lay siege to the inner compound of the facility.

Finally realizing their folly, Umbrella began funding a new research experiment in Europe, one to counteract the strain of GH-T Virus set loose by the rampage. The new mutagen, however, was "tested" on prisoners of the Umbrella corporation. Among these prisoners were Chris Redfield and Carlos Olivera, both of whom had been captured during a recent raid on the corporation's Europe-based facilities. In these test subjects, increased amounts of strength, agility, and regenerative capabilities were observed.

Umbrella was satisfied. They began injecting this new strain, labelled "The DR Strain", into trained soldiers within the corporations private army, the unit being sent out to the already-chaotic Redwood Valley.

None of the team made it back.

However, just after the project was ended and observation ceased, mutations occured in forty percent of the test subjects, Chris and Carlos not included. The exceptions took on a slit pupil, a ravenous hunger for warm flesh was abosrbed, and an intense need for warmth overtook the subjects. Chris and Carlos were lucky. Umbrella named the renegade strain of the virus the "DR-T Strain".

Fearing the worst, Umbrella officials contacted the Redwood S.T.A.R.S. headquarters and received no response. Accepting the loss, Umbrella began yet more bio-weapon research....[/i]

[b]Biography:[/b] Leon was sent to Redwood Valley, the nearest city to his last assignment, Raccoon City, after the incident involving the Umbrella corporation. During his assignment in Redwood Valley, he displayed the same extreme courage and resourcefulness time he showed during the Raccoon City incident and impressed the department's higher-ups, resulting in an appointment to the Redwood Valley Special Tactics and Rescue Squadron. Leon's luck was not about to last, however.

During an investigation of a missing scientist from the R.V.P.D. labs, Leon encountered something that made his blood freeze. A lumbering, bloody thing that vaguely resembled the missing scientist attacked Leon, and it refused to fall until Leon emptied his second clip directly into the crawling thing's skull. Leon, disheartened, realized the nightmare wasn't over yet. In fact, the nightmares within it had grown even stronger since last they met.

It is two weeks later, and Leon is stuck away from the R.V.P.D. headquarters with only a box of shotgun shells, his trusty M1100 and some handy first-aid spray. Numerous bites and scratches mar his body, mainly from a scuffle with several infected soldiers from Umbrella barely a week after the disease began to spread.

[I]Biography:[/I] Born and raised in a not so normal household, it's small wonder that Imogen rebelled against her parent?s ideals.
They were both very outspoken and expressive people, being well known for their very explicit art pieces.
The whole house was littered with paintings of couples, suicide and murder and Imogen, being only very small, grew up knowing about it all. She shocked her pre-school teacher by actually knowing what sex was.

This didn't really worry her parents, and in fact, Seraphina and James encouraged their daughter?s thirst for knowledge.... just so long as she carried on the tradition of painting. For the simple fact that her parents half forced the child into becoming an artist, Imogen pushed away further and further from them, purposefully going against their ideals and rules.

When she was 16, Imogen was doing drugs and smoking, her parents grounded her, banned her from seeing friends...they done everything they could but all of this only caused their daughter to hate them more.

As she got older, Imogen became more mature and sensible and realised that she needed to do something with her life. It was when she was 18 that she discovered her love of writing and gossip.
After publishing a couple of guest articles in magazines and small time newspapers, Imogen was approached by the editor of one of the best known Underground Newspapers; The Shadow.
This newspaper specializes in Government Operations and things that the general public shouldn't know about.
Of course, they have been known to report monsters and other urban legends just to get the hearts of the dedicated readers pumping.
Although most people believe the paper to be foolish and mere gossip, it is very popular with teenagers and those searching for the unknown.

Imogen is one of its best reporters and is desperate to get writer of the year, especially now that she has heard of these 'experiments'.

