Time has past since the Sailor Scouts had finally defeated evil finally. Crystal Tokyo has evolved into a metropolis of advanced technology. As the city has evolved and with no evil to fight, the Sailor Scouts were not needed anymore. Their powers disappeared and they became normal girls, growing up into successful women.

However, a new evil slept, dormant, below the city's earthly limits. The leader, Apophis, originates from ancient Egypt, named after the god that symbolised chaos. He has many demons from ancient times, ready to unleash them onto the unsuspecting city.

Sensing this new evil, a cat called Ra, a descendent of Luna, recruited nine girls to once again become the Sailor Scouts, ready to fight this new and more powerful evil.

Sarah never tells the a lie but rather like telling people the truth no matter how much it may hurt them. She tends to slack off a bit every now and than. Though it seems to be more than nessary.
[B]History[/B]: Sarah Gitsy was born into a new era where it is peaceful. She grew up as happy as can be. Her family household was just as normal as anyone elses. She had her mother and her father, she always wanted a younger sister but her parents never had any other children. Her mother is a fashion designer so Sarah got her love for clothing from her mother. Sarah believes that this world will always be in and peace and can never believe that it would be any other way.

In school she learned about the Sailor Scouts and how they saved this world and brought peace to it. They were her heros and she idealizes them. Sailor Venus was always her favourite out of all them though. Venus stood for love and she always was a hopless romantic. At any movies or books she read that had romance she always cries by the end.

During one of her usual days she was going to school she found a small cat. Sarah wasn't allowed any pets but she felt just feeding it wouldn't hurt any. Than the cat began to talk to her. Sarah freaked and than decided that she just crammed to hard that night for her history test. It seems that she wasn't going insane. The cats name was Ra and an evil force was going to destroy this world once again. At first she didn'e believe it but as she listened she believed the cat and agreed to help. Now she is like her hero Sailor V.

Before becoming the next Sailor Mars, she often wished her life could be more exciting.

She doesn't take the fortune telling aspects of her family's traditions seriously and thus, rarely practices it. She does, however, have moderate psychic abilites and can sometimes sense danger before it strikes.

[b]Personality:[/b] Aloof and said to be a bit cold. Jipin is rather, hard to talk to or get to know. Seldom choosing friends she rather keep her distance from everyone. Being extremely intelligent has caused her to become quite and self secluded.
However, she does tag around with the other Sailor Scouts. Not only because she feels a mutual agreement and connect to them. But they are those of which she considers to be true friends. Caring and kind to them she tries to makes everyone of them happy. Thus being among the oldest in the group she tries to look after everyone the best she can. Although, none of this really shows.



[b]History:[/b] Already having finished high school little over a year ago. Jipin is currently furthering her education while working at a small cafe to support her self. School during the mornings and lasting till noon. From then she works at a small cafe until nearly 6:30, and then she free. She is currently living on her own.

Her life and childhood was like many others. Peaceful, well education, medium sized family and doing well. Jipin's level of commitment and understanding was higher then many others. From this she was always an "Achiever," she liked school and had gotten along well with everyone else.

When she was growing up and still in High School, Junior High, and Elementary School...She of course had learned of the Sailor Scouts. And how they had brought peace and tranquility to the world. When younger she had truly been obsessed, but as she aged...She found that the fondness of such subjects slowly died away. Jipin found it harder and harder to believe and yet...She continued to further her studies on them. But never really telling anyone about it.

This changed one day, late after noon. While the sun was setting and the moon came to show. The full moon was out. And being an astrology lover, Jipin couldn't help but take a walk. During her hours out she had seen a black cat dodging in and out of her view. Never really staying. The next day being another full moon, the cat finally stayed. After staying for a brief while it left again. But not before making a large impact upon Jipin, not only in her mind but in her life as a whole.


[b]Appearance:[/b] Generally stand, she is 5'9." Making her fairly tall, she is thin only weighting 110 lbs. Her skin is pale white but this is made up for by the fact that her cheeks are powdered lightly pink. Her eyes are a deep gray that has a bright vivid green creeping inwards. It's has an eerie feel when stared or thought upon too long, this is because they look artificial. Jipin's hair is long, straight, slate gray, falling 5 inches well past her shoulders. Her bangs are long and fall messily around her face but still always manages to bring out her beauty. However there are two locks that curve around her five, lightly, they are cured and the tips are died red.

