Wierd Dreams

I remember this dream I had. It took place in japan...tokyo to be exact...All of the sudden I transformed into a sailor scout and kicked sailor moons butt! yea...I hate her...but love the show.Then I had another dream that I was hosting the MTV music awards! lol.... sometimes dreams are fun... :D

the weirdest dream i ever had..hmmm...well, there was this 1 where i went shopping with my x boyfriend 4 my mom! it was freaky!

I had a dream... It was wild.

I was at the beach during the summer time, and I was body boarding there, having a great time. Then, these huge waves -- maybe 20 ft. in height -- started coming. Everyone instead of running away got in the water, and started to surf in it and such. Some people went back to shore, but most of us got sucked out in a riptide thing, and we were really far off the coast. Then, whoever had survived the riptide got washed ashore this tropical island. We decided to try to swim back, and most of us died, considering there was Man-o-war jelly fishes (deadly if not treated within something like 20 minutes) in the water. Then, a school of fish tried to save us, but got killed too. Only me and my friend survived and made it back.

Strange. I have a serious fear of jellyfish too, but not because of this dream.

[COLOR=DarkSlateGray][SIZE=1]I had a dream where I was in my home sleeping and these Iraqi militants suddenly start flooding my town in helicopters and they shoot up people and everything in sight. I grab my sword and start to fight them I killed one and took his equipment and shot some people and blew up some things with grenades. I slit this guys throat and blood went everywhere all over me and i just kept stabbing him and stepping on his throat.

[SIZE=1][COLOR=DarkSlateGray]I had another dream where I was being chased by Mongolian raiders on horseback and I ran into mansion and there was blood everywhere on the walls and floor and I had to escape out of there because there were these little people tryign to kill me and I beat the **** out of like five of them. then jumped out a window and before I hit the gorund woke up.[/COLOR][/SIZE]

Yes. I'm afraid of jellyfish. I'm not afraid of them while I'm on land, but when I get in the ocean, I get cautious. If I see one, I won't swim for the rest of the day usually. I'm afraid because you can't see them til they're too close to avoid (usually) and they cause pain. Alot of pain.

[size=1]Ahahaha, perfect topic for me. Funny, I have just a couple to tell, seperated into different categories of the weirdest dreams I've had. (Spoiler means more mature content)

[b]Most Disturbing:[/b] Well, if you played Final Fantasy X, you'd know who these people are first of all. Well, Yuna is in her outfit of FFX2, and she's walking around, and then suddenly appears at this grand, enormous and very smooth white cement staircase. It was wide, and looked like ones to lead to a courthouse, except there was some kind of rainbow, but mostly pink light glowing around and in the sky. Pyreflies were going about, it was really odd.
Then Auron suddenly appears, and Yuna is surprised, and then they run to each other, and hug. Well, needless to say, after the hug, [spoiler]the two just have sex right on the staircase.[/spoiler] O_o Talk about odd.

[b]Most Funny:[/b] My sister and I, we were in our bedroom, a bunkbed, and there was a pink carpet in our room. Bunkbed against the wall, we were playing with our little dolls. We wanted to get something to drink, and we left the room. When we came back, our dolls were on the floor, and there were footprints, one that looked like clown shoes, on our carpet.
We thought our dolls came to life, and so we were not worried and went to sleep. (Talk about stupidity. >>) Well, I woke up, and my window is open. My nightlight is on, and I see long, sharp needles coming from my carpet. Quickly I ran out of the room and got my mother and told her what happened, so she got a rifle and shot the culprit, which ended up being a killer clown.

[b]Most Confusing:[/b] I was a kid, in my babysitter's house, sleeping. I just read a book, and there was an image in the book that always scared me, and still scares me to this day. Well, I was sleeping and then woke up, to see the book open on my dresser, and giant bubbles were coming from my floor. I got out of bed, and walked outside, to see a giant alien spaceship attacking Maryland. Well, I didn't do anything, and just went back to sleep.

[b]Most Horrifying:[/b] All I can remember, was that [spoiler]My mom, her boyfriend, my sister, and I went to this resturaunt and I remember us ordering shrimp. Then the resturaunt was raided, my mother taken away. We went to find her, and found her strapped to the ground crying with handcuffs on. A coffin was nearby, and she was staring up at the sky crying. A man came and said he would kill her and by midnight she would be dead. It ended up he did kill her, but he raped her, and so just about as she was about to die, I woke up.[/spoiler]
I was so freaked out and confused then, I stayed up and didn't go back to sleep. It horrified me that much.

Voldemort is back!' ...funny thing is some time after the fifth book came out I realized that?s what happened in the end of the fourth... oh yea and it was that dreams fault that the first Harry Potter book has always been my least favorite.[/size][/font][/font][/color]

I have to admit I've had my fair share of weird dreams, so are just slightly strange, while others are simply mad. Usually I don't have dreams, it's just a case of me going to sleep and then waking up a few hours later, all as though it was only a blink. Trying to remember my dreams is like trying to hold water in a sieve, however the more memorable ones are quite weird. I'll start with the most recent I suppose, best place to start as it's the freshest in my mind.

The dream itself revolved around me being part of a group like the Men in Black, only if they were exterminators, yeah I was part of a group that killed alien insects for a living. The whole dream took place in my cousin Edward's house, basically we went in with the whole tank of poison, overalls and gas mask job to flush out an infestation. Most of the bugs looked simply like over-sized weird versions of their Earth counterparts, for example on was a blue cockroach the size of a hand on the wall. When I actually went to spray the bugs I found out I was using a flame-thrower as opposed to a poison-sprayer, it was definitely one of the more weird dreams I've had.

