Albel the Wicked
Alright, I'm going to start this RPG. Everyone was excepted, but there are no more sign ups. I guess that I'll do that starting post. Just for the record, the experiments still have their common intelligence and common sense. They know what a town and stuff is. Just what I said they forgot, they DID forget. IC: Hashu, got up from the hot desert sand and looked around. He wondered (Where am I? Who am I? Why am I out here? Who are these other people?) Hashu looked around the desert, not knowing that he had enhanced eyesight. Sight so great, he was like a hawk. He spotted a small desert town far to the east. Even with HIS eyes, it was faint, but in sight. "Looks like there is a town up ahead. I'm going to go, whoever you people are, you are free to follow" said Hashu as he started walking. "What make you so sure that there is a town?" said a girl, that looked about Hashu's age. "I can see it off in the distance. It is faint, but I'm sure that there is one. I don't see any better choice. "He's right. It's either the town or stay out here and die of heat." said a man, who looked around his twentys. So, they all started walking towards the town. It was a long walk and painful walk, but they survived better then any man did. Could the proffesors made it, so that the expieriments could stand any weather condition? Is that why they felt no thirst? Is that why they didn't feel hot? It was indeed true, they were made to adapt to any climate. They were made to not die by natural means, only by an animals hands. They continued to walk, all through the day and into the night even. Nothing had happened amongst them, not conversation, not even eye contact. They couldn't talk about normal things, since they don't know they're own life. "So, what do you people plan on doing, when we get to the town? I'm not sure myself. "Neither are we." That was the only thing that happened while they traveled. It was now day and they were only a couple miles left from the town. OOC: I'm going to leave it off there. Next person, make sure they get to the town in your post. Then, take it wherever you please.
Katana
OOC: After re-reading the signup introduction post, I've realized we're all in the nude...okay, so... IC: Arian continued trudging along with the rest of these people - whoever they were. It made no difference to her. She dug her hands further into her pockets, the fists not producing a drop of sweat. That seemed rather odd, but she shrugged it off - weirder things had happened to her before. The town grew closer with every step, and Arian looked up, shifting her eyes around to see just what everyone else was doing. She felt weird if she was the only one doing something. Okay, there was the guy who had said he was going to the town, follow or not - He looked roughly Arian's age, maybe a little older. Behind him was a girl who seemed more mature than the boy, probably because she was older. She seemed rather depressed about something. On Arian's left was a girl who looked exactly like supermodels, except better, more natural, and not slobbered in five feet of makeup. Behind her was the man who had defended the Town in the Distance boy (yes...the nickname for now...). There were others, but she soon grew weary of thinking and went back to staring at sand. "Here," said a girl who seemed rather short but pretty. The others looked up, there eyes grazing over the town's buildings. The ten of them just stood there, at the edge of a road, looking like a buch of deer stuck in headlight. "Well," said the depressed girl from before, who, at a more observed glance, was a buxom woman. "What are we going to do?" Arian sighed. "I don't know what. There's something here we should be doing though. I'm just...not sure what." "Yeah, like this little voice in the back of my brain, saying we'll learn some stuff here," replied the natural-looking woman. "I say we're not going to get anywhere if we don't know who we are," said a very militant-sounding male. They hadn't realized the people gawking at them for their naked attire. They acted like it was perfectly normal, or that they didn't have a clue that it was bad to be in the nude in public. "Great. Just what we need," said a man in his mid-forties. "Nudists." "Oh dear! You poor people!" said the man's wife, rushing up to them. They all looked at her curiously. What was she talking about? "You must've been wandering that desert for days, and probably forced to eat your own clothes or something to survive..." The woman struck Arian as a kind woman, but sort of a ditz. "Um...yes," said the militant guy, and they were led into an old house off the street. ------------------------- Oooo...couldn't think of much...um, questions: 1. Do we even know our names? Any name at all? 2. Just who were the people speaking in your post, Captain? (One was obviously you...Mesa not stupid...-__-)
Ugamon
Watching the strange women walking around pulling out clothes and thrusting them at each of them Kredion wondered why the women was acting as if they were nuts. She seemed nervous and almost happy to help. Looking around he noticed pictures and odd looking trinkets scatter around the room suddenly a pair of pants hit him square in the face he reachs a hand up and pulls them off just as a shirt gets flung his way. Women:Now get dressed i will be back with soemthing for you to eat. Feel free to look around. Pulling on the clothes he notices the cut on his hand is gone wonderly he poke the spot. Kredion: the damage to my body is healed... Arian: Explain.. Kredion: I had cut my self on that ... glass the damage i recieved form it is repaired Hashu: Perhaps your body is capable of this..somehow. Kredion: Perhaps we had best check for other things not normal. Until then we should find something for these bodys they require filling.
