[Redemption]

[FONT=Trebuchet MS][COLOR=Navy]Ayame looked shocked at the service. She smiled.
" Can I have an orange juice please?"
" You certainly may, little lady!" the waiter said and trotted off to get the drinks.

Ayame giggled.
" Wow, its good service!"
" Yeah, I totally agree!" Keiji replied, smiling. " So...about the star gazing?"
Ayame stayed silent for a while.

[B]Should I go? I don't know....I don't know if.....[/B]
[I]Ayame, for god sakes, just go....you're giving me a headache just thinking about it![/I]
[B]Well its because of you that I don't know whether to go or not! What did you do to him?! He's so confused![/B]
[I]I just told him not to mess with you all right![/I]

" Ouch!" Ayame murmered. Her head throbbed from Blaise's yell.
" Are you okay Ayame?" Keiji asked, completely deterring from the original question.
" My head hurts..."
" You need a drink..."

Promptly, the waiter returned with their drinks. Ayame thanked him and took a sip. Keiji watched her carefully.
" This is good orange juice!"
" Hey Ayame..." Keiji started.
" Yes Keiji?"
" Why were you so happy on the beach?"
" Well....you see, I have two older brothers. And they caused havoc around my house. I have never been allowed outside much, and this was the first time I've ever been on the beach and with a friend I liked." [/COLOR][/FONT]

OOC: Erm... won't someone else post. Things are getting [I][B]mighty[/B][/I] empty, partner. [/cowboy accent] So why don't you all post an action?

Keiji was rather surprised at her reason. [i]She's never been on the beach with a friend?[/i]
[b]Yeah, it is sort of weird, but hey, who am I to judge? Anyway, from here on out, when you think, I'm not going to respond until tommorow. Night, night.[/b]
[i]So, a personality needs rest?[/i] He chuckled on the inside at this thought. Of course it did not. He just didn't want to hear Keiji's problems. That was understandable. There was no response to his thought. Quick was holding true to his word.

"I suppose that's too bad that you haven't yet been on a beach without a friend, but there's a first time for everything."

"You mean you've been to the beach?"

"Well, yeah," Keiji replied. "My family goes there once a year during the summer. We rent out a beach house, and go swimming in the ocean."

"That sounds nice. It seems like forever since I've been to a place like this."

The waiter came back, holding a glass of orange juice and water. He handed down the cups to Keiji and Ayame, accordingly and smiled.

"Is there anything else I can get you two?"

"Not for me. I'm going to wait for the rest of the group to get here before I eat."

"And for the miss?"

"I too, will wait. Thank you for the service!" The waiter said something to the effect of 'not a problem,' and walked away. Around twenty minutes had passed since the bell rang. Still, no one was there. Keiji only hoped that more people could come and insert more conversation.

"Ayame, are you sick or something? Your head is hurting, and earlier you ran off, rather suddenly."

"No, Keiji, I'm not sick." Her voice had a hint of irritation, a little uncharacteristic of her.

"Oh... sorry..." He broke eye contact and looked at the table.

[color=red]Inferna knew she couldnt just go into a dinner room with the adults suspecting her. She snuck into the kitchen carefully and stole some food. She returned to the roof and sat there where no one could see her in the growing darkness. She nibbled at some bread with some strange seasonings on it. Inferna stared at the sky as the clouds dissapered.[/color]

[color=red][b]"How very pretty."Inferna smiled, "Yeah right... People and their 'Ooo the starts...sooo romantic' views bleh... What do you think Nuri."[/b][/color]