[i] Normal:[/i] Generally, Jipin cane be seen wearing a formal type of dress. Due to the amount of time she has to switch between school and her job, she has her specific dress code. On her upper body half she a long sleeve white shirt. It has a tri-point collar, from there drops a vividly red tie. At the end of the sleeves it rounds over once. The texture of the sweeter like shirt is of faint indents of strips. On her lower half she simple wears a short black skirt with a thin pinner underneath. It breaks into a front panel that drops two inches below the rest of her skirt. From there the straps of her garter belt drop down hooking to the top of her black socks. The socks come up four inches past her knees, resting above. She wears dim gray ankle boots.

During the night time she can be seen wearing a pink and gray scarf. Around her ring fingerer she wears a small band ring with the marks of Pluto incurved.


[i]Sailor Scout:[/i] Her out fit is much like the original Sailor Pluto's. However, the pendent that sits about her chest is a cross within a heart. In the center of the cross is the sign of Pluto. The over lapping flap on top is leaning towards gray, along with the skirt's out flare color.

[b]Weapon:[/b] Soul Rod.
[i] - A long staff like rod. It's top and bottom are lined in silver. Three inches from the very top, three twirling, thin and echoing, sheets of metal thrust out and then upwards. Holding a ruby tinted glass. Inside of the glass sphere it holds a small red heart. The rest of the sphere is filled mid point with sand. It heavily resembles an hour glass.

It ends in a tri-point fold, the rounded over end. From the three thin sheets of metal three, different shades of, grey string hand. Locking around the three sheets of metal then falling loose and freely. From the end of the three strings are three small, silver, bells.[/i]


[b]Attacks:[/b]

[b] Simple:[/b] Bash.
[i] - Simply put, this attack is much like fighting with a sword. Rather it looks as though she actually [i]is[/i] fighting with a sword. This is for close combat only.[/i]

[b] Intermediate:[/b] Soul Blitz.
[i] - Using her rod, it is twirled and spun. The strings break becoming longer and breaking into many other strands of string, it raps it's self around the enemy. Holding them in a bind.[/i]

[b] Intermediate #2:[/b] Bells of Time.
[i] - From the bells at the end of the strings, a dark aura seeps out. Glittering. The bells ring. Sending the field into a slight mist.[/i]

[b] Advanced:[/b] Time's Grave.
[i] - For nearly 20 minutes, a triangle within a sphere will come over a chosen area. Within the spell's cast time shall be frozen for a short time. The spell emits a soft and gentle glowing. Or 'aura' of gray.[/i]

[b] Ultimate:[/b] Mind's Edge.
[i] - Mentally hurting the appointment, then sending them into shock. It sends a magnetic charge throughout their body, causing the illustion of an unbarring physical pain. The pain is more then enough to kill them. However, Jipin never lets it get to that point.[/i]

[B]Personality:[/B] Zet possess the skill to be calm in the most hectic situatons, which can be creppy at times. SHe's not that concerened about school even though she has a straight A average which bugs the heck out of her friends because she never studies or trys to get A's. She's very sensitive though and has anger mangegment issues and it dosen't take much to knock her off the deep end.
[B]History:[/B] Zet was born in the wrong side of town and lived there intill she was ten. Her family moved to the more advanced section of town and decided to stay there rather than return to their old home were crimes were taking place every minute. Because of this up bring Zet is used to violent actions even though she had a very sheltered home. Zet has enjoyed her last six years in the city and likes having a better enviroment.

[B]Personality:[/B] Chloe is a quiet but friendly person. She loves hanging around with her friends and talks with them freely. However, when around strangers, she stays quiet except when she thinks her input is needed. A person who can be a leader of many or a loner. People that meet her for the first time say that Chloe posesses an ancient aura. Nothing about humanity surprises her and she seems to know a lot of things. She values her friends, her intelligence and her strength the most.
[B]History:[/B] Originally, Chloe lived in a beautiful house in the countryside of France. There, she lived happily with her mother and father. She was a happy, talkative child until her parents were murdered when their house was set alight.

After that, Chloe wasn't wanted by any of her relatives so the orphange took her in. From her parents' death when she was 3 to when she was 10, Chloe never said a word to the workers of the orphange. While she was there, she learnt the Japanese language without saying a word.

On her 10th birthday, a forgotten aunty visited Chloe and told her of a fortune that her parents left her. With this money, Chloe moved to Japan under the watchful eye of one of her mother's friends. She attended Kyo High School (this is where all the Sailor Scouts attend) when she came of age. Since then, Chloe started talking again, in Japanese, English and French. At school, she made friends that will eventually become the Sailor Scouts.

