Soliel
Well this is my first (successful) attempt at making a banner using Photoshop. I first got the software back in August and have been playing around with it in my spare time. Since it's the winter holiday season and I've been lacking in a banner for the past few weeks, I figured a holiday banner the right way to go with this one. So for my first try, what do you think?
Nomad
I think the banner looks good over all, just a couple things: 1.) You should try and make the 'Happy Holidays' text stand out slightly better. I think the colour is fine, just the way the font wraps and its shape makes it a bit difficult to see/read. 2.) Maybe change/move the 'from ssjSolarPrincess' further up, like under the 'Happy Holidays', and/or change the colour a bit to match the other text. 3.) Last but not least, add a border. It always helps to add a border to your banners. Single border, double border, triple colour border (black-white-black), whatever you like. Overall it's a good banner. It's a very good first (successful) banner I'd say. Just try to use every reply/comment to your advantage to make yourself a better artist. :)
