NeoMagnadramon looked around. Something was wrong. She could feel it.

Something... a disturbance.

She had questions.

What's causing it?

Where?

And the most important one: Why?

She had no answers. I must confer with the others, she thought. If there is a threat, we must identify it. I can only hope that the others feel it, too.

There was a location where the four Guardians met. It was at the ruins of what was probably a temple of some kind. NeoMagnadramon started for it, hoping that the other three Guardians would be there to meet her.

Azufe rolled behind a large rock. Hawkmon was hidden somewhere, but he couldn't see where. Azufe had to get his Digivice back before Hawkmon would be of any use. Another human, Jaht, was crouched behind a different rock. The enemy also had his Digivice, meaning that Guilmon, Jaht's Digimon partner, also had to remain hidden until the Digivices were recovered from the enemy. The enemy was three Greymon and one MetalGreymon.

Azufe held an X-31 model Explosive Machine Gun, or EMG. The weapon was just like a regular machine gun, except that it fired explosive rounds. Jaht had an SFGL (Spread-Fire Grenade Launcher), which fired five grenades at a time in an adjustable spread pattern.

Azufe ran to where Jaht was hiding. "I'll get their attention, then you tear into them," he whispered to Jaht. Jaht nodded, and Azufe took off. He pointed hie gun at the enemy Digimon and held down the trigger as he ran. All four of them turned toward him to attack, giving Jaht the opening he needed to pop out of his hiding place and fire.

Two of the Greymon were torn apart by the combined fire. The MetalGreymon was quite a bit more resiliant, and the remaining Greymon had to be dealt with carefully. It had the Digivices. Azufe set his gun to single shot mode to increase accuracy, took careful aim, and... everything went black.

Azufe removed his interface headset. "I'll never cease to be amazed at how realistic this equipment can make things," he remarked to Jaht, who had also removed his headgear.

"You're lucky it wasn't real," the EO (Equipment Operator), a man named Hank Freeman, said as he helped Hawkmon and Guilmon out of their interface equipment. "You forgot about the MetalGreymon, Azufe. You were about to get blown to pieces."

"Well, I know what happens if you die in a simulation," Azufe replied. "You watch the rest of the exersize. That didn't happen. We were pulled out. The excersize was cut short. Why?"

"You and Hawkmon are to report to Briefing Room Three," Hank told him.

"Oh," Azufe said. Briefing Room Three was reserved for the most dangerous assignments. "Well, I'd better get going, then. See you later, Jaht. Hawkmon, let's go."

--------------------------------------------------

OOC: DIR field agent people, your characters can be doing whatever, but then they're instructed to report to Briefing Room Three. Everyone else, read my PMs. And finally, have fun.

Lucen had stayed up late all night trying to figure it out. He was getting very fustrated. Bombermon was kinda of sitting there with his eyes wide open, sleeping. He woke up.

"How can you just sit there all day working on something so pointless?" Bomberman said. "Is that was normal humans do?" Bomberman looked confused at Lucen. Lucen kinda just stared at him.

"Go back to sleep."

Bomberman closed his eyes. "Aww, ok..." Snoring was to be heard.

Lucen got back to his work. He was trying to modify the program.. He didn't think it could be done anymore. It was almost impossible. There had to be some way to do it. He messed with the codes a bit and deleted and revised other parts. All he heard all night was [ERROR].. or [INCORRECT CODE].

"AGH!" he yelled. He then figured it out. If he made the code like this.. and then that part like that.. He clicked 'Check Code'.

[SUCCESS]

"WOOH!" he yelped. It's a good thing he was the only one at work. Besides, his office was locked and soundproof. Because that was loud shout. He figured he should get back to work and started thinking about how he could properly test the revised program's compatability.

Aria had her arms spread, aiding her in balancing. She lowered her arms so they rested by her sides and took a breath before pushing with her feet and raising her arms above her head. She did a backwards handstand, using the beam she was balancing on to flip back to an upright position to result in a backflip. Aria backed up to the edge of the beam, she ran a few steps and did a cartwheel, then twisted into a backflip, doing two and then a series of forward flips so she ended on the opposite edge of the beam from where she started. Aria did a different combination as she returned to the other side and ended in a round-off as she flip off the edge, doing a perfect landing.

A small angel creature flew over to her, holding out a towel. Aria took it from him with a word of thanks.

"That was good, Aria." he said.

"Your Rings are getting better, Lucemon." Aria replied, talking about the equipment that Lucemon didn't do too well in.

"Thanks, my arms are kinda tired now though." Lucemon sighed.

Aria and Lucemon were the two that mainly used the gym and workout room. They were natural gymnast and acrobats.

"Come on, Lucemon, we gotta cool down, then we'll grab a shower." Aria said, wiping the sweat from her brow.

They did some stretching and cooling down exercises and took a quick shower. Aria had changed out of her gymnastics, acrobatic, and workout outfit and into her regular clothes. She patted her lower thigh pockets on her cargos to make sure her digivice was there. She quickly ran her fingers through her hair to straighten it and to remove tangles. Aria waited for Lucemon, and he emerged from the digimon showers. His blonde hair was matted down from the water and his crystal blue eyes were gleaming with happiness.

They exited the gym, workout, and shower area, intending on returning to Aria's quarters to do some reading or resting. One of the older, more experienced DIR agents saw them and stopped them.

"Hey Aria, I was just looking for you. You and Lucemon are to report to Briefing Room Three." he said.

"Oh really? Thanks Nick. We'd better be off then." Aria said, thanking him and going toward the room.

"I wonder what's happening." Lucemon said, fluttering beside her.

"Maybe we're going on a dangerous assignment." Aria said cheerily.

NeoPheonixmon sat in his cave meditating. He usually called it that, but everyone else knew that he just sat in the sun. Most of the digimon that had flocked to help him found that his habits were almost to weird. They all stayed though, becuase NeoPheonixmon was an always open ear for problems.

Right now, NeoPheonixmon was not just sitting in the sun. He was confuring with his inner self.

"So, somethings wrong right?" One self said.

"Yep, and it's taken you how long to figure that out?" The other said.

"Well, then do we head for the temple? It's not like we have any inmorfation.." The first self said.

"Who cares? The faster we get there, the faster we find something to fight!" Self 2 said smiling.

"Always the fighting with you isn't it? Let's go." Self one said.

