Guest sammo
hi, i am your everyday-disgruntled wallpaper maker that's had his wallpaper ripped (http://imanimetions.net). normally, i would not care if someone posted a wallpaper and posted it elsewhere becaues of it being a free advertisement for the webiste, but that purpose is quickly nullfied if a person takes it upon themselves to remove our signature on the wallpaper and put their own. here are the wallpapers i am talking about: http://wallpapers.theotaku.com/view.php?action=retrieve&id=12022 http://wallpapers.theotaku.com/view.php?action=retrieve&id=11978 those 2 wallpapers up there were made by the staff of imanimetions.net, shinta and i. like i said, i would've not said anything under normal circumstances, but the replacement of the signature of someone who does not deserve the title of having made that wallpaper makes me very upset. i hope that you can quickly remove these wallpapers or replace them with the ones with proper signature. the same goes for this image, a wallpaper made by one of my good friend, tama-neko of http://clearlypixelated.com who will equally upset by this action http://wallpapers.theotaku.com/view.php?action=retrieve&id=11975 thanks, i look forward from hearing from the administration. James
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I've investigated and I believe what you're saying; the member in question did a really bad job of patching things up and putting their own watermark on there. So I think the plagiarism is pretty obvious. I've flushed the member's entire account and I will be posting a warning about plagiarism on theOtaku.com shortly. Again, thanks for bringing this to our attention; we take this type of issue very seriously.
