Angel Knights Flash: No Need for Twins

Unknown to the people of Earth, no matter how many wars or diseases there will be, there will always be two young girls to keep everything balanced. They are Verina and Verity - the Twins of Love and Peace. But recently, a dark force has come to Earth from another dimension. After disguising itself and hiding out in a local high school, it waits for the perfect time to replace the twins with Sandya and Savita - the Twins of Hate and War. Allowing evil to finally have the upper hand in the world.

But there is an error in the dark force's plans...It chose the wrong high school for its hiding place.

100 years since the first battle of the Angel Knights, their high school, Feather High, still stands but they don't. The original Angel Knights died off a long time ago. And now, Queen Mathilda is searching for new young women (and one young man,) to take the place of the almost-revealingly dressed knights. Will anyone step up to the challenge? Or will the forces of evil win, sending the Earth into a terrible age of darkness?

Will you help us, Angel Knight?

~.::.::.~

This would be the time...the time for her many years of planning and scheming to finally pay off. There were no more Angel Knights, and no one else could stand in her way. Soon, this world would have a new ruler...Lady Tyra! No, even better! Queen Tyra! She smiled wickedly and raised a fist in the air, declaring her early victory. Then, a dodgeball hit her in the side of the head and brought her back to reality. For now, she was just an average student at Feather High. And she had to act like one, or else someone might suspect her. But what she still couldn't understand, was why humans put themselves through such an evil as this P.E.? At least it gave her some ideas for new torture techiniques she could use in the future...Tyra stopped daydreaming, and started dodging the balls again. One of the fatter boys who was throwing the balls, pointed his finger at her angrily.
"Hey, you're out!"
Tyra shook her head.
"Yeah, you are! I hit you with a ball!"
The coach walked over and stood next to the fat kid.
"He's right, Miss Tiers. You were out, fair and square. I saw it myself."
Tyra smirked.
"Did I say I cared what you thought?"
A bit surprised at Tyra's remark, the coach tried to control his temper.
"That's it, young lady! I want you at the bench, now. And if you give me anymore lip, I'll have you run laps. Now, go!"
Tyra adjusted her bloomers and walked to the benches. That was another thing that she would have to add to her list of torture devices. Bloomers. They were really uncomfortable. She sat down on the closest bench, and watched the kids play dodgeball. It wasn't very long, however, until someone came up to try and talk to her. Everyone was curious about Tyra, since she was new in town. She had tried to just keep quiet, when people had tried to talk to her before, but it had made them a little suspicious. So this time, as much as she hated to even think about it, she would try to be a bit...friendlier. It was better than blowing her cover.

OOC: I thought it would be a bit more interesting to start this rp at about the middle of the day. Instead of at the beginning, like usual. Also, I'll be back to give this rp some direction, sometime after Christmas. ^_^

Gebhard glanced over at Tyra and smirked as one of their classmates approached her and tried to engage her in conversation. Gebhard could tell she was trying hard to be friendly, but her smile seemed forced and she almost appeared to be twitching.

"Gebhard! You're up!"

Gebhard snapped to attention and walked up to the base. He sighed as the pitcher taunted him. What a stupid game...these human actually find amusement in this? Oh well, guess I have no choice. Hmmm...actually, I think I'm going to talk with Lady Tyra.

"Here it comes!!"

The ball came towards him. Gebhard kicked it straight up into the air. One of the players on the opposing team ran under it and caught it. Gebhard pretended to be dissapointed (sp?).

"Damn! Guess I'm out of it today. Hey guys, I'll be back in a second, okay? Cover for me."

He ran over beside Lady Tyra and sat down. They sat their for a moment not speaking then Gebhard turned to her casually and put his arm around her and grinned.

"You shouldn't have snapped at your teacher, you know. People already express intrigue about you, and that's more than we want currently."

She smirked at him sarcastically. She brushed his arm off of her shoulder and glared at him.

"You think I don't know that? Look, I'm not in the best mood right now as you could tell, so lets talk about this after school. 'Kay?"

