The world is not alone. We always thought we were, but it is not true. We have simply been living in ignorance for thousands of years. There are other dimensions, thousands of them, all connected to each other. Unfortunately for us, our closest dimension is called Arcanus. It is the dimension of demons. Fortunately, any being with a soul cannot pass through the barriers separating the worlds. This protects us from the more powerful denizens of Arcanus.

But they are clever. They have begun to create beings without souls, able to cross the walls with ease. These beings can only stay alive by feeding on the blood of those with souls. They are vampires.

For the last thousand years, powerful beings from our own dimension have protected the walls. These beings were called Guardians. But they were destroyed by an unknown force. To help the human race to survive, they transferred all their power into a few selected humans. These humans became known as the Slayers. They hunted demons down, and as they were killed, they transferred their power to a new host, who became a Slayer.

But the vampires are coming through more and more now. No-one knows why, and no-one knows how they can be stopped, but everyone knows one thing. They must be. If enough vampires can breach the walls, then the walls will weaken, and it will become much easier for powerful demons to break through.

The Slayers can stop this. But they must prepare for the worst. They can join forces with stronger, human-made beasts, such as werewolves, and beings from a place known a Nephelia. These are the Fallen Angels. Together they must stop the demons from breaking through.

Races:

Humans-All humans involved in this RP will be Slayers. These Slayer have enhanced speed, strength and agility, and control over a different element out of: Ice, Fire, Earth, Lightning. I only need to fill these spots for Slayers. They carry close-combat weaponry, such as swords, axes and knives.

Werewolves-Humans who can turn into human-wolf beings, not only at the full moon, but now they can transform at will, whatever time of day it is. They are stronger and more agile than humans. They do not need weaponry, and only rely on their claws and teeth.

Fallen Angels-Winged beings, denizens of a strange part of our dimension called Nepehelia. They have control over heavenly energies, and can use them as projectile blasts, or healing powers, or both. They are armed with medieval weaponry (this includes katanas)

Evil Races:

Vampires-These are human in the way they walk, talk and act, but demon in every other way. They are sadistic, bloodthirsty creatures who take great pleasure in the suffering of others. They use close-combat weaponry, like the Slayers, and drink the blood of those they kill.

Higher Demons-These creatures are powerful, but they are ensouled, so they cannot get through the walls. They can produce vampires, however, which can allow them to weaken the walls, invading the human dimension. This is their ultimate plan.

Dark Angels-These creatures reside on Earth, since they were cast out of Nephelia by the Angels many centuries ago. They take human form, but have in fact become demons of pure darkness, intent on returning to Nephelia by killing all the Fallen. They can use dark energies to counteract the powers of the Fallen, by killing and destroying living things. They carry close-combat weaponry, and crossbows.

Name: Storm Allerdyce

Personality: Storm is always the first to crack a joke, but sometimes his sense of humour fails him, and he is not sure what to do.

Bio: Storm was a happy child, always playing in his backyard, until he was out walking with his parents when he was fifteen, and a vampire jumped them in a dark alley and killed his parents in front of his eyes. He grew angry, and his Slayer powers kicked in, blasting the vampire into dust with his electric powers. These flew wildly out of control, and he accidentally destroyed a large part of his home town, before he was stopped by the police. He was in a coma for three years, as the doctors gave him a specially-devised serum to prevent his powers from returning as violently as they had emerged.

He woke up after three years, and he could almost control his powers. He sought out another Slayer, to try and get help in controlling his powers. The Slayer he found took him to a monastery in the mountains of Japan, where he learnt to control his powers using the meditation techniques of the Zen Buddhist monks. Also, while he was there, he learnt of his duty, and of his destiny. He travelled around the world with the other Slayer, seeking out the other two Slayers, and killing vampires on the way.

When in Africa, his friend was murdered in the night by a group of Aboriginal vampires. Storm?s rage took hold once more, and he annihilated the vampires with a single thought. He has vowed to find the other Slayers, and continue his friend?s legacy.

