[I]22 years ago a group of vampires and humans set off in search of a rare crystal known ast the Blood Red Moon, that mostly only vampires had heard of. A crystal who's powers were in unknown hands but in use. Each member of the group had their own private ideals for the use of the crystal. But something unexpected happened. The entire group was never heard from again...[/I]

The Blood Red Moon Crystal has haunted the minds of vampires for centuries as an item which could help them return to pure blooded creatures of the night rather than impure weaklings. it is unknown who possesses the crystal at the moment. Only that their using the crystal to surpress all vampires.

A new clan has formed. A clan in search of the crystal. This clan is The Bretheren of the Night. Purely vampires. Mostly young. Their goal is to stop their surpession and return the vampries to their former glory.

[color=darkslategray][b]Name[/b]- Jack (short for Jacquolynn)
[b]Age[/b]- 13
[b]Race[/b]- Human

[b]Description[/b]- [URL=http://www.psycko-manga.de/gallery/babe/10-3.htm][u]Jack[/u][/URL] only stands a short 4'7" tall, and weighs no more than 85 lbs. A tiny girl who is just begining her birth into maturity. She normally only wears the white, linen garment and a pair of loosely-laced boots. Snow, rain, no matter. Jack cannot feel the elements (see background).

[b]Background[/b]- Jack was born with a rare physical condition and three months premature. Her nervous system did not fully develop, along with her vocal cords. She has a voice, but it is very weak and gentle. No matter how much money her parents spilled into acupuncturists and various medical fields, Jack's condition was irreversable. Punishment had to be carried through the form of words; since a whipping would not phase her. Because of this, the verbal abuse traumatized her; seeing as her voice was meek, and her father's was deafening.

Jack's parents had to rush her to the hospital several times because Jack would self-inflict damage, just to see if she could help bring feeling into her body; physically. But nothing could help. Of course, Jack never had any friends. She lived her life alone, and without the joy of a loving touch.

When rumor of the Blood-red Moon crystal began to sift through the streets, Jack quickly took up the opportunity to seek out the magical stone. She wishes to use the crystal for one purpose, one wish. Not for wealth, not for fame, but only for the sense she had been deprived of; the sense of touch. To get her wish, Jack faces the estranged world of vampires and humans, alone.

Until one night when a crazed vampire nearly took her life. She had been sleeping soundly in the bed of a farmer's pick-up truck when he prowled on her. Like a sneaky rat, the vampire attacked the young and helpless girl; feeding off of her painless flesh. The only reason she woke was because he brought along a horrid scent; the scent of death. Young, weak, and without weapon, Jack's struggle was merely a ragdoll effect. As soon as she thought it were the end, another showed his luminous face. He appeared from thin air, decapitating the suckling vampire.

His beauty as a night creature stunned Jack.

"Little girl, you should not be out this late in the night.."

With this, the vampire craddled the small, weakened Jack and nursed her back to health under his dark wings. This was months ago, and yet, this vampire never stated his name. Nor did Jack ask. He had saved her, a human being. She was horrified to question his sympathy and was assured that when the time came, he would reveal his name.

[b]Background:[/b] Diath's father was a strong supporter of finding the Blood-Red Moon. He passed away, but Diath continues his search, ganging with The Bretheran, spending much of his time with a select few of the members.[/color][/font]
[font=Century Gothic][color=#808080]He's despised the human race for it's history and trechory, but found the human women especially worthy of his attention.[/color][/font]
[font=Century Gothic][color=#808080]He's got the personality of a leader and often has a mock-smile on his face. He's active and strong, and not afraid to kill those who get in his way.[/color][/font]
[font=Century Gothic][color=#808080]Daith has almost a split personality. He has the cocky, rough and excited fool that he is around other vampires, though he has a calm, almost caring disposition at times.[/color][/font]
[font=Century Gothic][color=#808080]Only a few months ago, he'd saved a young girl from another vampire. He'd done nothing acceptable, nothing honerable, he'd had his reasons for exterminating the pest, he hadn't realized at all that was was attacking the girl. But nevertheless, when he saw the girl, weak and helpless, his excited disposition calmed and his heart warmed and he nurished the girl and helped her heal.[/color][/font]