Bio: Joseph grew it up in Redwood Valley, a sleepy little suburb tucked away in the mountainside. He grew up as a total badass, taking down the bullies that tried to push him around in school. His parents were abusive and paid little to no attention to him or his five siblings. He was the youngest, but by far the toughest. At a young age, his father had been abusive, until Joseph had finally worked up the courage to stand up to him. His father had raped his sister, and Joseph, who had nothing but love for his tender little sister, had been cast into a rage. He had barged into his fathers room, were he sat drunk, and confronted him. He had woken up the next morning tended by his sister, blood circling in a bandage on his skull. Ever since that day, Joseph did nothing but train. Unfortunately, when he was ready to finally confront him, he died in a car accident. Now that he had no use for his skills, nor did, he have a way to vent his anger. He joined the R.V.P.D because he thought that he could unleash his anger on some criminals. He found on challenge. Therefore, sensing skill, the S.T.A.R.S picked him up. Since he has become the leading hand-to-hand fighter on the force. His skills with a pistol are not too shabby either, so he had become quite respected on the force. Though he does not have many friends, he can always be counted on in a fight.

[B]Biography:[/B] Storm met Leon when they were both sent to Redwood Valley for an assignment. She had been discovered during the time of Raccoon City, when the T-Virus was going wild. Storm had been responsible and helped some officers out to get citizens to a safe place. A female officer had given her a small dagger for protection just in case and directed her to where she should lead the group of scared people. Storm had successfully helped and they decided to take her in and send her to Redwood Valley.

Storm had been told about the different types of viruses, zombies, how to get infections, and help with weapons. When she was done with a lot of training, she was accepted into the Redwood Valley Special Tactics and Rescue Squadron. But then there was the infection...

Storm was infected when she was sent on an assignment to find a missing piece of lab equipment in an old warehouse. She walked quietly, to not alert anything of her presense. She spotted the piece of equipment at the back and ran over quietly. Storm bent to pick it up and when she looked back at the entrance, there stood a figure who stumbled towards her. She quickly drew her gun and fired several shots at it. The impacts of the blasts pushed him back slightly, but he kept moving forward. Storm quickly slipped the precious equipment into her backpack and reached for her knife. Holding both weapons, she made her way towards the person. Then with a quick flick of her wrist, she threw the knife and it embedded itself into his skull, after aiming, she emptied her clip into the area around the knife puncture. The man groaned and collapsed onto the ground. Thinking he was dead, she bent down to pull her knife out. As she was cleaning it on the back of his shirt, he jumped up and latched onto her forearm. She stabbed him repeatedly around the wounded area before he fell limp. Storm gasped and caught her breath, she pressed the hand holding the knife, against the bleeding wound and left the area.

Once back at the lab, she gave them the equipment and they bandaged the wound, taking a sample to test. She was told to take a few days to rest because of the bite, in case she was infected. Storm was told the day she started to work again, she had been infected by the zombie and now she had the DR Strain.

Storm was worried about the virus she had, what if she infected others? There were so many 'what if's in her mind, she decided that she would just have to be careful not to bite or scratch anyone.

My name is Jill Valentine.
I was once a S.T.A.R.S. member like Barry and Chris. RPD-S.T.A.R.S? Alpha and Bravo Team. We were the best.

In the 24th of July 1998, we were sent to Spencer Mansion in the Arclay Mountains. Bravo went in first; Alpha would only go in for support. One by one, we lost contact with all the Bravo Team members: Captain Marini, Kevin, Sullivan, Forest, Richard and the rookie Rebecca. Albert Wesker the Alpha team leader, [i]our[/i] leader, ordered a search and rescue for Team Bravo. But we were too late. In Spencer Mansion, Richard died. So did Forest, Sullivan and Kevin. Even Marini died. Only Rebecca was spared.

And Wesker left.
There, we disintegrated.

...A month later, Chris showed me a file that mentioned a virus research project simply named ?G?. ?The nightmare still continues,? he said. ?It?s not over yet.? He and Barry were leaving for Paris in a day?s time to investigate. Would I go with them?