Personality: Azrael is a cold-hearted killer, who will stop at nothing to enter the human dimension, kill and enslave it?s occupants, then take it as his own.

Bio: Azrael is the ruler of Arcanus, along with the two other Lords of Hell: his brother Lazarus and a being known as the Dragon. He has ruled for three thousand years, since his father perished trying to cross the wall. Ever since his father died, Azrael has been planning to cross the wall himself one day. The other two Lords of Hell believe that he is going too far with his ambitions, that demons should stay in their dimension just as humans should stay in theirs.

But Azrael had big plans. He began to use human bodies to create vampires, soulless beings who could move freely between dimensions. His grand plan was that he would send so many vampires through at once that it would weaken the wall, and allow him to destroy it, giving himself an opportunity to move into the human dimension and carry out his plan to kill or enslave it?s occupants.

Then, something ruined his plans. Lazarus and the Dragon teamed up and banished Azrael to the lower levels of Hell, where he couldn?t get through the barrier. But he has been gaining support from other demons for the last hundred years, and he plans to make an uprising and carry out his grand plan very soon. He will get to the human dimension one way or another.

Powers: Extremely powerful fighter, both armed and unarmed, has a huge knowledge of black magic spells.

Leon is a very active and cocky, but has an assertive attitude when need be. Due to this unusual combination, no one can tell how his true personality is like, which, in truth, is more of an insane persons.

[u]Bio[/u]
Growing up in a small town in Ohio, Leon has had few friends. Due to this lonelyness, he has developed an inner person within himself that is his one and only friend. And this inner person strangly has a seperate conscience from Leon.

Many people thought him as weird and crazy, but in truth, he wasn't. Leon was teased for being different from other students, but he was happy that he was different. That was exactly how he wants it to be.

As Leon turned 19, he fell in love with a girl named Saria. They got to know each other and after 2 years of being together, Leon asked her to marry him. On their wedding day, a slew of vampires came in and slaughtered most of the guests. Leon tried to protect Saria, but a vampire came in suddenly and sliced her neck with one quick swipe. Leon fell to his knees, holding Saria to his chest as his Slayer powers awoken. In a half-blind rage, Leon grabbed a broken chair leg and began slicing vampires at an unimaginable rate. After they all were killed, Leon fell to his knees and cried himself to sleep.

Apon awakening, Leon felt a new force inside him. He stood up to see another Slayer at the entrance to the chaple. He went to walk to the entrance, but the Slayer disappeared suddenly, leaving nothing but a letter stating what he has become and what he must do.

Personality:
Alexander is as vile and sadistic as his master Azrael. Despite his calm and soothing facial looks, he is a pure blooded killer. Any angel who tries to stand in his and his masters plans come to perish. Leading the armies of vampires till his masters arrive to this plain, Alexander is loyal and devoted to the darkness; listening to the whispers of his master as he carries out his orders upon the human race as well as against the powerful fallen angels protecting this realm of earth.

Bio:
Alexander was born only a few years before Azrael was...gradually over time...Alexander was appointed Guardian of the walls of all the dimensions. When Azrael took the throne of Arcanus, Alexander killed all the Guardians in which he served under. For years...Alexander had been meeting with Azrael, planning for this day to come.

However, Azraels and Alexanders plans were foiled when Lazarus and ''The Dragon'' caste Azrael into the depths of Hell to which he cannot escape from. As Azrael creates more and more undead souls...Alexander is the one to put them to use within the bodies of a human. He is Azrael's messanger to this plain...the force which keeps letting more and more vampires into this realm. Alex has hidden for hundreds of years on earth, waiting for his master to come back.

Now that time has come...


Weapon: A massive broadsword named Oblivion which is twice his size.

Powers:
Alexander has the ability to manipulate dark energies within and through his body into powerful energy blasts and barriers; as well as creating new vampires to serve under him. Alex is also a great manipulator...keening in on any dark thought or desire by any human or fallen angel in order to turn them.

