(Not in order of how much I like it, just out of the first that pop into my head) cuz I love Sazuke. And Naruto is hilarious... But ironically, I really relate to Sakura and I like her alot, too... Might be the pink hair, think? First manga I like all the main people (Other than RuroKen) Bloody and also, a romance sub-story. Awesome! Next: TokyoMewMew. Kiddish yeah, but it's original! I loves Ichigo (I was her for halloween... Only I made my outfit and it was red not pink.) and I really like Kish! Heh... 'Name's Kish... Thanks for the kiss!' That's the best quote in the whole series. KENSHIN!!! Next is Rurouni Kenshin. Out of ALL mangas & animes, Rurouni Kenshin is my ideal manga/anime (Other than my beloved Shuichi.) Kenshin's great. How can you not love Ken-sama? Long red hair, battle scars, beautiful eyes... And a blood-thirsty alter-ego the Hitokiri Batosai!!! And Sano is great, too. Lovin' all of them! DNAngel is great because (Mostly) of Dark and Krad. Daisuke is sweet, Risa is oblivious, Riku is jelous and then suspicious... Satoshi is awesome and for some reason really seems to have taken a liking to Daisuke... Whiz is sooo cute! A fuzzy little rodent that can transform? Yeah! Well, I can't forget Chobits. Hideki is a perverted (Yet ironically caring and protective) teenager who finds a broken Chobit and starts to learn more and more about her and maybe has feelings for her, more than just friendship... Another sweet yet twisted romance by CLAMP. I love them, they're great. There's too many to count, but I'm gonna put in a little mention for my babe, Shuichi Minamino (Hence the user-name) AKA Kurama from YuYuHakusho. YuYu's great. Probably not in my top-10, but great nonetheless, but Shuichi's my favorite manga character of all time. I love him, I love him, I LOVE HIM!!!!!! I like it also for mixing humor in wihth dispare, I love the moves, they rock so much, and i love to do the hand seals. Sexy No jutsu is the funniest move in my opinion. It is easy to identify with the characters, and it doesn't get boring or repetitive. [*]Full Metal Alchemest- It is a nice getaway from anime that follow certain guidelines. Haha Yea All the characters were mad cool. But Zone of the ender was very interesting. Although it is being slept on by fans. Some people should give it a try its actually really good. I love the art, and the story, plus I think Kiba's really cool. :p I also like Inuyasha because I like the action. Rurouni Kenshin for the action and sometimes they have some comedy. :D I kinda like Yu-Gi-Oh, but I think it's a bit repetitive. They spend like 3 episodes on one big duel. I usually watch it when I'm bored. Though, if I said that to my sister she'd probably freak, she's obsessed with it. I also like the move Princess Mononoke. I really like the action, and the art. SpaceYourFace Posted February 16, 2005 Share Posted February 16, 2005 .Hack/sign is amy all time favorite because it has great music that fits the mood and its interesting that the characters are in an online game and that there are real people controlling them and how the real people show their personalities through their game characters. Another aspect is that everything is related to anime, like the games, manga, and other more childish and cartoony anime. They all connect to the main mystery of "what is the world?" Also I love Cowboy Bebop. Im a pretty big Jazz fan and when I heard the theme song "Tank!" for the first time, it hooked me in. And its got such an awesome art style and storyline. It is full of action, friendship, and love between JR high and High school students. Plus there are mysteries about some of the character's past. I also take martial Arts and kendo classes so I guess I can relate. I also relate to Naruto personality. :D 2.FLCL-All I can say is that it's a funny show. I also used to be like Naota, but that changed. 3. Rurouni Kenshin- The same reason as Naruto I like the whole samuria thing. That's about it. These are my absolute favorites. Maison Ikkoku, because it's hailarious, and quite a bit like Love Hina, but much more realistic and mature. Tales of Eternia, because it's a great action anime based off of my favorite Video game. "Tales of Eternia," or "Tales of Destiny 2" depending on where you live. I like Hellsing because its so gory. i absolutely love the gore factor. plus the story line is great.....it all ties together. the characters are great...my favourite is Arucard.....i get so many kicks out of Arucard's sarcasm and Ceres inability to accept her vampiric self.....its great. i also love Inuyasha. But I do love: (not in order of preference) [I]Wolf's Rain[/I], for the pretty boys and angsty road journey at the center of it. [I]FullMetal Alchemist[/I], for the total angst between the Brothers Elric, as well as the intelligent plot and overall millieu. [I]BoogiePop Phantom[/I], because it's so noir, dream-like and unusual. [I]Cowboy BeBop[/I], because it's slick, cool, and laid-back style is the perfect homage to jazz and the blues. [I]InuYasha[/I], because it's like the anime equivalent of romantic comedy. (Gotta love that Scheckshy Sess and Miroku :animesmil ). While I liked the idea behind [I]Angel Sanctuary[/I], I thought the english dub did a horrible job. I didn't like the voice actors (with the exception of Crispin Freeman) and it lacked the full emotional impact that it's so tantalizingly close to...know what I mean? So much promise and it failed to deliver. I recently looked at the manga, and it seems a bit more sophisticated...if only the anime were the same. (no offense to [I]Angel Sanctuary[/I] lovers. Once you're sucked in, there's no turning back. :animesmil I'm not sure that I would call Inuyasha a romantic comedy, although it definitely has elements of romance and humor. Anyway, if you enjoy those aspects of the show, then I strongly recommend taking a look at [b]Fruits Basket[/b]. It's a superb romantic comedy and can be rented or bought quite cheaply. If i had to pick one i would have to go with Neon Genesis Evangelion because thats the anime that got hooked on anime, and i mean real anime. I've watched stuff like Dragonball since i was an infant, but after watching NGE i learned that there was much better stuff out there and it opened my eye's to some really great series' that i probably wouldnt have found out about or gone searching for otherwise. I really like NGE because it has everything: Action, Drama, Suspense, a bit of Romance (though not much) and its a real Mind-bender. I like it because it has all of my favorite characters like Shishi, Karasu and Itsuki. The storyline is nice too. It's one of the few shows I can watch more than once without wondering why I'm watching it. Some of the potential pairings were really sweet yet angsty and I like angsty relationships.