Gebhard kissed her on the cheek and walked back towards his class.

"Oh just great!" Shaun thought as he sat down. "I forgot the stupid Math again. He's gonna fry me."

The Math teacher walked in and sat down at the desk. He put his briefcase on the desk and opened it. "Good Morning Class. I hope everyone has thier homework?"

Shaun tried to slink under the desk. He had finished it, but he had forgotten it in his last class. He slinked even farther and prayed for a miracle. Unluckily for him, today was not his day.

The teacher stood up with a red pen in his hand. Shaun reached for an invisble hat and tried to pull it down. He started to turn red, and waited for the hand of justice to come down.

A sudden sound caused Shaun, the rest of the class, and the teacher towards the hall. There, two students were ripping on each other. The teacher's face set a grim expression, and he stepped out.

Shaun looked up at the ceiling and clasped his hands together. "Thank you!" he said, pulling out his book and some paper. He might pull this off after all. He opened the book and furiously began to write.

About ten minutes later, just as Shaun closed his Math book, the teacher walked in. Shaun's face at this point was beaming. The teacher offered no explanation as he continued his rounds. Shaun handed his paper over proudly, then sat back. He let out a sigh and wiped the sweat off his brow.

Shaun really hated Math.

"Kitty? Would you read the next exerpt?" Kitty stood to her English teacher's request, her book placed gently against her stomach and held in her hands. As she read, she realized how horrible a job the writer had done. Some parts were just silly, and others were nearly impossible to understand. She paused several times, not sure what to say.

Her teacher would often urge her on, ordering, "Keep going, Ms. Valentine." Kitty would glance up at her, then continue reading the awful piece of wannabe literature.

When she was finished, her teacher asked her to remain standing and answer questions. Damn.. she thought to herself, dropping the book on her desk and hiding her face with her hair. "First, Kitty, what did you think of it?" Kitty, being the shy person she was, had no idea what to say. Should she be honest, and risk starting a debate with her teacher? Or should she lie, hoping to please her teacher?

After several long moments of silence, just before her teacher was going to ask her to answer, she lifted her head and spoke.

"I think.. the author is a terrible writer. The story made no sense.. And the grammar and spelling was horrible. I paused a lot, not knowing what it was I was reading," she spoke out, a small tremble in her voice.

The teacher muttered a small, "Ah.." and paused. "Well, I see where you're coming from, Kitty. But this is one of the greatest writers of all time we are talking about, and this is one of his earlier works. You may sit down," she replied calmly.

Kitty floated happily into her chair. No more questions for today. As her teacher reminded them of an assignment, the lunch bell rang. She grabbed her bag and was one of the first ones out of the class. She let out a happy sigh as she approached her locker.

"What's this..?" she muttered, pulling a folded piece of paper taped to her locker into her hands and unfolding it.

"Hey Kitty! It's Kat. Wanted to see if you wanna hang out a lunch again today. Come by my lunch table. You know, the one closest to the door on the right side of the cafeteria. Meet me there and I'll by you lunch. After all, I do owe you three days worth of lunch money. ^_~ Hope to see ya at lunch!"

- Kat

Kitty smiled, then finished putting away her books. She shut the door and rushed off, note in hand.

Damien arrived to school on his bike. It was a black and red Yamaha YZF-R1, one of the many bikes that he owned. He was late to school, as always, but cared nothing for what the teachers, principals, counselors, or peopel said. In fact, he had no interest in school. The only interests to him were the Angel Knights, Gebhard, and Lady Tyra in his mind.

He parked his bike and took his helmet off, revealing his long white hair and and icy blue eyes. Damien shook his hair and put his helmet into a concealment underneath his bike seat and walked towards the school doors. He had noticed students walking off of the baseball field, but thought nothing of it. He smirked and stood for a moment, watching some of the girls walk into the gym doors.

"Small minds are easy to toy with, especially those who do not know me."