Transformation- *attachment below, red hair*...this is his true demoic form which clearly looks a lot like Azrael himself. His power increases, calling upon the powers of HELL, as well as the strength of his hoard of vampires.

[u]Appearance:[/u] Tara looks almost exactly human. She has long black hair and very pale skin, basically. She wears a fairly long-sleeved black shirt, a black skirt with a little blue at the top, black high-heeled boots, and what looks like a necklace with a skull on it. She does have certain demonlike characterstics--these include bright red eyes, sharp red claws, and little red and blue bat wings. All those features (except her eyes) can appear and disappear.
[u]Personality:[/u] Tara will make no attempt at friendship or teamwork--she is completely antisocial and doesn't even have a flash of good in her. She's also sadistic and quick to anger, yet she doesn't lose control of herself when she's angry. She will also never cry, stutter, or do anything else that could be considered a sign of weakness. She's very strong-minded and strong-willed, and very definite in her intentions and beliefs. She will not look up to or obey anyone.
[u]Bio:[/u] Tara wasn't always a vampire--she's actually an ex-human. She was an orphan ever since she was born, and life was not good at the orphanage because all the other kids often teased her for being such a crybaby. One boy, Timmy, was thr biggest bully of them all. But on Timmy's tenth birthday (when Tara was nine), right when Timmy was about to blow out the candles on his birthday cake, Tara put a curse on him so that he would be unable to breathe after blowing. Though this didn't entirely work, Tara later killed him with the knife used for cutting the cake, then ran away from the orphanage to live on her own.

Ever since then, Tara has been a complete misanthrope, thinking humans were stupid, ignorant, and a bunch of other things. When she heard about the demonic dimension Arcanus, she kept pitying herself and wishing she wasn't human anymore, wishing she was a demon with powers usable to completely destroy the human race. She tried everything she could to become one--everything from drinking blood to performing ertain rituals in hopes of passing to the other dimension. She also learned over time more about the demons and even things such as magic. She grew more and more bitter over time because of her failures in transforming, trying things like searching for vampires in hopes of being killed by one (she heard this would turn her into a vampire), but it never happened. Maybe the demons just pitied her. However, she did gain certain powers, probably from rituals, which made her more confident in her goal but didn't get her closer to it. This continued on for several years.

But one day, Tara was put in jail, her crime being the murder of the mayor of some city, and a few policemen as well. When she was put in jail, she passed out, the cause of it unknown, perhaps a force of some kind... Next thing she knew, she was standing on a platform with a rope around her neck, ready to be hanged, apparently. But when the platform disappeared, something totally elusive happened, but Tara found herself in Arcanus, the demons not knowing how she got there or if she was actually a vampire or not. But still she had the ability to pass freely between the two worlds just like the other vampires...

[u]Powers:[/u] These include certain hypnotic abilities, summoning "dark fire" (which is black and can morph into certain things), and a wide variety of dark spells aided by her mirror, with intensities based upon the victim's mental energy and feelings...
[u]Other:[/u] Tara often disguises herself as a human when among humans. She is still teased and pitied by other demons, though, and she keeps convincing them that she's a vampire, not a human.[/color]

Well, the sign-ups so far are good, if only there were more of them. Hmm, what to do. Anyway, kairiKIce, if you could finish your sign-up soon then that would be quite good. Also, hopefully Bloody_Moon might sign up soon.

[b]Appearance:[/b] Brown hair, down to her waist. Hazel Green eyes, with a hint of brown in them. Stands 5'5", and has a very dark complexion. Her hair may be her best feature, for it's thick and smooth with a small wave that makes her look older and much wiser than what she really is. In the light, her hair looks red like fire.

[b]Personality:[/b] While she is kind to those she trusts and cares for, she is tough, and cold to those she knows to be enemies, or bad influences. She helps her friends whenever she has the chance, and rarely cares for her own well being.