[font=Verdana][size=2][color=royalblue]Then, the dinner bell rang. Riku snapped out of it, and Risa pulled her away from Niwa-kun and Konami-san. Riku was glad she had control over her body back again. At least for now, anyways. But she had to find out what had happened to her. How did she change like that? And who was it that she had changed into?[/color][/size][/font]
[font=Verdana][size=2][color=royalblue][b]"Risa, hellooo. Can you hear me?"[/b] Risa asked, waving a hand in front of her sister's face.[/color][/size][/font]
[font=Verdana][size=2][color=royalblue]Riku snapped out of it.[/color][/size][/font]
[b][font=Verdana][size=2][color=royalblue]"Uh, yeah. What is it Risa?"[/color][/size][/font][/b]
[font=Verdana][size=2][color=royalblue]A look of concern came to Risa's face.[/color][/size][/font]
[b][font=Verdana][size=2][color=royalblue]"I'm worried about you Riku. I was so scared when I found out you had changed into another person. What happened? And why did you start fighting Niwa-kun?"[/color][/size][/font][/b]
[font=Verdana][size=2][color=royalblue]Riku shook her head.[/color][/size][/font]
[font=Verdana][size=2][color=royalblue][b]"I...I don't know. Can we talk about this later? We have to go eat dinner now."[/b] Riku was as confused about this as much as her sister was. There was no way she could explain what had happened.[/color][/size][/font]
[font=Verdana][size=2][color=royalblue]Risa nodded and followed after her older sister. Risa was a little worried that Riku didn't know what was going on. She always seemed to have all the answers...[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Verdana][size=2][color=royalblue]Riku and Risa sat down next to each other at the dinner table. There were several other students in the room, but the table wasn't close to being filled up yet. A teacher walked in, and looked around the room. He frowned at the lack of students in the room, but decided to make his announcement anyways.[/color][/size][/font]
[font=Verdana][size=2][color=royalblue][b]"Alright everyone, listen up. Their is a present on each of the plates. All of the presents are differemt, the only thing that's the same is the wrapping and the size of the box. But no opening the presents to find out what they are."[/b] The teacher said as he looked over at one guy who had already started to take off the ribbon on his present.[/color][/size][/font]
[font=Verdana][size=2][color=royalblue]Someone elbowed the guy who was opening the present, and he looked up and noticed that the teacher was glaring at him. He put the box back down on his plate, and the teacher continued.[/color][/size][/font]
[font=Verdana][size=2][color=royalblue][b]"They're not for you. They're to give to your fellow classmates to welcome them to the island and wish them good luck in the upcoming festival. What you'll do, when everyone's seated, is pass the present to the person on your right. Then, after you've passed it to that person, you should have a present of your own that you will be able to open. But everyone must open them at the same time. I'll repeat this announcement once everyone else gets here. For now, the staff here will take your drink orders."[/b] The teacher said as he left the room.[/color][/size][/font]
[font=Verdana][size=2][color=royalblue]Riku sighed. She hoped she didn't get a horrible present. But if she did, she could always give it to Risa. Curious and a little bored, Riku picked up the name card for the seat to her right. She soon dropped it and started blushing. It seemed she was going to have to give a present to Niwa-kun...[/color][/size][/font]

[b][font=Verdana][size=2][color=royalblue]OOC: Alright everyone, for now, we'll all post about the dinner. We were supposed to be on the boat for a little while longer, but it's too late to change it now. Tomorrow, there'll be a nature hike that all the students have to go on. I'll let you know what else we have to do at the island, later on in the rp.[/color][/size][/font][/b]

[COLOR=DarkRed][SIZE=1]Shuichi had been relaxing in his room when the dinner bell rang. He stood up and walked over to Shuuya to wake him up.

[B]"Shuuya. SHUUYA!!!"[/B] Shuuya sprung up out of bed and looked at him.

[B]"What?"[/B]

[B]"Time for dinner. Let's go."[/B] Shuichi exited his room, Shuuya following wearily behind him. They arrived just in time to listen to the teacher make an anouncement about the presents on the table. He read the tag on the seat next to him, and shrugged, content with with who he got. Twilight was inquisitive.

[I][COLOR=SlateGray][B]Well? Who are you sitting next to?[/B][/COLOR][/I]

[B][I]Konami. She's pretty cool. Man I'm hungry! I just need to put something, anything in my stomach. I'm starved.[/I][/B] He sat down at his seat and waited patiently for the other's to get there. He looked over at Shuuya and yelled towards him.

[B]"HEY SHUUYA!! I didn't see Keji on the way here, did you? I know he went out earlier, but I figured he'd be here by now."[/B] Shuuya merely shrugged in response. Shuichi sighed and engaged Twilight in conversation.[/SIZE][/COLOR]

[Revelation]

[size=1][color=#696969][B]"Are you ok? That was a pretty bad kick she gave you."

"Yeah. I'm fine. Let's go to dinner."[/B]

Nodding, Konami walked with Niwa to the room. She saw Risa and Riku sitting at one table, yet she knew she would have to apologize for her behaviour to Riku at one point. Sighing, Konami looked to Niwa and wondered where he would sit. She was quite close to him, considering they were cousins, and felt that he acted as her older brother.

Wondering who she would be sitting next to, Konami left Niwa standing near the entrance way and walked to her table. She took a few glances at Riku and at Niwa, but came to her table and saw Shuichi. She smiled to him and took her seat at his right. She wondered who would sit at her right, but cared nothing of it.