[B]Personality:[/B] Mizu is kind, caring and considerate. She's someone you can come to talk to easily without caring if she'll judge you or not. She loves to help people and she'll do anything to help her friends when they're in trouble, danger or if they just need a shoulder to lean on. Mizu loves to make friends with people and is always willing to give people a chance to become her friend. Mizu is strong minded. She never gives up and hates to admit to defeat. She's a quick thinker and solves problems quickly. She can easily keep a cool head in a heated argument, but she can also have a quick temper.
[B]History:[/B] Mizu originally lived in a beautiful place with her parents, it was perfect because it was near the sea. Mizu would always sit on the shore and stare out at the sea, she didn't care what the weather was. Her parents often worried, but she told them that she always came back alright, so there was nothing to worry about. She didn't know what exactly drew her to water, but there was some connection. She loved to watch the waves and the tides, she especially loved to watch it in stormy weather, when the sea buffeted and the waves beat upon the rocks.
Then to her disappointment, her parents decided to move to Tokyo, for two reasons. One was because her father got a new job, and so she could get a better education. When they arrived, she was enroled to Kyo High School. She originally wanted nothing to do with anyone and hardly talked, but soon enough she found some people that she had something in common with(those who would become the Sailor Scouts), and she opened up to them, being more friendly, and now she's back to her normal self, friendly, bright and bubbly.

[B]3. Intermediate 2 -[/B] Deep Submerge - She calls upon the powers of the oceans and seas, a wave of ocean waters is compressed into a planet-shaped orb and thrust forth at the enemy.
[B]4. Advanced -[/B] Spiral Water Cyclone - She creates a water cyclone. If there's no water around, she'll summon the water from somewhere, if she's around a lot of water, it will be stronger, opposite if she's somewhere with hardly any water, eg. Deserts.
[B]5. Ultimate -[/B] World Water Disaster - She creates an ocean of a sort out of no where, and will create all of the types of water disasters around the enemy.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=DarkGreen][SIZE=1]How about a random male character? I've never really watched Sailor Moon, but I get the gist of the storyline (just scold me if I get anything wrong, alright?).

[B]Personality:[/B] "Blissfully oblivious" is the perfect definition of Shuuji. He tends to walk around in a bit of a daze, with an easy smile, and acts genuinely nice, completely unaware of the frustration he causes girls when doesn't react to any of their attempts to get his attention - it would take a girl to literally hit him around the face for him to understand that they want a date. He is, howeer, very happy to listen to any problems anyone has, and tends ot give very sound -if somewhat blunt - advice, and this has led him to have a lot of platonic relationships with girls within the school. He's fairly intelligent, but tends to forget things - books, homeworks...classes - but normally takes these things in stride, although he is absolutely dire at maths, and so generally calls on other students to help with any homework he has. He dislikes violence, but loathes bullies, and will protect anyone being bullied (if he...umm...notices).

[B]History:[/B] Shuuji's past is frought with mystery. It is known that his parents aren't around any mor,e but few people know where they are, or what happened to them. He lives in his uncle's sucessful hotel, and works there on weekends (he doens;t have to, but he says it's to thank them for their hospitality). He started attending the school a few years ago, and has been a permament feature of the school ever since.

She loves to play sports, and can't stand bullys and is always one to help another in need. She often comes across as violent or pushy, but is a sweet and caring person. As for studying isnt her favorite thing in the world,she'd rather be out doing activies such as sports or hanging out with friends, yet finds herself attracted to guys the opposite of her personality, in which is the only time she's shy.

[B]History:[/B] Kiyoko was born and raised in the big city of Tokyo, Japan. Her mother died in a horrible car accident a year after she was born and has lived with her father,Matsuo Hideki ,whom she is very close with ever since. Her Aunt happens to be Haruka Tenoh, the former Sailor Uranus. She has a close relationship with her Aunt and her 'wife' Michiru Kaioru a.k.a former Sailor Neptune, and has heard many stories of their adventures as the sailor senshi. (japanese name for sailor scouts it sounds better to me :D) She's not bothered by the fact that her Aunt is a lesbian,and although she is NOT a lesbian herself she idolizes her (even memorizing quotes from her aunt) for going for what she believes in and participating in the sailor senshi. She is currently a [B]senior[/B] in highschool. She dreams of one day becoming one, which may be closer then she realizes....

Sometimes she can be seen with her hair down, which makes her look exactly different like a mature pretty older woman. She has dark purple eyes and is mostly seen just wearing a pair of jeans and a t-shirt. Her Sailor scout outfit is like her Aunt's, only was updated to a more high fashion but is gold and navy blue
