All-caps is generally considered to be obnoxious. 2) It'd be really cool if you'd tell us what the problem is; nobody can help you unless you provide some detail. 3) English and coherency are both your friends. I hate to seem rude, but just by looking at OB, I'd think that these things were self-evident/obviously significant here.