Name: Sirus O. Kane

Race: Vampire (bretheren of the darkness)
Description: Long black hair that comes down to his neck. His skin is pale and his eye color is a dark shade of red. He stands at about 6' and weighs about 140 lbs. Sirus wears a very dark shade of gray long sleeved shirt. Over it he wears a loose ripped black trenchcoat which he usually has buttoned. Over his chest he has a belt which holds his swords sheath. It's dark brown and has pockets in it. His pants are baggy, black, cargo jeans. His shoes black and look worn.
Background: Sirus was born around the time of the first expidition for the crystal. He was too young to understand but as he grew older he heard rumors of it's powers. Sirus didn't think much of it. He spent more time focusing on protecting his clan. At the age of 21 Sirus was attending meetings between clans. He had a strong voice in his clan and after a fight broke out between two clans Sirus decided it best to create a clan to keep the peace between the vampires for they would not fight one another. The vampires then were being hunted in the underground. Sirus met with various clans to create the new clan. Together they abandoned their old clans to create peace in the Bretheren of the Darkness. Once again rumor of the Blood Red Moon arose and Sirus decided that it would be wise to seek it out and gather it before all the vampires became extinct. So the Bretheren began it's journey for the magical crystal.

[b]Background:[/b] Kai has been a trouble child most of her life and has been hated by all the teachers she's ever had because she likes to cause chaos in the classrooms. She's been expelled from over 5 different schools as she moves from year to year, but she still keeps in touch with all the friends she has from those schools she was kicked out of. They're also trouble kids and caused havoc with her, though they were only suspended. Her parents are divorced and she stays with her dad, who's a failure and doesn't have a job, which is why her mum left him. She had never liked her mum because she was strict and always talked about studying and getting a good job when she was older, which resulted in her rebellion against studies, just to annoy her.

Kai doesn't really like her dad much either because he's a deadbeat, and he doesn't care about anything she does anyway. When she tells him that she's been expelled from another school, he just says 'Really? That's wonderful, honey.' Kai doesn't trust anyone in the world, because she knows that anyone and everyone will eventually stab her in the back somehow or another.

Kai was overjoyed when she finished school, surprised that she'd even made it through with her bad record, and she didn't bother going out to look for a job because of her personal records, she wouldn't have a chance to get one. At least a proper one anyway. Kai stole the rest of her dad's money, which wasn't at all much and travelled to the slums of the city and found a weapons dealer. There she bought her first weapon, her revolver, she had picked out a particular one that had a wolf head etched into the sides and a cherry blossom on the butt of the gun. After that she went out looking for someone that would teach her how to use it well. She quickly found someone from the sound of gunshots ringing through the neighbourhood and approached the area tentatively. When she found the source she saw a hot guy holding onto a gun with his back toward her. There was smoke coming from the barrel of the gun and there were lots of holes in a target painted on the wall several hundred meters in front of him. She had talked to him and discovered his name was David and he said he'd teach her. She spent a lot of time with him and she quickly became skilled with her acquired weapon. He also gave her the katana she carries because he said it was a spare and that it would helpful for close combat if she ever got into a case like that.

Kai and David became close and even started to become more than friends. Three months after meeting David, her dad died because he hadn't been eating. So Kai just gathered her things that she wanted or needed and left for the slums to live with David. But when they weren't together sometime, he was killed by a gunshot to the heart. Kai had gone back to the house and seen he wasn't there and that there wasn't a note. Whenever either of them went out by themselves they always left a note for the other. She got worried and went out to search, she saw an alley and police and an ambulance. Kai hoped it wasn't anyone she knew that lived there and got closer to see. When she saw the body lying there, she cried and pushed through the people to crumple beside the body. She was questioned by the police, and she asked the police questions. After that day she swore she wouldn't trust anyone ever again, because one of the police had said that the wound had been up made up close and there wasn't any sign of struggle, which meant the person was someone he had known.

There was gossip going around in the slums that there was some crystal with powers that could grant someone's wish if they were worthy. Kai decided she wanted to find it and she would bring David back.