[b]Biography:[/b] Keisha grew up without a family. For the greater part of her childhood, she lived in the Gardens of a monastary, without anyone knowing. She enjoyed hearing the church music and laughter. Despite living without a family, or friends, she grew up to be an incredibly warm and caring girl. With the proper view of bonds, and enemies. She can sense the good in people.

As a child, she had played with the powers she possessed. Her powers with Ice were remarkable. As she was playing and experimenting, she was noticed by one of the women there. She was brought to the halls and was raised by the women there with love and care.

When she left at age 16, she encountered many things she had never seen, only had heard of. Killings... stealing... she opposed all of these things, and helped all those she could. One night, she encountered three Vampires who cornered her and tried to destroy her very existence. She was well prepared, and her powers were displayed that night in a night that none of them were able to forget. She's an expert with her powers. And the ironic part of her powers, was the fact that they were ice... a very cold, and unfriendly power, that she weilded with such warmth. Her eyes turn to a brilliant blue whenever she uses her powers.

[B]Personality:[/B] Angelus has an unpredictable nature because of his Dark Angel side and his Fallen Angel side.

[B]Bio:[/B] Angelus was born not a "full blood"...but a halfling. He was born Half Dark Angel and Half Fallen Angel.

His mother's name was Angelicyn Wrath, she was a Fallen Angel...such a beautiful soul, her hair was pure white, her eyes a deep sapphire blue...her beauty and grace shone in the most darkest of days and her kindness knew no bounds....until....one fatal night, while his mother was out she flew into a horde of Dark Angels.....no matter how hard she fought them....they brought her to her knees....and the leader raped her without....and tried to kill her afterwards...but...she used what was left of her strength to summon a ball of light which engulfed her....and she ran. They hunted for her everywhere...but she had disappeared.

Three months later Angelus was born and although he was half Dark Angel...she loved him all the same..but the fallen angels disagreed with it and so did the dark angels...they wanted Angelus dead....so his mother hid him away....and told them that he was dead, she then taught him the way of the Fallen Angels because that was the only way she knew. His darker side showed more everytime she taught him.

At the age of 15 (Human years) the Fallen angels and Dark angels discovered that he was alive...and caught them both, and they were going to be killed...and thats when Angelus gave in to his dark side and went crazy...he brutally killed a great number of Fallen and Dark Angels in desperation to save his mother... he set her free but nearly killed her. He made her run without him while he held them off turning to his Fallen Angel side to do so....ever since then...he hasn't seen her nor has he met his father....

Angelus has finally been able to control both sides within him...but because of the war thats coming and because of his Dark Angel side and Fallen Angel side.....it has now become even harder............

[B]Weapon:[/B] Black Bow with white arrows, an angel long sword his mother gave him, the blade is pure white...the handle a light blue, when ever he draws the sword a haunting but yet sad melody sings from it...a melody his mother use to sing

[B]Powers:[/B] Included with his abilities to use both Dark energies and Heavenly energies Angelus also has the powers of Telekinesis which are extremely advanced..He can cause so much destruction, but then rebuild what ever he destroyed and many other things that other telekinetic people or demons can do just by a mere thought. He can also use his telekinesis to control his Dark Energies and Heavenly Energies and make them stronger.

Personality: Zera may act care free and seem that she doesn't know what she's talking about but, she actually has a frime grasp on life. She understands a great deal even though if you she her family you might see how she understands so much.
Bio: Zeta grew up in a wealthy family were she could have what ever she wanted. She was spoiled and proud of it. Untill she witnessed crime for the first time. Sure she had seen it on telvison many times before but, it's one thing to see it acted out and other thing to actually feel the cold, wet blood of a person running down your face. This event happen when Zera was only seven years of age. Her nanny was taking Zera out for a walk in their family garden when a man jumped over the stone fence that stood eight feet tall and had bits of glas and metal mixed in at the top. Another man followed and shot the first man in the back with a gun.
