We only have one thread for each specific anime, and you can find a list of them in the Official Threads Directory Sticky thread at the top of the Anime Forum. If the anime you want to talk about isn't there, feel free to start a thread. That should cover the basics- some forums like the Anime Lounge, Play It and Adventure Arena have specific rules threads which should be looked through before posting.