Only one other really comes to mind in terms of being "strange" was one where I was flying around a city using a jet pack, blowing up cars with a rocket launcher. There were no real specific details, well it happened years ago so perhaps the details escape me, however I remember the general premise of it. Even though it was weird, the dream itself was rather funny, kind of like a Grand Theft Auto of your subconscious.[/SIZE]

One I mentioned recently on myO involve my dating a guy named Umberto Eco. According to Azure, that's weird beyond belief. I'll admit, that dream was strange...but not really because of Eco, heh. (It also involve my crush at the time, Gackt, strawberries, organized cattle Revolution, and the Rocky Horror Picture Show.) I don't have it typed out, but I'd paste it here if I did.

What's really fun is looking at your dreams and trying to figure out where all the elements came from. (I'd recently read a book by Umberto Eco, gone strawberry picking, gone to a party with my crush, etc.)

In any case...Azure, it's not [i]that[/i] weird. It isn't like I was actually dating the author...just some guy with the same name. ^_~

[I]I was three years old in the dream and I was playing in my room. Suddenly my three year old self hears something mechanic walking down the corridar. (Mind you I was playing with leggos). I went to peek through the door and saw this wannabe I, robot with red glaring eyes walking towards my room (Where I use to live at that age). I closed the door instantly and I heard it stop dead on its tracks. I simply open the door slightly and saw its red eyes looking straight at me. Quickly I shut the door and my heart began to puond...then I woke up.[/I]

Strange I use to have this dream when I was 5, it use to scare the hell out of me.[/COLOR][/FONT]

I recently had a dream that was very unplesant for me. I find myselph on a cliff above the "endless sky" which freaks me out a lot because Heights are my greatest fear to this day. I turned to see my brother (Who I adore and look up to) smiling. In seconds Ive been pushed off, Falling down a neverending drop. I pray for anything to stop me, even a jagged bottom that will ensure a slow death. But its too late for prayers- Im stuck with the fall forever.

I should mention that I dont mind the impact of a fall but the fall itselph.

my dreams are very weird. one of my most mermorable dreams happend when i was being called many names by one kid (david) so i hated him and wanted to hurt him so here is my dream:

i was driving my 4-wheeler down the road when out of know where he showed up and started calling me names which pissed me off, so i ran him over, but he was still alive...so i got off and walked over to him and helped him up and then punched him as hard as i could causing him to fall agian, by this point he was very angry..so i continued beating him and then stabbed him with a knife and sold viles of his blood n ebay and becam rich and bought more 4-wheelers and a motorcycle.

i have had weirder dreams but the other one is hard to explain with all the details and such..i pretty much know what my dream ment..i wanted to kill david..but my friend lives near him and this summer (since we all hate him) me and a few other girls are gonna spend the night at her house and jump him :animesmil

I had a dream that my only brother died.. :animedepr I woke up crying.

I have this weird dream that reoccurs every once in a while about some ghost train.

But I had this even weirder dream about a giant scary DK (yes the one from nintendo) outside the tv room window!! He even knocked on the door and like an idiot I think I opened it, but he was too big to come through the door! Let's just say I have a grudge against DK now... :animesigh

But the craziest dream I ever had was the one that I call "Jamanji meets Jarassic Park." Okay, it starts off that I'm sleeping on the couch in the living room. (my nomad days, when I didn't have a room, so me being the youngest had to sleep on the couch) I hear a rumbling of a stampede so I woke up. It ended up that there were dinosaurs running through my house! I was kinda like :animestun because I was still sleepy. When they passed through the house, I headed for the basement for some reason. In the basement were some Raptors, and they were tearing pillows apart(I don't know where those pillows came from though...) So, I freaked out and ran upstairs when one of them noticed me. I think I ended us running upstairs and hiding in the attic. Then I woke up. I think I watched Jarassic Park too much times...But I wonder where my family was :huh: [/COLOR]

I've had some pretty weird dreams, which is scary because a lot of people believe that dreams foreshadow something thats going to happen in your life. I've never actually seen a specific relation, but I'm thinking I probably missed a lot of the similarities.

I recently had a dream about walking through a forest with lots of monkeys. Yeah, sounds weird, funny part is, I've always wanted a monkey. You know, as a pet or something. They were doing their little "eek" noises at me and I was kind of scared. I ran into a random house in the middle of the forest and found a guy sitting in a chair. I'm not quite sure what he said but a monkey was sitting on his shoulder, so this = not good news. He did a loud "eek" and I was attacked by rampaging monkeys. I woke up from the dream and instantly took a shower. I felt, idk, weird or dirty or something.

Its weird how dreams can do that to you. You know its not real but it influences you in reality.

[font=Verdana][color=blue]I actually had a pretty odd dream last night. It started in a school building that was a cross between my grade school and my high school in the auditorium. We were having an assembly of some sort. I'm really not sure for what reason and I can't exactly remember what was said. I can remember that it was sort of a modified version of my grade school auditorium though. Anyway, we now had a balcony above the stage for some reason which is where I ended up sitting (after sort of appearing there from the bottom somehow...) for the assembly. After talking to a couple of people (though I can't place who they were) and then last year's English teacher (form the high school - remember, we're in the grade school auditorium) I ended up in the hallway of the basement at my high school right outside my Multimedia classroom. I went inside and noticed that the room was completely different (I have 8 people in my Multimedia class and we sit at more or less tables, not desks - when I walked in, there were a good 30 people and normal desks). So, I walked back out only to be jumped by another student and have Hershey's Chocolate Syrup squirted at me. I walked into the bathroom which was horribly filthy, changed my shirt, and the dream ended.[/color][/font]

There is a current thread of the same topic active on the front page that members can post their responses in. Since the creation of the original thread it is more than likely anyone who posted back in 2004 has since had another weird dream. They are more than welcome to share their weird dreams in the current thread.

Please do not bring back long dead threads, especially ones that have a current thread in progress.