Lilt
OOC: This will be a little confusing, since my character doesn't know her name, yet. Not knowing what else to do, and for once, not wanting to be alone, she followed them. But as she followed them to the town, she tried as hard as she could to remember something about herself. It was something that people call you, like how that group of buildings they were walking to was called a town. However, her thoughts were interrupted as people from the town came and greeted them. She noticed how all of the people were looking at them strangely, and like the others with her, she wondered what was so strange about them that the people should stare like that. A woman came up who seemed like she wanted them to follow her. She followed along with the others, and inside of one of the buildings, the woman started pulling things out of wooden containers and giving them to the group. She took a heavy black fabric from the woman and stared at it. "Put it on dear." The woman said. She continued to stare at it. "Here, I'll help you." The woman smiled. The woman put it on the confused girl. Albel the Wicked
OOC: Well, since no one else will, I'll post....AGAIN! IC: Hashu looked curiously, as the woman gave him some clothes. He didn't know what they were, but he tried them on. It was a loose shirt, with some shorts. It wasn't what filled what he wanted, but it would have to do for now. He would look later for some cloths that suited him. He was trying to remember something that he thought he knew about himself. What was his name? Why was he out in the dessert? Answers that my be looked into later. He decided to walk outside. As he did, everyone of the citizens didn't look at him as pecularly as they did before. They actually started to greet him with welcome arms. He walked through the town, looking for something to do. Anything that would catch his eye. He ran through the dessert town and didn't find anything that interested him. He went inside a tavern, so that he could see if he could get a drink. He went in and looked at the menu. "Bartender! I'll take some wine, please" "Look pal, I seen you out there in the nude and we only serve people who have money and I KNOW that you don't have money." Hashu looked at him with disgust and decided to leave, but when near the door, he saw something that caught his eye. He looked and it was a japanese sword. It facinated him for some reason. He walked up to it and observed it. "Ah, I see that the sword of Acabeas, has caught your eye. He was a great hero that saved our town from a gang long ago. If only he were still alive. We now have another gang that plagues us. They asked for that sword, but many tried to protect it. Most of them died, but the gang retreated." Just then, a loud machinery noise was heard off in the distance by Hashu. It sounded like there was a group of them. After about five minutes of their noise, it sounded like they stopped. "AH! They're here! Hurry, go and take the sword and hide! We can't let them have something that means so much to us." Hashu took the sword and ran through the back door. He went into the nearest house, to hide. Upon arriving, it was Hashu's luck, that it was a warehouse. He looked around, for something to help the villagers and he had found robes, ones for a swordsman, plus a gauntlet. This gauntlet covered the entire left arm and at the end had claws. Hashu grabbed it and put it on. He now had two weapons that he would help the town with. He went outside to confront the gang. As he walked, he heard many people's comments. "That boy carries the sword Acabeas" "Is that boy going to fight the gang?" "Is he a member of the gang?" After a while, he had arrived to the path of the gang. He walked up to them. There were about five of them, but there were ten moterbikes. The one of the far left looked at Hashu and said,"Boss, it's the sword we've been looking for. That kid has it." "Please, tell me why this sword means so much to you that you would kill innocent lives to have it." asked Hashu. The one in the middle, with black sunglasses and a mohawk replied,"Well, a sword like that sells a pretty penny. Our employer said he'd pay us more then we'd get at a pawn shop for it, so we need that sword. Give it to us now and we don't have any reason to harm you or any of these townspeople." "I'm afraid I must decline your offer. Not only is this sword a symbol of hope to these people, but it is morally wrong to sell something that is so tressured." "You don't have a choice kid! Either you give it to you or we take it from you by force!" at that point, three of the men charged at Hashu. He readied for an attack. He drew the sword and furisously slashed, by alternating between the claw and the sword. In a matter of seconds, all three of the huge men were dead. "Just who the hell are you!?" "I wish to be called Albel, but you will just refer to me as Death" OOC: There, I'm leaving it off there. Hashu doesn't know his name, so he made one up for himself. I did say he specializes in all combat, but he prefers close combat.
Ugamon
Shortly after Hashu left Kredion sat down and started to focus his thoughts with a knife in one hand and his palm open in his other hand. Slowly he started to cut his hand making a small cut and then watching the cut heal up rapidly as soon as the knife left the skin. Probing deeper he pulls the knife back and stabs his hand in the palm face down then quickly pulled the knife out iwth a flinch the wound healed slower but left no mark when it was done healing. Slowly a grin crossed his face quickly he stood up and made for the door placing the knife on a table and pulled out a broom looking it over he thought it would need altering but it could work. Turning around he rapidly walked out the door and slamed the broom end down the the ground breaking the wood just above it making it into a makeshift staff he then picked up a rough rock and a smooth one and started to sand and polish the sharp end down. About 15 minutes later he heard loud noises coming from just down the street curiously he walked down the street toward the noises the polished staff in hand he started to see what the whole thing was about it seemed that some of the bikers or thugs which every they may be had attacked one of the males who had traveled into the city with him and the others. Suddenly a flash of pain went thru kredions head and a hazing memory of the lab with it many techs and professors running around checking med charts and genetic tests. On one of the desks was a folder wide open showing a picture and what seemed to be a detailed history of someone suddenly a man picked them up and put them in a box and handed it to a guard saying something to the guard before returing to his work. The guard walked out with the folders and put somewhere. Perhaps he could find out what was going on if he could get those folders. Suddenly the pain stoped and Kredion grabed onto the side of a building and steadied himself just as another set of gang members met their fate on Albels sword.
