[SIZE=1][COLOR=Red]"[B]C'mon, Gourry, let's get going already!" [/B] Lina Inverse was on the trail of Orihalcon, a powerful material she hoped to use to gain more power...and ultimately wealth. But what beautiful and powerful sorceress doesn't?
The red head sighed deeply as her blond companion scratched his head and blinked slowly, giving her that look the young girl always dreaded.

[B]"Um, Lina?" [/B] the swordsman started.

[B]"Yes, Gourry?"

"Why are we looking for the Orihalcon again?"[/B]

Lina twitched and pounced, grabbing her protector into a painful headlock, [B]"Jellyfish for brains!! How many times do I have to tell you, dammit?!"[/B]

[B]"Lina!! You're so violent, please let me go!"[/B]

[B]"Violent?!" [/B] Lina let go of Gourry and huffed, glaring him down in the middle of the street.
Gourry rubbed his neck, [B]"Damn, you've got muscles like a man..."[/B]

[B]"FIREBALL!!"[/B]

A smouldering blond collapsed in the middle of the street amongst a crowd of onlookers, the girl known as the Bandit Killer grabbed him by his blue armour and hauled him away to the nearest shop.

[B]"Muscles like a man, that deserved a Dragon Slave..."[/B]

Next to post will be bogger3k, basically, I just want you to carry on with being dragged to a shop, you know how Lina would act I'm guessing, so I trust you with that, heh.
Next will be you, Liubei013, the part were Zel meets Lina and Gourry, demanding the things they stole.
If you want to follow it by the series, feel free, if not, wing it and we'll figure it out XD. I know you guys know the story, so you'll be fine.

Amelia doesn't come into this for a while; any original characters (if any sign up) can jump in when they want.

I may not even include Sylphiel in this, we'll see.

Lina pulleed Gourry into the shop where she finally released him ffom her small, but powerful, hands. "Just stay there and keep your big mouth shut while I go to the counter." Lina said then turned and walked towards and older looking man cleaning a shelf behind the counter.

"What's so important about this Oreyhcio stuff anyways?" Gourry asked himself as he looked into a display case full of magical items, but not knowing what they were good for. "Must do something otherwise Lina wouldn't be looking for it. Jeez, she only been trouble since I met her in that forest, but I did swear to protect her and that I shall do. God I'm hungry. When do we get food."

Gourry continued on like that, changing the subject every minute or so not to get board, while Lina went to confront the store owner.

[COLOR=RoyalBlue]A cloaked figure walked into the magic store. He has a medium height and not much more is seen except for his metallic purple-blue hair. He walked over to red-haired sorceress, who was haggling over the price of some items while the tall and clueless blond swordsman looked around at the various things in the store.

"Aw, come on, this statue is pure orihalcon! Gimme a good price on it!" the sorceress screeched at the store owner. The figure heard the store owner replying something about needing more time to examine the statue...leaving him with the opening he needed.

"I'll purchase that statue, if he can't decide. Name your price..." Zelgadis offered. The store owner, the sorceress, and the swordsman all turned to look at the cloaked figure.


"Ah, someone's interesting in this... Maybe you should introduce yourself first or do I call you 'stranger'?" the sorceress asked.

"My name is Zelgadis...and you?" Zel answered.

"Ha! You should know me by reputation, the young, beautiful, yet intelligent sorceress, Lina Inverse!" she said proudly. Gourry came over and said, "And I'm her guardian, Gourry, Mr. Zegaldis."

"It's ZELgadis!" Zel responded harshly, somewhat miffed. "Anyways, I'm willing to buy that statue...name your price."[/COLOR]

OOC: Okay, not exactly going with the series, but yeah, whatever. XD
Oh, Methuselah, you could have the Amelia RPer post their own sorta side story before meeting up with Lina and the others. Kinda gives them equal treatment that way. ;)