I declined his offer and instead volunteered to stay behind and look into the connections between RPD and Umbrella Corporation. There was no concrete evidence, no lead nor witness. None of the other RPD officers believed me. They said I was distraught with the recent loss of my colleagues, that I was on the downward spiral of ruin. So I resigned from RPD.
But then, ?they? attacked.

The monsters have overrun the city.
Somehow, I?m still alive...[/i]

I escaped the city on October 1st with a UBCS member named Carlos. Shortly after, a nuclear bomb wasted the city and the surrounding forests, decimating the Arclay mansion and the vile creatures within it.

The threat was gone. Raccoon City was gone. And all was well.

Paris, November 1998. I headed for one of the main laboratories of Umbrella Corporation. When I got there, the place was already deserted. No sign of Chris or Barry. Where could they be?

For a year and a half, I followed a number of leads. Everyday, I become more aware of Umbrella?s clandestine connections with different military organizations. Their bio-warfare research was extensive and their aim was to create the ultimate bio-weapon: Nosferatu, Tyrant, Nemesis... and now Project G.

[B]Bio:[/B] After her encounter at the Spencer Mansion in the Arklay Mountains outside of Raccoon City. Rebecca decided to try and hunt Billy Coen down to see if he would help her and the other S.T.A.R.S. members. Her search took her out of the country and into Europe, but the trail went dead in Paris.

One day when Rebecca was leaving the apartment she was renting under a false name she saw a letter taped to her door, grabbing it and rushing back in she tore it open and saw that it only read [B][I]GET OUT!! [/I][/B] Grabbing her Smith and Wesson M10 revolver she bolted out of the apartment just as a Molatov Cocktail burst through the balcony window and set the place ablaze. After the authorities decided it had been arson she took the fire as a sign to leave France. Once she'd finally packed what she'd salvaged from her former apartment she left.

While on the plane, Rebecca wondered if she would ever find Billy, she still had the note that had been slid under her door, she flipped it over and saw that it was a poster for a vacation spot in a city named Redwood. Feeling like this was another hunch, Rebecca decided to head to Redwood Valley and see if she could find Billy.

Finally when the plane landed Rebecca booked a bus ticket to Redwood, though the company said there were complications getting to Redwood they would drop her off a few towns away and she could rent a car there.

After the bus had dropped her off, Rebecca immediately rented a car and drove into Redwood, the place looked like a warzone. Houses were missing windows, shops were barricadded, fires burned out of control, cars were overturned, and Rebecca half expected to see hordes of zombies, but none appeared. Still gripping her gun she stopped in a parking garage and decided to look for survivors and the person behind these experiments and Billy.

Biography: Jim was hired by the Redwood Valley S.T.A.R.S team two years ago, he passed lot of his tests like his other friends when they were living down in the U.S. But Jim was stationed in Redwood Valley away from home, he didn't mind it much since all the other officers there were really nice and all. Jim's best traits are mixing Herbs together to make medicine and picking tough locks, whatever they might be he can pick it in a matter of seconds. Jim wanted to join up with any S.T.A.R.S organization since he heard about the Racoon City "accident", luckly Jim had a friend in Racoon that was gonna let Jim join that devision of the S.T.A.R.S team, her name was Jill Valentine.

But Jim lost contact with her ever since until a year later he got a letter from her, she told him about what happened and all about the T-Virus and Nemesis. Jim was sent a small sample of the T-virus and was able to make a small spray that'll stop it for about 24 hours...but that was the best he could do for now. Now there's an incident in Redwood Valley and Jim just got promoted to Cheif Medical Officer of the Redwood Valley S.T.A.R.S and must look over this strange incident and wonders if they were sent to investigate on purpose by the Umbrella Corp. since none of there scientist's are at the site, only a few reporters and some soldiers.

Bio: Jason was at home visiting his adopted parents before heading back to college. He had been interning at the Umbrella corporation the previous year. As he prepared to leave he listened to a news report talking about odd creatures being sighted in the Redwood Valley, only a few short miles from where he lived. Fearing the worst Jason set out for the valley. Borrowing a few items from his fathers mini arsenal, he set out for the valley to do a little investigating of his own.
