Operation Heaven/Hell.

Operation Heaven/Hell is a joint operation in which several nations of the UN that started on 12/14/12. The some of the members in operation Heaven/Hell are the United States, Russia, Germany, and Japan. All of which where also in project Eve, a project in which a new type of vessel that was being created. This vessel, named [i]Eve[/i], would bring a new hope for all nations. The UN galdly funded it. On 11/7/12 at 12:45am, [i]Eve[/i], which is was located in Artic, was attacked by the terrorist group Heaven/Hell, or H/H was attack and taken over. Hostages were paid for, but they were soon executed after transition.

To shed the light on the plan of operation Heaven/Hell, it is to join together a group of some of the world's best soldiers to combat H/H. All other infromation is concealed.

So, this RPG is going to be sort of based on the Metal Gear Soild series, though please take note that I said based. It's has nothing to do with Metal Gear, I just got some ideals from it. This RPG will be mission based, so I'll post the setting, the characters who will be involed and on it, and what you are trying to do in the mission. The RPG will be placed on[i]Eve[/i] a very hard to discribe vessel. First, it is a massive, leveled, tank/submarine/battleship hybrid. Yes, don't laugh because I said it was a hybrid of some of the greatest contributes to warfare.

[i]Eve[/i] is flat on the top, so that it can carry fighter jets(which it has none now, and when it does they go down on elevators to the docking bay), and it has a round belly. It isn't really long, and almost resembals two oil drills together. What makes it really stick out is the legs. Yes, I also said legs. They are four large, spider-like legs on the port and starboard each. The bottoms of these legs have tracks on them. [I may draw it, though it's highly unlikely]

Your character is going to be part of a seven member assult team that will try to take it down. Though, you aren't any normal soldier. Your character will have inhuman abilities to counter balance the numbers, though, just so you know, H/H also has several members with inhuman abilities. Funny, isn't it?

-NCP Characters-

These are the non-playable charaters.[The Good guys are at the base station in America. They also just helped with things the soldiers where not experts at. Please note the charaters that will be played with are trained]

>The Good

General- No one knows his real name, but this highly respected, US General trained and taught the Dragons what they needed to know about this operation. He pulls all the strings.

Dr. Vita- Dr. Vita is a renown doctor from Spain who taught the team how to take care of inguries that they may incounter durning their missions. She will also be the one who helps them when they don't know how to treat something they don't know how to.

Paul Jefferson- Ken is the team's weapons specialtist. He gave the team their weapons and trained them to use them better.[Ken's from America and is African-American]

Bar- Bar is a well built man from Russia who taught the team advance military combat training.

Miss Fukao- Miss Kinoto is a young mission specialist from Japan. She will give the team helpful tips on what to during the mission.

>The Bad

Genji Bakin- A half Japanese half German 25-year-old male, he is the leader of H/H. Everything else is unkown about him, but for the fact that his left iris is red.

Zeke Doberman- 46-year old man from Germany, he can use any kind of weapon well. He can turn a handgun from single shot, to automatic. He can load so fast you missed it. He is also extremly strong and agile, and is Ketz right hand man.

Blood Hound- Though blind, Blood uses his nose as his sight, and uses a saw-off double-barrel shotgun as his weapon. He has a strong hate for the U.S, even if he is was a citizen, because he lost his sight during the 2ed Gulf War.

Talon Hawk- Talon Hawk is a sniper who has the ability to jump far distances. She also wears steel razors on her fingers. Her nationilty is Egyptian.

Phoenix Hawk- A woman who carries a flame thrower, she has the same ability as her sister, Talon.

Bug- A strange man who hacked into [i]Eve[/i], the level he controls is in his complete control. He sees, hears, and knows everything that is going on his level, and he is gifted with computers. No one knows his nationilty because he has destroyed all infromation on himself.

Val- A Russian man who is uses military combat, he uses combat knifes. He has some link with Bar.