dMage
Standing around, he knew nothing better to do than to put on the clothes the kind hearted woman was offering. She clothed the women first, seeming to think that they were the ones who needed to be warmed up first. He heard the old lady mutter under her breathe "Poor dears, they might have died out there" before she went back into the small room and came back with some clothing for the males. "You're pretty lucky mister, my old Johnny was much the same size you are, so I think these clothes will fit you well" she said as she handed him a pair of pants and long sleeve shirt. He glanced at the clothes, and felt oddly comforted by them. He could tell, by touching and seeing the articles of clothing, that they would in no way hamper his movement, making him warm, and still as mobile. He found it strange that as he put on his clothes, and glanced around the room, he could calculate that in the position he was in, he could reach the door of the house in less than 3 steps, or leap straight out the window in one jump, or reach any of the bedroom and and one bathroom doors in 2 steps. He also knew that the table in the middle of this room could probably take 2 or 3 powerful shots before it splintered, which would be more than enough time for him to use it effectively to rush any enemy. And he KNEW that once he got that close, he probably wouldn't be stopped. He had just finished buttoning up his shirt when he noticed one of the guys head out of the house. He wasn't sure why, but he found himself rising and following him as well. Just as he reached the door, he looked over at the others, who seemed busy mulling in their own thoughts. Looking at them, he said in a low voice "I'm not sure what to do, but I don't think that a brief walk outside will hurt any of us, see you guys in a bit." He paused, and turned to look at the gracious owner of the house. "Thank you very much." He said curtly, before walking out into the cool crisp desert air. He walked slowly, not caring about anything that was going on. He rested his back on the wall of building and just stood there, trying to rack his brain for any memory that might help him get something useful. Nothing. Just when he was going to start heading back to the house, he heard a distant hum. Bikes. The thought came unbidden to his mind. Dirtbikes modified for the desert, in decent shape, but could be made better, by the slight pur the engine was making. He smiled at himself. If he could persuade one of these guys to hand over a bike, he would find a way to travel faster. He heard the bikes hum get close, and finally stop as they reached their destination, he watched from a distance as the man who had walked out, (who was now curiously weilding a sword, of good make, and a gauntlet) take down 3 of them like they were nothing. And even as he was this, and the other 2 prepare themsleves to attack him, he also noticed 5 others come from a digonal bottom angle, ready to shoot him down. Just as they pulled their sidearms from their jackets, 3 thoughts came to his mind. 1) they were not profeesionals. 2) he was in a perfect position to ambush them, and 3) which one of them should live. That thought was still going through his mind as the rock left his hand and hit the foremost gunman straight in the temporal lobe, killing him before he hit the ground. As the others turned to face him, he had already disarmed and broken the arm of the one he had decided would survive. #3 went down with his eyes wide in shock as the blast from the shotgun sent him flying. #4 and #5 tried to react, but unfortunately, #4's shot ended up killing #5 as he was deftly manuevered to block the shot. #4 mouth was lay open in silent surprise as the quick jab he had recieved to his neck crumpled his windpipe and killed a few seconds afterwards... OOC: Sorry that it got so long. I just kind of started typing, and it happened, so yeah :) Hope thats good, and that I wasn't too confusing, in referring to Tech. (I'm still thiking about he'll make up his name.)
Lilt
After one of the women finally convinced Allison that she had to wear a shirt, unlike some of the guys, she ran outside to see what was going on. It was a battle. People were dying, and blood was being spilled. But so far, all of the blood belonged to some strangers on some dirt bikes. Allison knew she should help the people in her group, but she wanted to run and she couldn't fight the feeling. Then, behind her, a dark blue circle opened up behind her. She couldn't see what was inside of it, but it seemed...comforting, so she walked into it. A few seconds later, another one opened up above a man who was about to shoot a boy who had just broken one of his friend's arms. Allison fell out of the portal and onto the man before he could fire. Although she wasn't that heavy, she still knocked him down. Allison sat up, and the man started to try to get free. Instinctively, she grabbed his gun from him and pulled the trigger again and again. His head and back were torn open when she stopped, and his blood covered her new clothes. Then, a man walked up, and pointed a gun at her. He shot, and a portal opened underneath her. Allison and the body fell through it, just before the man's bullet hit the ground. This time, she fell onto an empty dirt bike, the body still underneath her. The man was still in front of her. he started to reload his gun, and she aimed hers at him and fired, but it only clicked. She threw her gun aside and started the motor bike. The man finished loading his gun, and shot at Allison. A bullet hit her shoulder as the bike charged forward, running over the man, and killing him. She then got the body that she was sitting on, off the bike, and tried to figure out how to work it.