NeoPheonixmon suddenly opened his eyes. A small Gotsumon was approaching him.

"S-SS-Sir?" he stuttered.

"What's up?" he asked.

"Well, I think that well, You should hurry up and leave so you don't miss the others! He said, flinching.

"Your right! Great Idea. Here, have a cookie." he said pulling one from the shelf above him.

"T-TTT-hanks!" he said over his shoulder.

"Little ones, it seems they still have the power to change the world." NeoPheonixmon thought to himself. He then thrust his wings out, shook for a couple seconds, then took flight.

"I'll be back!" he yelled to no one in particular.

NeoPheonixmon turned to the south, and he was off.

Opening his eyes with a slight growl, NeoMegidramon could feel the Digital World's movements have changed. Something was wrong, but he couldn't place what. It was evil and out of order of the world.

With a sigh, NeoMegidramon stood and looked into the open sky. In his area, the night had already set and the stars were shining brightly. A small smirk ran across his face as he watched the shooting stars and the digimon partol the area. But the smirk quickly faded and questions began to run through his mind.

"It's been long since evil had taken over. But...what or who is causing? And why?"

NeoMegidramon's thoughts were quickly interrupted by one of partollers in the area. It was a Gigadramon, who was one of the leaders of the patrolling teams. NeoMegidramon had his attention.

"Sir, we have just seen NeoMagnadramon fly across this area."

Gigadramon was suddenly interrupted by another patroller, Flybeemon. The two looked to this digimon and waited for him to speak.

"NeoPhoenixmon was seen flying over our area, sir."

"Well, then. That concurs it."

The two digimon looked to each other then to NeoMegidramon, who had raised himself and stretched out. The digimon were slightly confused, but knew not to press questions about the guardians. NeoMegidramon sighed and slithered out of the inner part of the cave he was in and the two digimon followed. Before he had taken off for flight, he spoke to the two patrollers.

"Let no one enter my place, keep patrol of this area. And remember, violence is not the answer unless it is necessary and necessary is until they attack. Understood?" A 'yes' came from the two. "Good. And, another thing, keep watch of your area. I shall be back."

With that, NeoMegidramon spread his wings and took flight. He was still pondering about the strange difference in the world. He knew something was not right, which was why he was heading towards the place of meeting and hoping that the others would have arrived...all in one piece.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Standing in the target room, Angel readied her weapons, which consisted of a pair of silver dual fans, sais, katanas, a wrist crossbow, and a retractable quarter staff. She also had several knives all around her. Whereas, Labramon stood without a weapon.

"Computer, set up simulation 37EX25."

"Commencing now. Initiating simulation 37EX25. Simulation starts in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1."

All around the two, the scenery had changed. It was a forest area where digimon roamed around. Angel and Labramon were alert and ready, waiting for anything to pop up. They walked ahead a bit, but when seeing the SaberLeomon and 2 Leomon, Angel and Labramon quickly took to hiding.

The SaberLeomon stopped and took a whiff of the air before looking towards Angel and Labramon's hiding area. Angel tried to ready her digivice and waited for the digimon to come closer. But, Angel soon remembered that for the digivice to work, it required a small chip. With a sigh, Angel leaped up onto a tree's branch and with stealth, she jumped from branch to branch until she was standing above the Leomon who had the chip wrapped around his neck.

Carefully, Angel lowered herself down and with her sai, she lifted the chain from his neck, but the SaberLeomon had seen her and charged her. Angel quickly jumped onto Leomon and had covered his eyes, rendering him vulnerable to attack. She placed him in front of SaberLeomon's attack and the digimon was deleted and Angel had retrieved her chip. She placed it into the digivice and looked at the two remaining digimon. Angel pressed the button and Labramon began to digivolve.

"Labramon digivolve to.....Dobermon."

With a growl, Dobermon stood before the other two remaining digimon. Angel stood within distance and watched as Dobermon attacked the first oncoming enemy, which was the Leomon. The Leomon held his fist back and sent it flying towards Dobermon who jumped out of the way and used Schwarz Strahl. But, suddenly the stimulation began to disappear. The computerized female voice was heard.

"Commencing shut down of simluation 37EX25. Initiating...now."

Looking around, Angel wanted to know who had stopped her simulation. She and Dobermon walked to the door, when a figure had appeared before them. Angel was not happy to see this person and neither was Dobermon, but the two kept their cool.

"So...had fun?"

"Not nearly as much when I shatter your ribs." Angel curled her hands into a fist and her left hand held onto the retracting quarterstaff. "Nonetheless, what is it that you want?"

"Just to tell you that you're wanted in the briefing room."

Dobermon devolved into Labramon and the two walked down to the briefing room. Labramon wondered who would have arrived, but Angel had wondered why the briefing room and soon realized it was a team mission and everyone in the building knew very well that she never did well with others on the mission except for Azufe and Aria.

OOC: Neuvoxetere, it seems I need to clarify something. Holodeck-type technology, such as what you included in your post, does not exist. My guess is that you misinterpreted what I included in my post. Azufe and Jaht were using headset interfaces. You know, VR helmets.

-----------------------------------------------------------

Branit Talasteth, head of security for DIR, got up from his desk and walked over to the two men facing him. "You're sure?"

"Absolutly," one of the pair, Mark, replied.

"There isn't any question about it," the other one, Harno, added.

"Has he told anyone?" Branit asked.

"We don't think so," Mark answered. "However, even if he tells nobody, there's a very good chance that someone will discover it."

"You're absolutly certain that Lucen has a Digimon?"

Both nodded. "We don't make mistakes," Harno said.

"True. I'll have to talk to the big boss before any action is taken, of course. Lucen shouldn't have been able to get a Digimon. I'm going now. This is urgent. I want you two to accompany me. He'll want to speak with you."

"Yes, sir," the two said in unison.

"We have a problem, sir," a Digimon named Anubismon said.

"What is it?"

"Three humans were at the target. the force had to pull out."

"What of the humans?"

"All three were killed," Anubismon replied, "but our force was almost totally destroyed in the battle. Humans may be weak, but their weapons are quite effective, and the Digimon they had with them were difficult to eliminate. our force had to pull out. There was no way that they'd be able to complete the objective after the losses they took."

"Regretable, but only a minor setback," another Digimon, Diaboromon, put in. "Unfortunatly, the humans will undoubtable investigate the dissapearance of three of their number. We must act quickly."