Looking around the room, Konami saw a waiter come towards their way and looked towards Riku's way and breathed out a small sigh as she knew what would become of Riku if she did not manage Lilt. Shuichi looked to Konami and could smell a scent that was floral with a hint of fruit extracts, he then noticed Konami's bag moving and wondered what was inside of it. He wanted to ask Konami, but decided not to disrupt the moment.

[B][i]["Navi moves restlessly, Nami-san. Lilt wanders restlessly as well, and Dark wanders. All spirits are restless and wandering. They know not what to do and kept inside keeps them restricted."][/i]

["I know. I can see the way these people move, it seems as if they carry a heavy weight. Yet, the ones who know who their other self is seem to act normal, in a sense."][/B] Suddenly, Ruby became silent and when silence hung in the air, Konami knew Ruby had something in mind. [B]["Ruby?"][/B] No reply came from Konami's other self. [B]["Ruby? If you don't tell me what is on your mind, I shall think of it as a diabolical plan you wish to execute. Now, explain you silence, Venom."]

[i]["Silence is merely darkness spoken, dearest Nami."][/i][/B] At that moment, this did not amuse Konami. She wanted to know why the sudden silence came from Ruby. Her other self felt this and knew that she would have to answer Konami's question. [B][i]["You ruin my fun constantly. I merely became quiet because I could sense a change is soon to be in sight. I could be mistaken, but that is what I felt."][/i]

["Alright. You've explained yourself. Now allow me to eat my dinner in peace."][/B]

Ruby chuckled and Konami was able to order a drink and wait patiently for the others to enter. She, too, felt as if something was going to happen, but she didn't know what. It was strange as to how she was nearly equal to Ruby, in powers and such. She sighed and sat quietly at the table, watching the others.[/size][/color]

[Redemption]

[FONT=Trebuchet MS][COLOR=Navy]Ayame sighed. She didn?t mean to hurt Keiji?s feelings ? it was Blaise that irritated her, not Keiji.

? Sorry Keiji, I didn?t mean to snap at you?I?m just?really tired?? Ayame explained. Keiji just nodded.

At that moment, a teacher silenced the group of teenagers, who had become rowdy in the absence of their speech.
? Pass the present in front of you to the person on the right.?

Keiji passed his present to Ayame, who smiled her thanks. She passed the present in front of her to the person on her right, who just happened to be Konami. Ayame smiled at Konami who looked a bit distant, away with her thoughts.

[I]I wonder what Romeo here gave you?nothing like what I give you though?[/I] Blaise interrupted Ayame?s peaceful thought.
[B]I don?t care Blaise. He?s really really nice. Don?t make this so hard for me.[/B]
[I]You have to admit my little Ayame that my presents are far more dazzling than anything Romeo can give you?[/I]
Ayame decided not to answer that. She looked over to Keiji who was looking at her anxiously, wondering what was in her present.

? Go on, open it!? he said eagerly, wondering what he had given her. Ayame gently unwrapped the paper and looked inside the box. A small silver charm bracelet lay in there, glistening in the moonlight. Ayame slowly picked it up, sparkle in her eyes.
? It?s so beautiful?? was all she could say. ? Thank you Keiji!? [/COLOR][/FONT]

[Retribution]

OOC: Where'd the presents come from? Oh well, it's a nice touch.

"I'm glad you liked it!" Keiji smiled, completely happy that his present had pleased Ayame. "Could you put it on?"

"Oh, sure!" She slipped it on looking blissfully innocent, reveling in perfection of the present. She quickly spotted a charm with a boy and a girl holding hands, and looked at Keiji, not knowing whether to be even happier, or a little more cautious.

"And finally, dinner's here!" Everyone got a silver platter with the cover over it, making Keiji feel particularly happy.

[b]Dammit, I'm getting out of here. It's too boring! As soon as you lay eyes on Risa, I'm breaking the seal. You hear?[/b]

[i]But... not now... things are perfect. Ayame, I mean. Don't screw me up. Please![/i]

[b]No can do. Just don't look at her, I guess[/b]

Keiji felt extremely saddened that he'd be overtaken by Quicksilver. A nearly-perfect evening ruined by his alter-ego. He lost his smile, looking at Ayame with somewhat sad eyes.