GuyYouMetOnline
The beutiful young woman had allowed another woman to help her get dressed, but the whole time, something was telling her not to trust this woman, not to trust anyone. She didn't know why. At least, not until the attack. Not knowing what was going on, she watched. It triggered... something. A memory. There were bodies everywhere. Many were dead, some were just wounded. Many were getting shot as she watched. There were even people in the house. Her house, somehow she knew this. Her parents-she knew it was her parents, somehow-were involved in the fight. Her father shot an older-looking man, killing him. A teenage male grabbed the older man's gun. She looked at him. "What are you doing, Jaht?" "Stay out of this, Vaxla. I don't want to shoot you, but I will if you make me." And he didn't. Instead, he took down Vaxla's parents with two well-placed shots. Vaxla couldn't believe it. "I thought you loved me!" "I do," Jaht said. "You don't! You don't love me!" Enraged, she charged him, but he held the gun up. "I'm sorry, Vaxla," he said. "I do love you." Vaxla. That was her. Her name was Vaxla. Jaht... she had loved Jaht. If Jaht would kill her parents, if one who she loved and who lover her would do that, then what would other people do? She couldn't trust anyone. A woman ran in Vaxla's direction, pursued by one of the attackers. Vaxla attacked the woman first. A broken leg and neck later, the woman was down. The man didn't get his neck broken. He got a rock through his chest. Vaxla didn't care who was who. She attacked everyone, and she was dangerous. She would come at you no matter what weapon you had, and she would kick you around. If you lived, you probably had a broken neck. She even kicked a motercycle out from under a man. She killed that man, then looked for someone else. Ugamon
Watching the fight Kredion notices two more people join in one of the young males who had been traveling with him and two of the females one with purple hair and other other with a rather impressive form of agression spewing out of her. Suddenly a sharp pain appears in Kredion's side as one of the bullets that bounced around sunk into his skin. Cursing himself for stay exposed where such a thing could happen he quickly moved behind a barrel and check the wound only to find fresh pink skin and damp blood on his clothes glancing around the barrle he got up and twirled his stick staff and ran up to a gang member and gave him a sound wack on the head knocking him out cold then quickly spinning the stick he droped to one knee and angled into another's shin. suddenly a bike spin directly in a attempt to dodge he rolled and pushed off the ground with one hand both ended up raming into a female biker and brought her down in a tangle of limbs Kredion:.... This is utterly dumb what is this fight for? honor? valor? revenge? Meanwhile as Kredion attempted to untangled himself form the knocked out female biker another male advanced without warning only to be flung away by the calm faced male. When another burly looking biker tryed to swing a crowbar at the young man his nose be became bloodied on the first blow and ont he second he was doubled over and on the ground. Quickly Kredion picked up his staff and got up as Albels sword came through the inners of last biker. Kredion: Now that all the senseless brutallity is out of the way can we figure out what we are? I want to know who I am, but I also want to find out what I am. Was I the one making those weird portals? It must have been me, because everyone else was busy fighting...But how was I able to make them? And why was I given that power? Was I born with it? It doesn't seem normal..." Allison thought. However, She decided to leave those questions unanswered for now and finish stripping the dead bodies of their gear. Soon, she had a whole outfit together. She put it on, and was now wearing a black bandana around her mouth, a sandy colored sleeveless shirt, a black vest, a dark green pair of pants and black boots. She had also found a backpack that had quite a few helpful supplies inside. Allison at least didn't look like a frightened young girl anymore. Now she looked like a frail young boy who was ready for any battle. She walked over to the person who seemed to be the leader in their group. The one who carried the sword. Maybe he would have an idea of what they should do next.
Beorhun
Halas pulled the green shirt over his head, feeling the cheap cloth scratch his sunburned chest. He bit down, he was still not accustomed to pain after his awakening in the desert. Then he tied a belt around his black jeans, strapping the belt as tight as he could. He looked at the room, and saw a black hoodie on the rough-hewn stone table. [How dumb do I have to be to choose the darkest, and warmest clothes possible in this place?] Still, these felt right, somehow, he had an odd sense of deja-vu when he picked up the jet black hoodie. It couldn't be possible, these cheap rags couldn't have had anything to do with him before the awakening. He stood there, shifting around as sunlight poured into the room, casting light and creating defined shadows. He turned to the door, and walked out into the town. He dropped down on a dusty bench, carefully surveying the town around him. The sun was on the wester, and an orangish glow fell across the street. He cracked his knuckles, letting his shaggy hair drape over his tanned face. He thought he was a pariah from the rest of the group, a useless person who didn't belong with these people in their fight. What was it for, what was the purpose of fighting at all? Redemption? Vengance? The hope that at one point, sometime, somewhere, they would all be normal again? He closed his eyes, trying to summon up a memory of the time before he was...the way he was today. Nothing came up, all was was able to conjure was a few fragmented pieces of memory, names, a mysterious but comforting one, and his own. He asked the name swimming in his mind: [Sarah, why am I here? What did I deserve to be placed in this situation, in this damnable wasteland?] He felt someone's eyes on him. He looked up, brushing the hair from his face. It was Hashu, looking down on him. Hashu looked content, but with a certain undertone of remorse and anger, at least to him. "Aren't those clothes a bit hot?" Hashu said, leaning against a wall. "...kind of." Halas replied. "Why aren't you with the rest of us?" "...I don't know, to be perfectly honest." Hashu shook his head. "Well, we're all alright and...clothed, and we're going to do some scouting out, I suppose." "Suppose?" Halas had a look of cynical surprisedness on his face. "What does that mean?" "I mean, you're kind of the leader of our little group. You led us here, right? You were the one who royally kicked the asses of those thugs, right? You-" He was cut off by Hashu. "I am no leader. We don't have a leader. And by the way, we all helped bring those thugs down. Even you. You might want to alienate yourself from us, but you know that you need to stick with us as much as we need you to stay." Hashu finished, he was standing straight, looking very imposing. [...he's right. I did want to alienate myself. I-I have to stay.] "You're right, you know that? I'll stay. But you do know that everyone will make you the leader." Hashu shrugged as Halas said the last words in that sentence. "They might make someone else the leader, we don't know." As Hashu finished that, Halas laughed, slowly getting up. Hashu cocked his head. "What is it?" Hashu asked, puzzled. "...How leaderly of you." Halas said, getting up. OOC: Alright, sorry that ran a bit long and may have been a bit boring, but I just wanted to hurry this along, I feel a bit lost, to be honest. Anyway, I hope that's well enough.