"Agreed," a fourth Digimon, Cherubimon (the virus-type Cherubimon, not the vaccine one that ssjSolarPrinces has as her Digimon's Mega form), said. "We can't allow the humans to find it." He turned to the first Digimon, the leader (note: I don't mean Anubismon. I mean the Digimon I haven't given a name to yet). "What are your orders, sir?"

"Anubismon, you are to take a new force to secure the target. You will lead it personally. Take as many Digimon with you as you need. Diaboromon, contact our spies. We must know if the Guardians have any suspicions. Cherubimon, you are to coordinate with Anubismon. If humans manage to get it before we do, you must have a way to get it back. Understood?"

'Yes, sir," the three replied in unison.

"Good. Get moving. We have no time to waste."

Zeke stared at a diemsbled alarm clock which did work intill, she knocked it off her bedside table when she tried to hit the snooze button. Shighing she started puting the peices together when a boar like animal, with a puff of clouds in place of its hind legs, floated over her head and landed on the desk where she was working.
" What do you want Tapirmon?" Zeke moaned without lifting up her head.
" Do you have to so col? Its not my fault that your clock fell, anyway I was trying to get you up before the annoying thing started crying. And now you killed it."
Zeke shook her head and said drone-like," Tapirmon how many times do I have to tell you, machines can't die. They just break and get fixed in a few days."
" So they still feel the pain".
" No they don't! They are not alive!" Zeke yelled.
" Fine, but you don't have to scream at me."
Zeke said softly," Sorry Tapirmon", As Zeke twisted the final screw into the clock she continued," I'm just tired. There done." She put the clock back in its normal spot and grabbed Tapirmon from the air and hugged him.
" Oww! Your hurting me!" Tapirmon squirmed.
" Zeke." A male mono-toned voice said. Zeke looked around and released Tapirmon from her hold. She looked at the speaker and saw the man that had reciruted her staring at her with his same cold, hard eyes.
" Yes, sir." Zeke said calmly as she tried not to blink.
" Your need to report to Briefing Room Number Three." He said and then turned and left the room. Tapirmon floated down next to Zeke and stared at her.
" IT sounds inportant." Tapirmon said bubbly.
" Ya. We better go and I hope your ready." Zeke replied smoothly as she entered her icy state and braced herself for anything.
" Why do I need to be ready."
Zeke smiled misdevoluly," Because B.R.#3 is were we get assigned to dangerous missions."
" Oh great."
Zeke laughed and quickened her pace so that her eagerness could be put to rest.

OOC~ Sorry for taking so long to post. This weekend was kind of crazy for me with homecoming and all, but now I'm back so here's my post...
-----------------
"Joe, where are you?" a distant voice inquired. He stood there surrounded by a void of fog, looking around aimlessly. "Joe."

"I'm right here," he yelled out in desperation, "What do you want." He began sprinting in the direction he last heard the voice. He suddenly stopped as he saw the siloette of a woman slowly aproaching him....

BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!

Joe quickly sat up in bed and turned off his alarm, putting his hand on his forehead, looking down. What does it mean? he thought, This is the fourth time this month I've had that same dream. "Are you okay, Joe?" asked the stange, long eared creature sitting at the foot of his bed.

"Uh, Terriermon... yeah," he said looking up at him.

"The same dream again?" inquired Terriermon. Joe nodded, smiling weakly.

"I don't know what it means, but it must mean something," he looked down at the floor as he said this, "Why else would I keep dreaming the same thing over and over?" Both were silent for a while. Just then there was a knock at the door. Joe quickly jumped out of bed and dashed across the room to answer it. "Yes?" he said opening the door. It was an older DIR agent.

"Joe, you and Terriermon are to report to briefing room 3." He nodded, "Oh and one more thing," the agent seemed a bit embaressed about what he was going to ask, "Could you also tell agent Tairune that she and Salamon are also to report there. She's in the gym practicing her sparring and I don't want to get too close." Joe just laughed a bit under his breath and nodded again as he closed the door to get ready.
----------------
"Hya!" Tairu was in the gym, pumbling a large punching bag with an assortment of kicks. A small, tan, puppy-like creature sat on the mat, watching from a short distance away. "Kya!" she yelled, finishing up her routine with a turn side kick. "Why do you have to be so agressive?" Tairu turned to the small creature sitting on the mat.

"Well, Salamon," she said, wiping the sweat off her face with a towel, "Would you rather me take my agression out on some unsuspecting person around here?" Salamon looked around the deserted gym with her eyes narrowed and one eyebrow raised. And I was wondering why everyone else left when we came in here.

"Hey, Tairu!" she turned around to see Joe and Terriermon standing by the gym entrance. Joe was the only one of the DIR agents who she would talk to willingly.

"Hey there! What's up?" she asked smiling slightly.

"We need to report to briefing room 3." he informed her.

"Alright just give me five minutes and I'll be ready." and with that, Tairu grabbed her duffle bag with her change of cloths and entered the women's locker room.

OOC: It's time to get things moving. For those who haven't posted yet, I had your characters show up. If you want to say what they were doing before the briefing, you can do so if you want.

-----------------------------------------------------------

Azufe was the first to make it to the briefing room, followed closely by Aria and Angel. They sat down. Aurora and Paul entered with their Digimon partners and found seats. Joe and Tairu were next, followed by Zeke. "We have officially beaten the shit out of the old record," Azufe remarked.

"What record?" Zeke asked.

"The previous record for largest team was five human-Digimon pairs. There are eight such paris in this room, and I'm assuming that we're all on the same assignment."

"That would be correct." Everyone turned to see Garret Kalakal, head of Field Opperations and a man who normally did not give briefings, standing in the doorway. He walked up to the front of the room.

"Now, I'm sure you all have thought of at least two questions," he said. "One, why are there so many of you? And two, why am I briefing you? The answer is the same for both: you eight pairs have been chosen for what is probably the most dangerous assignment in DIR history."

Garret took a remote out of his pocked and pushed a button. The screen on the wall behind him activated, displaying two men and a women, as well as an Agumon, a Tentomon, and a Lopmon. "The three humans here are Mike Lorzat, Kalea Masoro, and John Davis," he said. "Three of our best. They and their Digimon partners were sent over to the digital world two days ago.

"As you might know, a second chamber was discovered in relic site 3-B fifteen days ago. Because of this, field agents have been dispatched to other relic sites in case any of them contain additional chambers. Mike, Kalea, and John were assigned to investigate relic site 6-F, located in the Omega sector of the digital world."

