LeonWolf
Hey everybody, anyone else agree with me? Or any other fans out there? I have all there cds and was wondering if anyone else was a hard core fan also. Though I have not been to a concert of theirs yet, but has anyone else have? I'm not saying there the best band, but just a fan of theirs. I'm also a fan of Megahurtz too. Post your opinions and thanks.
Guest flamingheart
I like Rammenstein. I don't own any of their cds though. I wish I did. I haven't been to any of their concerts. I'm not a real hardcore fan though. I've never heard Megahurtz, what does their music sound like?
Baron Samedi
Yeah, Rammstein are pretty good, bt it depends what mood I am in... I only have 1 CD of theirs, Mutter, which is pretty good. I like them because of their style....dark rock, but they're not afraid to enter into classical at times, and their build-ups are awesome.

Ozymandius Jones
I've only heard two songs by them (Engel and Sonne), but those two songs have permanent positoions on my playlists. Of course, I'm not ever gonna try to translate it...I don't want to know what they're saying. I like my willfull ignorance....
Semjaza
I have a few of Rammstein's albums. Herzeleid, Sehnsucht, Mutter, Reise Reise and some others I can't remember the names of. My first exposure to them was years back when their song Du Hast was blasted on the rock stations in the US constantly. I don't particularly like that song, but it was enough to get me to bother to buy Sehnsucht, which had a number of much better songs on it. I'd assume most people here heard of them around the same time. I think what I like most about them is the way the idea of "German efficiency" is so prevalent in their music. It's incredibly structured and nothing in it feels out of place or unnecessary. Even their stage shows somehow manage to feel controlled despite all the chaotic things going on around them. It's hard to explain well, I guess.
Guest MoonShadowWolf
I'm not a real hard-core fan of Rammstein, but I do like their music. Off the Reise Reise album (which my sister owns) I like the songs, Reise Reise, Dalai Lama, Stein Um Stein, Amerika, and Ohne Dich. Rammstein is a great band, even though I don't understand German. Nomad
Rammstein is good. Nice subtle title by the way. :wigout: . I have all of their cds, which doesn't really matter. I did not get into them by hearing Du Hast like the majority of the American population had. I started to listen to them my freshman year in high school. Their type of music isn't something you'd find me listening to in American music, the industrial-rock genre. They're best cd to date is Reise, Reise. I don't care what anyone else says. They've changed (slightly) from their first album for the better (not a GIGANTIC change, but rather a subtle one). Songs like Amerika, Moskau, Keine Lust and Ohne Dich are what make this cd great (Amerika is one of the funniest song I've heard in a while, although it isn't supposed to be as funny as I find it to be). The Russian pop mixed with the German rock is a awsome combonation in the song Moskau. The TATU sound never really made me like the Russian pop, but the singer in Moskau is not TATU like alot of the people who've heard the song believe, it is Viktoria Fersh. Never really that that song would be among the top 3 of that cd, heh.
LeonWolf
I'm glad you all feel the same about them. Although, I do tend to disagree with the Riese Riese ablum. It was really good, don't get me wrong, but I thought they could have done it a little better. It stands out from their other ablums also. I like all of their albums about the same. Yeah I was wondering if that was the girl from TATU, thank you for clearing that up. Yeah I translated their songs and some of them are pretty weird and it might ruin the song for you, but if you are curious you should check it out. Thanks. Lord Rannos
I love Rammstein all kinds of ways. I first got introduced to them by my friend, and he made some archive copies of the CD's he had (That be the completely legal way to make copies), and I listen to them constantly. I thought they were relatively new until my parents told me that my brother listened to them, which gives me even more reason to like them. I have Reise, Reise and Mutter right now, but I might be getting some of their other CD's. Personally, I think that Reise, Reise was just kind of softer than Mutter, but they did a good job. Gotta love German stuff.
LeonWolf
Yeah, get all the Rammstein cds. Trust me you won't be disapointed. I thought the same about Reise Reise, I thought Mutter was harder and I really hope they come out with another live cd. The one they have out now is kick a, but yeah, can't go wrong with Rammstein.