Imp
OOC: And again, I'm late for an RPG... IC: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Emily was unconscious all through the battle and the minutes following it. Finally, when she woke up, she found herself lying on the floor in some sort of building... "Where... am I?" she whispered to herself, feeling weak. "...I feel... well... like... my mind... has... clouded... maybe then..." She then tried to get up but only managed to pull herself into a kneel. She looked down at herself to find herself wearing a greenish shirt and a long blue skirt. She tried to find a mirror, and she finally spotted one at the far corner of the room. She tried to crawl toward it, but her legs would not move that easily. But, she finally managed to reach the mirror (though she had to wriggle there like a worm) and studied herself for a while. And as she stared into her brighter-than-normal eyes, she let out a faint gasp for some unapparent reason. At the same moment, the mirror shattered. Her first instinct then was to jump up to her feet, but she couldn't. "Come on..." she muttered, "gotta... get... up... oh, no use..." She eventually found herself reaching for a door handle aimlessly, hoping to grab it, but her arm was too short. As she concentrated harder on the doorknob, though, it flew right out of the door and into her hand. At this she fell silent and almost cried. A few seconds later, Emily heard voices outside. At this she tried even harder to stand up but with no result. Eventually, she decided to give up and just lie back down to take a break. "This... must be a nightmare..." she muttered, closing her eyes. After a few minutes, she sat up again, and, realizing she was probably disabled, scooted over to the door with much difficulty and pushed the door open, feeling like a little old lady all the while. Sure enough, she saw other people outside, some of which turned to look at her upon hearing the door creak. "Oh," said a boy in the middle of the group, "I guess we missed one..." Then a woman walked up to her and looked at her with concern. "I suppose you're wondering what we're doing here, are you? But you came from the same room we just got out of, so I'm assuming you're one of us... Now, wht is your... never mind. You probably don't have a name..." "...I'll think of one, later..." Emily said quietly. As she looked to her right, some guy walked right up to her. "You just missed the fun," he said, almost in a laugh. "Some bikers attacked us!" "...Without weapons, you fought them?" Emily replied after a pause. "I don't know if I can word this for you," said another boy walking up to Emily, "but I guess the reason we're here is because we're supposed to have some sort of special powers, I guess. Some of us have found them but some have not. But we're just deciding what to do ext and who should be the leader." He then beckoned her to stand up, but of course, she couldn't. "Wish I had some special power to help me walk..." Emily muttered. "But I don't even know my name, who I am, or what..." As emily pondered these thoughts, a lot of group members just walked around lazily, seemign quite bored. Emily, also being bored, decided to recall what she had done in the room, muttering to herself as she went... "Let's see... woke up, voices outside, can't walk, mirror broken, doorknob floated into my hand, people outside, bike fight, special powers... hm... Oh, what could it mean?" And as she looked up at the sky, she tried once again to stand. But instead, she just floated up... When she looked back down, she found herself some six feet off the ground and let out a gasp of surprise... OOC: Well, I'm sorry for the long post, but that's how most of my first posts go... Aiyanna
OOC: Shoot! I am so sorry peoples! I couldn't get on for the past few days, so I guess I am late for the RP...ah well...Here goes. Sorry if my description sounded more like fantasy, I am still in that mode as I normally RP fantasy...hehe...I also usually write fantasy stories, so it is hard to switch to something more fictional. IC: Crouched low on the roof of a building, the young woman who went by the name of Ciarra, the only thing she remembered about herself, tried to sort through the muddled throughts in her head. She had walked through the desert, wearing nothing- not really knowing that that was something she shouldn't do- with a handful of other people who seemed just as confused as she was. They had arrived at a town which one of the members of the group had seen from an impossibly far distance. Superpowers? she thought. She was wearing a dark green shirt, one that didn't fit her exactly and slid off her shoulders constantly, and light pants that the woman who had given them to her had called Khaki's. That woman was a nice lady. She had found a pair of soft leather boots that fit her like they were made for her in a back closet in the old lady's house. Another thought of Why did this woman have all these clothes? had struck her, but she dismissed it. It didn't matter. She ran a hand over the scars that crisscrossed her shoulders. She didn't know why they were there. The one on her wrist confused her the most. She knew she liked nature, and figured that was the reason for the leaves. More scars, she had discovered, were arrayed across her chest and back. Why? she wanted to know. The fight below that had made her heart beat faster with fright for an unknown reason had died down and ended. She had fled up to the top of this building from the old lady's house when she heard the fight beginning. Stairs, she concluded, were a useful thing. Deciding that it was okay to come down once more, she leaped off the roof. She heard a few gasps her as she came down quick and landed on her feet in a half crouched position. She straightened and walked back to the house of the old woman. She decided she would think of her past and what had happened to her later. It was too confusing now. "Hello." was the only thing she said with her smooth and melodic like voice. The others were back at the house and she smiled briefly at them before leaning against a wall to gaze around some more. OOC: Well...I hope that works for now...I am sorry I posted so late! I will try not to do it again! ::curses those who keep her from getting online.::