During early explorations of the digital world, DIR agents divided it into different 'sectors' for mapping purposes. Omega sector was where the most agents had been lost. "We sent those three agents there because of the dangerous location," Garret continued, "but it wasn't enough.

"As the team neared the site, something happened to them. We don't know what, but every locator they had stopped working. We put locators in every weapon, vehicle, and random device. The only way all of them could have stopped working is if they were destroyed. We can only assume that Mike, Kalea, and John went with the locators. We believe that they are dead, along with their Digimon partners.

"Your mission is simple in concept, but will undoubtably be difficult in excecution. You are going to be inserted at the same point as Mike, Kalea, and John were. You are to proceed to relic site 6-F. In addition to doing their job of investigating the site for any additional chambers, you are to do everything you can to find out what the hell happened to them. This is an extremly dangerous assignment. Not much could have killed that team. Be careful. Any questions?" Pause. "Good. Report to the armory at once. Dismissed. Good luck."

"You're the team for the 6-F assignment?" a woman named Frena asked.

Azufe nodded. "Yes."

"Garret sent me your equipment list. We've got it all ready."

Frena let the group over to a pair of vehicles. "These are a new model, the X-11 Rough-Runner," she explained. "They have six wheels instead of the usual four, and all six automatically adjust independantly of the other five, making them ideal for rough terrain. Top speed of 130 MPH, and surprisingly fuel-efficient. They have an adjustible roof, normally kept down to allow firing in all directions. Each can carry four human-Digimon pairs, as well as more than ample weapons, supplies, and ammunition. They've got a lot of storage space. Oh, these and the new weapons are operated in the same manner as the ones you've used before."

Frena directed their attention to the weapons, which were already loaded into the X-11s. "Here we have the newest versions of our most effective weapons. The AF-45E machine guns fire explosive rounds at the rate of 5 rounds per second, and have a single shot mode for increased accuracy. They come with ammo backpacks for when you don't have time to reload. The SH-30E weapons are the same thing in shotgun form.

"The MR-2 portable rocket launchers are nothing new, but they work. For those who haven't used them before, they have a chamber that can hold four rockets at a time, and an attachable chamber that can hold an additional 20, but is way too heavy to carry. Use that extra chamber only when mounting the launcher on something, such as your vehicle.

"These babies here are GL-4SR grenade launchers. They have chambers that can hold up to 100 of our new compact grenades. Those things are lighter and smaller than the previous grenades we've used, but have the same amount of punch. The launchers themselves have two different modes. The default is semi-automatic fire. The other mode is a five-grenade spread shot that can be fired once a second. Be careful about ammo with these launchers, because they tend to eat it up rather quickly, especially in spread-fire mode.

"You're getting more ammo than I can believe for all of the weapons, along with enough food and water to last you for ten days or so. You've got about ten zillion dollars worth of gas refills, so don't worry about running out of fuel. My part's done."

NeoMagnadramon flew as fast as she could towards the temple ruins that served as the Guardians' meeting spot. As she neared it, she noticed an unusually large number of Digimon. As she got closer to them, she could see how many there actually were. The number was big. Why are so many gathering? she wondered.

Several of the Digimon pointed NeoMagnadramon out. Suddenly, two shots from a Rapidmon were flying toward her. She dodged. The entire group looked ready for battle.

NeoMagnadramon came to a halt in front of the Digimon. "Who are you, and why do you block my passage?" she asked them.

A WarGrowlmon stepped forward. "You were not expected, but you are a threat to us," it said. "We have been instructed to elimenate all threats. And I don't think that even you can win against all of us."

"If you think that, then you have underestimated my power," NeoMagnadramon replied. "Either that, or you have overestimated your own." Her thoughts were different, however. I can't take all of them, even though they're mostly Champions and Ultimates. There are just too many of them. I have to get past them. If the other three are coming, they can help me. I have to hope that they're coming.

"We're ready," Aria said. "Prep for insertion."

"Charging... we are go," inserter Paul Bryan said. "Ready for insertion."

"Than what are you waiting for?" Azufe asked. "Send us across."

Paul activated the Inter-Dimensional Insertion Device, or ID-Squared. The ID-Squared didn't look like anything special-just a large, odd-colored hexagonal platform with a blue sphere at each corner. All eight field agents, as well as their Digimon partners and the X-11s, fully loaded with weapons, ammo, and supplies, were on the platform.

While the ID-Squared was charging, the blue spheres had begun to glow. When it was ready, the glow was rather bright. When Paul activated the ID-Squared, the spheres' glow faded as the platform began to glow. Suddenly, the team was in the digital world.

"I'll never get used to that," Aria remarked.

Azufe looked at the X-11 vehicles. "Four of us in each one. Angel, Aria, Aurora, you're with me. Everone else, you get the other X-11. I call driving."

Everyone boarded their respective X-11s. Azufe drove one, and Zeke was driving the other. Each vehicle had an electronic map display. The current positions of both were marked on it, as was the destination. Azufe and Zeke turned toward the destination and hit the gas.

Flying towards the temple, NeoMegidramon had seen that NeoMagnadramon had made it to the temple, but her way was blocked by several, actually, a large amount of digimon attacking her. He stopped near the temple and called out to the digimon. They looked up and evil eyes glared up at him. Several shots had came from SkullGreymon, as well as a group of Bakemon.

Luckily, NeoMegidramon dodged the shots and fired back. The digimon scattered and NeoMagnadramon had joined his side. They looked to each other and then to the digimon below. A few had flown up to air level and others readied themselves on the ground near the temple. With a malevolent roar, NeoMegidramon flew from NeoMagnadramon.

"Both of you are threats to us! We will eliminate you!"

"That is where you are wrong, SkullGreymon. It is you who will be eliminated! Acidic Daggers!"

From the clouds above, black energy appeared and began to form into the shape of daggers. NeoMegidramon pointed towards the group of digimon below and they began to rain down upon them from the dark clouds. Most scattered away, but some were wounded and its powerful energy erupted within them and they disappeared.

["NeoMagnadramon, we must find a way to get to the temple. We cannot handle them alone!"]

