As the cheer died down from the BBA main stadium in New York, a proud Tyson lifted the hand of a 15-year-old boy, grinning from ear to ear. The teen was now the proud American Beyblade champion and he was honoured to be holding the hand of one of the world?s greatest bladers, Tyson Granger, champion of the Blade Breakers. Though the Blade Breakers had split up a few years ago, each of them were still known worldwide. Each of the now young men had gone their separate ways to do their own thing. Tyson had decided to stay in America and help train up and coming Beybladers to give them advice. Max moved in with his mum at one of the many research centres she now controlled and helped around, still in contact with the All Stars. Kenny lives with Tyson in an expensive apartment in upper New York, he still enjoys tinkering with Beyblades in his spare time. Rei is living somewhere in China, he hasn?t been in contact with any of the Blade Breakers since he left, but he and Lee have been training together. Kai is now back in Russia, he has set up a training academy and holds annual tournaments in Moscow; they are usually very grand events.

But lately there have been disturbances in tournaments held in many different countries and no one has yet been able to find the source of these ?attacks?. There are rumours that a new team of bladers, known as the Seraphim are behind these occurrences, but anyone who has researched the matter has either been found dead or have disappeared. It seems that people will once again be turning to the Blade Breakers, but with them all being so far apart, it?s going to be up to a new team of bladers to save the world.

While trails are held in Tokyo, the Seraphim are developing new and frightening technology that could very well destroy order in the world. The have discovered a means of extracting the souls of Bit Beasts and creating the actual forms of the monsters. So far none of their experiments have survived out of controlled condition?.but it?s only a matter of time?

Quiet and unassuming, Kane was a young man who enjoyed Beyblading because it provided a great sense of entertainment as opposed fame or glory, as was the drive behind so many others in the game. It is this sense of ?fun? almost that allows him to take every match in his step, never getting worked up over the outcome and merely enjoying the battle itself, win or lose it was all just part of the experience. Out of the stadium Kane is a pretty nice guy, always willing to lend a hand to those who need it whether that be in the form of a training session or just a bit of encouragement. His quiet nature can at times aggravate those who would see patience as slowness as well as his compassion as a weakness, though for Kane his calm and kind nature has a way of pacifying those he meets.

Kane is a big guy who bares a kind of ?look at me and I?ll eat you? appearance, though in terms of personality nothing could be further from the truth. He stands roughly 1.85 meters in height and weighs somewhere in the region of 80 kilos, both muscularly and athletically build Kane is almost typical of the so called ?Celtic? race that makes up the vast majority of Irish people. Longish and light brown, his hair seems to flow down his face (think SG1 Season 1 Daniel Jackson) though it does have a tendency to move into his eyes when he moves his head. His dark blue eyes are one of his most notable features, apart from his physical size that is, though his glasses, which almost never leave his face tend to cover them. In terms of clothing Kane likes to stick to comfort, tan jeans, white runners and a dark slate grey coloured t-shirt are his usuals, though he does sometimes wear a navy, unzipped sports hoody over his t-shirt when the weather is cold.