Albel the Wicked
OOC: Well, this RPG is actually seeming to turn out well, but it seems that the plot has emerged a little more early then expected, but that is OK. IC: After his conversation Halas, the newley named 'Albel' decided to look for some more trouble. After killing those thugs, he felt like he needed more. He wanted more to fight. It was like he couldn't control that he wanted more to fight. He had the spirit of a warrior in him. A warrior, that couldn't die. He would continue to fight, until he had finally found an opponent that would suite him. One that would be a consant rival. One that would be his equal, so that their fights would always be tied and they would always seek each other, trying to kill one another. It was wierd that he would be made leader even though he was so obsessed with fighting. Suddenly, he heard something. It sounded like it was the sound, of a barrel of a gun being loaded. Albel stepped out of the way as quick as he could, which made the gunshot just barely knick his gauntlet. It was another of the thugs, who was about twenty meters away. Albel didn't know how he survived, but he wouldn't be alive for long! Albel went for the thug and closed the distance between them in three seconds. He slayed him with a single sword swipe. "Pathetic" he said, as he sheathed his sword. He went back to the house and decided to rest. He was going to be traveling tomorrow, whether anyone came with him or not. He wished to seek his worthy opponent. He knew that there was an equal to him, he just had to find them. As he layed on the floor of the old lady's house. He didn't need a bed, he would have to get used to sleeping on the groung, if he were to travel a lot. Halas was wrong, he was no leader. For a leader wouldn't want to leave, even if it meant abandoning his own troup. But, he wasn't a leader, he was a TRUE warrior. One that could only die while he was in the famous, 'standing death'. He would not fall to his opponents weapon, but would still stand, even in death. OOC: I must have my character do this, so that he may meet up with Aqua's character. Katana
OOC: So, we just got out of a fight, and now there's another? o_O IC: Arian was hesitant at first, but decided to try and be social. "Hey," she said to the girl who had suddenly popped in from the roof. The girl looked up, her eyes complex eyes looking as if they were staring into Arian's soul. "Hey," the girl replied with a smile. It was a friendly one, a tone Arian hadn't heard in years. She didn't know what to do. She had talked to somebody other than herself. Good. "Do you -" Arian started, but was cut off by the girl. "- know why we're here? No, I don't." There was a pause. "I'm Ciarra. You can call me Ci for short, if you wanna. What's yours?" "Mine?" Arian asked in a slightly squeaky voice. "I...don't...remember." "Of course you do. Memories can't be erased like pencil. Just try." "Alright..." I feel like a fool. Still...Search....Search...Search... Silver. The shining brightness of silver filled a blank canvas. "Silver..." Arian muttered, catching Ciarra off guard. "What? What about silver?" she asked. I can...almost...remember... "Arian," a voice said, "Arianrhod..." Is that my name? Arianrhod? Silver...Silver...Arianrhod! Welsh for silver! "Arinarhod!" Arian shouted with a gasp. The group of people in the room jumped. "That's my name! Arianrhod...Arian for short..." Ciarra let a small giggle escape her. "Alright. Arian..." "And Ci." "Hey," a man said, waking the girls up from their happy-giggle world. "Where'd that Albel guy go?" "Albel...?" Arian muttered. Sounds like cowbell... "He's not here," a girl replied. "He went off somewhere in the town." "Speaking of which..." Arian said, cluthing her stomach and groaning. "Who wants some lunch?" OOC: XD I know, they're probably not supposed to get hungry...but c'mon! I needed the gag! *dodges rotton pineapples*
Persona
It seemed liked days since it happened....all the lies....bloodshed....emptiness.....so lonely....cries cannot undo what you have done nor relinquesh the pain deep inside you fragile heart..... A feminine figure laid upon the silken grass as she tried to remember who she was. Her legs felt like marshmellows from all the walking she had done earlier, but she in fact had made it into a town. Once she had arrived wearing a white lab coat she stole from the locker with nothing beneath it, she immediatly collapse in the field off grass. So thirsty...so tired...yet willing...willing to seek her memories she onced held. She knew nothing of her past, all she knew was her codename and real name. When she had awoke from the lab, a golden bracelet around her small wrist had a named engraved, 'Lily'. That's all she knew of her and nothing else. 'Memory' A pair of eyes widened with shock and gasped for air as she banged on the glass of the tube she was held in. Scientist scaterred in amazement and tried to take down notes, but noe. He stared into the tube and smiledat her, then in an instant the sound of shattering glass fell to the floor. He had smashed it with a metal bar...then grabbed her and tried to escape. The guards shot the poor young fellow and collapsed to the ground with her along. The guards pushed him off like if he was trash and grabbed her frail body. But instantly she awoke and snapped the guards neck. She fell as he collapse to the ground.......now surrounded....anxiety rushing through her viens...then nothing...... Imp