NeoMagnadramon had heard NeoMegidramon's words and nodded. She was busy defending herself and trying to keep from getting harmed. It was difficult, yet she had to what she had to do, as did NeoMegidramon.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Riding in the X-11 was not quite interesting as it had sounded. Although, Azufe and Aria was there, Angel felt she had no need to work with a team. She had to keep herself occupied before she was driven insane, Labramon helped with that.

Looking out the window, Labramon felt at ease and was at home. He was content and nothing in the world mattered to him. He looked to his human partner and knew how she had felt about being with others. He was the same, but when it came to digimon similar to him, he felt that they knew him well and that they made him the alpha male. But, he could never be alone without Angel.

"We're nearing the destination. Hold on tight!"

Azufe pressed the gas pedal down even further and the X-11 raced across the terrain. Aurora was impressed at the speed, balance, and steadiness of the X-11, while Aria was curious of the different systems that the X-11 possesses, and Azufe was having fun driving, whereas Angel sat with Labramon and said nothing to anyone. The X-11 had stopped and they had arrived.

OOC: I changed my email and I did't get to check it for a while. Sorry!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Paul stepped out of the X-11 he was riding in, Gabumon right behind him. He looked around, letting his eyes take in every little detail that they could see. The rest of the team got out as well and looked around as well.
"So, what are we to do now?" Paul asked.
"Search around this relic site for any information on the missiing operatives." Azufe replied.
"Well, shall we get started then?" Paul said.
Walking over to the vehicle, Paul grabbed a AF-45E and a GL-4SR, strapping the machine gun on his back and the grenade launcher at his left hip.
"Everyone, get your weapons and supplies. We start searching in five minutes, got that?" Azufe ordered.
The rest of the group got prepared as Paul looked about continuosly, taking note of places to snipe and hide.
'Well, this outta be fun.' Paul thought.
NeoPheonixmon was gliding through the sky. He had been taking it lesiurily, not caring about time. As he had flown he had been thinking about recent vibes. Everything had been fine, then suddenly everything turned wiggly. As he suddenly put on a burst of speed, NeoPheonixmon thought about how beautiful the land was. The trees always were green, the sea a perfect blue. Usually these kind of thoughts came at times of peace, his way of knowing.
Lately, his dreams and visions were filled with destoryed and dying lands. The brown stained ground, the trees all gone, the sea a black endless void. It scared and facinated NeoPheonixmon at the same time. The thought of the desolote void scared him, what facinated him were the events to casue such a catastrophy. Even with the recent peace, it seemed like nothing could ever casue that much destruction.
As NeoPheonixmon sped up even more, the ruins came into view, or what could be seen. NeoPheonixmon's eyes grew about a size bigger. There were so many digimon just mulling around. As he watched facinated, he noticed blimps of light on the horizon. As he strained his eyes he caught sight of NeoMagnadramon.
"Well Guess that explains that." NeoPheonixmon thought.
He flew over the grounds hoping that they hadn't seen him. He wasn't so lucky. From the time it took him to look from the sky to ground, most of digimon had gotten into a formation and were prearing to fire. Suddenly, they did, and the area got much lighter. NeoPheonixmon shot upwards and to the right.
"Well, looks like they pick the hard way." NeoPheonixmon thought.
"Flamming Light!" he called out, already in position.
As NeoPheonixmon turned toward the sun, his eyes became pure fire, giving into his body. Almost as in unison, his body and head turned towards the ground. He shot out two beams, each from one eye. As his eyes moved, so did the beams. NeoPheonixmon threw his head rapidly from the right and left. The beams acted, scattering the giant group. As NeoPheonixmon blinked, the beams stopped.
"NeoMagnadramon, NeoMegidramon, If you can hear don't turn around. Just know I'm here too! If you have any plans, now would be a great time to spill!" NeoPheonixmon said, trying to keep the atmosphere light.
"Full Flame!" NeoPheonixmon yelled out.
Suddenly he spit up a pretty large flame that quickly sped towards the ground. It hit and scattered those who weren't toasted or moved in the first attack. The flame fizzled out, but embers were still visable.
Maybe I can use this opportunity to..." NeoPheonixmon thought
"Hello Move!" the second self said coming forward.
NeoPheonixmon quickly moved towards the others, watching his back and front very carefully. As he flew up, NeoMagnadramon nodded at him. NeoMegidramon merely grunted, and continued to fight.
"So, got any plans?" NeoPheonixmon asked.
"Get...to the temple." NeoMagnadramon said not turning around.
"Fine by me. Are we waitng for anyone else in particular?" NeoPheonixmon asked smiling. NeoMagndramon just kept fighting.
"Can't kill me for trying." NeoPheonixmon said turning back towards his side. "Final Flame!" The flame hit the ground and became a wall, blocking all ground forces temporaily.
"Fluxoide" NeoPheonixmon whispered. He didn't like this attack, but it seemed right.
NeoPheonixmon suddenly shook his entire body, spreading the goo everywhere. He looked back to check that it didn't hit the other Guardians. Everyone else was fine, so NeoPheonixmon turned back towards the other digimon.
"Hand of Fate!" An Angemon had made it's way through his attacks and now attacked.
The white beam of light hit NeoPheonixmon, causing him to flinch. "No more. Final Flame!" he shouted. The flame hit the unsuspecting digimon, roasting him.
NeoPheonixmon hated all this mindless killing, but it didn't seem like the would like to talk. He flapped lower, and suddenly stopped. "One Falls!" he said.
A signle tear began to tear up at the corner of his eye. It then fell, suddenly disappearing. A Leomon suddenly fell, grabbing at it's chest. NeoPheonixmon then flew back up, and survyed the damage. As the digimon regrouped, he saw that he hadn't killed 1/4 of them.
"Oh Great. This isn't what I wanted to do today." NeoPheonixmon said turning away from the digimon. "Are we almost ready?" NeoPheonixmon shouted over his shoulder. He tried to look for a nod, but another Angemon was getting ready for an attack.
"Final Flame!" he said incinertaing the digimon. After this, NeoPheonixmon wanted to retire, alothough he knew he wouldn't. This was just too much pointless fighting.
Azufe loaded one of the machine guns. He attached an ammo backpack and put in on. "Hawkmon and I are entering the site's known chamber," he said.
The entrance to the chamber was nothing special, just a tunnel leading underground. The chamber itself was pentagonal, and it was large. there was a lot of writing on the walls and floor, all of which had been scanned when the relic site was first discovered.
One of the first things Azufe saw was four rectangular indents in the floor in the middle of the chamber. They were positioned so that they formed four corners of a pentagon. If drawn, this pentagon's corners would be precisly lined up with the corners of the chamber.
Azufe looked at the missing corner of the small pentagon. He walked over to the corresponding wall of the chamber, but didn't see anything. He stepped back, set his gun to single-shot mode, and fired. after the third shot, there was a hole big enough to walk through. Behind the former wall was a tunnel.
"Get the others," Azufe instructed Hawkmon. "Tell them to get their asses down here. I think we just found our second chamber. There may be a clue in there as to what happened."
Hawkmon dashed up the tunnel to the surfact to get the others. Azufe sat down to wait for them.
OOC Sorry I wasn't here, thanks for letting me stay in, Takuya.
****
NeoMetalGarurumon growled as he sprinted through the thick forest. He cursed himself for not keeping up with the other guardians. He needed new scouts, ones who would be able to contact him in time in a situation like this.
Just them a Hawkmon flew down and landed on the guardian?s back,
"Master, the other three guardians are in a battle at the temple. It seems that they need help."
NeoMetalGarurumon said nothing but ran faster, launching himself from the dark of the forest and into the open light.
He spotted the battle, explosions and cries from the Digimon filled the air as the large wolf ran to the scene.
He skidded to a halt next to NeoMegidramon who nodded and dodged a weak attack from an Agumon.
