I'm in the middle of watching Desperate Housewives right now and I noticed that there hasn't been a thread on this show yet...so I figured I'd make one up.

I don't watch the show on a regular basis. But from what I understand the show gets started when one of the neighbors (Mary Alice) commits suicide and nobody knows why. Then there's a few other stories sprouting off. [spoiler]Like one of the women (Gabriel) is having an affair with her gardener (and I really don't blame her because he's hot, but it's stil wrong) and he just asked her to marry him since her husband is in jail for embezzelment I think[/spoiler]

There's another one who has four kids and then one who's seeing a guy that's pretending to be a plummer. Then there's Eddie. I keep hoping something bad will happen to her since she seems like such a [spoiler]B[i]tch[/spoiler]. But those two are having the most easy on again off again of it.

The fifth one (good Goddess, I can't remember anyone's name but Eddie's) [spoiler]her husband just broke up with her...kind of. He was having an affair as well with some really snotty woman. Then he had a heart attack and something else so he had to move back in with the wife...oh and their kid got drunk (he's underage) and hit Gabriel's mother-in-law who was staying with them because she suspected the woman of cheating.[/spoiler]

The show is really great from what I've seen at least. I like how the story just gets more and more twisted episode by episode. So, has anyone else seen it? and if so would you please share your comments on it?[/color]

I love this show, it's one of my favorite new shows. It's hilarious and very intriguing to watch.

I love how the show keeps making me guess what's going to happen next. Each ending of an episode just leaves you hanging.

Zack, [spoiler]son of the mom who killed herself[/spoiler], is recently scaring me a tad. He just seems [spoiler]way too obsessed with Susan's daughter.

Oh, what do you think Lanette's (dunno if that's how you spell the name, but the mother of four) husband did that he's afraid will end up with the two divorcing? I have a feeling that he might've had an affair. I have a theory about Gabriel. Do you remember how her husband replaced her birth control pills with some aspirin or something like that? I think she's gonna sleep with someone else again, maybe the gardener, and get pregnant by him and not her husband. Also I really wish that Bree would just get over her husband (or should I say ex-husband soon?) and move on with her life. At least make up your mind woman! Do you still want to be with him or not?[/spoiler]

Anyways, yeah, I really love this show and I'm very interested in seeing what's going to happen next. But I don't think there's going to be a new episode tomorrow, though.