After Arian spoke, nearly everyone turned to stare at her. Arian looked back sheepishly. "I'd take that as a no?" There was silence for a long while, until someone broke the ice. "Albel has gone." It was Emily, surprisingly, who first spoke. Her tone was nervous, and suddenly people's eyes moved to her, and some weird looks appeared because Emily was floating above the ground, and a red glow was in her eyes. "Albel has... gone," she continued. "...Heh, I just... ummm... know it. He's gone to find... Lily, yes, Lily. ...And, sorry, I... don't know why I'm floating..." Emily sat in confusion for a while, then thought for a bit. As she moved herself into a standing position, she used the force of her mind to put herself back on the ground. Well, that's over, at last, she thought. I seem to remember some dispute about my... something about me. Maybe it was my powers? I guess they were right about those powers... At least I have something to feel happy about... Remembering that she couldn't walk, she lowered herself to the ground until she was sitting dowl against the wall of a nearby building. Emily then noticed a few people walking off in different directions, one of which was Arian, another Albel in the distance, and some others... Now how do I know everyone's name? Emily thought. I've wondered about that for some time, but I know. Have I entered the body and mind of another person? Do I have ESP? Or did someone tell me everyone's name when I woke up; I remember someone speaking to me then... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I can't think of anything better to post now... dMage
Everyone had gone back to the house, but he had stayed behind. He wasn't sure what he needed to do, but action seemed like the wisest course, so after watching them all head steadily back to the house, he had gone to where the diverse motorcycles lay, awating there now gone masters. Smiling, he hefted them up, one by one, and moved them to the warehouse that was near the bar. He had tested them all, finding them to be competent, but not perfect. After looking about for a bit, he had found some spare tools lying around. Grinning, he picked up the tools, and set to work. Less than half an hour later, his job was done. The bikes still looked the same, but there engines would now kick up some serious speed. A couple of minor adjustments, and the engines were ready to fly. He didn't know how exactly he had known what to do, but it all came easily to him, like second nature. And not only had he known what to do, but the fixing had brought up memories. The smell of grease and the engine had stirred something in him, had reminded him of something that he thought was gone. He remembered who he was. Looking at the finished product of his labors, Lt. Colonel Xander "Tech" O'zare headed back towards the safe house, ready to tell his companions about his accomplishments. OOC: I'm not exactly sure where Albel is taking us, but I figure having the bikes around will help =)
GuyYouMetOnline
The only person who hadnt yet said anything to the others was Vaxla. She wasn't with any group, or even a single other person. she stayed by herself. Aftr the initial shock of her memory of Jaht killing her parents had worn off, her rampage had ended, and she had started thinking straight again. She knew that she couldn't just attack everyone. She just had to stay on guard. Vaxla was currently outside, watching the sun set. Because of the general flatness of the terrain, it happened fast. as it got darker, Vaxla felt different. Intellectually, she knew that it was supposed to be harder to see things at night, but that didn't sem to be true for her. Instead, her sight seemed to be improving. And sight wasn't the on thing that was diferent. It was as if Vaxla could feel the darkness around her. What the hell is going on? Vaxla wondered. This isn't right. I don't remember much, but I know that people don't just randomly show up in the desert with no memory, and I know that people can't see as well at night, and I know that people don't feel the presence or lack of light. So how the hell do I explain myself?
SilverCyclone
((Oh hell...I am late...sorry folks. Intense computer problems, usually with small fires. Here goes nothing...)) Vonegard was the last to awake. He found himself alone under a large desk. Pushing it off, he slowly climbed to his feet. He stared at his feet for a moment before looking at his surroundings. A thrashed room. Thats all he saw. Picking up a piece of glass, he looked at his reflection. He was big. Very big, with long hair. Dropping the glass, he tested his legs out. A moan reached his ears. He found a man under a piece of debris. Vonegard pulled him out, the looked at him carefully. He looks nothing like me...he's so small...so frail... The man said something incoherent before gurgling. He fell limp in Vonegard's hands. He rose, and slowly walked out the door. A few more men down the hall. So small...fragile things. "Shit! There's one more!" A loud noise. A hole in his shoulder. Red liquid. Feeling...fear? No...anger! With a roar, Vonegard slammed his fist into the ground, sending a tremor to the soldiers. They were killed instantly. This...satisfied Vonegard. They were frail. He was not. He stripped them of their outfits. The men didnt attack those who had these on, Vonegard reasoned. A few minutes later, he was wearing a ragtag assortment of clothes, but none of them fit properly. He had torn the long pants to make crude shorts, and the shirts were little more then open chested vests. A few belts hung across his shoulders, three count. He was still barefoot. He stepped out of the building, into bright light. Still...no feeling, but a voice. Female. He saw a jeep. Old, beat up...inconspicous. He climbed in, and after a few futile attempts, finally got it started. He drove off, weaving to and fro, to where he saw tufts of green and white. Buildings...and trees. Thats...where the voice in his head was calling him. Thats where he would find whoever spoke to him. He pushed on the pedal harder, pleased by the roar of the engine. He glanced in the seat next to him and found some of the objects the men had attacked him with. He threw them in the back seat, and continued to drive. ((Man...I still cant get over how late I am...I figured I'd make Vonegard have very little memory at all to make him interesting.))