Underneath his breath, Damien chuckled a bit and walked into the school. He was soon greeted by a hall monitor and was taken to a room that was labeled "PREP". He knew this room as the School Dungeoun, where people went in, but no one came out. He was there constantly, but always knew when to leave. He cared nothing for the ethics of academics, nor did her care for what people thought. He was on a mission and that mission was to check up on Tyra, Gebhard, and the Angel Knights.

Damien sat in the room and pulled out his MP3 Player and began playing Break Stuff by Limp Bizkit.

"I wonder whether or not if Tyra has found any Angel Knights. 'Tis a hard job, being the point blank evil."

OOC: You're right, Ohkami. I didn't Sorry. Right now, there's a contest going on in this city to make a play about the famous angel knights. The school to come up with the best play wins a cash prize. (Or something else, if I change my mind.) Also, a couple of other things you should know is Tyra's disguised age, (It's 13. She skipped ahead a year.) And that it's fall right now. Oh, and I decided to post as both Mathilda and Tyra, but if anyone wants to sign up as Mathilda, just let me know.

Mathilda traveled to Feather High as fast as she could on her little red scooter. (Which wasn't very fast at all.) Ichi, her little pet, clung to her back, not really enjoying the ride. At the school gates, Mathilda tied up her scooter to a post, and set Ichi down on the ground. Luckily, her pet had the special ability of transformation, so on her command, he transformed into a furry little animal keychain. Mathilda clipped it onto her backpack, and walked to the front desk.

Walking through the empty halls, Mathilda sighed. The lady at the registration desk, wasn't very nice. Mathilda slipped her tardy slip and hall pass into one of her pockets, and tried to find her way to the girls locker room. P.E. Was just about over, but she thought that maybe she could find someone to show her around the place, and maybe scout out some potential Angel Knights.

OOC: Just to let everyone know, we'll soon start planning the play. If you guys want, you can plan out the idea for the play in Drama class, (whatever it is, it has to be romantic, and have something to do with the Angel Knights.) Or, we can all plan it out in an underground thread. (Which we'll probably end up doing.) For now, school's almost out, and the Valentine twins will probably invite the new students, (and their friends,) over to a party at their house. (Their parents are a little rich.)

OOC: I deleted my other post.

Sakura sat in her social studies class, it was so boring, she could faintly hear the rambling of her teacher as she discussed contour lines on maps. She stiffled a yawn and propped her book up to disguise what she was doing. She brought out her palm computer from her pocket and always being analytical opened her file dedicated to her social studies teacher and started to put in new information that she'd gained. Sakura always made notes on everyone she meets; teachers, peers, relatives, family, etc.

Sakura snapped to attention when she heard the teacher's voice screech her name.

"Yes?" she answered.

"What is wrong with you, I called you 5 times!" she shrieked.

"Sorry, what was the question?"

"What is the difference between the numbers and contour lines called?" the teacher repeated.

"The difference between the numbers and contour lines are called Contour intervals." she answered.

"Very good, now...." she said, trailing off to something else.

She tapped the small stick against her chin, and quickly typed some more things. After having the palm computer for so long, she was very fast at typing by tapping the stick against the letters on the screen. Sakura made sure to keep one ear out for her name in case it was called. She saved the changes made to the file and closed it, opening another. She read it and sighed, it was all of the information that she'd researched about the Angel Knights and the story. Most of the information pointed to the Angel Knights to be real people that had lived and had went to the exact same High School that she currently attended. Boy did she wish that she could be one, or at least see one of them.

Kat sat in the back of English class, dozing off. A small poke in the rib from a friend sitting on her right woke her. She let out a squeak and the teacher turned to stare at her, she blushed, looking down trying hard not to laugh. As the teacher turned away Kat made eye contact with her friend and had a hard time stifling her laughter. Kat pulled out a piece of paper and started to scribble down a note her sister. The bell rang and she quickly gathered up her stuff and grabbed a piece of tape of the teacher?s desk. As she walked to her locker she stopped to tape the note onto her sister, Kitty?s locker. She dropped her books off in her own locker and ran off to lunch. Sitting down at the table she pulled off her jacket, placing it on the seat to her right. Sitting on the edge of her seat she began to scan the crowd for her sister. As more of her friends came in filling in the seats, Kat became nervous. Finally seeing Kitty she called to her, waving Kitty towards the seat she had saved.

