from these grey skies
onto my skin
into my eyes

To wash away the sadness
take away the pain
clear my clouded thoughts
That's how I need the rain

I need true rain
to flood away my fears
as it fills my eyes

good poem i have been gone for a while so i saw your poem and now i reply.
i have made 2 more two but i had to edit them so my thread didn`t stick out as new post.
but good poem i can relate to the pure rain because it exists.