"Thanks for finally showing up."
NeoMetalGarurumon snorted and reared up "Arctic Blaster!" he howled as his attack launched towards a Greymon that looked ready to attack NeoPhoenixmon.
The torpedo's exploded and the wounded Digimon howled in pain, falling back and crushing some rookies below.
NeoPhoenixmon turned and nodded to NeoMetalGarurumon, glad that all the guardians were together finally.
NeoMetalGarurumon stood firmly next to NeoMegidramon and shook his head, blinking out the light and staring at the horde of Digimon before him, "Well, this has certainly brightened up my day..."
OCC~ Arg... sorry for taking so long again, school's been like hell this week. Thank goodness for weekends though...
Tairu began to investigate a distant part of the ruins. Nothing apeared to be too out of place, but her experience had taught her that not everything is as it seems on the surface. Just then she heard a small rock fall and tumble across the rough ground. On inpulse she pulled out her gun and pointed it in the direction of the sound.
It was only Joe, who happened to be nearby, and mearly kicked a stone out of shear bordom. "You seem a bit high-strung today," remarked Salamon.
"Sorry," Tairu said in a withdrawn tone, "I just feel like something big is going to happen. I've been on edge since we go here. You really can't blame me for that."
"Yeah, but I can blame you for nearly blasting my head off," yelled Joe, who had seen her whip the gun out at him and was now walking over towards her.
Tairu turned to him, smiling slightly. "I'm sorry," she turn back away, "We should get back to looking for clues." Joe looked again at the worn expression she always seemed to wear. The smile was gone. Did she just smile? he asked himself as she walked away.
Just then, he heard Halkmon telling everyone that Azufe has found something in the chamber. Joe would have to contemplate Tairu's state of mind later, as he and Terriermon headed towards the chamber entrance with the others.
Before anyone could enter the tunnel to the underground chamber, Azufe came running out. "We've got trouble," he said. "Several Digimon came out of a new passage I found in there. There were too many for me to fight alone. I think they're protecting something."
Everyone took a few steps back from the tunnel entrance. Several Lilymon came out of it, led by a Rosemon. "You can not be allowed to disturb the sleeper," the Rosemon said. "Leave at once, or we will be forced to attack."
"I'm sorry, but we can't leave." Azufe replied. "We don't have any desire to awaken any sleepers, however. If you're asleep, you're not trying to kill us."
"If you will not leave, we will have to eliminate you."
"So be it." Azufe grabbed his Digivice. It was circular, with a small screen in the middle and four evenly spaced buttons around the side. The top putton triggered a Digivolution to Champion in the holder's partner Digimon, while the left button triggered a Digivolution to Ultimate. The bottom button activated a display of all locators within range, allowing for easy location of other DIR field agents. The right button would trigger a Digivolution to Mega as soon as a program for Mega-level Digivolution was developed. Azufe pushed the left button, causing Hawkmon to digivolve to his Ultimate form, Sylphimon.
"All right," Azufe said to the others. "Let's do this."
Tairu waisted no time in hesitation as she grabbed her digivice from her vest pocket. She looked down at Salamon. "You ready," she said with a slight smerk on her face.
Salamon returned the grin, "Oh, yeah." And with that, Tairu pressed the left button on her digivice. Salamon instantly became inveloped in a bright light and as it faded, a figure that was much different from Salamon came into view. She was an angelic digimon that radiated a soft, pale-pink light.
"Let's do this, Angewomon," she nodded at Tairu, who had already pulled out her gun just in case she needed back up, but that seemed unlikely at this point. They turned to face the enemy, only to see that one of the Lilymon was already swooping in for an attack. Angewomon pulled back the golden twine attached to the bow on her arm and a glowing arrow of light appeared on it.
"Celestial Arrow!" she shouted, firing the arrow at the oncoming digimon. It made a direct hit, pushing the Lilymon back several feet. Tairu stood to the side, watching the action, ready to jump in as soon as her digimon needed her help.
With a growl, Labramon stepped forward, yet Angel stood there, looking on at the flower-like digimon. After everyone had digivolved, Labramon was the last. It seemed that Rosemon and Angel knew each others' intentions, but had no means to back down. Angel did not have to take her digivice out, all she had to do was press a button on her shoulder, which was where she had kept her digivice.
With a loud growl, from where Labramon stood, came Cerberumon. A malevolent growl erupted from his throat and he looked at the Lilymon, then to Rosemon. He was ready for battle, as was Angel.
"This shall be your doom." A deep, malicious voice came from Cerberumon as he spoke to Rosemon. She merely smirked and Angel followed suit. A fight that was going to be interestingly sufficient, perhaps.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Looking around, NeoMegidramon could see the hungry faces of battling digimon Champions and Ultimates. It was a sad day, yet he knew that to get to the Temple, he would have to force these younger ones out of his way.
NeoMegidramon looked to his companions and understood what he had to do. Although, he lived in a desolate, distant, and dark land, he still knew where his priorities lied. He looked around and noticed that these digimon would not give up. It may as well take all of their power to take these digimon out.
["Let us hope that it does not come to that."]
OOC: I'd like to take this opportunity to emphasize that, in this RPG, unlike most Digimon RPGs, the humans are not useless in combat. The weapons they have are very effective against most Digimon, and the humans often do more damage than their Digimon partners. Just thought I'd remind everyone, since you probably aren't used to the humans actually being relevant in battle situations.
---------------------------------------------------------------
Azufe held his Digivice up, with the screen facing exactly oppisite one of the Lillymon, which he was pointing the back of the Digivice at. He pushed on the screen. The back of the Digivice flashed, then a picture of Lillymon appeared on the screen, along with the name Lillymon, the level Ultimate, and the vulnerability classification 'Gamma-1'. When Azufe repeated this with Rosemon, it was the level Mega and 'Delta-1' instead of 'Gamma-1'.
What Azufe had done was called a 'Flash Profile', and every Digivice could do it. Each Digivice contianed a database of all known Digimon, along with a picture, level, and vulnerability classification. Pushing the screen triggered the Flash Profile. The back of the Digivice had a small camera-like device hidden inside it. This device recorded the form of the Digimon it was pointed at. This was compared to the images of all the Digimon in the database untill a matching image was found. The data was then displayed on the Digivice's screen.
Every agent used the Flash Profile often, normally just to get the vulnerability classification, or vc. The vc indicated how vulnerable a Digimon was to human weapons. Alpha was extremly vulnerable, and even primitive projectile weapons (OOC: the guns we have today) would be likely to work. Beta was the next level down, still very easily taken out by modern (OOC: this RPG modern, not real-life modern) human weapons. Gamma, average vulnerability, was next, followed by Delta and Epsilon. Each catagory had three values. An Alpha-2 was less vulnerable than an Alpha-1, but still more vulnerable than a Beta-1, and while and Epsilon-1 might eventually succumb to weapons fire, an Epsilon-3 probably would not.
"The Lillymon are Gamma-1s, and the Rosemon is a Delta-1," Azufe yelled to the others. "Shooting is a go. Fire at will!." With that, he tore through a Lillymon with his gun, then turned to fire at another.
--------------------------------------------------------
OOC: Hope that wasn't too horrible to read. I had to get the whole vc thing out there, as it will be important later on.
OOC: I'm sooo sorry for being so late, but my monitor went on a blink. I had to get a new one and I've been really busy! Sorry once again. :sweat:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Aurora picked up her Digivice and stared at it for a second. She then got an evil grin on her face and pushed the left button. DemiDevimon suddenly became surrounded in a dark cloud. Lightning was strike all around. Aurora looked highly pleased.