"Things were almost perfect Ayame. But now look at me, ... getting sick or something." Keiji hadn't yet started his transformation; he needed to see Risa first. Until then, he had a feeling of lurking dread Quicksilver would ruin the night.

[Lilt]

[font=Verdana][size=2][color=royalblue][b]OOC: The presents came from the teachers. Although they didn't exactly plan on who was going to get what. Read my post to see what I mean. ^.^[/b][/color][/size][/font]

[font=Verdana][size=2][color=royalblue]Riku couldn't be more nervous when Niwa-kun sat down in the chair next to her. She had no idea why she was acting like this, since she didn't even have feelings for him. Or at least, she thought she didn't have feelings for him...[/color][/size][/font]
[font=Verdana][size=2][color=royalblue][b]"I can't wait to go swimming tomorrow!"[/b] Niwa-kun said to someone across the table.[/color][/size][/font]
[font=Verdana][size=2][color=royalblue]The thought of him in swim trunks was too much for Riku to bear. She tried to keep from blushing, and decided to get a drink of water. But not thinking straight, Riku was about as clumsy as Niwa-kun. She spilled her glass of water. It would've landed in Niwa-kun's lap, but thinking quickly, he jumped out of his chair and caught the water with a napkin before it hit the ground. Riku looked at him in amazement as he cleaned up her mess.[/color][/size][/font]
[b][i][font=Verdana][size=2][color=royalblue]"Niwa-kun would do something like this for Risa. But why is he doing it for me?"[/color][/size][/font][/i][/b]
[b][i][/b][/i][font=Verdana][size=2][color=royalblue]Then, Riku was surprised to hear a voice in her head, answer her.[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Verdana][size=2][color=royalblue]Before Riku could answer the voice, or even think about it, Niwa-kun held up a napkin to her.[/color][/size][/font]
[font=Verdana][size=2][color=royalblue][b]"Here, you can use my napkin. Yours got a little wet."[/b] He smiled.[/color][/size][/font]
[font=Verdana][size=2][color=royalblue]Riku took the napkin, and thanked him quietly. They both then sat down as the teacher made the announcement to give the presents.[/color][/size][/font]
[b][font=Verdana][size=2][color=royalblue]"Uh...Here, Niwa-kun..."[/color][/size][/font][/b]
[font=Verdana][size=2][color=royalblue]Riku took her present, and handed it to Niwa-kun. Hoping that whatever it was, he would like it. As he started to unwrap it, she closed her eyes. Then, when she heard him admiring it, or at least pretending to admire it, she opened them again and looked to see what the gift was. It was a silver charm bracelet with a baby blue moon, and two baby blue stars on either side. Even though it was obviously a girl's present, Niwa-kun still put it on.[/color][/size][/font]
[font=Verdana][size=2][color=royalblue][b]"Thanks, Riku."[/b] He smiled. Holding his wrist up to show her the bracelet.[/color][/size][/font]
[font=Verdana][size=2][color=royalblue]Riku merely smiled back. Then, she saw that Niwa-kun was giving his present to the person on his right. Moving her food around with her chopsticks, Riku started wishing that she was the one that got Niwa-kun's present. Suddenly realizing what she was thinking, Riku felt a little hot and started blushing. That strange feeling came to her again, and she ran out of the room. Someone called after her, but she ignored them.[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Verdana][size=2][color=royalblue]Running into a closet just in time, Riku felt herself change. She turned on a light in there, and looked at her hands. They were longer, and a little more slender. Then, she pulled a strand of her hair in front of her face, so that she could see it. It was a shimmering, dark red. It had happened. She had changed into the girl that had beat up Niwa-kun. Not very hungry anymore, Riku went back to her and Risa's room, making sure no one saw her on the way there. When she got to her room, she lay down on her bed, without even taking off her shoes first.[/color][/size][/font]
[b][font=Verdana][size=2][color=royalblue]["Why is this happening? Why do I have to change into this strange girl?"][/color][/size][/font][/b]

[font=Verdana][size=2][color=royalblue]Riku felt her eyes closing by themselves. But she didn't try to fight it. Lilt was right, she was tired. In a couple of minutes, Riku was fast asleep.[/color][/size][/font]

Also, I'm going to talk to Altron to try to decide if we should swim tomorrow, go on a field trip, or both. (Everyone else can help me decide also, by talking about it in the underground thread.) And in case you're wondering why Riku is acting like this is the first time that she's talked to Lilt, I decided to make it that that part in the closet never happened.[/b][/color][/size][/font]
