Discuss The Otakuboards Show [I'm running out of ideas...]

[size=1]Okay, I just had a strange daydream for an rp. And yes, this [u]is[/u] because I've spent the last hour watching Space Ghost Coast to Coast v.2.

My idea would involve me, a co-player, and our guest. The basic premise is that we would ambush random OBers and get them into a chat room. Then, my partner and I would proceed to ask them questions, like a talk show. The questions wouldn't be CNN quality, but they wouldn't be "do you thnk Shinmaru could woop James?lol", but some kind of medium. After copying and pasting the conversation, we would add in descriptions of the setting, actions, and whatnot. I've already got someone in mind for the co-player, but the guests would range from Mods to newbs, so everyone would be included. Is this interesting at all, or is it too blatant a Space Ghost rip that no one would care for it? Regardless, I think my reputation as a writer is quickly declining...haha. Please, leave comments, good or bad.[/size]

I think its a great idea (funny too I might add ^^ ) and you can actually learn something about OB posters, especially newbies. You should have like a specific name for it like "OB Chat" or a forum post where you can post the conversation you had in the chatroom, anyways I could never sit through an episode of space ghost. Although I love Zorak. The Brak show rocks! anyways, I think you should try and speak to a mod about it, maybe then you can get some real input (since I only post here every once in awhile, hopefully that will change soon) [/FONT][/SIZE][/COLOR]

I personally think this is one of the craziest but most imaginative piece of writing I would be ab;e to read. It would be hilarious to see what, let's say Shinmaru would do in a certain situation. Pure genius.

[size=1]O.o That was confusing...lol. Anyway, thanks for the comments, Reise and Kitty. And sorry Kit, but I'm asking RabidInuFanby to be the co-player. Like me, he's a newbie who knows nothing about other OB members, and his posts aren't at all spammish, so I'm happy to have him help. I believe his first interview invitations are going to be sent to either Charles, Drix D'Zanth, or someone else. In case Methuselah doesn't get on by tomorrow, I've asked Alan to take her place, which he has graciously agreed to.

So many comments...I hope I get some posts up soon to back them up! ^ ^;

It's a sexy idea, but I think you could go further with it. Not just interviews, but other things like previews of OB events. Even talk about the new awards-like topic "The Nifty Fifty." Just a thought. Whahaya!
