I mean it's great to have a lot of people post, but now we have so many people that all the topics are eaten up in 2 days or so. You forget the fact that OtakuBoards.com Version 2.0 had more members than Version 3.0 does now. At that time, we had around 3900 members. Now, we have just over 1200 members, last time I looked. Shy Posted November 6, 2001 Share Posted November 6, 2001 Congrats Forte, I'll get there uhh.... eventually I don't think the boards are getting too big of the 1200+ members we have only about 60 or so post on a regular basis (we call them "members", no offense to anyone who isn't one) The only time I ever think the boards are too crowded is when I go to GD. Just cuz I got grounded for a month...stupid mom...(ah sorry spam) Anywayz..I like the board size we have...I mean its not big..but it is active you get to know almost everyone so its alot more relaxed I think...And personally I like having just like a active but small board, because you get to express your feelings easier..You don't have to worry about someone thinking of you as insugnificant and ignoring you.. However, since V. 2.0 the Otaku has really cracked down on spamming. If you remember, spammers such as Big Poppa Hump, you'd know that he was here for at least a week or two. Guest Akito Posted November 6, 2001 Share Posted November 6, 2001 It's kinda big, it's annoying how some new members come waltzin on here and do whatever they want, and then get the MOD's in trouble after the MOD's warned them not to do a certain thing several times, and then the MOD's get kicked(Gee, sounds like me, doesn't, it?) Anyways, I think it's just annoying how some new members waltz on here expectin to be like, the best member of the boards, and trust me, there are plenty of those ppl on these boards.