?Come on DemiDevimon,? Aurora said as she stared at the storming cloud. ?Lets see what we?ve got!? The black cloud suddenly went in all directions and a tall male figure was starting to appear.

?What the,? Tairu said as she looked over at the tall figure. Aurora?s grin became bigger as a blonde haired, blue-eyed vampire appeared out of the cloud. He unwrapped himself as his feet touched the ground.

?Myotismon,? Aurora mumbled as she crossed her arms, ?Much better!? Myotismon grinned and nodded at Aurora as Tairu looked at her.

?FLOWER CANNON,? one of the Lillymon shouted as a green blast came out of her huge flower. The blast was heading fast at Aurora and she didn?t seem to care. She just turned her head as Myotismon made his hand in a wired shape.

?CRIMSON LIGHTNING,? Myotismon shouted as a red whip appeared in his hand and redirected Lillymon?s Flower Cannon. The Flower Cannon suddenly blasted the wall behind Aurora. The huge burst of wind, from the blast, made Aurora?s hair and skirt move forward. Azufe quickly shot her an evil glare.

"Are you trying to kill us all," Azufe shouted as he shot another Lillymon. Aurora just snorted and grabbed her gun. She quickly shot down a Lillymon and looked at Myotismon.

"Not really," Myotismon said as he landed next to Aurora, "but if that's what you think we're doing." A slight grin crossed Myotismon's face. His white fangs could easily be seen against his purple lips. Aurora shook her head and shot another Lillymon.

"Just don't do that again," Azufe demanded as he turned toward Rosemon. Aurora yawned and started to climb onto Myotismon's shoulder. Myotismon slightly looked at her.

"Lets go," Aurora said as she held her gun out, "Double firepower in the airforce." Myotismon nodded and started to float upward. He understood what Aurora met.

Joe hung back as the other agents and their digimon partners lept into action. With his speed and stelth, his strangths lied more in a surprise attack. "Let's save you energy for when it's needed, Terriermon," he said turning to his partner. He looked over to where Tairu and Angewomon were fighting. Joe pulled out his own gun and adjusted the setting to a higher level.

Just then a huge blast shook the area. Aurora had let Myotismon get a little too careless with deflecting an attack by one of the Lilymon. Joe went to join Tairu a few yards away.

"Are they nuts?" he mumbled to her, "They're being way to reckless."

"They're probibly trying to show off," Tairu repsonded not turning to face Joe, but keeping her eyes on the remaining Lilymon, waiting for one of them to fly within firing range. He could see that Tairu was getting drawn into her work again. She often did this as a way of not letting herself show any sort of emotion. Joe shugged off this everyday sort of obsevation and put his focus back on the battle.

The guardians were dead. There were just too many Digimon for them to deal with. NeoMagnadramon was amazed that such a force could actually be assembled, that it was even possible to do so. but it was possibly, and it was in the faces of her and the other three guardians, wearing them out. It would eventually kill them.

We have to retreat, NeoMagnadramon thought. We can't handle this. We need to get out of here. But they didn't need to. the fighting was ending. the enemy Digimon were backing down, were leaving.

Five Megadramon were flying around the battle area, apparently giving the order to stop. One passed close enough for the Guardians to hear. "Orders from the leader," he was saying. "The defeat of the Guardians in not our objective. Continuing this battle will leave us too depleated to complete our task. Return to your positions and await further instructions."

The Megadramon flew on, repeating his message. All five of them were doing so. Eventually, the hoards of enemy Digimon were gone. Four of the Megadramon flew off in the direction they came from, while the fifth approached the Guardians. "I have been instructed to give you a warning," he said. "As long as you do not interfere with us, we will not bother you. If you do interfere, however, we will have no choice but to eliminate you. Also, you might want to move. We'll be in this area again shortly, and your presence will be interpreted as interfereing." With that, he left.

