Um...as far as I know, it's not possible to resize a banner with animation unless you have all the layers it was made from...it's the right size to use anyway...

Yeah, if I were to try to resize it, the animation would be lost... I only have Adobe Photoshop CS. Like Ozy said, with the layers it would be possible, but without them, sorry.

If you have an animation program, it's easy. Save the file and open it there, and it will show you all of the layers.