Tyra followed the students to another room, when the bell rang. She had no idea where they were going now, but she hoped it was someplace where she could take care of the pain in her stomach. It was slowly growing worse. When Tyra stepped inside the room, the pain only sharpened at the smell that was drifting around inside. She started to remember something about humans that she was supposed to study, but decided not to waste her time on. Human bodies required nourishment. Tyra grabbed a tray, and stood in line with everyone else at the cafeteria. By the time she got to the end of the line, Tyra's plate was packed with food. She got quite a few strange stares as she sat down at a table by herself.

Finally figuring out how to use the human's utensils, Tyra started eating her food. Then, she looked up from her tray and dropped her chopsticks in surprise at who she saw. It was Queen Mathilda.

There was no doubt about it, even with her body disguised, Lady Tyra still recognized her ancient arch-nemesis. But what surprised her, was that Mathilda was here at all. Usually she just sent others to do her bidding. Also, Tyra didn't think she had already found out about her plans. But she couldn't be trying to get the Angel Knights together to stop her. It had to be a coincedence.

Tyra wiped her mouth with a napkin. There was no more time to waste. She had to get as many Fallen Angel Knights as she could, before Mathilda got them all over to her side. And that meant that she had to make friends...Tyra shuddered at the thought. Grabbing her tray, she stood up to go look for a table with some people she could talk to. She started to smile on the way, (which didn't turn out well, but it was the best she could do.) but Gebhard saw this and mistook it for a sign that she had an evil scheme in mind. He ran over and tackled her to the ground, in order to keep her from blowing their cover. She struggled to get out from under him, as everyone stared at the two.

Gebhard looked down at Tyra seriously and kept a firm hold on her. She struggled underneath him but he wouldn't let go.

"Grrr....Calm down! I know you saw Queen Mathilda and I don't want you doing anything irrational." She growled at him and threw him a dirty look. He raised an eyebrow in bewilderment.

"I was only going....to make friends.." She said the word friends in disgust. Gebhard coiled in suprise then kissed her and jumped up. He looked around at all of the confused high schoolers and grinned, flashing them all the peace sign and winking. He helped Tyra up and smiled at her, whispering in her ear.

"Just playing my part. Hurry and find the Fallen Angel Knights, my love. I'll help if you need me." He walked over to his "friends" and grinned again. He sat down and was greeted by a group of confused faces. He merely laughed.

"Just wanted to say hi to my girlfriend. Quite the commotion it made though, eh?" They laughed and returned to their lunch. Gebhard sighed under his breath and rolled his eyes. Filthy humans....He looked back over to Tyra and watched as she sat down at a table of giggling girls and tried to start conversation. He chuckled under his breath.

"Was afraid you wouldn't show up!" Kat chirped, patting the seat next to hers. Kitty sat down, smilling. "Sorry about that. I took a little bit to put my stuff away..." she explained, not really sure why that made her so late. "That's okay. You just gotta learn to throw stuff in an' out. Don't bother being careful," her sister grinned. Kitty smiled back nervously, then stared at her hands in her lap.

Kitty had gone into the lunch line with Kat and got a big plate full of spaghetti on her plate. "That's got to be more than a hundred years old," Kitty sighed, much to Kat's, and her own, surprise. The two sisters looked at each other, then began laughing. "Ah! That's what I like to hear!" Kat laughed, making the lunch ladies glare. Apparently, they had heard Kitty, too. Kitty pulled up a hand to wave, but gave up mid-way and continued after Kat back to their table.

As they ate, Kat would point out people she knew or thought were cute. "Hey.. That guy's pretty cute. And what about his friend, huh?" she nudged Kitty's elbow. "Are you kidding?" Kitty replied in a confused tone. "No, I'm not. I should introduce you two," she grinned again. "What?! No, no, no! You're kidding! .. Right?" she asked with a hopeful ringing in her voice. Kat shook her head, still smiling her devilish smile.