Aiyanna
OOC:This RP isn't really going somewhere! Lets do something People! IC: Ciarra felt a surge of happiness pass through her when Arian decided to talk to her. She had thought that she would be a wallflower so to speak, and stay in the shadows and away from the group. She was in the middle of a conversation when she started to hear them. "So do you remember any-" Arian was in the process of saying, but Ciarra cut her off. "Do...do you.. hear that?" Ciarra's ears twitched and she tilted her head. She noticed that she got a few weird looks from the others, but she ignored them. "No...I don't hear anything..." Arian was giving her an equally weird look, but her eyes also held curiosity. The voices were muffled, but they were talking about... Ciarra strained to hear them... Food...that's what they are talking about... she realized, blinking. But...Arian doesn't hear them, and nobody else shows evidence of hearing them...This must have to do with the lab...and what was done to me. She stood up abruptly and looked around for the source, walking closer to one of the walls of the house. She pressed her ear to it and could hear mice inside of it. Are you what is talking? she thought silently, and the sound immediately ceased. Well that's an answer....So I can hear mice...is that all I can do? She walked back and sat down next to Arian, still thinking. "Um...are you okay?" Arian's voice interrupted her thoughts. She looked up and around to her new friend. "yeah? Why?" "Err...no reason in particular...just your hands..." Ciarra looked at her hand and had to stifle a large gasp. THey weren't the hands she was familiar with, but more like small paws... "Like that of a mouse..."she said out loud, and then smiled. She knew what those experiments had done to her. She could shapeshift! She smiled, exited and started to explain to Arian what she had found out. After she explained, she noticed her hands were back to normal...the sound of the mice had returned to, and she moved it to the back of her mind so that she barely noticed it. They must return to normal when I don't think about it...she concluded, and smiled again. It was getting dark, and though she still didn't have her memories, she knew something about herself finally! OOC: And there we go...she figured out her power...now ya'll gotta start some action besides fighting..

Albel the Wicked
OOC: I'd just like to also make a note, that I will mostly be making posts as Albel/Hashu. Very rarely will I be making posts as the super experiment. But, to save room for the heck of it, the super experiment, is going to be called project 'Helldog' just because he raises a lot of hell. IC: Albel was still walking in the dessert, away from the town. He didn't let anyone know of his leave, nor did he hope that anyone would know. He felt that they would only just get in his way of the journey. He THOUGHT he was sure that he wanted to find a worthy opponent, but he wasn't really too sure on what he wanted. He just wanted to know his purpose, why he was put on this planet. Was he meant to do something special? He didn't know, but he would find out, no matter what it would take. At the pace he was going though, he wouldn't find anything. Although he WAS walking, so that would explain it. Albel felt that he needed to start to run if he was to eventually find whatever he wanted. He started at his top speed at running, leaving a fairly large dust cloud behind him when he took off. He was running at a great speed, even for in the dessert. He knew that there was something that wasn't normal about him now. At first he thought that he was just a very fit person, but now that he was running at a really great speed, that no NORMAL man could reach, he knew that something was wrong. He knew that he wouldn't be able to know why this is, unless he found something along his way. Albel continued this pace for almost half an hour. There was something definetly wrong. No man could keep this speed for half an hour. At any rate, he that part of the dessert, where it started to transform into plains. It was becoming much easier to run now, for Albel. He had finally traveled the first town that he saw when he started. No, this wasn't a town, this was a huge city! It was big and it amazed Albel. Most people had insulted his look. They said that he looked demented or that he was wierd. Albel ignored these comments as he walked through the town. He needed the rest after such a long trip. BUT, there was something that caught his eye. There was an arena off into the distance, which was having a fighting tournament at this very moment. Albel started to walk and signed up for it. "You can't expect to win with just a sword do you?! You're going to get shot down kid" is what the man at the sign up sheet said. Albel ignored his comment. His first match was against some weakling who called himself 'Fayth' As he walked into the arena, he heard the roar of the crowd. This was pleasing to Albel. As he looked at this 'Fayth' he saw that he had some sort of hand gun that he knew it was. "Boy, I don't think that you can kill me with just a hand gun." taunted Albel, as the fight started. a couple of the others looked at him but he didn't care... this wasn't suppose to happening for a monent he could have swore he was faster then anyone here minus whoever that was running off into the desert... giving a glance around he noticed something seemed wrong someone was missing but he couldn't place who..however if he sped up that ment the other mutent who was speding away was one of the other mutents who was suppose to geting ready to sleep so that they could move on to the next city tomarrow.. perhaps that mutent thought him better then the rest.