"We should go to the temple," NeoMagnadramon said. "Let's not waste time."

Without a moment's hesitation, Angel gave the order for Cerberumon to attack. He dashed off and aimed for Rosemon. Angel watched her digimon go to work and could feel the heat of the battle. But she then realized that it wasn't the heat of the battle, but an oncoming Flower Cannon attack. She dodged it quickly and looked to the Lillymon who had aimed at her.

A menacing growl came from Angel's throat, as well as Cerberumon's, and the two were in sync with each other. Their attacks simultaneous. Cerberumon attacked with Emerald Blaze and Angel fired with one of the rifles. Green flames erupted from Cerberumon's mouth and swarms of bullets erupted from Angel's hands.

There were quite a few Lillymon, but not enough. The whole battle only took a couple minutes before all of them, as well as their leader, Rosemon, were destroyed. After a quick check to make sure that there weren't any left, Azufe walked over to the vehicle he drove and called up the map display. After a few seconds, he walked back over to the others. "Those wouldn't have been enough to take out the three agents. If whatever took them out comes back, we might need to run. There's a chance that whatever killed them could get us, too. I just checked, and saftey point G-2 is the closest, so we'll head there if we encounter something we can't handle."

The saftey points were areas where Digimon didn't go, for whatever reason. It might be because the entrances to caves were virtually impossible to find without the equipment agents carried with them, it might be because of particularly dangerous terrain, or it might be for unknown reasons, but Digimon virtually never entered those areas, so the humans and their partners used them to escape anything they couldn't handle.

Azufe looked at the tunnel entrance. "Angel, stay up here," he said. "Joe, you stay, too. Kep the vehicles on and ready to go in case we need to make a quick exit. Oh, and because I know that some people make this mistake, keep the windows and roofs down at all times. If we need to make a quick exit, we'll want to be able to shoot while we're moving, and we won't want to have to bother with doors. Everyone else, let's go."

Azufe and Hawkmon led the group into the first chamber. They went through the tunnel and into Chamber #2, which had the same shape as the first. They spread out and searched. The chamber was empty except for the wall farthest from the entrance, and it was Tairu who saw it first. She called everyone over. What she had found was an inscription on the wall, and a tablet on the floor under it.

Tairu removed a small, round device from her pocket. It had a lens on one side. She passed the lens over the inscription, then set the device on the floor. The device contained a translation database, matching the writing of the digital world with the English translation. It projected thw translation over the inscription on the wall.

When the design is restored, the Sleeper will wake. The Sleeper exists only for one purpose, one task. The Sleeper is a danger in itself, but it is also a gateway. A gateway that must be kept closed to contain that which is held within it.

"What the hell does that mean?" Azufe wondered.

Aria picked up the tablet. "It's too worn to get anything off of it. translating it won't do any good. We'll have to give this to the boys back at HQ for restoration."

After completing their survey of the chamber and finding nothing else, the group returned to the surface to see Joe looking to the north through a pair of binoculars. Azufe looked in the same direction and used his machine gun, which had a scope with 3X zoom.

"I think I just figured out what got the other three agents," he said. "We've got approximatly ten zilion flyers heading our way, mainly Champions and Ultimates. A lot of Birdramon and Airdramon, but there's probably at least one of virtually every flight-capable Champion and Ultimate. There's no way in hell we can take the numbers that are heading our way."

Joe looked at him. "G-2?"

Azufe nodded. "G-2," he confirmed. "No time to waste, people! Move it!"

Everyone jumped into the vehicles they were in previously. Joe was driving one, because he was already in the driver's seat. Angel, however, had moved over. She was a better shot than Aurora, who took her place as driver. She had one of the shotguns, and she'd dropped her ammo backpack to the floor of the vehicle so that she could more easily move around in the not exactly huge space she had to work with. Everyone else who was wearing one did the same. They kept the backpacks connected to the guns, though. Aria and Tairu prepped the rocket launchers, mounting them securly on the vehicles and attaching the fully loaded extra chambers.

By the time everything was ready, the birds (and nod-bird Digimon that were in the army heading toward them) were almost on them. The destination, saftey point G-2, was around a nearby extinct volcano and through a brief canyon that probably formed as a result of the volcano's eruptions, back when it it was active. There would be a lot of shooting and evasive driving before they could reach G-2.

Azufe looked at the birds, which were almost on them. "Go!" he shouted. Aurora and Joe hit the gas, and the two vehicles sped off with the birds right behind them.

-----------------------------------------------

OOC: We're running (okay, driving) while we fight, here.Drivers, you're in charge of fancy maneuvers to dodge incoming attacks. Everyone else, keep shooting. Grenades won't work (the enemies are too high up), but all the other weapons are fair game. There will be an occurance when we round the volcano, so let me post that part. Other than that, go nuts. Oh, one more thing. We're not going to run out of ammo. We have a ton.

OCC~ Hum.. I've noticed that recently in the RPGs that I'm in, other people seem to be using my characters in the plotlines of their post. Don't get me wrong, I'm not offended by this in any way. On the contrary, I'm flatered that people are achknoledging my characters when in past RPGs I've been in, both on and off of OB, people kind of ignored my characters. Sorry, I just thought I'd share my obsevation before I continue :D
------------------
"Go!" Joe slammed his foot on the gas petal as soon as Azufe had shouted the order. The two vehicals immediately took off across the baren terrain, and not a moment too soon, since a hail of fire from the ememy digimon had just desimated the growd the vehicals had been on seconds earlier.

"Come on guys!" Joe shouted from the driver's seat, "Feel free to fire away anytime now!" Paul, Zeke, and Tairu didn't need to be told twice. Paul began firing at them with his machine gun from the front seat. Meanwhile, Tairu fired the rocket launcher while Zeke fired her gun at the onslaught of digimon. All seemed to be going well with the group staying just out of reach of their attacks.

Then suddenly, out of nowhere, a Birdramon swooped down on them for a surprise attack. Paul quickly took it out, but not before it could create a firey blockade directly in their path, and they were going much too fast to stop. Hope this works, Joe thought to himself, biting his lower lip. He grabbed the streaing wheel and turned sharply to the left. The sudden turn in the loose dirt caused it to go flying onto the flames before them, dowsing them just enough for them to drive through. After completeing the donut manuvare, Joe quickly drove through the gap in the flames and spead up quickly to rejoin the other group.