Kitty began trying to hide her face, with her hands and her hair, and tried to look busy. "Hey! She likes you!" Kat shouted out to one of the boys passing by, pointing at Kitty. "What?! Noo!" Kitty replied, shaking her head excessively and waving her hands in front of her. "Aww.. He looks.. Hey! He looks disappointed!" "And?" Kitty asked, oblivious to what Kat was suggesting. "He liked you," she winked. "No," Kitty insisted. But her sister wouldn't stop nagging her. She continued yelling at boys and joking with her friends, leaving Kitty quite embarrassed.

But, during the middle of lunch, Kitty noticed a boy tackling a girl to the ground. "Ooh.. What about him? He looks cute," Kat giggled. "He's taken. See that girl? She's his girlfriend," Kitty sighed, now beginning to give up hope of Kat ending her silly quest. "Oh? Then why is she struggling?" "'Cause he tackled her to the frickin' ground, that's why," Kitty replied, a hint of annoyance leaking into her voice.

"Alright," Kat sighed a fake sigh. "But he's looking at you! Hehe." "Right, suuure," she chuckled. But she did glance up to look. Kat caught her, and starting pointing it out. Kitty blushed a bright red, and returned to knawing at her lunch.

Damien sat at a table near the corner, away from the crowds, but able to see Gebhard and Tyra, as well as Mathilda. Damien, unlike the others, was quite familiar with the human world and felt comfortable enough to eat their food. He had become accustomed to this world, learning new things everyday. With a sigh, he picked up his chopsticks and knew that the ordeal that Gebhard's tackle had created would become large and annoying.

"What a poor fool, thinking Tyra had intentions of blowing their cover. He's not as smart as he looks, then, is he? Such a pity."

Continuing to watch the three characters, as well as eat his food, Damien noticed how the people gossiped about the confusion that upset the cafeteria. He shook his head as Mathilda and Tyra nearly crossed paths, and the two did nothing. He did not expect Tyra to grab Mathilda and do such horrible things, nor did he expect Mathilda to do something drastic as well, he merely did not expect anything.

"The human world is filled with such strange and unusual ways. Their emotions run amuck, yet they seem to contain it quite well. 'Tis strange how the Angel Knights can fit in and not know who they are... or do they know? 'Tis none of mine to wonder. Until Tyra calls for me, I stay hidden."

Kat giggled at her sister?s response to her nagging. ?Well, you must like some one!? she started to say when she was interrupted by a crashing noise. Turning around, she saw a boy lying on top of a food-covered girl. She didn?t recognize the boy but there had been much talk about the girl lately. From what she had heard of her, Kat wasn?t very fond of the girl.

?Ooh... What about him? He looks cute," she asked motioning to the boy on the floor.
"He's taken. See that girl? She's his girlfriend," replied her sister with the slightest hint of annoyance in her voice.
"Oh? Then why is she struggling?"
"'Cause he tackled her to the frickin' ground, that's why,"
"Alright, but he's looking at you! Hehe."
"Right, suuure,"
Rolling her eyes, Kat had turned back to her food when the girl from the floor sat down at her table. Realizing she didn?t remember the girl?s name, she asked the girl. ?Tyra,? the girl replied and resumed her eating. A few minutes passed by and Tyra said nothing. Finally, Kat decided she might as well start a conversation. ?So what?s your boy friends name?? The words were barely out of her mouth before Kitty?s foot came sharply down on her own.
?Don?t mind her,? Kitty said, ?She has nothing on her mind but boys.?
?That?s not true!? Kat replied defensively, ?That book we?re reading in English is very fascinating! ?What?s the name of it again?? Kitty rolled her eyes as Kat tried to remember the book?s name. Giving up, Kat decided boys might not be the best conversation starter, so she tried a different tactic, ?So I hear you got in trouble with the P.E. coach earlier today, he?s pretty annoying isn?t he??
Kitty sighed at Kat?s question. Under her breath she whispered, ?Oh how could I forget about gossip?? Kat glared at her sister.
